My comment has to do with Dunkin Donuts located at 1906 Columbia Ave., Lancaster, PA. I used to stop there a couple of times a week. That was before I read the Restaurant Inspection report printed in my local newspaper. This Dunkin Donuts had dozens of violations, including: "Person in charge does not have adequate knowledge of food safety." That did it for me! I no longer stop there or at any other Dunkin Donuts.

Know your shops from many countries and have been extremely satisfied where ever I been. However, being Danish and living in Denmark, my question yo you is; when will you open up in Denmark? Hopefully before we are drowned in Starbucks. We miss your cofee and donuts. bentomdk@gmail.com

Being Danish I wonder why Americans always seems to complain about everything. There will always be mistakes and misunderstandings, as long as there are human beings involved. Learn to live with it, stop complaining, smile to the other people and they will smile to you. Despite a single mishap I still smiling and very, very satisfied with Dunkin Donuts.

Our sales tax in Ma. is 6.25%. At the dunkin donuts in Newburyport, they charge 6.8%. What this does is raise the price 1 cent more than it should be. No big deal, right? But, he owns at least 3 stores. So, 1000 coffees sold each day will net him at least $10,000 extra a year in stolen money - under the guise of tax. I should think this would be a federal offense. Headquarters - I hope you're smart enough to have somebody there reading these reviews, and thus do something about it. If a change doesn't happen very soon, it will be reported to the feds.

The manager located at 373 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park Florida store# 302355 Has quite an attitude and other customers see the same thing. She will not allow the other employees to interact with the customers... which is the reason most would come back. I called the 954-510-0555 so call customer feed back, and guess what? NO RETURN CALLS FOR ME AND THE OTHER THREE PEOPLE WHO WERE THERE WHO ALSO HAPPEN TO CALL..... No answer, no answer, no answer no return call, no return call, no return.... This manager needs to be trained to not have a bulldog look and attitude towards her employee's and the customers that help keep that establishment OPEN... Oh by the way my ticket order number is 675 6/28/2011 9:36 AM

TO THE HEADQUATERS (CORPERATE OFFICE OF DUNKIN DONUTS) LOCATED ON 14TH AND GIRARD STREET NORTHWEST DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. I AM A FORMER WORKER OF DUNKIN DONUTS I WRITING YOU ALL STATING NUMEROUS ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY. I'VE WORKED THERE FOR ONLY FOUR MONTHS AND THE HEAD MANAGER HAS GIVING ME SOME HARD TIMES EVEN EMPLOYEES. WHILE WORKING THERE I HAVE BEEN MISTREATED AND HARRASED ALSO FELT INTEMIDATED BY AN EMPLOYEE (SHIFT MANAGER) I'VE BEEN LIED ON AND CHEATED OUT MY PAY CHECKS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. THERE CAME TIMES I HAD BEEN BURNT BY BEING RUSHED BY AN MANAGER TO PREPARE A CUSTOMERS ORDER. THE FIRST TIME I STARTED WORKING THERE I WAS TOLD BY AN SHIFT LEADER THAT HE WOULD HELP ME OUT IF I DONT F*** HIM OVER AND IF I F*** HIM OVER THEN HE'LL DO THE SAME I DON'T KNOW HOW I SHOULD OF TAKEN THAT, BUT LOOKS TO ME LIKE HARRASSMENT OR SEXUAL ASAULT. HE WOULD ALSO DO SLY THINGS BEHIND MY BACK I HAVE A WITNESS AND I DIDNT PAY HIM NO MIND HE WOULD GET UPSET AND TELL THE MANAGER THINGS THAT ARE NOT TRUE. DURING MY TRAINING I DIDNT RECEIVE A CHECK I RECEIVED A PAYOUT OF 115 DOLLARS AND I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT I HAVE PUT MORE HOURS IN THEN THE AMOUNT I HAVE RECEIVED. ANOTHER WORKER CAME LIKE A MONTH AFTER ME AND HE RECEIVED A 60 DOLLAR PAYOUT AND ON TOP OF THAT HIS PAYCHECK WAS CLOSE TO 500 I DIDNT UNDERSTAND THAT. IT REALLY BOTHERED ME. BEFORE THAT WHEN I BECAME HIRED I TOLD THE SUPERVISOR THAT I WOULD NEED A LETTER STATING THAT I WORK TO PUT MY CHILD THROUGH DAYCARE AND IT TOOK THEM A WHOLE MONTH AND A HALF JUST TO GIVE IT TO ME SO THAT MADE IT HARD FOR ME TO BEABLE TO GO TO WORK WITH OUT WORRING ABOUT MY CHILD AND WHOSE WATCHING HIM. THAT ALSO MADE IT HARD FOR ME TO BEALBLE TO WORK SO I CALLED THE MANAGER A HEAD OF TIME TO LET HIM KNOW MY CASE AND HE TOLD THE OTHER EMPLOYEES THAT I WAS FIRED RATHERED THEN LETTING ME KNOW MYSELF. I FOUND OUT THROUGH AN EMPOLYEE THAT HE WAS FIRING ME. NOW BY HIM BEING THE HEAD MANAGER I FELT AS THOUGH HE SHOULDNT TALK ABOUT MY SITUATON TO OTHER EMPLOYEES IN THE WORK PLACE IT'S VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL. ALSO THERE WAS A PROBLEM ME AND THE SAME SHIFT LEADER, I CALLED THE STORE MANAGER AND STATED THE ISSUE AND THERE WAS NOTHING BEING DONE. I HAD JUST STARTED WORKING AT THAT LOCATION AND I DIDNT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE BASKIN ROBIN SIDE OF THE DUNKIN DONUTS. I ASKED THE SHIFT MANAGER IF HE COULD HELP ME WITH THE CUSTOMERS ORDER AND HE LOOKED AT ME AND HIS EXACT WORDS WERE "GO CALL YORI" THE STORE MANAGER AND LEFT ME TO STRUGGLE WITH THE CUSTOMERS ORDER SO I FIXED THE CUSTOMERS ORDER THE BEST WAY I CAN. NOW WITH THE SCHELDULES THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE MADE A HEAD OF TIME. NOW I LIVE ALL THE WAY IN VIRGINIA I ALWAYS CALL ON SUNDAY AT AROUND 1 TO SEE WHEN IM SCHELDULED TO WORK NOW THE SCHELDULE IS POSTED ON THE WALL NEAR THE MANAGERS OFFICE HOW IS ANYONE TO KNOW WHEN THEIR SUPPOSE TO WORK ESPECIALLY IF THE SCHELDULE IS MADE AT THE LAST MINUTE. HOW DO THEY EXPECT FOR ANYONE TO KNOW WHEN THEY NEED TO WORK OR WHAT TIME THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE THAT'S SO UNPROFFESSIONAL AND REDICULOUS. I HAD RECEIVED A CHECK AND I WENT TO CASH IT AND THE PNC BAK TOLD ME THAT I WAS UNABLE TO CASH IT...THEY WOULD'NT TELL ME WHY. THE PNC TELLER TOLD ME THAT WHOEVER WORTE THE CHECK I WOULD NEED TO SPEAK TO THEM IMMETIATELY WITH A SERIOUS FACE. COME TO FIND OUT THERE WERE NO MONEY IN THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT IT TOOK ME TWO DAYS TO CASH IT I FINALLY CASHED IT AT WALMART. I LATER QUIT BECAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY COMPLAINTS FROM ONE EMPLOYEE WHICH IS THE SAME ONE I HAVE ALWAYS HAD PROMBLEMS WITH (THE SHIFT LEADER) I WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER MANAGER THAT I NEED TO JUST DO WHAT I NEED TO DO AND IGNORE THAT ONE PARTICULAR LEADRE BECAUSE HE WAS TELLING STORIES ON ME TO GET ME FIRED. I TALKED TO THE MANAGER, IT'S LIKE I WAS TALKIN TO MYSELF BECAUSE HE WAS NOT LISTENING TO MY ISSUE WITH THIS SHIFT LEADER AND I FIGURED IT WAS LIKE HE WAS TAKING SIDES AND THAT WAS NOT RIGHT. I FELT LIKE I WAS A HARD WORKER AND WHATEVER I NEEDED HELP WITH I HAD ALWAYS MADE IT MY BUSINESS TO LEARN TO FIGURE IT OUT ON MY OWN AND GET THE JOB DONE. I FELT LIKE EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE IN DUNKIN DONUTS STILL WAS NOT ENOUGH BECAUSE EVERYTIME I TURNED AROUND I WAS STILL GETING COMPLAINTS BY THE SAME SHIFT LEADER. NOW THAT I HAVE LEFT THAT DUNKIN DONUTS I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY LAST CHECK. I CALLED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS ABOUT IT AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME OUT TO READ MY ISSUE...

its not the brand - it is the lack of help and overworked staff I frequent the D&D in Roswell GA several times each week. This particular location has clearly cut staff to the degree that the last three times I have gone in for a simple coffee, there is no one to serve it. Drive through seems to take precedence over walk ins no matter how long the walk in has been standing there in line. The last two weeks I have gone in and waited over five minutes for coffee. The only customer in the store. Yet drive through takes precedence - even when a customer is waiting inside. All the cars can go through drive through and I can be standing in line and if another car drives up as they have - the staff will go right back out to the back of the shop and wait on the drive through customer instead of the person who has been waiting the entire time. The employees seem very unhappy and stressed from feeling overworked and embarrassed that the customer has to stand there while they treat them as thought they are invisible. It causes the employee to behave crabby and look stressed out. Further making the experience NOT WORTH THE TRIP. Good job. Nice way to piss off your employees and customers. I won't be back.

hi my name is john scolum can you put bigtop donut in the oven ? if so can you please write back to me at scolumjohn@yahoo .com thank you

To whom it may concern,i visited Dunkin Donuts on June 18th at 7:45 am. I went thru the drive thru. I asked for a medium ice coffee with extra sugar and cream she handed me my coffee. I pulled up to the window. I came to find out there was no extra sugar or cream. I went back to the drive up window and mentioned to the cashier I ordered extra sugar & cream. She took it back and brought me back a medium cup filled with cream & suger no coffee. I guess she was being funny,it wasn't funny. What I paid for was ice coffee all i got for my money was cream & sugar. The store was located at 1800 Lewis Ave. Waukegan, Il 60085.

No "zero-star" rating? There should be! I love Dunkin' products and I visit the store at 6001 S.E. Federal Highway, Stuart (# 302943) regularly. Today a really haughty bottle blonde cutie pie gave me such a lousy look and bad to nonexistent service that I had to write to you. I am 82 years old (birthday this past Wednesday!) and I am still okay--still love your coffee and your wonderful donuts, bagels and other stuff...but won't be visiting that shop for awhile. I was going to ask for the manager and I decided that it wouldn't do any good. Fortunately, another associate behind the counter saw my unhappiness (boy I can get unhappy) and found my order (after 5 minutes of waiting!) and Miss Blondie was busy yapping with a young (male) customer and didn't look my way. Just want to tell you that our population is aging, and this population will buy your products because they've enjoyed them all these years. I will not return to that shop for awhile. She probably will move on anyway. At least, she should! barb punch

I live on Staten Island N.Y., there are two dunkin donuts shops near my house the problem i have is these shops like to steer away from the franchise coupons, they dont feel that they have to give the consumer the goods the coupon state. on many occations ive gone to these shops with a coupon and the employees will not give me the item and deny my purchase especially when its free. they openly lie and say they ran out or they dont accept the coupon. the straw that broke the camels back was on june 10 the coupon for the free frozen hot chocolate i got in the news flier, the employee told me they ran out of chocolate, now how does a coffee shop run out of hot chocolate, so they couldnt give me the free drink, this didnt sound right to me so i left and waited 15 minute then asked a friend to go purchase the drink without the coupon, to my surprize she came out with a frozen hot chocolate. disgusted and never again bye 4ever dd.

Dunkin @ Route 130 Sandwich MA drivethru..... ham/egg/cheese on an english muffin - muffin not toasted... 'raw'.... and... no napkin in a drive thru bag?????? C'mon folks. Pleasant workers, drive thru not so good

Store: 4727 E. Bell Road, Phoenix AZ 85032 My husband and I went in to get some donuts. He asked the lady what they had for jelly filled, she said we have what you see here, he replied that he is blind, she was so rude embarressing him and said again we have what you see here. I was so mad, that we left without getting any donuts. In the vehicle he apologized and started crying due to someone laughing at his disability. Dunkin Donuts should be ashamed of that employee at that store, everyone deserves to be treated with respect whether you are blind or not.

Your should give your employees a class in Customer Service - My husband and I used to visit your store on Snow Road but today was out last visit. Although my husband loves your coffee your donuts and muffins leave a lot to be desired. At 8:00 they are already out of things, or else what they do have is so stale you couldn't eat it. Hope that someone will take note of this letter and start changing the Dunkin Donuts philosphy. Lost a good customer.

I had the displeasure of going into your establishment were there was no air conditioners for two days. What a disgrace, the employees were saturated, and when I called the owner, his answer was mind your own business. Good bye Dunkin

To whom it may concern The Dunkin Donuts at 3101 W. Irving Park, Chicago, IL is the best place to get coffee. The crew members are very friendly, respectful, fast. Whenever I come to this Dunkin Donuts, I don't need to give my order. The guy named Abieshek remembers my coffee and makes it perfectly. The girl is also very friendly. Abieshek and the other girl are awesome workers.

Dear sir , Please be advised that the temperatue inside the store where I went to get my coffee was over 100 degrees. I think that it was very unconfortable for myself, for my guest and for your employees. It is inhumane and unecceptable condition that needs to be addressed ASAP, otherwise you will lose my business and others also. Regards Note : today 6/9/11 temperature 102 degrees location : 293 Route 18 south , East Brunswick

From: kevinklix@hotmail.com To: lealmanagement@gmail.com Subject: Dunkin Donuts Oneonta Main Street Store Date: Tue, 24 May 2011 15:31:25 +0000 This was sent almost 3 weeks ago with no response. So I take it that no matter what you customers think, doesnt matter. Well after careful consideration and the option of saving a few hundred dollars a month on Dunkin Coffee. I will shop for my coffee elsewhere. Service is still terribly slow and most of the employees have terrible attitudes and prefer to talk and socialize while customers wait. I am a repeat customer of yours at the Oneonta, New York store. I generally go in2- 3 times a day an spend an average of $8- $10 for my X-large coffe, and also for the Coolatta's and ice coffee i pick up for coworkers. My reason for this email is this. Your workers there definately need to find a betters ystem of working. it seems even when the store isnt busy, it takes entirely too long to wait on a customer. The employees need to be able to multi-task. In the evening you have a woman named Cheri that spends more time talking about her personal life about her husband who just got out of jai land her other issues than helping the customers. I don't mind people talking but when we are at the counter treat us as customers and not a hinderance of your day. Also on day shift there. You have mostly 5-6 staff working and it stll takes at least 5-10 inutes to geta coffee if the line has 3 or more customers. I am just venting because there have been several times that I had to leave because the wait was ridiculous. As I stated earlier. I go in to that store at least 2-3 times a day. I enjoy Dunkin Donuts coffee greatly but I'd much rather save $200 a month than have to have a bad experience. regards,

Please put a store close to our downtown city Mcallen Tx.I came from Boston MA and I cant seem to forget your coffe tried oter places but no luck.Plllleeeaasssee.Tahnk you so much I miss my blueberry ice coffee.
