Bk on fair oaks in carmichael ca is complete shit. They mess up your order everytime. And when I only get a half an hour for lunch I'm not gonna drive back over there and waste my whole lunch having them fix my order when the should have got it right in the first place. Oh and all the employees are rude and unprofessinal.

Hello, my name is Alic L Calloway and i live in Orlando Fla, I have one thing to say , i have enjoyed eating at burger king often but lately your commercials are offence, i have grand children. Who ever is making your commercials should be fired ASAP. I could make a better commercial, it should be a family type of cmmercial ,i guarantee if you make it a family type of commercial and offer more kid meal's on Tv your stock in burger king will go up. Burger King, Orland, CA: Food cold; over a dozen flies in the dining area; air conditioning leaking into food ordering area; filthy booths; wallpaper pealing off of walls in dining room; ketchup on side of booth seat (obviously old); and lack of management to intercede with loud unruly children in the dining room area (running, slipping, and hitting their heads on booth chairs) makes this the worst dining experience EVER - at a Burger King!

I went to the Burger King in New Waverly tx the other day and I wated on my food for 20 min. and the Manager was rude and he through my sauce at my ,he wasn't prof.at all. I smelled weed on him and that lil white girl that talks funny,her name tag said (C.C.) but I don't know wate her name is.But anyway I think that should drug test all the Managers, and the Crew leaders because the smell was load and I think they should be shut down.

On the 28 of this mnth ordered classic chicken sandwiches an the lettus was rotten made everone sick to the stomach for a couple of days.the lettus was literaly brown an slimey despicable. Pray that we get well an the kids hurt them so bad stomach achin headach probably need a dctr apptnt.times are hard at this day n tme im already on leave from wrk due to injury missin income missin payn bills etc. I got a family to take care of. I am a vary important figure going through a vary tough rough time. I dnt want to sound greedy but i need sme help with dctrs an my family an my bills we down rite now an i have to do wat ever to take care of my family. went to the denver store on 4600 peoria street the service was less than desirable, took over 38 minutes to receive my food which was just sitting in the warmer. they were more worried about getting the new smoothies out than serving the food in the warming area. the cook had all the food ready to be served. call to speak to the manager all i received is "i am new and there is nothing she could do about it". so i thought i would call in the day to speak to the store manager. well got no where with that, said she would call the distric manager and have her call me back. well, 6 hours later no call. when i called them back, shift manager said that everyone of importance is gone and that there was no reason for someone to speak to me. i am the one paying for their paycheck. if it is not for customers they would not have a paycheck.

The burger King located on 34th street in St.Petersburg, FL has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. Every time I go there I have to wait until an employee feels like greeting me and then decides to take my order. Even the manager there has no skills whatsoever. I wonder what type of training they provide their managers, obviously it is not good enough.

Burger king , Branford Connecticut, I placed a breakfast order at the drive thru, was told the total of the order a nd go to 2nd window . No one at window for 10 minutes , I knocked on window , beeped the horn and even yelled. Finally I walked inside and 1 person, customer. Manager after another 10 minutes ask's me for my order. I explain what happened and her responce was I was in the back what do you want from me. I said my meal, no apology and she says I don't know your order, so I asked Sally the manager the puropose of the drive thru and she says for the convenience of the customer, I don't think so in this restaurant. I fyour not in a rush go to this store and believe me you won't be greated with a smile from that manager!

I WALKED IN MESSED UP LEG CRAVING THE $1 strawberry banana smoothies. The dining room area was a mess with flies everywhere. One manager on deck 3 employees. Maybe four. Nobody wears hair nets any more mind you. The manager allows the female workers to wear long ponytails. Come to work not prepared: dont have your hat or shirt on but instead you come in with your breast all out. LITERALLY 15 cars in drive thru, 8 on the side waiting on there food. The burger king off of tara blvd. In atlanta is mayhem.

Store on Bloomingdale and Army Trail Rd. in Illinois: We waited for our smoothies for fifteen minutes. We pulled up to the window and were asked what we had ordered. It took another five minutes to get our smoothies. The workers were very rude and we found hair and spit in our smoothies.

They charged full price for my mocha frappe and a dollar for the smoothie, not fair. I would like my dollar frappe please thanks 5 stars for the whopper 1 star for the chicken strips though

I went to the BK on Saddle Creek in Omaha and had the manager growl at my daughter because she didnt jnow what she wanted to drink within 2 seconds of ordering her food! I never have had to complain but this is unacceptable. He glared at me 5 minures after .we arrivedand was so obviously overwhelmed

Waiting in line at drive thru in Colton Ca location at 1110 S Mount Vernon Colton CA no one at end of intercom-i talk into the intercom and a girl says "wait a minute"... about 2minutes later still nothing-i then said hello .. she then said how can i help you. I tried to order 2 of the "$1.00 fruit smoothies" which are advertized on the commercial this weekend only $1.00 she cut me off and said "we are out because our blender is not working" i asked her if burger king is offering any rain checks, she said in a rude tone "no you can come back tomorrow" without offering any other discount to make up for "there blender not working" she then said "you can either come back tonight or tomorrow" that was it .. she had no professional skills,just wanted me to get out of the way. ok fine i drove to another burger king (STORE#1694) on the other side of town aprox 10min away. Another sad story-while i was trying to place a order for 2 of the dollar drinks she cut me off and said "you can only have one dollar drink per car". ok i ordered it, 2 of us were in the car and when i got to the window i explained to her what had happened at the prior location and she said with a attitude "you can order a 2nd one just get out of your can and come inside".. i asked her for her supervisor- she then said with a attitude "she's just gonna tell you the same thing".. the supervisor (Diane) got to the window and said "what can i help you with" not "How can i help you" explained to her the situation and she said also with a attitude and the way she said it with her body language "unprofessional" "you have to come inside to get it" extremely rude and very gettho** i was shocked at her unprofessional aproach to the customer. She said "i dont care what the commercial says we are all individuals" BOTH OF THESE RESTAURANT SITES ARE THE RUDEST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT** I guess this is the the job for Diana the manager in colton store #1695 nor the rude girl behind the intercom at the Mount Vernon store in colton. I will never spend my money at burger king again and i will let my family and friends know of this horrible visit to both these locations. Nasty Nasty attitudes shame on you women you should have respect for the place you work for and not to mention the customer,that is why you have a job the customer

Stopped at bk in troy MI, big beaver and rochester rd. location.ordered 2 double stacks and a large onion ring... 6.67$ The onion ring was half full, chewed a hair in each of the double stacks. I guess i'll go to the mickey d's across the street from now on..... FU BK!

My husband and I frequent the Burger King on Grand Avenue in Franklin Park, IL. often. We received coupons for 1 FREE SMOOTHIE and 1 FREE FRAPPE'. We took one of the coupons in today (expires 5/27/12) and we were informed they are no longer excepting "free coupons" because you are doing a "Memorial Day Special". All Frappes' and smoothies are $1.00. Now you tell me, why would I pay $1.00 for something that should get for free? Personally I think that is stupid and you need to correct the problem.

My husband and I visit the Burger King on Grand Ave. in Franklin Park frequently. We have coupons for 1 free Frappe' and 1 free Smoothie, however, we were informed we could not use them because of a weekend special you have going on. Why should be pay $1.00 for either of those when we have coupons for free ones and they expire tomorrow (5/27/12). We will not be visiting Burger King anymore until this matter is corrected and the Manager at that store be repremanded as well. There was a young girl and training and she did everything possible to imbarrass her in from of people waiting to order.

This is in regards to the Burger King on 2222 South Semoran boulevard store number 3204. After I had been on waiting for a half hour, the guy gets to the window and says 12.12 which was the wrong amount for what I ordered. Not so much as a simple pology nor incentive for the wait. After making the correction of the order, he runs back and forth comes back to the window hands me the bag doesn’t offer any sauce. When asked about the wait he states with attitude that they’re short staffed with attitude rushed me off saying that the next car will be asking him the same thing. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated. I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. I will be informing my friends and family about this experience.
