Was clearing the front the store of people accidentally walked out thestore with a 3 dollar rag came back in the store an pplayed for the rags store manger said I stoled the rags she been harrashing ever sence

Service

The manager at the Port Orange, Fl. location, was wonderful to my granddaughter and I when we went in for help. He came out to the car saw what we needed and explained why and helped us with installations. He was very patient and did an excellent job for us. I would definitley go back to this store.

No help

Need people in you store who can help customer not just say I DON'T KNOW. This is why we have to go to other part stores.

Poor service

We ordered some brake parts a while ago now. They only shipped part of the order. I keep calling them. They are giving me the run around. The store cannot give me any information on what's going on and there are items missing from the order that they even have in there computer. I am so frustrated with this company. I spent over 200$ in parts and at this point it doesn't look like we will get those parts...

stollen property

bought a battery form autozone had it charged went to pick it up it was gone they wouldnt give me another one or anything said i had to purchase a new one i already bought one why should i have to buy another one

bad, bad, bad

My son works for Autozone in Georgia and we are having some really terrible winter weather at the moment. The regional manager of the store where he works is making him stay in a motel close to the store to ensure he gets to work. Why? Icy roads, snowing and freezing temperatures, I doubt anyone is going to need parts. My son has to stay away from home and family for his job? I don't think this regional manager cares about employees, just cares about his store doing business. What this tells me about Autozone is they don't care about their employees. Called corporate headquarters and they were very rude to me and didn't want to talk about it. Advising my son to speak with a labor lawyer.

We went to the store in miami gardens area and we had purchased a power steering pump and wanted to return the used part to get 75 dollar credit that was promised at the time of purchase the manager in the store said she does not have 75 dollars in her register................not only do you autozone have horrible ratings by your own customers but your a bunch of crooks that hire crooks...........i will never buy anything from you no matter how far i have to drive

I sent a friend to your store in Hazlet nj, # 1124 and the store manager wouldn't wait on him, and was very rude. last time I will recommend that store.

Poor service from employes

One of the employes from your store in pico Rivera on whittier I went in for a tail light bulb and a heater hose and left with a broken heater core and was something so easy to fix but in the end I ended up losing

shop repair

every time i called the wenatchee store in washingto to get a price they put you on hold and never come back that is really bad for business i tell every don/t call for a price as they not give it to you/

wrong parts

ordered rear calipers for my 88 volvo had to wait .. northern weather... i got them on hte 7th and this morning was set to go replace them ,, and discovered i had 2 right rear calipers... went back the poinciana store ,, & the guy told me ide have to write another check and have one of them credited back to my account ,, so i have to write another check because they made a mistake ??? i told him to order the right part and call me when its in ...supposedly on the 14th

25k a year for a one man operation

I could spend all day boring you with the multiple stories of how inconsiderate and rude the employees are. How the parts never quite fit and how their return policy is ridiculous. All i am going to say is it makes me happy that there are countless people that do not like the stores. The store on army trail road in carol stream Illinois is one of the worst but dont forget any of the other stores...

Customer service

Call the auto zone in Humacao Puerto Rico to Ask a question about parts that ordered before with the store intead of driving to the store an a man call Robert argue with me and said that I had to go to the store in person in order for me to get that imformation and I was more than eleven miles away.I consider that was unconsiderate of his part and very bad customer service. I have visit other store as well. Aparently customer in autozone are less than human.Very bad.

Batterie

Went to Auto Zone in Delta CO to see if my batterie was bad FYI it was 9' outside and the workers would not help me because it was 8:45pm and they were closing and 15 mins. By the way my hubby works offshore and I had 2 young kids in the car! I can't believe they treated me this way. I have never felt so helpless:(

I made a return to an AutoZone store in San Lorenzo California and they gave me a fake bill and I've been calling the store and the corporate offices for a month And a half without any results

Rude

Dealt with the manager on two different times.at the Eastpointe Mi on Gratiot Ave store by 9 Mile (There are two Auto Zones on Gratiot) He is sarcastic and rude, if he can't be nice to customers, he should get a different job, I spend a lot of money on auto parts. There is a Pep Boys right next to it, I will be spending my money there!

Horrible customer service

This morning I went to AutoZone store #5574 in Riverside CA and they tested my battery and it was confirmed it was bad. Even though it is under warranty and I had the receipt, I was told to come back later because they didn't have enough staff to help me. After coming home, my car would not start because of the battery! I called the regional office and the local store manager came to my house to change my battery, which was already owed to me. He was very short with me and never even apologized for me and my son being stranded. I will be calling corporate again and not dealing with AutoZone anymore. They just list a loyal customer.

bad service

store # 556130121 menifee co this store is known for its bad service the word is out on this store I ordered my part over the phone they took my credit card # and ordered the wrong part when I go 6 miles it not good

Very poor I got the app looking for a part with the number Call the one in pompano and they are out if stock Gave me a phone number and address for one that had 3 in north miami The phone number 10 minutes of rigging Finally called Hollywood store they gave merge warehouse number Finally after getting thru to n miami store They hung up 2 times asked for the part they so not have it it I will note ever use you company again Seems like incompetent people working there Sorry only Hollywood store was helpful

UTTER DISCUST

I for years have shopped at Auto Zone for a number of years, and recently went into my local store to find a disgusting lack of knowledge about really anything to do with the parts they sell . Then to top it off I tried to deal with store manager who seemed to busy trying to flirt with the little girls that he hires to work the counter [ picture a 50 yr old lame dude trying to flirt and impress a 17 year old girl ] It is pathetic and embarrassing to men everywhere . I will never go into the Fallriver, Ma on Rhode Island Avenue store again as long as i live .You would think someone would atleast need minimal Knowledge of auto parts to work in auto parts store .
