They always slip something on your purchase if your not looking! Once my wife came back with small packs of brake lube when I asked her to pick-up brakes for me! Cost me time and gas going back to return!! Then the next brake job they tried to pull same shit on me! PepBoys here I come!

the office on lower fayettevile rd newnan ga i call about 3:00 pm they said we are swamped can you call back in five minutes. so i gave the part to my wife to take back and as she was standing in the line someone called for a part and they told the person on the phone the same they told me this problem needs to be solved i will not use autozone every again

I think the people who work at the glenway avenue store in cincinnati need a class on people skills, I will never go back to any auto zone. My friends and I spend a lot of money in auto parts and we will be taking our business else where.

Having read posts of bad Managers, and warranty issues leads me to writing this. Bad Managers exist because Bad District Managers promote them. My Manager took $10.00 that a customer had overpaid me and rather than contacting customer, said it was Pizza Money. District Manager told me to warranty an Optima Battery, even though it had an O'reilly shipping label on it. Because he personally knew the customer. Managers relabel installed parts to sell them as new. I could go on and on on what I have seen in Store 1512, But nothing would change.

They sell defective parts and then don't honor the warrenty. They are total A-Holes! Don't buy from them!
WTF ????
Spent an 1.5hrs.watching some kid try and install a battery...most of his time was spent looking for nuts and bolts that he lost.After an hour and he was still trying to figure out how it all goes back I told him put my old batty.back ,he had the store manager come out and with my help we got it back together with my original batty. "Not a single were sorry for the trouble" was uttered. Stay away from this place Centerline,Mi.unless you need the grief.

I went to autozone store at 1850third,memphis,tn,on 28 of april.a guy name Alonzo told me the store was closed.it was7.45pm...I went by the same store one weekday and the store was closed.I got tere at 845..dt no who was working.tere was employees in store..I drove2or3miles for nothing..do auozone close when they say they close or is it up to the employee to say when autozone close.

This Autozone will need a new manager soon. Drew, the current manager has worked all over the parts industry and he does not stay anywhere long enough for trouble to catch up to him. He is a snake in the grass and will screw you over badly.
returned parts in order to get the right parts and autozone credited a card that is from someone else in another state not only am i out the original cost now someone is that much richer i will never do busness with autozone anymore

Made a purches on the store on main between warner and edinger in santa ans tryed returning a few days after it was a license plat fram purfictly good they denied it and expected me to stay with it even thought it wouldt work for my car the manegment there is very rud and has very bad custermer service skill it almost seamed like just cuz I was a female he had to be rud cuz hewould be totaly nice with the men that were in front of me, very disapinted..

Poor pricing for dealers,was told the more I spend the more discount I get. It is a CASH ACCOUNT, Traded with Imperial Beach, Calif. Poor service, unqualified employees and Manager that does not care about your customers. I canceled my account.

I would like to thank the two guys at the AutoZone in Marshall Mo. We were on our way back to Iowa from a Scout outing in sothern Mo. Had 25 people on the bus and a hose started leaking. The two men wnen out of there way to make sure we had everthing we need to get back on the road. Now that"s sourthern hospital Thank You from a member of Order Of The Arrow,Mitigwa Lodge Mid -iIowa Council and all the Scouts that were on the bus.
wait time and price
I waited 45 min line to get help on a part! To top it off the price of part part has double in price ... and I even have recite show same part price increase. ...
Knowledge
Customers need to know basic info about whay they are driving if they want to be given the correct part. the wrong info will result in customers being given the wrong part and that is the customers fault not autozone or their eimplyees. All warranties are under the phone number you gave at the time of purchase, if you can't remember it, that's your fault not autozone or their employees. If the same part keeps breaking then perhaps it was installed INCORRECTLY. also, if you cannot speak basic english, that's not autozones fault or the fault of their employees for not being able to understand you!
Not mechanics
autozone is a parts store, you need a part, they provide it when available to them. if you need a mechanic then go to one. if autozone employeed mechanics you wouild not be able to afford the part because of the payroll it would require to employ mechanics and that payroll would come from significanlty increasing the cost of parts. they are cashiers with basic knowledge. not their fault if you are too cheap to go to a REAL mechanic. you get what you pay for.

No honor
We bought parts, Paid good money for what should have been good parts. When the parts failed we had to call corporate to get them to honor the warranty. Whats the deal Timkin has a factory warranty for 1 yr. We have the receipt showing they are 6 months old.

I went to autozone in Indianapolis Indiana to get a cv axle for my 1990 Plymouth Grandvoyger the one I took off was just a shaft with no counter waight the one they sold me had a counter weight in it I asked if it would hurt my transmission they told me no it would work fine abour 2 weeks later mt trans. started slipping and jerking real bad

Auto Zone is advertising free installation on installation of certain parts. My wife and daughter purchased a battery and was told in order to have Auto Zone install this 100.00 battery. My wife would have to buy two related items battery washer and battery lube. This is not free installation and its pressure sale on females. The employees need to explain the purpse for those other items and let the customer decide.
