Awful customer service even in corporate!!!!!!! Cannot seem to be given to the right person. People are rude, need to leaern how to treat customers. Purchased furniture one year ago and it is all broken down already. The reclining chair back slides out of the base when reclining. I had purchased a sectional sofa prior from Living Spaces and that I had for approximately 9 years and was still in good condition. Moved and it wouldn't fit in our new house. Will never purchase from Ashley again!

quality and customer service

We spent a lot of money furniture for our living room. The recliner is already tearing up. I have been on the phone with Ashley for MONTHS now, can't even get a phone call back. What is the point of buying extra protection warranty if they do NOT stand behind it or their product! What a JOKE!

I can't believe it

I purchased a loveseat power recliner from Home Hardware on Victoria St in Kitchener Ontario. The power recliner didn't work. I asked about replacement parts and they sent me to Ashley in Cambridge (10 min away) I told them what I needed and they said they would order them. 2 weeks later I got the parts. PERFECT. Great staff, great service, no hassle, Wow! Impressive! 100% better than the Brick or Leon's Ashley is the only place to shop.

Horrible customer service

Attentions! Don't buy any mattress from Ashley store. They delivered wrong item that is not the same on I try in the showroom. After you called the manager to explain, they still will not do exchange. instead they offer you buy another mattress for 50 % off and get ride off new mattress($ 2100 price) by your own. call customer services is the worst not help at all. anyone have suggest to this problem?


They financed us for two sets of front room furniture, we only ordered one. Then They delivered the wrong furniture and then wanted to charge us a extra $4,000 dollars for the add on. Horrible customer service completely incompetent staff. They still cant figure our my order now I am bringing pictures to show them nothing like working with 2 year olds.

Faulty hardware on leg

Purchased a couch and love seat, the delivery drivers were unethical in making us believe everything was fine. When I moved the loveseat into place the leg fell off. The screw they used was undersized so the leg was not secured, they just set the loveseat on the loose leg!!!!! Thats not even the worst part - - trying to deal with customer service to get this resolved, what a joke -> steer clear, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

terrible place to shop

ordered and paid for furniture. Never received furniture. They gave us a refund form. Will not credit our account. Had to turn the problem over to our visa company to settle. Every time we called it took exactly 45 min. before someone came on the line. The customer service stinks. We will never buy Ashley furniture.

this company is rip off

they are selling us furniture and warranty and then tell me when I call the store that the manager is busy with customer. I know for fact that they are all only concern abut making a sale and has no leadership in their store. Jeff at the Orlando store tell me to keep a 3K bed with no back spring.


my husband and I purchased aa bedroom set . Started having problems with the bed. could not get any one at the store went to the store felt like i was in a quarle. this person is suppose to this no that person is suppose to kept going back and forth. took almost 2 months. They don't like to communicate. I will not recommend or shop there again.....

terrible service after I purchased for repair


I bought new mattress default and they refused to exchange it and I have back Bain


The furniture broke, they wont fix or replace it, and the "finance" company calls and harrass you about it. And the customer service is terrible. Just a horrible experience altogether.

Price Change

I was in the process of Buying a Bedroom Suit from the Hickory Nc store had already signed the paper work on the price when the saleperson changed the sale price by whiting it out.I want to know what kind of scam is this store running


Bought a Durablend sofa and 2 matching recliner along with extended service plan.. Set just turned 3 years old and I was assured when purchasing nothing like this would happen now 1 of chairs is peeling and it's just my husband and I! Called store asked for manager he was going to call right back never happened! Decided to contact corporate but after all the neg reviews that their customers problems don't matter I figure why bother? So sad I will never use them again and will discourage all from using them!

Garthay Reclining Sofa

I am working on my 3rd sofa because first one wouldn't recline because a metal bar was broke almost into, and second one had a hole in the seat cushion, and it takes a min 4 weeks to get a replacement sofa. I don't recommend Ashley Furniture!!! If you contact Corporate Office, they don't care! Bottomline!
