my delivery is delayed once again they delivered my dinning set and didn't put it together and they will not come out and do it im going back a forth with them I paid for this service never again with I by anything from here.

Broken bed

Bed broke first week January after having it 4 months. Someone came to repair it 4 weeks later and said there were missig parts. Now they sent us the parts and expect us to fix their mistakes. Horrible horrible place

fee for travel...really

I will never purchase from here again. Bought a desk and after two months its peeling. I called to have them come and check it out but I have to pay $50 for travel...really! Called the store and they said if I purchased the extended warranty it would be covered.

Nightmare with Ashly Furniture!

Furniture was not delivered when promised. Furniture was damaged when delivered. Be careful of the ins tore resources such as there finance company and leasing company is very unethical, rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend the Reno, Nevada store to anyone.


In all my years, I've never had a manager speak to me the way this one did. And the order was wrong, and I still have a bed I didn't order in my house. NEVER buy from these people.

Worst customer service ever

I ordered a bedroom set in Las Vegas and they delivered the wrong bed and I talk to the store and still didn't receive the one that I ordered. The managers can't even take responsibility. And on top of that the customer service representative have the worst customer service. They don't even deserve one star.

Guest Response Team

Ashley Furniture Stores owner should be ashamed to call themselves a Caring Entity. The experience for replacement of brand new furniture that's damaged on arrival is Horrid. Save yourself the headache and shop Rothman, Value City, JCPenney, etc. anywhere but Ashley.

Purchased a sectional sofa that arrived broken..being given the runaround..customer service is horrible..considering about taking legal action against them...

Didnt deliver furniture as confirmed. Didn't receive a call to tell me no delivery . Also i had to a day off for the delivery. Customer service was very unprofessional when i was finally able to get through. Now I have an empty room, no answerm no deluvery time. I sm mad ,upset and disappointed with Ashley. .

The Worst Experience

Can't get anyone to do anything no one knows anything. Been fighting with them about damage to my home for two months now they say too much time has elapsed and I did the damage and am blaming them.


I will not say much,worst of the worst.When you see Ashley Furniture look away.

horrible situation still unsolved since October this is towards the Cherry Hill New Jersey store just to much to write, I'm so disapointed and was disrespected in my own home by their delivery men, they broke my stuff right in front of my home, in front of me and my neighbors etc. horrible horrible situation


We purchased front room furniture and we informed the sales person that we allow our dogs on the couch. We were informed that the fabric we purchased would withstand dog nails but "just in case" we should purchase the warranty. When we needed the warranty we were told that cuts in the fabric voided the warranty. We were absolutely mislead. Terrible way to treat a customer

horrible experience

I have had the worst experience ever with this store. My delivery was cancelled twice with short notice. When it finally arrived three weeks after paying in full the bed arrived broken so they could not put it together. Now my son has to sleep on the floor for three weeks bc that is how long it will take for them to send a replacement.

I bough my sofa with 5 years extended warranty in Ashly store in sterling Va but after 3 years I had issue with structure and latter which came off , after so many call they said we can't help and these shame for big company .

What else can I say than has been said too many times. They delivered the wrong furniture. The right one is in the showroom, but when I suggested the sway, they just laughed at me! They hung up on me when I complained about their service. Save yourself -- don't use Ashley.
