Worst Ever

Purchased $4000 worth of furniture on March 18th, still have not recieved a month later! Every time I call there is another excuse. Would never consider this brand again. They could care less is right just like everyone says. I did not order custom furniture it should not take a month!

customer service

If there was a negative review I would select it. This company twice now has sold my daughters bed before delivering it to us. Management has just given a apologies about it and has done nothing to fix situation. Never, absolutely never would I buy furniture from them again! Nor do I recommend them to anyone.

Furniture

I purchased two Ashley Furniture Boulevard couches for my living room a couple of years ago. The leather started peeling and bubbling up in areas that were hardly used at all. I was and am highly disappointed with the quality of the leather used for my hard earned money...

The warranty service sucks. Don't waste your money on it.

lousey policy

There policy is lousey. I tried canceling my order for a dinning room set that is not going to fit in my house. I live at least 50+ miles to the nearest Ashley store, so my changing/canceling would mean another trip. I should be able to cancel with in the 24 hour of delivery and be refunded properly. Not going to happen. Again a policy not worth your time.

NIGHTMARE TRYING TO PICK UP MY FURNITURE GET A CALL SAYING ITS IN GO TO GET IT JUST TO FIND OUT THAT ITS NOT THEIR!!

purchased a bed and when delivered not the bed i wanted. i refused merchandise and it was sent back to store. still charged me for bed frame and lied when they said they would refund on credit. so shocked and upset. bad business practices very very very bad

Ashley discriminates against it's employees

After reading the lawsuits against Ashley Furniture Homestore in New Jersey, I decided to purchase my furniture at Bob's. If this company does not take care of it's employees, how do you expect it to take of it's customers. Better safe then sorry.

Awful Furntiure

Ashley Furniture does not use real wood in their furniture. You cant touch up any scratches. I have loose legs on my sofa and love seat. My sofa has already been replaced once and now the springs on one side are going. I only got the sofa in October of 2013. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Warranty and customer service with company doesn't mean a thing

Our sales guy was great our service with delivery time and other warranty issue another story that you could write a book about never going to buy from this place again suggest the public dont either this is the first time I've ever complain about a chains company service

Worst Company Ever

Purchased furniture from Ashley which was the worst experience of my life. The sales associate did not know what she was doing. I had multiple delivery problem. They are so bad that I can't even explain the entire story. My suggestion to the general public is to stay away from this company.

cleaning

I have the five years no worry cleaning. I call make appointment and they come to my house this morning. The guy walked In my house with a flower water bottle and a rag. That is how he cleaned my sectional. I will never get another thing from Ashley again and never get a service agreement from them.

Beware do not buy anything from ashley furniture. Worse furniture to buy unless you want crapy particle board the breaks in the middle of the night

The worst customer service ever! I bought a Stearns and Foster mattress and in less than 9 months there was a bulge in the side. They sent someone out to look at it and said nothing was wrong. I am still dealing with the customer no service and the store with little luck! Learned my lesson.

Bought a Dining Room Set and they double charge me for the set. Different days. I called the store where I bought it. At first they were nice, but since I insisted they got a little upset. Now I have to wait until supposedly they have to check and in the order that was received the dispute. It is 1807.23 that charge me twice.

Worst furniture company ever! Ran me around the block trying to get my couch fixed, no one knows what they are doing and they don't seem to really care to help. DO NOT buy from them, you will have a terrible experience. Don't say I didn't warn you.

delivery was horrible. they made a mess of my home and wanted me to keep the damaged items. got rude when i declined and they had to bring the items back downstairs. their corporate offices blamed me for not complaining during the delivery...like I want a confrontation. the corporate office is always local to the store and you cannot complain any higher than that...never heard of such. so the number listed above will not help you.

Swastika on receipt

Wow look at all of the negative reviews with not one response from management. My friend received a couch yesterday and handwritten on her receipt was a swastika. I have pictures as well as outraged community

Cal King Bedset

I bought a Cal King bedroom set from Ashley in Henderson Nevada, then moved to Naples Florida, I wanted to buy another Cal King bedroom set and the store manager said Ashley Furniture doesn't sell Cal King and never has, I said " Yes you do I have one from Ashley" then he stared arguing with me and told me to leave. I guess they didn't want the $5,000 cash I had on me to buy one.
