How many times you have to CALL CORPORATE FOR SOMETHING TO GET DONE. THERE SERVICE AT NORTHLAKE AMC, CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION IS FULL OF SHIT......BUNCH OF LIES, TALK AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT SUCKS...THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOU MONEY BUT WONT HANDLE SERIOUS MATTERS WHEN IT COMES TO BUSINESS.. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE SHIT...THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME SPENDING MONEY WITH THESE CLOWNS. CAN'T BULLSHIT YOUR WAY THRU BUSINESS AT SOME POINT YOU WILL FAIL....

What the hec is in that so called popcorn butter anyway? Surely not pure and simple butter and not even quality oil.. is it gasoline or something? So the 2 machines were both not working April 21st, 2012 for God knows how many days and the consession stand was giving out a very thick and practically neon like oil, we hesitantly only used 1 very tiny bit but it caused a huge mess for me and my family. My son threw up twice my hubby got the runs and me and my others got a little of both, needless to say he missed a very important party function the next day as a result. We want all AMC to review and consider a new and healthier option to butter our popcorn. If I see this again, I will lodge complaints with BBC, the health department, etc and will spread this to newsmakers, reporters, social media, blogs, you name it! We pay high taxes in Bergen County and this is no way to run a business for your consumers !!!

We stopped into the Linden theatre to see a movie and the place has gone downhill since we were there a few months ago. It was disgusting, the people selling tickets were yelling at some guy at your services area, and the floors were covered in filth and trash. The area to get butter was piled with trash. And the bathrooms were almost as bad as the viewing rooms. Yes, I would have enjoyed the movie more if I had watched it from the bathroom. When we asked for help, we spoke to a guy named Bill who showed no care at all. When we told him we were going to contact Lowes about how he manages the place he smiled and said to go right ahead. His boss needs to have a talk with him about how he treats paying customers. He tried to bribe us with free tickets when we decided to leave but we do not want them as we will never be back to any amc theatre again. It was much better when the guy with the beard was running the place. I only give one star because the is no 0 stars in your rating window.

I have to say I was completely disgusted with the hygiene at your theaterin West Orange NJ.The staff was very unprofessional and the tables were dirty as all hell. I also notices that none of the staff most of who are female were not wearing hairnets gloves and I observed a few males on staff with long hair not wearing hairnets either. Again the staff were so busy horsing around that the servicebecame lackluster at best. I.will not be attending this theater again in the future.

Who checks your phone correspondence that the public hears to see a movie????...I wanted to see a late movie and called your Alderwood 16 in Wash State...that number recognized my cell # as a Bellevue,Wa # and when I asked for the Alderwood one I spent over 10 minutes on menu "OPTIONS"(what a joke) and never did get the movie or theatre times I wanted..ended up at one of your competitor shows...called them and their menu for show times was so SIMPLE...come on AMC get up to speed...and if I want "Fandango" I will ask for that...I just want to know times not all that other garbage....HOORAY FOR REGAL!!!!!

The operations manager, George, at A.M.C. Discover Mills , does not honor his word. He promised a special needs child a pass for his birthday/Christmas present to see his favorite, Alvin and the Chipmunks(no.3-Chipwrecked). We were broke and scrambling for shelter, during the last 3 months of 2011. We checked back multiple times, as he requested. He told us instead of a pass or two passes, we could pay the matinee price and get in. I spoke to a woman in corporate, believe her name was Theresa. She did nothing for us, and never emailed me with results after their findings. Management is obviously allowed to brake promises to good customers, who have patronized that business since it opened. A kicker is when I originally asked corporate for some help, they sent me to my local theatre. Apple does not fall far from the tree, in this case. What happened to this company? I CALLED THE AMC CORPORATE OFFICE HEADQUARTERS..FOR MY IMPORTANT INFORMATION...AN THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...AN NO HELP AT ALL..SHE WAS VERY SNOBBY..!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats nothing the AMC theatre in Hiram, has a member of management who was arrested for soliciting sex from a young man. He still works there, and AMC knows it. He still works there and they do nothing about it. rumor has it that he still is soliciting

Concerned Adult-not happy; The Tysons Corner AMC Theater 16 at the Tysons Corner Mall the cashiers who takes care of the snack bar are not taking care of the customers properly. Most of the time they are very slow serving the customers, the cashiers talking to each other while the customers are trying to get served, and when the customers do get served the are slow serving the customers. The customers are very disappointed about this because the customers are trying to get their food or drinks so they don't miss the bginning of their movie. Most of the time they are in line waiting while the movies started, and the customers are missing afew minutes of the movie. All of this usually happen Friday and Saturday nights around 8:30pm to the midnight shows, and after the 1:00am shows. Sometimes during the day hours too. Someone should clock the cashiers how fast they serve the customers. Also sometimes are talking to the customers or their friends while the line grows longer. Most of the time its between 7 minutes or more. The cashiers take their time trying to get the food and drinks. This has been going on for years. After all the years this theater been at this location there is still lots of mice crawing around especally the night time from the left theaters 1 through 8. Once in a while I see some mice on the right side in theaters 9 through 16. The top corner walls needs to be plugged or the side panels needs to be reglued or replaced from the tiny holes on the top corners. There are over 15 mice that I have seen in at least 1 theater that I saw for a midnight shows. Usually theater 2 that has the most mice in the theater at nights. The lines at the snack bar needs to be shorter not longer. Since some AMC theaters have smoothies, other drinks, and more arranged of foods in the midwest how about getting this at AMC Tysons Corner Mall 16? Heard there is a smoothies machine in a corner for over a year now. Why don't someone get the supplies and hook up the machine instead of leaving the in the corner unhooked. Also I still see the usher friends and the black guard bring in food and frinks in the theater at the Friday and Saturday midnight shows. How about the customers if they can bring in these items why not the customers? The ticket prices for the real-3D and 3D movies are too high especially for the adults. There should be discounts days like $6.00 for an example on Tuesdays for the winter, and maybe other days during the year, or for holidays maybe. Lower the prices for the popcorn & drink combos. Also when I call for showtime information on Friday or Saturday nights it always busy, and when I come in the theater most of the time I see the ushers friends talking to them, the phone is busy until 11:00pm or later. The good thing about the theater is that you have good movies playing there, and the screens are large. Why not getting acouple of NC17 movies once in a while at this theater during the year since this theater has a NC17 sign poster next to the ticket counter. Like the new cash registers machines at the ticket counter-its facing flat down this is good. The movies playing there. When there is a line at the ticket counter there is usually only 1 usher/cashier there surving the customers. There should be 2 or more ushers/cashiers helping out in the ticket line when there is 10 or more customers inline trying to get their tickets, and this is for during the day as well, and especallly during the night times and Friday/Saturday nights. Lately I've seen lines at the food Court areas for customers to get their tickets. This is not good for customers to wait that long. When its this bad there should be more of the AMC staff to help out, and not talking to each other while customers waiting in line for tickets. This is a habit for cashiers at the ticket counter during the day time. Needs lots more improvements to this theater like with smoothies, more different kinds of food and drinks, improvements on serving the customers promptly-way too slow, cashiers talking to each other while serving the customers, and customers (especially the old adults)they aren't happy waiting to get their food or drinks quickly. then when I see these improvements I'll give this movie theater a 5 rating. I like the movie theater, but needs alot of improvements. Just to let you know what's going on while some managers probably don't know what's going on when they aren't there, or not doing their duties correctly. Glen-the main manager should keep more attention on what's going on when he isn't there during the day or night. The manager assistants under Glen seems to slack sometimes on their duties and keeping an close eye with their cashiers and ushers. Maybe some surprise unofficial AMC Corporate visits to this theater should come and check out what's going on and check how quickly the cashiers serve the customers at the lines for the snackbar, and at the ticket counter. Anyway this theater is a good place to see movies.

*THERE IS NOT A RATING LOW ENOUGH FOR THE AMC SHOWPLACE 14 THEATER, NEW LENOX, IL *My daughter took me to this theater to see "We Bought A Zoo". *We arrived about 10-minutes or so before the "start time" as noted on their website. *The auditorium had maybe 3-4 other people. *We were SUBJECTED and had to ENDURE close to 45-minutes of EAR SPLITTING, UNNECESSARILY LOUD, previews, commercials, etc. *Also, during the running of the previews - *There was a PERIODIC LOUD BOOM LIKE A "SONIC BOOM". *People began to enter the auditorium shortly BEFORE the commercials ended - *AND THE HIGH DECIBEL LEVEL WAS PROBABLY WHY. *The movie FINALLY started - *AND IT WAS VERY LOUD ALTHOUGH NOT QUITE AS LOUD AS THE PREVIEWS & COMMERCIALS. *I am in my early 80s and have severe tinnitus. *I WAS: 1)GETTING A HEADACHE, 2)THE VIBRATIONS IN MY CHEST FROM THE "BOOM" MADE ME FEEL AS IF I WERE BEING PHYSICALLY POUNDED, 3)MY STOMACH STARTED ROILING IN A SICKENING WAY. *I had to get out of there as fast as I could. *My daughter was concerned that I would fall in my haste to exit since I have limited mobility. *We went to the Customer Svc. booth and voiced our concern about the decibel level... *To be told that "it was within limits". *We requested and receive our ticket money ($20.00) back. *My experience is NOT UNIQUE! *It has also happens to children as well. *Do people REALLY and TRULY want and enjoy sound at movies, concerts, restaurants, public places? *Some Wal-mart & Sam's Clubs have discontinued the piped in Muzak DUE TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. * 1) Considering the McDonald's law suit by the lady that was severly burned when hot coffee spilled on her lap... * 2)AND considering that Honda is being sued by a person because her Honda did not fulfill the "miles per gallon" advertised... * 3)I BET SOMEONE IS GOING TO SUE AMC THEATERS DUE TO THE EXTREME DECIBEL LEVEL CAUSING PANIC ATTACKS, POSSIBLE HEART ATTACKS WITH ENSUING HOSPITALIZATION. *This is NOT just a "social concern" - *IT IS A HEALTH CONCERN!!! *Clinical research has proven these high levels of decibels are creating hearing impairments. *IN CLOSING, I STATE "CAVEAT EMPTOR"! *Translation..."BUYER BEWARE!"

AMC Machesney Park IL has a convicted child molester working as managment. Where was the backgroung check!? I will never bring my child to a place that will put scum like that in charge. Shame on you AMC!

why are the prices soo high and show times so few? Every person should be able to afford to see a show atleast once a year! Your website needs a little more info, like can we purchase tickets at the door? What concessions are offered at what prices for each location. Seriously you charge soo much money to see the show pay a decent web designer to be complete!

My wife and I are over 65. On Monday Jan.2, 2012 we went to your AMC location at the Scottsdale 101 theater in Scottsdale, AZ. When we purchased our tickets the clerk said the amount was $20.00 for two. He said "usually it's 10.00 for two senior tickets but our holiday rates are still in effect." We will never, ever go to another AMC theater. Think about it: Instead of rewarding their loyal customers on the holidays, they stiff them with DOUBLE the usual movie rate. It's time the American people stop frequenting businesses that are operated by corporate thieves. Boycott places that dare charge double just because it's a holiday. Instead of rewarding their customers they would rather SCREW THEM! Don't be a sucker - boycott AMC !!

Menlo park mall. Jan 5, 2012. After sitting in the movie theater for 45 min i went outside to find someone. No one know where the manager was. Basically they forgot to turn on the movie. After asking where the dine in food was the busboy had no idea. We sat there for one hour with no food or a movie. Got up and left. Quoal was the supervisor that night. After we returned the tickets and asked him how does someone like you manage a place like this. He didnt even know why he was there. Worst service yet. This place needs some more responsible employees.

Last Christmas, I received a gift card to AMC. The closest AMC is over 40 miles away, so I can't use it. I tried to return it, with receipt, but wasn't allowed to. I called AMC and they said there was a zero balance of the card which I had received TWO days earlier! I told them the girl a Walmart opened the cardboard, I had brought it in intact! The AMC guy said to fax receipts and info to him. I faxed it, I called , I emailed........no reply. AMC customer service sucks! This was very disappointing! They should keep a list of where the AMC theaters are, because alot of people get these giftcards from well meaning people, and have to jump through hoops to use them!!

On August 15, 2010, my husband was found face down in a pool of blood in the AMC theater bathroom In Manteca, CA. Theater staff put him on a bench, cleaned up the bathroom, then lied about him having a medical condition, which was proven that he did not have, nor did he have any medical condition causing him to fall. My husband sustained a fractured skull and cannot remember anything that happened to him. AMC Theater refuses to compensate my husband for his injuries. The doctors said his injuries are due to trauma. AMC theater figures since he does not know what happened to him in the bathroom, well, they are not obligated to him. My husband will be forever disabled because he went to the movies at AMC theater for his 49th birthday.

Went to AMC theatre #12 in Bloomington In on 2 January to see Chipwrecked with my two children. Waited in line 40 minutes to get tickets because they only had 1 person selling tickets. Then another 30 minutes in line for snacks because they only had 2 people working there. Once we got into the movie the theatre was filthy....couldn't even put your feet on the floor as it was covered with soda and popcorn. I wanted to get a stubs card since the have the half price going on but there was noone to help with that. Its funny how they changed to HOLIDAY PRICING, meaning it was more expensive, however they did not have enough people working to take care of anything. What's point of charging more if you don't have extra people working except to rip off the public and have them have a horrible movie experience.

Where do you purchase the parmesan garlic for the pretzel? Everytime I to to the movies that is the topping I like to put on my popcorn. I would really love to find out where you buy it. The only complaint I have is, the last time I went to the movies the employee who helped me with my goodies, stated I am not able to ask for that on the side. Why is that? I am a customer and I am willing to pay for it...

How come Hugo in 3D only has TWO showtimes daily, and is hardly playing anywere.......that really S____S!!!!! I mean really, twice a day.........
