Trying to verify employment is a joke. Went thru 3 numbers never spoke to a human and then was told you have to go online and set up an account. Please just for a verification.

I was in your Bonney Lake WA store on 4/26/11 I went to the meat dept. I asked for chili meat ground. The girl at the counter told me the butcher was cleaning up for the day (it was 2:30 p.m.) she asked the butcher and he said he would do it so I waited. While waiting I got something else from the meat counter. The butcher gave me my product and I left. My fault for trusting my butcher and not looking at what was handed to me. To my shock when I got home it was ground beef 85 % lean (not very tasty for good chili). NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. With time not on my side and not wanting to go back and waste gas I used the meat and made my chili. One would say so whats the problem. The problem is #1 I was mislead, sold the wrong product and when I called this a.m to complain I was told that is how they sell chili meat and that I could get my money back. WOW now that is great problem solving and fantastic customer service NOT.....

I shop at the Albertsons close to my house in Arizona, I am not happy with the deli Meats at the Deli Counter at all and have heard other people complain. I know these big companies pay the buyers off at these big chain stores with money and other things to keep there product in there, if it doesn't taste good it doesn't seem to matter. I have had to throw out so much lunch meat and now I will drive a little further to go to a different store for it. Try switching your deli meats, care about your customer a little more instead of what you can get out of these big companies and maybe, just maybe you will see an increase in sales. Until then, I will shop somewhere else.

At the checkstand at albertsons in Central Point Or. I was accused of stealing the coupons out of the sunday papers!!! Call the 877 no. upset ,store director called back the next day saying it should,ve never happen and said he would review the security tapes at my suggestion, also saying he would back the next day. Finally thurs. came and I called back and he did say the tapes showed me "INNOCENT". I told them I wanted the ones they accuse me to say there were sorry to my face so the they called me in that evening and when I get there only the assistant manager and the store director was there. the assistant manager said she was sorry then said "she didn't understand the what was going on that day" but the thing really that got me was she said "I didn't think it would upset that bad" I'm an 60 yr. old never been in trouble before so yes it was real upsetting and I still think Albertsons should do something else to make this right instead of brushing it away. after all being an customer for 25 yrs. should mean something

my wife and I are residents of blythe ca albertson's is the only supermarket within a reasonable driving distance. they are the only game in town and use that to thier advantage, always have a problem getting checked out of store with my purchase. there has been many problems and have complained to the store manager to no avail. my most recent eposide had to run to store to pickup (1) item to complete my dinner aprox 8 P.M. on March 10,2011 as usual the lines were out in main aisle and the express lines were closed. The checker apparently knew the customer she was waiting on took her 15 minutes to get her thru the register and it took me aprox 25 minutes to get thru with (1) item. In a normal store, someone would have opened a register, perhaps the manager, and had moved the line as quickly as possible. It is thier duty and responsibility to take care of all the customers, not just the frinds in line. You should be aware that each and every time I shop at this store it is a problem . Unhappy customer

I have been in the St. Lucie County, Fl area for 20 years. I also have been in the retail business for 10 years. I shop Albertson's once a week dedicatevly.This week there is a sale on their strip steak; which is $3.99 a lb. I wait patiently for the butcher to cut the steaks (approx. 30 minutes) because the ones in the case are too thick. Albertson's charges you an extra $1.00 per lb. if you want them to cut the steak alittle thinner. Everything seemed fine until I got to the register when the front end manager named Crystal started weighing the meat and said "I was over the limit" You are only allowed 6 lbs. She said "We do not have enough". I found this practice of turning away regular customers very unprofessional. I asked her if I can come back in and purchase them and she said "if I don't see you"? I left the store without enough steak to feed my family! What kind of business practice is this?? I would love a response from the corporate office!

Today my spouse and I went in to Albertson's on Bell Road (Arizona). A woman was walking around the store with a gun in her holster on her hip. I felt very unsafe. When we got home I called the store manager and he said that the Arizona law allowed her to carry a gun. I said the store had the right to post a notice that guns are not allowed in the store. His response (or non-response) was again that the law allowed her to carry a gun. I see no reason to have a gun in a grocery store, and given recent events in Arizona, I would think the store would exercise its right to request that customers not bring guns into the store. Neither I nor my family will ever go into an Albertson's store again, given their cavalier disregard for our safety.

i am writing about the store 485 in lynnwood washington. it is atrocious the way the staff looks at that store. everyone is sad,overworked and kinda rude at times. the store director does not seem to care at all about the appearance the employees at the store are putting forth. i have shopped there for several years and have NEVER been more disappointed in that store. the level of service has dropped 100 fold. i used to feel secure in knowing i was taken care of there,now i feel if something went wrong with my purchase id be ridiculed. i will NOT shop there ever again. something needs to be done!!!

Today was the last time I am going to an Alberson's store, ever. The Alhambra store continues to degrade and management is the sort one would complain about not complain to... Alberton's is known around here as the store for all our local prisoners (people who don't have cars).

I went into the Albertsons in Odessa, Tx made a purchase of baby formula which is way over priced. I then had to some of it because babies doctor advised to use liquid instead. Well its going on 9 days and guess what the refund still isn't in my bank. I called the manager and he is trying to blame my bank. And then tells me not much more he can do.....horrible over priced store and rude manager. Think I will X Albertsons from my shopping list and I will start going to HEB.

The store director at the Ft Worth store at Western Center & Beach treats his employees as though we are beneath him. That we are unworthy of being greeted with hello's or how are today. HARD WORKING, LOW PAYING Employees get nothing from this man that is encouraging or motivating. I have worked there for almost 1 yr & to this day he has NEVER said hello to me. He gives employees dirty looks of disgust rather than with cunstructive critisum. He stands back when we are struggling to keep it from reaching Three's A Crowd & glare. Rather than maybe providing some form of customer & employee support. I really dont know where he was taught leadership skills. We are never rewarded, with praise or other ways, for reaching specific goals, only belittled when we fall short.It realy is a shame, because when his supervisors visit the store, they greet our employees & converse with them & he will be right beside them smiling & being fake, acting friendly to his employees. I know personally of 7 employees looking for other jobs and they are disgruntaled, which leads to not caring about the store, the customers or the company. BAD ALL AROUND FOR BUSINESS. HELP OUR STORE... we need leadership not dictatorship..

I give 5 stars to corp but -10 to the warehouse in Brea,Ca,when i called corp about the receiving clerking going on break as soon as i got to the receiving window.Corp was more than helpful.They might wanna teach their union warehouse workers a class on cust.service THANK YOU CORPRATE FOR YOU HELP

I really hope this matters to the corporate offices of Albertson's. I am complaining about the Albertson's in Ridgecrest, California at China Lake Bld. I have shopped at Albertson's at China Lake Bld., for a long time now and what really upsets me is how the crew are very rude. The crew I am referring to is Gina, Molly, Richard, and Paul( the so called manager). I do not know their last names since the name tags do not have them on it. I have called to speak to the manager (Paul) several times and not only does he hang up on me, but he treats me rudely. When I call on the phone a person called Gina answers the phone and when I say I have a complaint to make, she puts me on hold ( I have been on hold for 15mins and sometimes longer). Gina has also transferred me around many different departments. Also the person who's name is Richard ( he has blonde hair and beard) bags my groceries roughly. He will also ignore me at the self check-out stand when I am asking him for help. If the Albertson's members are not willing to help people and treat them rude then why should I shop there. If this is not taken care of then I will also tell all my friends not to shop there.

The Albertson store in Tujunga, CA is horrible. If you want to be harrassed and followed shop here. The clerks are unprofessional and the baggers will follow you to your car and copy down your license plate numbers. After a complaint to the store director is made nothing will get done. So, if you want to be followed, harassed and stalked shop at this location.

I was shopping In albertsons in fountain valley and brookhurst and Edenger last Thursday 11-14-10. I looked up the store number and I think it's 6157. There was an employee yelling at a vendor and telling her to get out of her store in the middle of the liquor department. It looked at the employees name tag and her name tag and it said Alma. I don't care what the vendor did wrong, I think that employee shouldnt talk to anyone like that at all. I will no longer be shopping at that store because I'm afraid to enter that liquor department now. I hope Albertsons can take corrective action against there employee.

The produce prices were double what they are at the local gourmet market. Self check out is not fun or convenient. The management is very obviously under-staffing the registers. There was only one register open on a Friday during the store in my area's "Grand Re-opening", in-spite of having a large number of employees roaming the isle offering to help people. And the line at that one register was very long. I have seen this pattern at that store frequently.

I am writing on behalf of several people looking for a Job in santa fe nm. You guys do not hire Family memebers to work in the same store But that is a lie you have several in (986)wifes, husbands and brother in law work there and there are several more just like that. That is very discrimnating and It needs to be fixed. And your Store Director treats his employees like slaves 12 hour days with no lunch that is wrong. You have several employees that are getting ready to quit because of DON GEE....... I shop there twice aweek and no where else... So yes I now alot of people personally
