walgreens in Mohegan sun casino employee center/get prepsciptions wrong and give wrong perscpiptions give what patient is alergic to??not I guess checking the comp to let them know /the last straw was I had to pick up a scrip and the lady behind the counter was so sick she was coughing all over her self and my bag /I got sick next day /u should be glad my diabetic husband didnot pick up this order he is a mangager at the sun and he would have cleared that place out in a heart beat/NO EXCUSES FOR THAT THERE WERE PLENTY OF OTHER PEOPLE BACK OF COUNTER THAT COULD HAVE TAKEN OVER SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE COME TO WORK/MY HUSBANDS IMMUNE SYSTEM IS SENSATIVE AS WELL AS OTHERS WHO PICK UP STUFF AT YOUR STORE SHAME ON U FOR LETTING A SICK PERSON WORK THE COUNTER IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN I WILL MAKE A BIG STINK RIGHT THEN AND THER NO EXCUSES WHATS WRONG WITH U PEOPLE???

I bought Walgreen's brand Strong Strips water-resistant adhesive bandages at your store in Silver City, New Mexico. The adhesive caused blisters to form, both on a back and a hand. We have used other brand's water-resistant adhesive bandages with no problems. I feel these bandages need to have their adhesive re-checked, for consumer safety, because if the adhesive can cause a blister on a hand imagine what would happen to a child. Thank you.

I want to compliment an employee that you have at the store in wichita Falls Walgreen's 2800 Southwest pkwy her name is Amanda Arredondo and everytime I go in the store they are always busy and no matter how busy they are Amanda always smile and does such a professional job. I haven't seen her lately but hope that she will be back soon.

I am writing in response to the termination of an employee Amanda Arredondo at the 2800 SW pkwy store in Wichita Falls. I think that Amanda was a great asset to the store as well as customers She received several compliments in November from customers as well as receiving a customer service award. She loved her job very much. Then she got sick and went to the hospital on Dec 17th was given an IV and Xrays sent home then we had to take her back to hospital on Sunday and was given another IV and xrays and told to see her Family doctor on Monday which ordered an ultrsound on Tuesday and given a doctor's note till Dec 27th... Now I know the pharmacy is Really busy and they needed her she contacted her supervisor Nicky clay and also applied for short term disability because she is a single mom so you can imagine loosing pay was very hard. Then on Thursday Dec 23 her supervisor Nicki Clay called her and told her she was not approved for short term and she needed to come back to work ASAP or else and Amanda said "Or else what? and she asked Nicki was she trying to Fire her and Nicki said I am just saying you need to come back to work as soon as possible and Amanda told her she had spoken to the Disability dept and had turned in all the papers that she needed and was told that by LAW she could not come back to work before her release stated which she was approved thru Dec 27th. When Amanda told Nicki that.... Nicki told Amanda that SHE couldn't get in trouble because Nicki was transferred to this store because people had tried to get her fired so she was worried at all Nicki was a bully and has been. Since Amanda is no longer there the Pharmicist and other workers in the Pharmacy has called and told amanda that they miss her and that she was a very good worker Amanda is better now and since has done a CT to rule out CANCER. Amanda wants her job back and I hope someone truly does call her to discuss this and I think that Nicki needs to GO she is a BULLY. The pharmacy has Amanda's cell number please get her back to work

Some how someone charged $650 on my credit card at the Walgreens store #4961 West Orlando. Why are not the employees checking ID's especially on this large of a purchase around the Holidays. I am at a loss how some one got our credit card since it is always in my possession and hardly used, in fact I've never used it at this store. Walgreens please instruct your employees to check ID's on CC purchases especially on abnormally large amounts. $650 is not a normal purchase amount for a Walgreens store and should pop up a red flag at the store level.

I worked for Walgreens for almost 5 years but i got canned because I gave a policeman mother his discount being in the same house. It goes against company policy but I did pay the difference back but I still got the axe. Others have done the same thing but it a head hunting situation as the manager wrote me up at least once a month. I was not a butt kisser so it was good bye Charlie...

I use to think that it was a 5 star store. I loved it and I really appreciated the manager at the store I shopped at on Hwy. 105 in the Conroe and Montgomery, Tx location. His name is Kris Rathkamp and he is no longer there...I can't imagine why you would let someone of his ability and helpfulness go. He even went to the trouble of helping me start my car one day with jumper cables he had in his truck! The store was always neat as a pin, the help seemed happy and he was always a very friendly person. I went today, January 8, 2011 and the store was in a mess, I didn't recognize any of the help and the few that were working sure didn't look happy. I will probably no longer do business there...he was with the company for 20 some odd years and you truly made a horrible decision in letting him go. I hope that whoever reads this will make sure the decision makers read it also!!!

I recently went to store # 11338 in Arlington Virginia. I made a purchase at 12:50. I put the purchase in my vehicle. I went across the street and realized, as embarrassing as this is, that I needed a restroom since I wasn't feel well. I went back to the Walgreen's and went to the restroom in the back of the store. When I came out and went to get in my vehicle, it had been towed. The tow receipt showed it was towed at 1:05. Is this how you treat paying customers? When I went back in the store I asked for the manager. He said I must have walked off the property and that is why I was towed. WHen I explained to him what had happened, he said, "oh well, that's what you get for parking here". TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. For a $10 dollar purchase it cost me $115 in towing fees. What is in these ingredients that could turn a siple case of jock itch into a massive outbreak around my entire genetalia area as well as wherever I touch. Please take this as my official complaint. I have tried several times for two days to get into my on line account and it will not work even after you e-mailed my info to me. So I changed my password and now it says you already have an account and will still not let me in. Why do you need an account and password just to get some pictures printed for pick up? Walgreens have got to large and don't care about the customer any longer.

You can not trust any of them. They will snitch and lie on other employees at the blink of an eye and proclaim Jesus is Lord at the same time. I am complaining about Walgreens because the store managers are always hiring their relatives or friends to work in the stores which has lead to low empolyee morale and very poor customer service. We, Walgreens employees, have to park in a specific area on the parking lot. Everytime that I do not park where I should, a walgreens employee informs the manager, and I have to move my car. Why are employees outside and hanging out in the parking lot? The managers on duty never discipline the informant for hanging out in the parking lot. Because the only way for the informant to know that I or others have parked in the wrong area is if he or she goes outside on a regular basis. We, employees, come to work at different times of the day. As for customer service(CS), there is not good CS because the store managers hire their friends and family members. So when a customer complains, there is no recourse. The only time an employee is disciplined for a CS complaint is when the employee is not a friend or family member of the store manager. ABOUT 99.9% OF THE EMPLOYES AND MANAGEMENT IN WALGREENS ARE COMPLETLY MISRABLE PEOPLE. THESE STORES EVERYWHERE HAVE GONE DOWNHILL IN EVERYWAY. THEY ARE LUCKY THEY ARE A WELL ESTABLISHED STORE OR SOMEONE COULD COME IN AND TAKE ALL THEIR BUSINESS.

My family and I have gotten our prescription for years at walgreens. recently i switch jobs and my insurance didn't star right away, i usually pay four dollars, per prescription, but since i had to pay out of pocket it cost me forty five, i spoke with the pharmacy manager and she was extremely RUDE about the situation i mention to her that my doctor had told me to call different place for prizes and i found the same medication for six time less than walgreens the manager basically told me that if i didn't like their prises to elsewhere. I was very disappointed since my family and i have been a loyal customer to the store for decades. i will no longer shop at your store and family and friends will know about this incident, i wouldn't want them to experience the same.
