I finally after a year of waiting got to Walmart to Black Friday sale.I waited in line for five hours to get my 50' Emerson Flat Screen T.V. It was on sale for $306.00 with tax. I paid Bahamasair $125.00 to get home, and $75.00 Customs duty. Got home Sunday 1st Dec,2013 couldn't wait to hook it up and watch the look on my kids and husband face. we watched for a couple hours, and then the T.V. turned off and back on twice and nothing. I just had a technician look at it $30.00 only to tell me one of the boards is not working. Now what do I do? I live in the Bahamas spent all my money travelling and shopping in Walmart. How do I get this board? How! please, please help me.

I tried to call number on card to get balance and was directed to a promotion for $100 gift card. I told them I didn't want the card and they hung up on me twice. Still have no balance information. I called this number and was told that I would receive a call to fix the problem and never had that happen. I can't pay my bills if I don't know total. I guess I will drive twenty plus miles to wal Mart to see if they can help. What a drag. And probably late in bill payments. Thanks walmart!

Very disappointed in Walmart. Bought the Surface RT for my daughter for Christmas and the keyboard is not connecting to the tablet. We spent 4 1/2 hours trying to fix this with a service call to Microsoft and was told to exchange. However, the walmart.com supervisor said my only option is to refund it. WHAT?? Now I cannot get it through the other companies for the same price and if it is only the keyboard they won't even replace that. What am I supposed to do now??

The manager and security at store #5055 racially profiled me during a shopping experience. The Sheriff's Department was called and my friend and I were detained by five sheriffi's deupties and a canine unit.

I wanted to say that you need to make an example and stop black Friday shopping. How many more people are going to get killed over items we can buy anytime. Stop opening the doors at all on these days and set a good example, you don't pay people enough to put up with this garbage anymore.

I am very dissappointed in walmart today. According to advertisements if you arrived within 1 hour of the sale start time you were soppose to be guaranteed a television at the sale price.....this did not happen at the Saginaw Texas location!! My husband stood in line well before the 1 hour time limit and was then told by very rude employees that "I don't know what to tell you man, we are out of vouchers". Not only is this false advertising, but the employees could use some training in customer service!!!!!!

Bought a set of paula Deen cookware needed to exchange due to a lid did not fit the 3 quart pan called 3 surrounding Wal-Mart's they were out called martinsville indiana they had 1 red set since we live in Mitchell . Indiana which is over 60 miles away they would not hold it for me and management and girl that answered phone was very RUDE come on people when someone is going to drive 2 hrs to exchange a product couldn't you Bend a little makes me want to take back and wait til KMART gets more in stock n give them my sale brenda deckard Mitchell Indiana

the thanksgiving sales that were supposed to start at 8 were all gone by 6.....my daughter is there trying to get a straight talk phone for $29.00 and was told they were gone by 6 oclock I called the store manager named Debbie. I was told to send her back to electronics and they would give her a bracelet. My daughter was told those were gone by 5 oclock........what is the point of advertising times when nobody goes by them.......what a horrible place walmart in Gorham new Hampshire is.

you advertised a laptop for $178.00 starting at 8o clock I stood in line waited 30 minutes I was the first one there at 8 they told me they were sold out Iwill not shop at walmart again

Never been to a Wal-Mart Black Friday. This year, it is on Christmas and Bucket list. I hope the event is exciting and fun. Also an early Christmas Gift, Nestor, is on my lists. I went to work for Walmat after Retiring from the State. I worked for 2 months, due to my Husband health I had to give them a letter of resignation. The people that worked at HR, never send the letter to the Managers or supervisors. Which let them to believe that I had quit. That is not the problem that I encounter, the problem is that I never received my last pay. (they hold 2 weeks). I have got in touch with Corporate tru e-mails, they tell me I have to talk to the store manager, The manager is never available to talk. A assistant manager told me the last check is send to the store that you worked. went and talk to the HR personnel, they said again I have to call corporate. I did not think that WALMART had to steal from their employees.

The Wal-Mart in Benton, Arkansas is poorly stocked and dirty. We need a new manager. In fact, if the person over this district can't see the problems, we need a new district supervisor also!

Dont ever get a Money Card. They scam and rip you off. I will never use them again.

You need to improve service n your auto section. Customers are required to wait indefinitely for a small job while mechanics are doing other time involved jobs. Should have a mechanic on hand to service customers with much less time consuming jobs. I had a 2 hour wait for a job that took about 15 minutes to to complete.

7/20/2013, I ordered 50" VIZIO from Walmart.com they sent one on 7/26 it was all broken up , as of today I have still not gotten a TV nor the return of my $ 592.00. I wonder how many other customers are treated this way. I have complained to everyone except for the WalMart .com CEO , they use call centers to just give you the run around. The only option I have left is to go into small claims court. Such a shame, hard working middle class being robbed by wealthy corporations.

Our Country was hit by the Hurricane Yolanda , everyone is so devastated , i went from store to store , TARGET , GOODWILL , BIG STORE everyone turn there back on me . Walmart store 3406 Monfort Dallas , the only store that have the heart to help. We were fired from walmart store 1345 on Oct.18,2013.They say we were using coupon fraudulently,but we are still trying to figure out how that was because we used them the same way the costumers did so why fired us.

SHAME on you WalMart, Target, and any other store that is starting black Friday on Thanksgiving. That is a day for family, and friends, not shopping or working. You corporate people make me sick. While you're at home with your family on Thanksgiving the people who work for your company are missing out on time with there family. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!!!!!

i bought a visa gift card from wal mart on oct16. and its now oct 23 and i still cant use, it was not activated from wal mart and i keep getting the run around when i call them, i desperately need this card to work, it is 200 and i need to take my kids to the dr and im out of food, literally they will only get 7 pizza rolls each for supper tonight and then we are out of food, im out of my insulin for ovr 3 days because of them,, i am out of money, out of hope

To fire a gentleman employed by you- because he came to the aid of a woman being assaulted in your parking lot is about the most monstrous choice imaginable! What could you be thinking?!
