Wal-Mart Corporate Office & Headquarters

I purchased a pedicure set at Wal Mart 4 days ago. The brush is so small it barely fits in my hand (and I am a fairly small woman) and today I dropped it in the shower and it broke in half. This is the last straw for me. Don't you think Americans are sick of Wal Mart pushing inferior imported products on us for the sake of making more profit and increasing earnings per share? I for one am not going to allow myself to be frustrated with JUNK any longer and will no longer be shopping at WalMart. WalMart probably paid 25 cents for it and charged me $8. Oh another thing - I would not buy one Christmas decoration from the Wal Mart store last Christmas. It looked like it would fall apart before I got home from the store. Get a grip!

I have to laugh every time I see a Walmart store because they have all become one big joke. I was trying to buy a cell phone and right in the middle of my asking about featurea the clerk said " I've got customers" I told her I was a customer and still needed help. She just walked away. I went to the front and asked for the store manager. He was on break but they called a manager. When she got there I told her what happened and she said she would get the department manager to help me. When the department manager got there she was the one who brushed me off. I told the other lady this and just left. Another time I went to pick up my meds and was told that one I had been paying $30.00 for was now $565.00. I told her I couldn't afford it. I asked her why it went up so much. She said it was "corporate". I left all my meds there and went to Walgreens and bought my medicine for $30.00. I am so tired of being treated so badly. I do stilll shop at Walmart on a limited basis ( a couple of times a month instead of one or two days a week). I am discusted.......

I love WalMart,love shopping there. It a lady.at work there at Dallas,TX store 5021 always helps me and really,really nice and caring and walk shows u not say on there's.and lets use her cellphone on here break time to talk my son and daughters. So I can tells them doing ok mrs.Gwendolyn west help me all time the time when shopping at store. Love for at thank u being the best and wonderful workers.thank sweetness

For the past week I have tried to no avail use my Walmart credit card-that I have had for years-for an online purchase. I keep getting 'there was an ERROR in processing your order. I contacted Billing Dept-and got nothing more than the run around. Maybe, just maybe, you'd like to keep this customer-if not, then just disregard this email. I bought a Walmart Visa card and the customer service rep told me to call back in 2 hours because something was wrong with the system. I called back and they said that I couldn't put money either on nor remove money off the card and the entire purpose of me buying the card was so my mom can wire me money because im leaving for college in a couple of weeks. the representative felt the need to not inform me of this before hanging up. I then called back and talked to one if the supervisors (from the call center in the Philippines) and she said that she couldn't even transfer my money to a reload able card. She even refused to let me talk to her supervisor or transfer me to a call center in America. She hung up on me to.

To all the Employees, I am outraged that you have targeted Paula Deen. I'm a teacher and we try to teach telling the truth and things will turn out okay. Sadly we live in a society where a lot of people commit suicide because they feel there is no more purpose in their life or they will never be forgiven. Paula Deen had a gun put to her head, or have you forgotten this part. Yes she made a mistake, but she also apologized for it. Are you blameless in your life. If not you shouldn't be casting stones at her. Many teachers feel the same way and for now we will go to Staples to get what we need for our school, until you resolve this battle you created. I not only feel sorry for Paula Deen I also feel sorry for the kids who truly don't understand why Paula is being persecuted for a mistake. No matter how much we teach kids that things will get better they see the media and truly don't think things will get better. I hope somebody is listening and does the right thing. The walmart store at 100 Thruway Plaza is very bad. They never restock the shelves. Have been looking for two items in automotive and a number of items in the pharmacy dept and the shelves have been empyt for the past two months. I spoke to the store manager and her reply was "well we are not a super store". Very bad attitude for upper mgt. Items that are suposed to be reduced are not. Target and Kmart are looking better and better .

I wanted to talk to coeporate headqts. Whats the number?

Walmart can stop tooting their patriotic horn, and stop banning products because they have joined the rest of the hipocrites that have forgotten what standing for America really is. They are hiring employee's that don't speak a single word of English, and it is no longer possible to make out what the person on the speaker is saying . If you close your eyes you may think your in Bagdad. Customer service?? Get out of here. Not possible. The last time I made that mistake the person had to go get two other employee's before I got my question concerning the watermellon answered. Shame on you Walmart. It is only a matter of time before all of that bites you in the butt. Sickening.

I'm a new cashier to a store in Crystal lake il and every time I work this one csm always watches me as if I slow stealin or moving to fast it bothers me and piss me off..I done retail for 3yrs at kmart it's no damn different from ringing and bagging yea the lines are gonna get long its walmart were ppl love to shop either you head quater fix my issue or I will find a way to sue for harrassment trust me

Purchased Frontline Plus for my dogs from Walmart in Gorham NH and found the the product was not working. I got in contact with a Rep from Fronline and was informed that the Frontline product that Walmart distributes is foreign made and is not nearly as good as the Frontline you would get from your veterinarian. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With so many of your customers being animal lovers it seems very short sighted and dumb to fire one of your workers because they attempted to rescue a dog left locked in a car on a hot day. Please rehire this employee and post signs at your store to remind customers how dangerous it is to leave a pet or a child in a car on a hot day. It's just common sense sense not to leave your pet locked in a hot car. An Ottawa woman saw a dog locked in a car in her parking lot where she worked. With temperatures sweltering in the 90s, she confronted the owner. But then her company fired her after the owner complained.

Litchfield,IL wal-mart had no cashiers on duty except one lady in self check out this seems to be a reoccurring problem with this store. I witnessed a dozen people leave full carts of merchandise and walk out of the store very upset tonight.....NOT GOOD FOR BUISNESS.

I strongly dislike being watched over by the CSMs at the store...I also dislike being treated badly by cashiers with the 'coupon policy' they know. I KNOW and also carry multiple policies but the flatly refuse. recently I went shopping with my mom and she was 2 lanes away. Her cashier came over to the register I was at because the csm was there...she was just spitting venom everywhere...saying Walmart has no overage policy and that she hated Couponers. Aside from that, the CSM acts as if he was the main manager...I told him to call an assistant manager or the manager to charge me since out of the 30 lanes, 4 were open, and I was holding up the line.

I strongly disagree with your decision to terminate your employee at the Kemptville store. That employee was only concerned with the dog’s welfare. Cars can exceed one hundred twenty degrees inside temperature when closed up on a hot summer day. While you sell a number of products for the care and well-being of animals, your termination of a caring employee tells me and others that your management has a complete disregard for these animal’s welfare. I feel the management’s decision to terminate this valuable asset to your company should be re-evaluated. A person who would stand up for an animal who can’t stand up for themselves is an asset. Your latest slew of commercials claiming fresh produce, prime steaks, employee opportunities and "I am an engineer and I shop Walmart" are quite amusing. I have boycotted your stores for years because of your unethical business practices, i.e. stealing designs for products then having them made in sweat shops in China, preventing your employees from organizing and lobbying for a living wage and benefits, and now the latest bully tactic: threatening to pull out of three DC projects because they want you to pay your employees a decent living wage. Your insidious greed will be your downfall in the end. BOYCOTT WALMART!

I can't believe Walmart endorses Wayfair products and does business with them. BBB has a ton of complaints for them. I tried to cancel a mistaken order for Wayfair 30 seconds after I mistakenly ordered the wrong product. They refused to cancel the order. Their web site clearly states the order can be cancelled before it is shipped. Hardly believe the order was shipped 60 seconds after I mistakenly ordered the wrong product. I order a LOT of stuff from Walmart online but this bad experience will stop that. Shame on Walmart for doing business with a loser of an outfit like Wayfair. Ron Allen

Our local Walmart shelves are no longer well stocked and messy.Doesn"t seem to be enough employees to keep up.I shop early in the morning when you would think things would be neat and stocked.

I am totally disgusted to read about the Walmart associate who was fired for reporting a dog left in a car. Seriously, who made that call, what a total waste of space. Is the 20cents that TPOS was going to spend in your store worth more than a dogs life? This is not okay! This is far from okay. You offer minimum wage for a shite job and clearly have no respect for anything decent. WALMART you disgust me. I won't be spending money in your stores again.
