I work in the north white plains s-s and se not all I'd say 3 to 4 of the managers should take a corse on how to treat and talk to people and employees cuz one day someone isn't gonna keep quiet one day someone gonna give them a good old fashion ass whippin to recollect their ways n thoughts on how to talk as well act around people...... Your Prices unfairly high

I was very tired of going to Stop & Shop in Somerville. Your prices are unfairly high and totally unfair. In need of eggs, I always buy Jumbo at MacKinnon's or Market Basket. I bought 2 dozen I needed, brought them home, and they were the size of PULLETS! It is disgraceful. Your stores are terribly large, and the original plan was for people to save money. Your planners are exceedingly greedy and we don't save at all shopping at your store.

IT IS A PITY HOW THE MANAGEMENT DISRESPECT THE EMPLOYEES AT STOP AND SHOP. EMPLOYEES WILL REQUEST VACATION PAY AND WILL HAVE TO BEG LIKE A DOG TO BE PAID. IT IS A SHAME.

Store #662 - Norwalk, CT. The seafood manager is out with surgery, and instead of transferring or hiring someone, they put the pressure on the meat department. The meat associates have to cover the department all day after the person who opens leaves. To make matters worse, there is no communication. Some days no one is even scheduled to work in the seafood department! The schedule is blank! No one know what it going on or who is working. The store is a joke.

I wanted to compliment a cashier working for several years @ your West Danbury, CT store. Her name is Venae. She has always been very friendly and helpful to me. She is also personable and friendly. She is the cashier I always look for when it is time for me to check out. The only thing now that I have to complain about, is everyone else is finding this jewel of an employee and her line is always long now. Maybe because she is so fast and itfriendly? Get more employees like her!

Evrything is fresh, but why does it cost soooo much more than the other stores????

Please check your gas prices, Hess is lower in price that S&S. If we have a gas savings, it does not make sense to have higher prices somewhere else. Also make sure that the bakery folks know that some of the bread has to rise first. But basically I am happy with your stores, good end cap sales are great.

Please review your policy on selling porno books, I.e 50 Shades of Gray Those books are prominently displayed on the shelves at the Maden, MA store at about 4ft from the ground where any child can acces it. Why does a family store feells the need to sell these trashy material? Please do something about this.

I was recently shopping at Malden Stop&Shop 99 Charles Street. There was a cdh (manager assistant) who name is Dominique she short and Hispanic I believe. She was being very rude towards her co-worker and as well not paying attention when her co-workers were paging her for help. Instead she was walking around the store having conversation with other fellow employees. As a customer I don’t think she qualified for this position. I will no longer shop in this store because of this incident.

I work in store 640 and I know family cant work together yet the florist manager bring her daughter that works in another store in to work there. taking hours from the employees that do work for that store. I do not think she should bring her child to work for her. it is wrong when others want the others in her store. Mary Ann should find help thats not in her family

have been a model employee for 12 years and never before have i seen a woman abuse her power to belittle her employees in front of customers. I have worked in 5 stores all with management that was tolerable, but now dealing with Trish Trehan in grafton street my god is the worst yet. very shrewd and not people friendly at at. how can u be that way when its your job part time fulltime management ect. good employees treated like garbage takin backseats to 18 year olds that call in twice a week. employees are never allowed an opinion even a good one is ignored. i even seen someone get suspended for bringing water to work, the man was 55. something has to be done

Your gas rewards program DOES NOT work. Last week I spent $331.00 in the Howell NJ store. I was really excited to learn of the new gas rewards program. Based on your web sites info I had earned $.30 off per gallon of gas. I did a search from your web site to find the Shell gas station closest to me. Today I went to fill up my tank. I pulled in and immediatly noticed the gas prices were $.20 higher then my usual station I go to in town. I showed the attendant my Stop n Shop receipt showing him I earned $.30 off per gallon. He said he would only give me $.10 off because I wanted regular gas. I told him to forget it and I left without gas. Driving home I passed a super Walmart. I stopped in and did my grocery shopping. It was big and clean and what great prices! Not only was I disappointed in the misleading gas rewards program but now I may just continue to go to Walmart. Had the attendant honored the rewards program I would have been an extremly happy and loyal customer. Now I never have reason to go back to your store. Please change your propaganda to give the REAL details of the gas program.

I am talking about the store in Hicksville, the worst I have ever been in, it i cloe to my house and I will go another mile to the one in Levittown on Hempstead turnpide and Route 106, that is the best. The produce dept is clean neat and everthing is in order. The Store #559, Store Mgr, Vinny Rizzo. Yesterday I went to the #559 store and will never go back to shop there again. The Girl at the Register- Christin, Tran #07089 terminal 7 cashier 00133, corrected me for using an express 12 items or less, I did have 24 items. However there was only 1 other terminal open and was backed up with people, the express terminal did not have anyone so I proceeded to use this termin being it was empty. I was corrected for using this terminal because I had over the limit of items- This I felt was allowed as the only other register was very busy. Why at 4:30PM on a Fri afternoon was ther only 1 register open. I find she was not very customer service friendly, I am a 78 yr old woman that packs her own groceries and moves along quickly. I did not cause any delay. However I will not go back to that Stop and Shop again as I believe this incident was unnecessary and uncalled for. This store is in great disarray and the produce dept should take some lessons from the wonderful Stop and Shop store in Levittown on Hempstead Turnpike and Route 106. I will continue to patronize this store and maybe the Manager in Hicksville store needs a little education in having a better store. I do find that the priceing overall for all Stop and Shop stores is a little pricey. That is ok if the service and merchandise proves to the better. Thank you for listening. Sincerely, Theresa Hauff

Recently I purchased an aerosol can of Stop & Shop's house brand of "extra creamy whipped cream. I noticed that the name of the product had been changed from "whipped cream" to "dairy whipped topping" and I knew that the product had been changed. I had a serving remaining from the "whipped cream" version and prepared two identical desserts one with the earlier product and one with the new "topping." The new "topping" begins to collapse within seconds after applying to a dessert, in this case a piece of pie. It could hardly be described as "extra creamy" but rather watery. I noted the first two ingredients listed on the original cream were "heavy cream, sugar, etc." The new topping lists: "heavy cream, water, etc." I realized that you had opted to compromise your product by saving perhaps a nickel or a dime's worth of heavy cream in a product that has a manufacturing cost of perhaps forty cents, a fairly sizable percentage in cost saving. I looked at the Reddi-Whip display and they had also changed their product description to a whipped topping. Is it possible that your supplier of this product and the Reddi-Whip corp. arranged a meeting and decided on a date to change both of your products? I wouldn't expect an answer to this. It amounts to price-fixing and people go to jail. for that. After using your product many times, I will no longer buy either your or Reddi-Whip's product as I assume their product is now just as crappy as yours now is.

The manager at the Stop and Shop in Dobbs Ferry, NY needs to go. She is by far the worst manager I have seen. She yells at the employees constantly and when ever I am in there she is either arranging flowers or gum. Really, give me her salary and I will have that store in tip top shape.

Do NOT buy fresh meat from the Hamden, CT S&S. At least 50% of the time it has gone bad wayyyyy before the expiration date. I just bought packaged hamburg patties. The top ones were pink. The ones underneath were brown and smelly. Someone had to put good ones over the bad ones and repackaged them. Disgusting.

To Whom it may concern: I shop or I should say I used to shop at the Seekonk Ma store on Newman Ave. Over the last year the store has gone down hill! Last week every single meat I looked at was rotten. The produce was moldy. Alot of the products I looked for were not available. Two weeks in a row the girls forgot to give me one bag. Example last night I went to make stuffed peppers with the bag of peppers I just bought on Tuesday. Mind you I was having company 3 out of the 6 were moldy. Someone needs to address this. I will not go back.

The store manager in the West Caldwell, NJ store is the worst. She yelled at an employee telling him she doesnt like him and wants to get him fired in front of customers and other employees. I will not shop there again. That was so unprofessional. Very poor judgement on Stop & Shops side for hiring this person.
