The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company Corporate Office & Headquarters

I just left out of the Stop N Shop in Amityville NY and they had chicken tenderloins on sale so I got 3 packs each of them and it said they were $1.42 - $1.50 when I get up to the register it rung up regular price. The nice women called over the manager and the manager would not give it to me for the price that was on the package. I know she suppose to had given it to me but I did not want to make a scene so I just kept moving and said I will email the corporate office to see what they are going to do. LETS SEE

This is toward the East Haven CT store I have been a customer for over 50 years Just this past year I have seen a big change The over tanned lady in purple is rude to customers rude to her workers when I asked for paper bags her exact words were we don't have any maybe you should buy reusable bags or bring your own bags ok so I just bought over 200 in groceries now im told to buy bags are you nuts lady I think the tanning is frying your brain I am so glad ShopRite has opened this store needs to be cleaned out starting with the rude tanned person

I am a regular shopper at your store located in New Dorp Staten Island. I usually buy the Stop and Shop olive oil. Now all I see in the store is the Meditterian Blend, which is not tasty to me at all. I hope you are also going to stocl the regular olive oil which was tasty and nicely priced. Thank you.

I hate the plastic bags that stop and shop offers, the plastic bags are shoddy. They fall apart when I put something into it. Stop and shop wants the shoppers to use cloth or other kinds of bags. With their high prices, I say no thanks. Here's a suggestion, have customers bag their own groceries, there are supermarkets to do that, Price Rite, and Aldis don't have baggers, and I don't mind bagging my own food. I will bring my bags to those stores. Maybe stop and shop should try something like that, then I will bring my own bags to the store.

After working for stop and shop for 20+ years I can honestly say that this is the worst I have ever seen it. Ask any associate that works at any store....they will all tell you that this is an absolutely horrible company to work for. They use you and abuse you, they do not care about anything other than their bottom line. They continue to make billions of dollars and cut hours to the point of making us feel like cattle. We need more of out customers and employees to speak out and let everyone knows what a horrible company this is. With the way they are going, they will be out of business within the next 10 years. The higher you are on the chain the higher your bonus check is each year. The more payroll they save the more money they get in their pockets. Sad sad story.

I was soo pleased to read in the paper my favorite shopping store had morals and values on the human race over profit by pulling those rolling stone magazines. bravo!!!!! forever your customer

I am sick of the high prices at stop and shop. They don't have what I want half of the time, and I will no I shop at Price Rite, Price Chopper, and Waimart for my shopping needs.

I've been shopping in S& s for 17 yrs, always loved the store & management ...since those good ppl retired the store is a horror! The produce is rotten , the service is awful, along with the lines The rottesire dept. never has chickens...I ell go to shop rite for now on...a lil out of my way, but I refuse to waste money...an unhappy use to be customer, & I speak for many in Monroe N.Y.

How come you open two new store the boston area but you can aford to pay 86 old with C.O.P.D $200 becouse the store manger name Lou D'amto said her could aford the rental but he found the the to pay a younger worker what a class act

its funny how store managers and front end managers in store 053 in south Boston are all fake and don't care if their WORKERS are dying in the hospital. they lie and they say that they have terminated people whom have work there knowing we all quit due to the discrimination towards CERTAIN workers such as sexual preference or health conditions but its ok because soon that stop and shop will soon have a rude awakening if the word gets out to the right person, so stop and shop be ready to pay for our sorrows..thanks for reading ;-) and the rating was 1 star because you cant go negative....

I shop consistantly in the Butler NJ SnS. It is becoming VERY frustrating because I need to buy gluton free products. These products are scattered throughtout the store instead of in one area, like your store in Sparta NJ. It is so frustrating to go up and down each aisle to find gluton free products that includes your frozen food section as well and not be successful in finding the produts I need to stay healthy.. It iis time consuming without achieving my shopping goals. Please make my shopping more customer friendly... Thank you ..

dear sir , in the state of massachusetts , had called the state of emergency. and to be off the road at 2 pm . but later said 4 pm. then the state police announced if your on the road at that time the corp will have to pay a heavy fine per employee that works in Foxboro. and probably other towns too. yet the an Employee told a manager about the everyone must be off the roads now" . the manager stated " not this place we still work til the store closes. ps remember you'll have heavy fine to pay the state of Massachusetts per employee. // I LOVE IT

On 2-7-13 the night before the big blizzard i was at store #623 in middletown ct the store was so busy i was shopping off my WIC i needed a 1/2 gallon of milk they were completely out so i asked if i can grab a gallon since there was no more i was told by the cdh person working i couldnt i didnt understand why. It was not my fault that all the milk was gone i then asked the cdh if he can call the store manager he refused to he said she is not going to do it i was so upset i was even willing to pay the difference between the half and whole gallon they said no. I was so upset beacuse i thought stop & shops model was every customer is right well i guess i was wrong because i then spotted the store manager and approached her told and told her what happend if i can get a rain check she said no i cant do that its wic not us it just doesnt make any since they did nothing to try in help me now i lost out on my milk that i need for my kids i will never give stop&shop another dime of my money and i will spread the word they they do not care about their customers.

I just finished picking up my groceries off the snow covered ground. The plastic bag quality is so poor that 6 out of 8 bags burst open and the items fell out and were dented and wet from the snow in my driveway. I will do my shopping at another grocery store that understands the bags must be able to hold the groceries without tearing. At least for the 2 minutes it takes to carry them into a home.

would you believe that i was at a Stop & SHop in Fairfield at the checkout line with my 10 year old son. The cashier is talking to the cashier in the next lane about how she cannot wait to get off so they can go smoke a BLUNT!!!! really people? you say this at work in front of a customer? I was pissed because my son was right there and if I am not exposing him to marijuana i dont want a damn cashier to either. I asked to speak to the manager and started to get the run around. I was beyoned annoyed and frustrated and decided to just call their corporate office and let them hear my concerns.

We managed to end up w/ 3 different Stop & Shop cards, each w/ a different customer #. After navigating a difficult phone tree, I spoke to a very helpful customer service agent who linked all 3 different accounts together. She also explained how the gas discount w/ Shell worked. Basically it's a rolling 30 days points while I though everything reset to zero on the last day of the month

Bridge Ave Point Pleasant NJ ..8/12oz pk of Diet Pepsi $5.29 . ...I can go less than a mile where I purchased same item for $3.48...Your company has not only loosed my business but my respect also..Hope someone in your corporate office reads this comment..

Today at my local stop and shop I was not treated with respect or courtesy when checking out. Not only was the cashier not helpful but she and the manager,assistant manager and the person behind the "courtesy desk" all went to the same training, Where you treat customers with disrespect and poorly, I don't understand when this became okay. All that had to happen was someone who cared just a small amount go out of there way to be nice and helpful. Fr an industry that is consumer based i think that the corporation of stop and shop needs to train their employees on customer service. It is truly needed by this local stop and shop.

Nice service to provide I shop at S S Quincy on southern artery and have gotten gas at the new station clean and convenient However it could benefit from some order and traffic direction during peak times and maybe some painted traffic arrows to direct traffic qin some semblance of order . There are cars getting gas nose to nose and the confusion w cars lined up to get gas behind cars at pumps cannot move , the car finishing cannot move forward when some one noses in front of them to gas up then they back out of fueling area meanwhile more cars back up behind them and there is potential for accidents and other problems it could be a better expierence is some traffic channeling and or one way directing lanes to prevent confusion thank you

Beware of using a credit card at a Shell station for your gas rewards. They charge 10 cents more a gallon for using a credit card. Ultimately your rewards are being reduced by 10 cents a gallon.
