Taco Bell Corporate Office & Headquarters

I am pleased with Grove City, PA TACO BELL with one exception. I wish they would bring back the choco tacos! That was one of the main reasons I went there. A lot of people I talk too say the same thing . I never see anyone eating those apple pies! PLEASE BRING BACK THE CHOCO TACOS!

Two locations in Bossier city, La ran out of beef! 2601 Viking Dr last week and 501Stockwell Rd tonight. My question is how does this happen that's like a movie theater running out popcorn and the manager should have been reprimanded at the very least and should have been made to go and get more beef at another location as soon as they were made aware of this. I hope this makes it to somebody because of the incontinence it had caused me.

Bring back the GREEN ONIONS. Screw the costs. If you brought them back you'd have a resurgence of custumers bringing balloons and signs to your door.

The taco bells in casper wyoming are both disgusting. Gross food quality and crap all over the floors and tables. Really nasty. Who would want to eat there? A pig maybe. Never going in there again. Plus the rudest people youve ever met working the reg. Sick.

On 7/16/12 I went through a drive thru in Phila, PA at the Franklin Mills... when I got home I opened the wrapper and I had an uninvited visitor. A baby roach was running around inside the taco wrapper and in and out of the taco.. I had to smoosh it inside the taco so it doesn't get loose in my house. I refused to call Taco Bell and complain as my husband suggested. All they will do is offer another taco and forget about it. WHY would i even consider another taco from them???? This is just to report them to main office. It is filthy in there

They were great times are tough and I don't get to eat out much but sidney's branch was on top of it tonight my food was awesome

I just got home (11:11) from the Osceola parkway & Johnyoung parkway Taco Bell, they told me they were closed. I got home and looked up their hours...the website says they are open until 1:00am?!?!?! You lost my business.

The taco bell in Ironton,Ohio is terrible service and alot of times are very rude with the way they treat customers!!...

The Taco Bell on s. H and Brundage in bakersfield california beeds to be remodeled...it looks out dated..that's why they're losing customers!! They have great customer service and are very clean..but improvements need to be made

I hate how jr and julio the managers was what I was told are rude and treat you like your not a paying customer and flirting with employees and girl customers are very unprofessional will not go to another taco bell again

Thanks to julio in plano I no longer have a wife she cheated on me while working there as a shift manager he was the manager and they would have relationships inside the office/patking lot I finally caught them and it was after all the rumors from other taco bell employees that I found out and yes it was truth and she confirmed it what kind of employees are you hiring??

Okayy first of all da tb in chamblee ga is da worst of all. Tjey have this girl name miragh there an she is so rude an un professional. She throws food at me an get mad wen I tell her my order ain't right. I am never goi g back there agaagain str8 up

I used to love Tacos Bell, but I've noticed lately they are getting very skimpy on the portions of food they give you; especially the meat. We just ordered over $22 worth of food for four people because we worked at the house all day. Everything we ate was awful. All of the tacos were so thin with a pencil-thick amount of meat in each taco. The tacos supreme had about 1/4 teaspoon of sour cream on the end only. The crunchwrap supreme was flat as a pancake with hardly anything in it, and the chicken quesadilla was the worst tasting thing I've ever had. The only thing that was halfway decent were the bean burritos. The seven-layer burritos should have been named the sour cream burritos. This food was ordered at The Modesto, CA Taco Bell #022222 @ 5:50:54 pm on July 8th 2012. The staff was very friendly and the food came out amazingly fast...maybe that is the problem. Taco Bell needs to train thier employees on quality control or else people will just go to Del Taco or El Pollo Loco instead. Please do something about this. Thank you.

I got an idea one night when i came through the drive thru and ordered a mexican pizza and 2 doritos locos. As i sat down to eat i had a sudden epiphany!!! Hey what if there was a doritos locos mexican pizza supreme? I mean all that needed to be down is that the shell be replaced with a dorito shell and add sour cream. And whaa la magic will be made for our late night taste buds for something new. Maybe its been thought of, maybe not....but hey if it hasnt there's always money to be made from this happy consumer!!!! P.S. oh and if u use this idea and its a hit plz dont forget about little ol' me!!!!

the taco bell on merritt island in florida has great food ! the taco bell in melbourne fla. has the worst ! rancid burettos, little meat on tacos, no tomatoes on tacos. my family became ill on their food ! do not eat there !

The store in Elberton, Ga is so bad i'll never eat there again. one assistant manager refuses to slide the card for our senior discount. She is also rude about it. Has a very arrogant attitude. This happened 2 times with the same employee in 3 weeks. I really don't expect the Taco Bell in Elberton,ga to be open long anyway. Thanks for allowing me to vent my feelings.

My mom and I waited in the drive thru line in Bellefonyaine, Ohio for over 25 minutes and it was Rediculious the wait. I'm never going to another taco bell again. I wa like no one knew what they were doing at all. Terrible service.

We have 1 Taco Bell in Arcadia Florida and in the 2 years I've been here it's gotten worse and worse. Today we went and ordered 2 chicken fresco soft tacos and a bean burrito and the total was not what it should have been according to the drive thru menu so I said something and the child working the window said that that's what the computer put for the price....After taking my husband to work and going back to inquire more we discover the drive thru board priced the tacos 30 cents cheaper than the inside board....Well for $1.59 I will no longer be purchasing fresco chicken tacos. The manager looked like he was still in high school and had no clue as to how to handle the situation and even stated that he had an email about the same issue before. I'm assuming it never occured to him to check the drive thru sign because he changed it as soon as I left. There's no one but children working there, at night it takes forever in the drive thru. 10 minutes when there's only 2 cars in front of you is unacceptable. This is a small poor town...and a 30 cent price increase on a taco is ridiculous so you know. Also you really shouldn't place the responsibility of being in charge of a restaurant and crew on the shoulders of children. We're done with the Arcadia Taco Bell unless you make some much needed changes.
