The Toco bell in Nacogdoches Texas the employee are rude I ask for rice and cheese on top I was told we dont do that I told them I have gotten before and she hand the rice didn't notice it till I got home I think every employee in this company need to be inservice every 6month to remind them them on making sure customer or taking care of instead of blowing them off because you dont do or want do to please your customer just because this company making money dont forgot who got you there......

I live in Baltimore and visited the Taco Bell off of Fayette Street and the employees who work there are absolutely AWESOME! They were courteous, fast and extremely efficient.

me and my family stoped it taco bell on abercorn in savannah to get a bite to eat.we orderd our food and while waiting on our food i notest the guy drop one of my tacos and pick it up and put some more stuff on it.when i got my food i asked for a manager.when the manager finaly after about 4 to 5 minents came to ask whats wrong.i told her what i seen and i wanted my money back.she told me that im lying and i could not have my money back///////I thew it away told her off and that was worth my 9 dollers and 86 cents//////Plus they lost all of my familys and friends buisness and thats bad becouse we ate there alot.

Taco bell in bardstown ky 40004. Made my whole family sick. I have never screamed in pain from shitting in my whole life till I ate at this taco bell. Wow. Five days of being sick. I'm glad my son only had one bite.

my wife and i had the cantana bowl at the Taco Bell in Dayton Nevada and it was the worst meal we ever had. The lettuce was old and the taste was awful. The people were rude, especially the manager. I ask a question and she nearly snapped my head off. We were sick after we got home. We miss the BORDER BOWLS. I do not think we will be going back to Taco Bell any where.

i got a taco salad here in walker la the problem is i have brain cancer cant drive had to find someone to go get it .. with the cancer there may be days before find something i think i can eat..but i wanted a taco salad..the chips were rancid ...i called the store SEVEN times they just picked up and hung up. and my ride had to go to work and you taco salad is in the trash..GOOD BYE TACO BELL.

I went to the taco bell in Hollywood, FL and I was just wondering why they only serve the cantina bowl until 11:00 pm because I went through the drive thru and I tried ordering it at 11:04 and the guy that was working says they don't serve it after 11. Please reply

Tried the new Cantina Bowl. So bad I took it back for a refund. It looked NOTHING like the picture. If they advertise it, they need to sell it. The lettuce was old, hardly no chicken and for $5.69, it was about 1/4 inch deep and not enough to feed a baby. Listen up TACO BELL...clean up your act. Provide the quality of the pictures you advertise.

We were at the Muldoon Rd. Toxic Hell in Anchorage, AK a few nights ago...The store was extreemly filthy, the servers were rude and snotty, and I had to take my food back four times due to it being wrong! I finally had enough when they took my food, and SPIT IN IT, then attempted to hand it back to me! This was the manager, Valerie who spit in my food! I have taken pictures of the store, and forwarded them to the health department! I will never set foot in a Toxic Hell again; if this is how your managers treat the paying customers, then what does that say about your corporate office??

the taco bell on river ave in holland michigan needs to be trained better. i order the dorito tacos and they assume i want the supperme. they are suppost to ask regular or supperme. its a waste of food. one time the cashier couldnt tell the differance betwen the large and extra large drink cups he gave us the extra large. he was suppost to give us the large. when he gave us the cups he goes who cares? he should concidering he works there.

I too would have given ZERO stars if possible... I have been dealing with Poor Management; and employees who dont realize I pay their salary...!!! I am a paying customer I expect my order the way I order it... I DONT EXPECT Embelishments.... such as EXTREMELY HOT FIRE SAUCE on buritto's it has no business being on... Just ate at the Buda, Tx. Location, store #022255 and was extremely displeased with the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The manager S. Johnson, was our cashier #3850 and although the restaurant was not busy, our order took long in spite of 4 emplyees working the food station because the employees were too busy conversing amogst eachother. When we finally got our order, there were only 3 tables with other customers seated, however finding a place to sit was limited due to the amount of dirty tables. As we sat and ate, we observed a Taco Bell employee sit, to take a break at one of the few clean tables, sitting right next to two dirty tables that had not been attended to. Before leaving, I went to the restroom, that was poorly maintained. As we left we observed, right next to the entrance, 3 large bags of trash that had been left and not taken to the dumpster that was only 50 feet from the front door. I was so disgusted, I actually took pictures and will foward them to the Health Department. Someone is not doing their job.

Hi I am Gwynn Stevens my husband and I stopped by Taco Bell at 929 Battlefield Blvd.n In Chesapeake,Va.When we went into girl was nice and had a nice smile,half way through my order she got someone else to take over and she started making a drink.Told the girl again what I wanted.had to tell her twice don't know her name she was a blonde.we were there a 2:34:22pm on 8/5/2012.I order  combo of. soft shell taco with no sour cream. When my husband brought our order mine was wrong.he took it back and told them it was wrong.Got my soft shell but it was still wrong it had sour cream.That was twice getting the wrong order.the people at the next table was wrong also.I took off what I could but still could taste the sour cream The sour cream made me feel ill. And here it is5:14pm and I can still feel the affect of it.So how hard is it to get an order right after you have to repeat your order 2or3 times.The Girl who took our order wasn't very friendly she was in to big of a hurry to go out in to the dinning area to sit with one of the other workers there.Shen then came out with a broom to sweep the floor she then went to one of the booths instead of taking a towel and wiping off the seat she used the broom that she used on the floor.That was our first time in that taco bell.and it will be our last. Hi, my friend and I Love Tacos especially from "TACO BELL" and we don't want to drive so far to get one. We where wondering if you guys could possibly put a taco bell near Valparaiso/Hebron, Indiana. Not only are we wanting a "Taco Bell" near this location but many other people also do. If this happens this would be a great help! SINCERELY, Very hungry teenagers that love TACOS AND NACHOS!! But don't want to drive very far...

They new cantina salad was disgusting! Chef Lorena Garcia may need to find a new profession. Your port Allen KFC/taco bell restaurant was filthy and understaffed. Took 30 min. To get food at 2 bites and threw it away didn't want to complain to poor staff for not having enough workers because thats probably a managent problem. Nasty , nasty is all I can say but cashier did apologize which was nice! Sorry for complaints but I I knew chef Garcia I would call her and tell her the salad was disgusting especially with the sauce already pored on it and making it even worse and soggy
