Taco Bell Corporate Office & Headquarters

Taco bell is Dearborn is very very bad! I waiting in the dt for 7 min and was not helped at all, so I went to the other location down the street. The man ignored me after I asked him for hot sauce and got my order wrong. When I went to call them I couldn't find a receipt in my bag which mad me even more annoyed. Very bad customer service and food is not worth the ridiculous wait. Sloppy and does not look apealing!

I just found a dead yellow jacket inside of my burrito supreme. I'll be talking to a lawyer tomorrow..

The Westheimer Pkwy store is worse than most. Three times in a row have they fouled the order. After you go inside and ask for the Manager, she offewrs you a "free taco". REALLY? No wonder Chick-fil-et and McDonalds is so popular. I'm done with Taco Hell!

I would like to know why taco bell hire store managers that don't even have a high school diploma and don't even have a degree in business or anything. they are making good money and don't even have a high school diploma and you have people out here that has a high school diploma and business degrees that can't even get a job with taco bell, something is very wrong with this picture and why is that? I went to taco bell , dort het flint ( very busy location) ordered from new menu & they were "out" of cilantro rice, so no food. Really ? Taco Bell ? Just wanna go home, .it like rest of us that actually work till we close

I am VERY upset. I am currently 22 weeks pregnant, and in a wheelchair due to a broken ankle on one leg, and a broken foot on the other leg! I am unable to drive anywhere. So tonight, my fiancé drove my car across town to the tacobell on Douglas ave. in Racine, WI. He got our food & drove home to me. When my food was opened up, there was beef and jalapenos on my nachos! My order was suppose to be a nacho bell grande, sub bean instead of beef, no tomato, add creamy jalapeño sauce. While I understand HOW this complex nacho order could be messed up... What happened next has made me SO mad, enfurriated even! So i immediatly looked in the bag to see the reciept. No reciept. -.- of course. So I called the store to complain, and see about getting the right order/ replaced. My fiancé is told that if he comes back tonight, they will replace my order... If we come back tomorrow, they can't guarentee anything. What the heck is that? SO my fiancé drives all the way back across town. They will NOT give it to him! He pulls off, but pulls back through a second time, to be told NO! Again! He explained that he talked to the manager, he explained that we were not given a receipt, he had the messed up nachos with him, he asked to talk to the manager... NOTHING! The woman working in the DT window, wouldn't even let him talk to the manager! So he came home with out my food. At this point I'm PISSED. So NOW, I'm hungry as eff n have waisted a bunch of gas. I called the store again. Talked to the manager. I explained to him what all happened, how even after talking to him the employee STILL said no, ect. He just kept telling me to come back, tell them we talked to him, n that they will replace my food. Well now... That's not enough. Now they have messed with the WRONG pregnant lady! -.- I HATE that tacobell!

Taco Bell in Mesquite, TX on Galloway is the worst place I have ever been. Their Managers are very rude and are NOT WILLING TO HELP ON ANYTHING. They discriminate against your sexuallity and will do anything to get your. The managers feel they need to down grade their young employee in front of customers. I WOULD NEVER WORK AT THIS LOCATION NOR WOULD I EVER EAT THERE AGAIN.

I was driving thur Standish Mich. and saw a polital ad for the local county prosecutor. I did not think a corp. allowed political ads on their signs.

Want to know why when your purchase food from Taco Bell you cant have the Fire toco sause. You have to ask for it, and then you are lucky to get one for each toco. You put out the mild and the med. sause to the public, but not the fire sauce. I like 2 to three for each taco. I was told that was to many. If it cost you that much to give it out with your tacos, then I will not purchase food from you people again.

Bellefountain ohio taco bell store. Every time we order food at this place they short us,then they try to say we are lying this pisses me off ' We live about twelve. Miles from the store so it would cost to much in gas to fool with most of the time,but sometimes we will pull over and check the order and every time we do we see at least two item's missing sometimes more this is not cool its stealing,if you order a taco combo your supposed to get a Taco!!! Next time we will video tape it and post it on YouTube.

I purchased 2 bean burittos and they both has lettuce inside when I ordered them with just bean and cheese, the 2nd one had lettuce and a hair in it this is so GROSS... What is wrong with people these days, do they not make their workers wear a hair net, or change gloves each order? I don't understand what going on inside resturants anymore... I go to this taco bell all the time and I always have little pieces of other things inside ky food that should not be there, I don't get how.... This is on lorain rd Cleveland Ohio next to McDonald's..... My advice don't eat there.. ya never know whats n ur food. When I called to tell a manager about this the female who answer was RUDE!! What happened to writting up workers for that??? Fast food places r getting horrable, they need to step up and get onto their workers and maybe things would get done the right way... Ok so I've been working at tb fir the past 5 months and I have mixed feelings about it.like the food looks gross when you make it...(thank god I don't have to make the food) ewwwww haha but the people I work with are actually really nice but the thing I don't like is how the place is so unorganized and the managers don't comunicatd too good with us and I guess thts wht I I get for working there hahahahha

Would have given zero stars if possible. Have tried taco bell in many states and none give good service. On Sunday the 22nd my wife and I stopped at one at 35th and Glendale in Phoenix. Our order was wrong, plus we both got very sick. We will never go to taco bell or any other place operations owned by the corporation

I went to taco bell in morgantown on patterson drive and I had TERRIBLE service we paid for it but they didnt believe it. They said they would count the drawer and never did and they also deleted my order after that. THEY ARE HORRIBLE I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

I have been going through the drive thru of our local Taco Bell lately because we love the tacos and it is much easier than cooking just for 2 people. The service is great!! So why am I writing? Today it was 100 degrees and I made the cooment to the girl "Honey you look like you are dying." She was so red in the face and perspiring --it was ureal. She said we have no air conditioner in here. I said when will it be fixed. Her reply was " No we have NO air conditioner period not even in the part where people are supposed to eat." I was never so shocked in my life. How can Taco Bell which has so many fast food places do this? Is this the only place? I know I will probably never get any response to this but someone needs to do something for these poor workers who are in there working in such miserable conditions. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE.
