My daughter was invited to TGIF in augusta, ga on washington road. She ordered the Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta. She was unable to finish the meal, so she asked for a to go container. The next day, she let me tadte the pasta. I opened the container, and immediately noticed half of cooked water bug in the pasta. We called the restaurant and explain the situation. We were told they could give us a $10 certificate even though the meal was $12.95. My daughter decided she could not eat there anymore, so she wanted her money back. She was told to speak with Tanya because she is authorized to return money. After making a trip to the restaurant to find out that Tanya was not working, I dedcided we would call back the next day. We called back and spoke with Tanya the next day, only for her to say she can't refund my daughter's money, she would have to get a certificate for $10, and that was all she could do for her. Sad!!

I was in at porter ranch.the beginning of dec and had a horrible experience so I spoke to April at this point she refunded us.I again went to woodland hills Fridays with my staff and was greeted and seated and April was so kind to have 2 appetizers for our group,the big problem here is the server who was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable,and he never filled our waters or cleared the dirty plates. Please contact me ASAP I would like to be refunded again. Thank you

Fields ertle doesn't make the drinks right. They jigger some but not all drink the manager don't care about the guest. Its hard to find a manager in that place

This product is not fit for human consumption, You are obviously only looking at the bottom line and not the taste and or quality of your product. You buy older, undesirable jalapenos because they cost you less thus providing a tuff, chewy pepper for us to have to consume. Shame on you. To all the people reading this, Boycott this product until TGIF can prove they care about the quality and taste of this product. What a waste of my hard earned dollars!!

Paid over $10.00 for a blue hamburger while ordering it medium cooked... Hamburger came out way over cooked, no blue cheese, bun was cold and blagh tasting, and ingredients on hamburger were substandard.. McDonalds double burgers are much better and tasting. Service ok but meal terrible.. Am I ever going back ????

Had a wonderful surprise in Melbourne Australia. While there on business with my wife. Went to the Fridays on southbank. There was a thanksgiving menu specially prepared for their friends from the states and interested locals. What a great idea. The food was good the mang. and staff could not have been nicer. When I see the TGIF sign it will always carry a special meaning for me. Cheers.

We went to the tgi Friday's in Wichita ks. We ordered 3 drinks, a glassof wwine a margarita and an iced tea. Took 20 minutes to get the tea. Then after 45 minutes of waiting for our appetizers we called the manager over and the girl never even put our order in. The mqnwger did absolutely nothing. I do not recommend ever eating here unless you have a lot of time on your hands.

To celebrate me and my sisters birthday we decided to grab a bite to eat at Fridays in Pensacola, Fl. Needless to say the marina sauce was scrape from the bottom of the pot and tasted burnt!! We order a round of drinks which were three dollars a piece like Margaritas and Long Island Ice Teas. We order two rounds of shots and was not told that for every Vegas Bomb they charge 10.18 A PIECE!!! NEVER have we been so overcharged for a shot. Out of fours of us with 2 shots a piece our meal cost us 23.59 with an alcohol bill of 90.44!!! We were charged 100.00 for 2 shots a piece!! When we spoke with a manager she claim to deduct the price for us only charging us 7.69 per shot but then fluctuated our meal bill to 32.77. Worst experience ever!! Never have I seen such crooked behavior so bluntly in my life. Will not be recommending OR RETURING TO EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!

I went to the Harvey, La location for dinner one night qith my husband and 2 kids and the food was horrible it tasted old and just horrible immediately my son began throwing up the food and the rest of us were fighting over the toilet. The entrees along with the appetizers so I spoke with a manager and he didn't apologize and asked me for my name and number and said that he was going to forward my information to someone and 3 months later here I am finally writing a review because still haven't heard from no one

Horrible service in your Clifton park area. Closed an hour earlier than posted times and didn't even mention it when I called to ask if they were open!

went to the restaurant in naperville il on rt 69 at 4pm. the service was bad . the food was cold and the waitress could care less.after the manager came over to help, the waitress would ignore us from then on. what is going on?

My family visited TGI Fridays in Atlanta Georgia on Camp Creek Pkwy on July 25 at 620pm!! My husband and I ordered adult beverages and it took them 30 minutes to bring them to us!! My daughter order a sprite and something was wrong with it so I told the waitress and she was suppose to bring another! 20 minutes later I walk to the bar and ask for a sprite that the waitress never brought and the bartender told me that I was going to have to tell the waitress or either order something else!! The music was sooooo loud that I couldn't even here myself talk!!!! I'm not one to write reviews but this was the worst experience in my life!!! My husband and I love TGIs but this location might have changed our minds!!!!

We use to come here all the time then management changed and they got new workers. We came back today to try again because the food is not bad. Service was awful again. Keller 76177 on 377. The last time we were here they comped our entire bill since we waited over an hour, this time we never got our stripes memeber free chips, the appetizers didn't come out at the same time, one plate came out wrong, 2 plates didnt come out till the rest of table was done eating, sadly we will never ever come to back. Corporate really needs to acknowledge these reviews and fix.

I was in the newly opened location near times square with my 2 grandkids and husband. There were 2 tables seated when we came in. The waitress took my order after waiting quite a while. She brought our drinks and nothing else. 50 minutes later we were still waiting,, but no food ever arriived. Many other tables were filled while we were there, several received their food ahead of us. The waitress never even came back to our table, but served a couple sitting next to us. Couldn't believe how bad they were.

The location in Staten Island , across from the mall should be shut down due to a filthy atmosphere , poor service , rudeness and random food pieces all over floor !!! It's an absolute disgrace how this restaurant is running in these Horrific conditions . Something needs to change quickly or close your doors. People look forward to going out to eat with their families , and to be let down by these unsanitary conditions is SHAMEFUL!

I was in the Porter Ranch Fridays last tuesday and I could not believe what I saw. First there was a couple at the bar with the young girl straddling her boyfriend with her bottom coming out of her very short shorts. With them continuously making out I asked that the manager be notified, and that they be asked to leave. Only to then witness yelling and loud noises coming from the kitchen where the manager hopfully, was yelling at her to act accordingly. Hoping that she kicked this couple out, come to see that they came back into the bar with more overly drunk friends, and were continued to be overserved! I will never be back, I am ashamed of you Fridays.

No one replies to me about my GIVE ME MORE STRIPES problem i'm having. Have 2 Accounts, Fixed for a day or two, now I can't even get into my account. Have tried to reset my password, as the website says, but with no luck. BOGUS, I accumulated alot of points, when I didn't know it because they had two accounts for me ( 2 different emails ). they said they fixed it. Probably because their mistake benefited me and have alot of points, they want to come up with some excuse to make it look like I did something wrong, so I can't use the over 200 reward points I earned.

I went with my family&our visitor to fridays in dubai mall , I shocked when I found the level of service very bad , the food taste spoiled ,,sauces are different , bad , and the amount of the food decreased (cisare salad half the amount which we used to have it . I hope the level of service will be improoved soon .
