My experience with Spring PCS has been horrible, to say the least. I will NEVER do business with them again.
worst service
I have had so much problems with sprint I cant believe it. They people are rude and the phones don't work. I've gone through over 10 phones in under a year and they get worse and worse one even burned my face. All I want is a phone that works, and I don't think there is one. ( I didn't want to give them a star but I had to )

What HAPPENED to this company?!
My sentiments resonate with most comments here, it is unbelievable that a “Corporation” this size can get away with such poor cellular service and non-existent customer support. I feel as if I am being held hostage in a contractual agreement by a bunch of crooks and frauds. Why does the little guy always get screwed? If only I had the resources needed to expose all of the shady practices and blatant disregard for their customers, Sprint would be out of business!
Sprint kept my money
Sprtnt uses deceptive billing practices and refuses to return a refund of $320.97 for returned equipment. The worst part is they charged for for a full months of service when the phone was only actived for 2 days. They also paid me a restocking fee of $70 upfront so I have given them $390.97 ($320.97 for the phones and $70 for a restocking fee). I had service for 2 days (3/22-3/23) and I recently got a bill asking for an additional $38. If you complain they lock your account and tell you your complaint is being handled at the Executive level but no one can provide you with a contact. I have given up and have accepted that I will never see my refund but I am not paying Sprint anymore money.
Major security breach
On 27 March 2013 at approximately 1330 hours, I was on hold waiting to speak to a supervisor. Somehow lines got crossed and I heard a conversation between a supervisor and a customer who was giving his credit card information, PIN number and Name to a supervisor with Sprint.

I would rate sprints customer service ---0 if I could, I have been with sprint for 13 years, there customer service has been more than terrible!!!!!!!! for the last seven years, I have been lied to over fifteen times ,Ive been hung-up on more than thirty times in the past five years,I have been on the phone today 3/26/2013 for three hours trying to talk to a operations manager at sprint ,( not a call center).Home land security could not locate or call a sprint person or office!!!!!!! Trying to call or e-mail sprint,(not a call center) is the best keep security in the U.S.A. no s--t. As of 3/26/2013 I cancel my service with sprint because of customer service.

I have been with sprint since 2003! Its time to end all of the drop calls and no service!! I am just throwing my money away by staying with sprint!!! I NEVER HAVE SERVICE ANYMORE!!!!!!! Everything that the other people are saying is so true...same thing with me!! Good bye...oh and i will get out of my contract!!!
Very bad customer service
Wow, I never had a problem with sprint until these past 5 months. Network coverage has been horrible, and customer service keeps blaming it on network upgrades. I was offered credit (didnt ask for it) because of the situation, yet the credits have not been applied on my account as promised. When I call in customer service, they show very little or no interes in my issue and they speak to you as if they were doing you a favor because of the credits that are being applied. My contract expires in December, and I definately will opt out of Sprint and go back to my previous provider. I am sorry to have left ATT to try other options. In little words, Sprint customer service is horrible.

I am a new customer to Chase & completely unsatisfied. I switched from at&t after being offered a great deal of offers & reinbursements for switching. I'm STILL after going on 4 months from switching, disputing credits owed to my acct & a discount that was suppose to save me $54 on my acct a month. Everyone gives nothing but excuses & no solutions. I've paid more than what's due waiting on my bill, still waiting for them to do their part & what they offered & get a phone call every month that they are going to disconnect my line & my kids because the acct is past due. Hello? How about applying what you offered & can someone please do their job right!!!

I have been a loyal customer of sprint since 2000. I think it is sad that I have been paying my bill, I have had several phones, and consistent service for over 13 years and sprint will allow me to go to another company because I don't want to use an upgrade or accept a refurbished phone. After all these years the least sprint can do is send a new phone to me. I've paid sprint thousands of dollars in bills and phones and now I have a known malfunctioning phone and cannot get one that works properly and has not been repaired and preowned by someone else. I feel totally unappreciated as a customer and I will gladly take my business to another company. I've been loyal to sprint but they have shown me none it return.
For over 12 years I have been loyal to Sprint, taken sorry excuses that it was phone issues, and that I needed to upgrade phones, and after constant upgrades, and my money wasted, the service is still as crappy as ever. I've called and called, and the same response each time...no one has perfect service! BS!! So after years of being screwed constantly, It's time to say farewell to sprint, their poor service, horrible excuse for customer service, and non willingness to go the extra mile to help a loyal customer! Think about it Sprint, if we paid for what we actually used, and was given credit for each dropped call, or failed call (I had 11 failed back to back today), maybe you would go somewhere! Her with the program, fix your towers, and help those paying your salaries!! I'm switching to At&T in the morning...suggest others of you do the same! Farewell
we have been having problems with our sprint service for the last 3 and a half weeks. we call customer service and get hung up on by a floor supervisor. this is very upsetting and we are thinking about cancelling our sprint phones and going with another carrier
We went to a sprint store to change from smart phones to the I phones we found out after recieveing our first bill that they added all kinds of charges that they choose not to tell us about at the time of service. we went back to the sprint store several times to have it fixed and every time they promised to fix it. Two months later we are still fighting the charges and of course the people that agreee to fix it at the sprint store , NO LONGER WORK There. Costumer service is no help either. they keep telling us to go back to the store. Would NEVER reccommend going with sprint as a cell phone carrier...
I went to a Sprint store to have my # moved from one fone to another,When they transfered the number they did not reconnect my fone and for some reason the sd card from my old fone is missing. I have contacted the store and customer service about this issue, I basically get :there is nothing we can do". My ? is why was the card removed in the first place? I no longer have the pics of my Grandson and Sprint does not care. I feel like switching to Verizon!
I got up on 9/14/2012 about 5am so i could order my new iphone5 i did but this phone was in a friend name for 10 years but it was my phone i need a phone number for a new shop i was opening up so i needed a number thats why the phone was in a friends name so now back to why sprint s_cks so i paid 700.00 out right for this iphone 5 so i started thinking i should open up my own line and shut this one off i would save money too so i called the next day on 9/15/2012 and talked to the lady and she said that i would not lose my space to get the iphone5 i said are you sure that i will not lose it she said no not at all so i did it now i have no phone at all this really s_cks also today is 9/25/2012 and still no phone lol
after geeting dropped calls from sept.04 the day i got my new lg phone, i have been trying to no avail to get sprint to send me a new phone. I have spent over 20 hours so far to get a reselution to this problem. I have a heart condition and have told the reps. that I am getting sick by all the dropped calls to them after explaining over and over again my problem. they keep sending me from dept. to dept. just to have the call dropped again. I have taken buses and cabs to best buy and sprint repair locations at thier request with no help. I have been with sprint for over 14 years and am shocked at thier callous behaviour. When I explained my heart condition and told reps. my blood pressure was highly elevated during the call they just said hold on and a supervisor will be with you shortly. today i was getting very sick and told the rep I may need to go to the hospital, he said just calm down and someone will get with you shortly. (INSANE RESPONSE) I hope an attorney will get with me, as sprint must stop the abuse of thier customers. (SHAMEFUL).
I am a sprint customer and I been trying to get an Iphone5 and been trying to get early upgrade thats all and customer service has been very very ugly with me can anybody help me please!
OMG !!!!! Really Sprint ... you teach your Rep to hang up on Customers if they don't know the answer to the question. 4 days and over 10 calls and still havent resolved the issue
