They stole from me $59.95 second year $9 fare club. I am so angry. I want to sue them and see them go bankrupt.

Promise if you fill out a Bank of America credit card form in flight you receive a free round trip ticket. THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP AND MISREPRESENT!!!!!!!

I am now, literally stuck in Lima Peru, with no money and four girls that need to return to the US. I was asked on June 19,2012 to remain behind, because there were no flights due to malfunctions. Later they asked for 14 or 18 people to remain behind, with the promise of free round trip tickets. So I took the tickets, and remained until the 24 of June. To make the story short, since I had 5 round trip tickets, I cancelled my return home, for September 9. I called and they told me the vouchers could not be used until November. What do I do in Peru, Until November?! I can't stay illegally in this country. My girls need to go back to school. I just spoke for over an hour,and all they said was: I am so sorry! and that I could use the extra $50 to buy a new ticket, to go home. In September 16. What good was the FREE round trip ticket??... isn't it illegal to fly people to a country with no return?... they completely lied to me, I want to sue this company, and I will like to know if there is a good lawyer that can help me, and all the other customers, who had been lied to. It's about time this airline learns that false advertising and lying is a crime. Does anybody else want to sue? please let me know.

This is not a good airline for you TO TRAVEL ON, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU THE SERVICES THAT YOU PAID FOR, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON LOOSING YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF IF YOU GAVE YOUR MONEY TO THE HOMELESS THAN LOSEING YOUR MONEY WITH THIS AIRLINE.

I am never flying Spirit again.....they keep extorting us with more and more baggage fees, just paid 50% if the cost of my ticket to check one bag, customer service at the airport is horrible....then the leg room....this airlines is the worst and I am done....never again.

I can't renew $9.00 club membership using your website. Please correct your software at your web site. As of 8/14/2012, my membership will expire in 8 days. Thanks, John

We were in the middle of booking a flight, the call was dropped and when we called right back, Spirit airline said your voucher just expired even though it was before midnight! Beware of unfair and misleading dealings! Very odd how the call was dropped. Their computer erased all trace of our prior transactions -- or so they said. We travel frequently and if this is not fixed, we will be talking with the FAA and our States Attorney General.

literally will never use this airline again and i will literally do anything in my power to let the rest of the nation know about what a scam and such utter bullshit this company truely is. They do not even hold a corporate office telephone to talk to actual representatives of the corporation. Instead they give you foreign effers who can barely speak a lick of English and then bullshit policies thrown back in your face after your spent 100s of dollars with them. I literally thought the employee on the other line was part of a terrorist scare his accent was so thick and his monkey voice couldn't relay a sentence in English. I will be making posts about spirit airline all across blogs and internet sites until my frustration from this dumb airline is calmed down.

what a bunch crap injured on flight taken off plane by paramedics to hospital injured thousands dollars medical bills and i have yet to hear from spirit .no working e mail no phone number to talk to corporate so im gonna go to their corporate headquarters and straighten this out .hope these bastards go bankrupt.

Not only are the phone reps foreign and hard to understand, when you ask for a name or corporate phone number, they are unable to help. They have no phone numbers - or access to Google. The reps refuse to give you any identifying info about themselves and they WILL leave you on hold for "only 2 minutes", which turns into hours! I've lost 2 1/2 hours on hold to use my "free" flights. This airline is a scam! Save yourself the aggravation, pay a little more - and be happy!!

Spirit airlines is the worst airline ever, they don't go by What they promise. I have been told I was gonna get a refund and They never did anything about it. I canceled my reservations Within the time frame that they garante a refund, and I never heard back From their supervisors, they even said they would call me back within 72 hours and they never did. I have spoken to several supervisiors And they don't return my calls. At one point one of them said that he Would call back, in 24 hours and it just so happens that that particular Person was off that day that he said he would call me. Its a scam, they Do this so that they don't end up refunding your money Because the time expires. I'm never flying with this airline again They don't stand behind their policies. It's ridiculous, they don't even have A corporate number where one can call to complain. The people are horribly Difficult to understand and they don't really care and charge u for everything Including your seats. Then if u cancel a flight you get charged for spoilage fees, and Anything else they can stick you with. I have even emailed corporate and I have Not received an answer for over a week. Something needs to happen here soon. I have been on the phone waiting to speak to a supervisior for up to one hour and counting At the end I didn't get my money refunded because they said I didnt cancel my flight, when I called And did it within the first 24 hours and with over 13 days before my departure date. They Canceled my bags, but not my tickets. Really who flies with no luggage? That should come to show That I did do what I said, and they argued that I didn't canceled it all. My trip was on the 2nd and I didn't End up going so there you go, talk about scams.

My daughter traveled from Dallas to Portland a wk ago on the red eye. The Portland baggage claim called our youth leader, she left her passport and school ID on the plane. Spirit Portland will NOT return my numerous phone calls so we can retrieve her ID. We are scheduled to fly on Thur and she will MISS HER SWEET 16 Birthday party because she has NO ID and she can't pass through security!!! Why won't Spirit call me back?? I want them to Fed EX those two ID, School and PASSPORT tomorrow! I am VERY disappointed Portland will not help us! Portland Spirit has my name and number. Portland baggage DOES NOT EVER answer their phone either!

Don't waste your time with Spirit airlines they are rude and unprofessional. Hidden fees everywhere you look and terribly rude flight attendants.

I have issues with the fact that I can not make my self understood to some Spirit Air Customer service. I changed my reservation yesterday with a very nice young lady who gave me hope with dealing with people who can't understand me because maybe my accent ( Mid west with a little of Florida and few more I picked up along the way) She was kind enough to let me know I was going to save a bundle if I purchased my bags ahead of time (You all just want us think you are nice) so she proceeded to tell me she couldn't it even though she had me on the phone and paying for my dog's ticket (cost more than mine for sitting under seat!!) to travel with me. I had to get them on line. Worried I wasn't get them on time, I run to the computer and Lord behold I pick 1 carry on and two checked in each way and it would not let me choose the $9 club fare even if i am member. I paid $80+ I come to my reservation and I have 1 carry on and I have 1 checked in each way. I go back and buy again, thought i will call to fix after I have what i need. I pay $60+ go back and I have 2 carry ons 1 checked in each way. OK call customer service and I start to speak to Dexter, I asked who am I speaking to this is my reservation this is my problem, I have paid almost $150.00 and I still don't have the suitcases I want??? He starts telling the bag policy????? I have heard the bag policy three times in the last three days I need to resolve my issue because tomorrow you will charge me more say I bought the bags late and my money won't get put back in my account till I go personally and speak to someone in the face who understands me. I hate getting angry but please put one set price, be honest and stop ripping off people under the table. It's frustrating it's almost like you don't want to deal with your customers just take our money. Sad don't you have pay more money dealing with complaints than with happy customers?

TO SAY THIS AIRLINES SUCKS IS TOO HIGH OF PRAISE. GOD FORBID YOU TRY TO GET SOMEONE IN THIS COUNTRY TO HELP YOU.......NO WONDER OUR ECONOMY SUCKS WHILE IT FLOURISHES IN INDIA. Though my rating is below 1, but I did not get that choice. Horrible! It was six of us, some got vouchers and others didn't. Because the overbook and do not have enough planes we have to pay the consequences. We were forced towait 12 hours in Fort Lauderdale (that there is nothing in that airport) and that was on our way out. Coming back we had to wait in the same airport 9 hours. The funny thing is that there was a second group going that left at a later date and the exact same thing happened to them. We were charged for our luggaged twice in our credit card. To end, not one of us, from neither group, will ever fly through Spirit. On a personal note, without the group, it is our second bad experience with Spirit or should I say 3rd?

worst travel experiance EVER!!! Customer Service is HORRIBLE! call and speak to customer service teams that cant speak english - will never fly spirit again!!!
