I drove into the Sonic around the corner at 4:00. They apologized for the wait when they took my order. They didn't give me the happy hour price even though it was their fault that it took me so long to get to order. I ordered a Route 44 1/2 diet Sprite 1/2 diet Coke with lime. I paid full price for that drink, but I received a large diet Coke. GRRR!!

My husband went to sonic ordered 2shakes we waited to order till 8 pm they were held off when we got up to the window after being behind four cars she charged us 8 dollars and something we told her no they were half off she said no you ordered 1 minute till really. Our clock said 2 minutes after. Poor poor Custer service will never go back. They have closed one sonic in town now I know why

Management does not listen to customer complaints. Would not release name. The young man appeared to be Very young. When you make a comment, he tries to over talk you and would not give his name Please check your receipt . They give different prices on the slush drinks!!!!

I ordered a number 1 combo. All I got on the burger was ketchup and cheese. The picture shows tomato and lettuce and onion so isnt that supposed to come on it? My chili cheese fries were cold as well. I stopped at the Cedar Lake sonic in Biloxi, MS and live on the other side of town. Have had many order problems at this location. Good customer service but very poor on getting orders correct.

Went to the Buna Tx location and the girl said no senior discounts. Dairy Queen does. Also food was cold. Not sure I'm going back

When I pulled the into the parking lot almost close to closing, I see an employee washing his car at your popular location in memphis. When has it become exceptable to wash cars in the restaurant parking lot? While customers are on the lot and the restaurant is still open serving food this is very unprofessional.

Went to our local Sonic in Knoxville, TN to get a Molten Lava Cake and noted the staff used their bare hands to reach into the cherries to put on my sundae. When I asked them why they didn't have gloves on, she said, "we do not have to, I wash my hands every 20 minutes". Got home and my sundae did not have any nuts on it........hummmm, maybe it was a good thing as they would have reached into the nuts bare handed too, I am sure. I think I have lost my appetite for Sonic.

Waited for almost 20 minutes no service. also was not told anything I pushed the button 3 times and they just cut it off without saying anything. I called and asked it was in and said y.es and I said why did you not take my order and they hung up on me. very very unprofessional. this was the sonic on victory drive Columbus Georgia

Couldn't wait until I moved far enough south to visit my first Sonic. I have been to three different locations in the past month; 888 S. Jefferson Lebanon, MO, 347 S. Business 54 Camdenton, MO and 65201 at 708 Business Loop 70 Columbia, MO. Only one, Lebanon has not served cold food. Big fancy cold cheese burgers and cold fries, not worth my $ or time. :(

The new Sonic drive thru thats being built on 199th st by Dolphins Staduim is a great ideal. But unfair to the people within the area who wants to work their because we must go thru training in homestead which is a three hour ride for me but yet i stay 50 Seconds away from the area we will actually be working in if hired. Its a fast food restaurant, why cant training be helded where the work will actually be done at. I think its really unfair to the people that dont have the money to even make to a interview but yet is constantly looking for work and as soon as a wish is granted for more in a area where it is need, you tear they hopes away all because you decide to train people 3 hours away from where they really will be working.

I just the commercial for your new pretzel dogs & it gave me an incredible idea for an appetizer!! I LOVE cheese filled pretzel bites (I eat 'em EVERYDAY!) & I thought that since you were already making pretzel rolls & putting cheese sauce on them, that you could cut the pretzel rolls into bite sizes & serve them w/a cup of your ch.sauce...I would SO buy them!! TY!!

Why is there no more cheesecake bites? Those things were f**king amazing and I'm super super mad that you got rid of them. If you bring them back (at least to your branson Missouri location ;) ) I will buy them everyday. (I'm a fatty) thanks

There is a specific sonic in carizzo springs tx that's needs a new manager and fast. He is rude, does not care how the food turns out and only cares about some timing situation. That's not a good idea. And personally I will not be eating at sonic anymore. Either needs to be checked out or the better business bureau and the FDA will be contacted. Thank u.

Went to the rockwell and Britton sonic in okc this evening for ice cream. we waited literally twelve minutes and no one came out or said anything remotely apologetic for taking so long. The staff inside looked clueless and not very motivated. This is the society we've crafted for ourselves thanks to social programs. Finally we just left and took our business to wack Arnold's...

I like to go to Sonic on Durango and Warm Springs here in Las Vegas, but today they messed up on my order, I was at the drive thru for almost 10 minutes. Lady at the window was not very friendly. Hading everyting to me one by one. First creamer, and she drops one, then sugar, the bottled water. Why can't Sonic give creamer and sugar in a small bag??? or be like McDonalds and put the sugar and cream in the coffee. Won't go back for a while, was very upset when I got to work and my order was wrong.

Sonic has always been my go to restaurant until I went to the one in Atlanta. Ordered 2 Chocolate Malts. It took 10 minutes to get the order, I asked if it was a malt and was told it was. As you can imagine, it was a shake. As the only car in the lot, and such a simple order, you would think it would be correct and a quicker. Never going back to this location, but will go to other Sonics in the future. Franchise Director should follow-up on this location.

We went to Sonic in Lake City Fl attempting to order food 20 mins before closing time in the drive thru and they told us the only thing we could order were drinks. They said the grill was already shut down. As far as I know with a fast food resturants the hours operations that are advertised should in fact be the hours your able to order anything from the menu. I believe after the hours of operation is when you are to shut everything down and clean. I am very disappointed with my experience. And to my further displeasure I am slapped in the face as I pull up the line the reality behind why everything has been shut down early...every Sonic employee was standing out front having a little party with one another, not concerned with customer satisfaction. This is what happens when you allow children manage a business and put their personal life ahead of the company.

i and others are offended at your brain disorder commercial. i belong to a support group in which we have this disorder specifically called agenisis of the corpus collasum. 2 seperate brains that dont function normal. we are asking you to remove this offensive commercial please.

We went to the sonic in hagerstown md. All I wanted was a shake. It took 20 min. I got the chocolate cream pie one. I'm thinking yeah this should be fine, nope! I took a couple drinks of and my throat starts tingling, yep for some reason there was banana in it! Im allergic to bananas. I called 888oksonic the guy was more worried about my husbands milkshake tasting like a cup. Yeah never ever going back

I wasn't happy with the service I recieved last night at the Springfield Ohio sonic, I just wanted to get the mozzarella sticks I ordered and the woman over the intercom was rude and I could not hear her, I eventually pulled up to the window and asked to speak with the gm and she told me she can't do anything about my service they were closing already and it would take 15 minutes to get everything cooked and turned back on, I will not be returning and I really hope the district or regional manager sees this
