I JUST ORDERED FROM SONIC HERE IN BROKEN ARROW, OK OFF 81ST AND THER SERVICE FELL SHORT AND MADE ME FEEL AS IF I WAS INCONVIENCING THEM BECAUSE I ORDERED FOOD. I ORDERED 2 COMBOS ONE WITH TOTS THE OTHER WITH FRIES WITH 2 CHERRY LIMEADES A KIDS MEAL WITH A CHERRY SLUSH. LETS JUST SAY I GOT THE WRONG ORDER WENT BACK AND THE GUY IN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW ACTS LIKE THE ORDER IS RIGHT OF COURSE THE ORDER IS RIGHT BUT IT HAS GRILLED CHEESE FRENCH FRIES ONION RINGS OH YEAH YOU GOT MY DRINKS RIGHT. GTF OUTTA HERE. LOOKS LIKE GOOD HELP IS HARD TO FIND!!! YOU PEOPLE NEED TO SCREEN YOUR EMPLOYEES AND HAVE THEM BATHE EVERY NOW AND THEN!! GEESE!!!! I VOWED NEVER TO EAT SONIC IN BROKEN ARROW, OKLAHOMA AGAIN I SEE WHY MCDONALDS LEAD IN THE COUTRY THE TRY TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN SAY HI NOT JUST THEPRICE OF THE MEAL. I REMEMBER BACK IN THE DAYS YOU DROVE UP TO A DRIVE THRU AND YOU HEARD A VOICE OF CARING AND HAPPY....WHAT HAPPNED TO THOSE PEOPLE??!!!

Being from Chicago I was elated when the new hotdog choices came to Texas - of course my first choice to try was the "Chicago" - to my delight it passed the "TEST" except for only one thing - the hotdog itself needed MORE GARLIC in it to give it the added taste it needs to get as close to a Chicago style hotdog as i have had here in Texas - but otherwise it is great! All of the people I have alerted to the spot to get a Chgo HD have said the same thing- it just lacks more garlic in the meat itself - but that won't keep us from buying them tho -

Went to sonic the other day with my husband. I went to the restroom and when I got back in the car, my husband proceeded in telling me the carhop said she.just turned 21 and wanted to know if he wanted to have sex with him. Needless to say we will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I am talking to the owner in the morning. I am appalled. Kansas

i ate at sonic and the manager i believe here name was crystal this lady hands smelled of smoke that is so sad. then my order was wrong so i had to go back and tell them the GM this girl has no manager skills she was at least 18 i told here my problem and she rolled here eyes at me. attitude problem she has no business treating me like that so i get my order 5 min later and i sad thank you and again crystal brought my order out still smell of smoke i had no choice but to toss my food out my kids were not going to eat food that was served by some lady that smelled of smoke .

The sonic in trinity Texas is an embarrassment. My food usually tastes like old grease and my drink tastes like cleaner, which is kind of a stories because the employees don't seem like the type to clean anything. I liked sonic as a child but I would rather drive 30 miles to the nearest jack in the box now. Also, I usually get bad service at most cynics in my travels across the country

I get the super sonic bkfst burrito combo every morning after working at my night job. And every time management has to adjust it because the $4.69 price comes out to $5.82!! The correct amount after tax is $5.11. No big deal just makes whomever is at the drive up window grumpy. Well Michelle supposed manager of the sonic on military hwy and west in san Antonio tx perceives this customer request to pay the correct amount as a personal affront. Last week I went and after I said thank you 3 times and have a good day, she closed the window in my face. I tapped my horn and asked why she couldn't say your welcome after my obvious thank yous. She stated because she was busy and there was another car in line behind me. Okay so this week I go again after frequenting jack in the box for the past week because they are super Nice and even ask at the driveup window of my visit was good Once again Michelle is my server at the window. I hand her my card and say please charge $5.11 the correct price. She shuts the window then hands me my food never saying what she charged me. Finally she hands me my receipt and I ask for 2 salsas please. She says ketchup and salsa are in your bag. I say thank and she closes the window. I pull around to the side and call the number on my receipt. Michelle answers and I ask for the 800 sonic corporation number (the number she gave me is incorrect and was never answered) then I ask her why she never says your welcome she says there was a car in line behind u. I advise her that the answer worked last week but that I had come by to give her a second chance and that if she didn't want me there. She cut me off and said excuse me? And I said that it wa very simple to say your welcome after having such a thankful customer. She sarcastically said your welcome. And I said that is a good start. That is a lot better and told her to have a good day to which I was only talk to a dead phone line. I then called the incorrect number she had given me an then googled sonic, got the correct number and called my complaint in. While in the parking lot, Michelle is looking out the front window throwing daggers at me. She then walks out and around my car and checks the back of my car out (looking at license plate?). She then runs past my car into sonic and throws her coat on side counter and races into back of store. Then another employee walks beside my car and in the front door. He was standing behind my car also. Now IM questioning what the heck they are doing. And state my concerns to the complaint line whom IM still on the phone with. So hopefully I get a call in the next 24 hours since they have now escalated my complaint. Someone please tell Michelle that her job would gladly be had by someone who would hopefully be happy to get it because she is not. Why do corporations continually advance people based upon their incorrect perceptions of these kinds of employees? A better and probably more lucrative way to promote would be based upon fellow employees' and customers' feedback. Well since michelle acted so psycho while I was on the phone lodging a complaint, I think I better play it safe and stay with Jack, who appreciates my $2.47 cent order every morning. Yes jack in the box charges less, and is super friendly and has never stormed out of a store to check out my rear license plate surreptitiously.

My daughter works (worked) at Sonic in Tomball, Tx she was sexually harrassed by her Gm and reported it to H/R, investigation done, GM quit. Another manager (a very nice lady) who had my daughters back and witnessed the harrasment was then transferred out of the store and GM's (the harrasser) best friend then became GM of the store (New GM's brother is new GM's boss) and gave my daughter hell on a regualr basis, cut hours, disrespected and refused to speak to her. Then he posted the work schedule on Sunday and told my daughter she was no longer on the schedule and walked out. She did not know if that meant she was fired or what so she asked the other manager on duty who informed her that she had been transferred 35 miles away to work 20 hours a week for $3 an hour. She called the new GM to ask what was going on and he refused to come to the phone saying in the background F**k her I have nothing to say to her." So she asked another employee to retrieve the telephone number off the wall to HR again so she could complain, she was told the new GM had removed that number and that if she wanted to complain it would do her no good to go above his head as his brother is his boss. So we are looking for a good employment attorney. My daughter worked 40-60 hours a week due to being short staffed before all this happened, came in on her days off to help out and never came in late or called out. So if anyone has the number please post it. Thanks

I recently ate at a sonic drive in located in clarksville tennessee off of exit 1. The General Manager Trey? Or something like that, was screaming at the car hops, one of them pregnant! I hope he gets fired! I mean the whole point of being a GM is you go above and beyond the normal standards of an exceptional employee, not below and abusive! I don't know how he aquired his position! I hope all sonic drive ins DO NOT operate this way!!!!! Too Bad all I can do is rate them one star! Ridiculous!!!!! I called corporate, hopefully they will handle the matter with all the seriousness it deserves!

I ordered sonic this morning for breakfast and ended up tossing out my entire order after watching the cook pick his nose for five minutes while waiting in my tots. Really diging in there and then eating them, then emptying trash, no washing if hands and walking back to get my food. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always go to sonic for slushies, however the closest sonic (vance jackson && san pedro, san antonio tx) NEVER has a working ice machine!! I wentd yesterday for a large coke, he tells me "two things, we don't have coke and we don't have ice!" i went today for 2 coneys and wait 20 mins just to place my order after charging my card the server then tells me he doesn't have anymore. Are you serious? I was beyond mad, it's really upsetting when you really want sonic and they NEVER have anything. poor service, they should just close down!

I have visited the sonic at 7521 NW Barry Road in Kansas City Missouri periodically over the last 15 years and just recently, I've had to start counting my change at each visit. It's always the same girl that trys to short change me at each visit. She'll tell me the change amount, and then give me that amount in change, but its always less than the reciept says I should get. The reason I remember her so well is because after ordering a drink and giving to the nearest nickle higher than the order was, she actually asked me if I wanted my change back. Today when I confronted the manager about it he just said she'd been there a long time, and I'm sure she has! His numbers are looking pretty good if the til never comes up short. I told him either she can't count or she's a thief, either way, she needs to be taken off the register or fired. There is not a third option and I'm not stupid enough to ever go back. If you're ever in Kansas City, MO. don't eat at sonic. They're thieves!!

Please take the spider off of your menu. It is hideous, terrifying, and nasty. It's the LAST thing I want to see in a restaurant environment. Thanks.

Your Sonic on Bryant Irvin Road in Fort Worth, TX has one outstanding employee. I stopped to get a drink and my car wouldn't start. A young lady named Candy offered to bring her car around and let me jump the battery off hers. Male customers were sitting around watching us, but never offered to help. This employee refused to take a penny for helping. Candy was also the one who waited on me before the car problems and was fast and efficent. CANDY IS A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COOPERATION.

My wife works at Sonic here in San Antonio. She has been with them for 6 years and loves her job. She recently moved stores where they only pay 3 bucks an hour compared to the 7.25 she was making, apparently they have to claim their tips now. After working for 3 weeks at this new store the GM told her that she was raising her pay to 7.25. We were extremely happy to hear this since we live pay check to pay check. Every dollar counts. However, now it's been a week and the other employees found out that she got a raise and started complaining. I spoke to the GM and she assured me that it didn't matter, her words "The only opinion that matters here is mine." So I take my wife to work today and the GM sits her down and says she has to go back to 3 bucks an hour if she still wants to carhop or stay at 7.25 and only make drinks. Also told her if she doesn't like it then she can go work somewhere else. I think this is wrong in so many ways. First, how do you give someone a raise and then take it back ? Second, the GM smokes pot on the job almost everyday. Third, she yells and cusses at the staff when they don't go as fast as she says they should. And lastly, why did she tell me that her numbers have gone up since my wife started there and that she is an asset to the store if you are just going to turn around and take it back. My sister in law has been working fcor Sonic for about 4 months now. things were going good until we started geting here pay check and noticing that they were reporting tips that she really wasn't even meet like her last pay check came gross $ 534.00 but her actual check was only dollars. I'm not ure hwat they r doing there at the sonic in Wagoner ok but I don't think that it is legal. She only carhops half of the time and the other half of the time they have her clocked in as a crew memeber. I know what she brings home every night and it is no where close to what they are reporting. I am going to get ahold of the corporate office. Also the main amanger at the the store comes in everydat clocks in and leaves for the whole day never even satys and works and I have seen her do this with my own eyes so she is jacking the corporte company for her pay check because she is getting paid for not even being there.

I am a lifelong fan of Sonic ever since they opened when I was a kid. I am deeply saddened that I have become a target at the Sonic on 45th Street in Shawnee because the gentleman waiting on me has to decided to comment on how many times I visit and that I must not be able to cook. I love my Sonics and for this person to judge me...if I was the owner I would most certainly be looking into this because he has just lost a loyal customer. I wont be back and like the lady said in the note above. I won't be back. He mocked me in front of my childen twice and you can believe they noticed and were angered a well. Has the owner noticed his profit going down because the place is almost dead now. Wonder why.

the sonic in hattiesburg miss. is a cult of sorts. i worked there for a short time.when i first started i was told by other employes that the only way to advance or really stay there employed for any amount of time is you would have to be religous.come to find out that was a serious understatement.every day was hounded by the manager john about being saved. to cool his jets i caved a couple of times and went to his church.i do believe in bigger power than myself,however that is my private personal buissness,which should not in no means be intergrated in or with my job,for sure not from my boss.he hemed me up in the frezzer on day for 10 or better minutestryig to convert me.i had to physicly move him to the side and tell him "your freaking me out dude" just to get away from him. afew days later i quit. messed up huh......????...

I've eaten at the Sonic on 89th Street in South Okla City for years. It used to be very good and we usually ate there once a week. In the last couple years, we've seldom eaten there because of our diets. For three consecutive visits to this Sonic, we received fries that were so overly salted we had to trash them. We complained to the management and didn't eat there again for several months. At the next visit, the fries were good. Tonight we ordered take-out from this same location and the fries were inedible. The excessive amount of salt on the fries ruined the meal. The burgers were decent but were poorly bagged and were smashed flat. The fries were bitter with salt. I could actually feel the heavy grit of the salt and the taste was hideous. I ate several hoping to find one that was tolerable but only ended up with painful lips and had to trash the fries anyway. We gave them plenty of chances but we're through. We will no longer eat at this location. It's a shame because their food and service were excellent a few years ago. Now it's pretty much crap.
