Rent A Center Corporate Office & Headquarters

I have to work in a business next to this place and no matter how many time we ask to call and have had the police go there and tell them to turn down the music they don't seem to get it. We are trying to run a business just as they are but we like to able to hear our selves and the customers thru out the day. Think some Managers need to be retrained and or have more supervision. I find this to be lack of respect and out of control employees.. Sad Thank god I have never needed there services By the way the represent the company I wouldn't want to deal with them after hours

was in Covington ga store and wanted to make arraigements for them to bring my washer out and pick there loaner machine. The female employee had a attude and was very rude. The guy helping me was nice going to make the arraigement and she got very rude saying it had to be today. we told them due to a death in our family it be better for us if they could come Monday she was saying no way today. She is very rude and I don't know who pissed her off but she don't need to take it out on customers.

my wife and I purchased a tv and computer in Lexington ky te manager there was supposed to set us up on automatic draft but appearently that never happened so now I am waiting on corporate office to rectify the situation or unlike others of you on here I will file suit and get whats owed me by them

I have been with RAC for 25 years an am a Diamond club member And I am always happy. For those who have the card we are grandfathered in and can use the card anytime . In fact I just used it yesterday . Happy happy happy

Customer service sucks. They make collection calls on the payment due date and call it "A Reminder" but it is a collection call. Corporate office phone number requires you to put in your zip code so they can connect you to the nearest store, yet it is the store and its employees I am calling to complain about. I have repeatedly asked for a breakdown of my balance due since I pay online, and no one will give me the balance, just take my payment and that's it.

They are harassing! Rude! Unprofessional! They break the laws! I hope the US Attorney General is monitoring these comments.

We rented a fridge from rent a center and 3 days later their fridge went out. When we called rent a center about the fridge they was 4 hours late with new fridge. Then when fridge got here it was nasty dirty with bugs. An we never had bugs. An when we told the manager about it he didn't pay attention no eye contact. An he accused us of damaging the fridge. Then the manager said he would pay Terminix for our house from the bugs. But no call back yet. But with his lack of dignity we walked across to AArons the competitor. Where they r more respectful.

Went in to rent a computer, and was informed due to letting a couch set go back I was no longer allowed to rent from Rent-A-Center. It is all ok cause I got a better deal at the competitor down the road. The only reason i was willing to pay a little more is due to being a long time customer of RAC. I will never rent from them again. When you walk in and they treat you like you have a rare disease and there isn't a cure ya know your in the wrong place. I have called corporate office and mailed everything they send back asking and telling to be removed from the mailing list and I got another letter today. Rated 1 star only because they don't have a negative star rating.

We have been purchasing a washer from the Rent-A-Center in Elwood, IN and my father became extremely ill. While he was passing away in the hospital, the employees kept calling despite the situation and acknowledgement we would be in on the weekend to make our payment. The payments have always been made and we have never had a problem until now. While my mother was staying with him, Rent-A-Center called every single day, three to four times a day. On Friday, they called again at 7pm and I again told them that my mother was unavailable and was at the hospital with my dying father and that a payment would be made on Saturday. The representative stated that she had heard that excuse all week long and then hung up on me. This company is not one for being compassionate and caring, they only want their money even when a family member is dying they expect you to stop what you are doing and make a payment. This is by far the WORST company that my family has ever dealt with.

The rent a center on fredricksburg rd San Antonio Texas are the most worthless peices of shot in the work they are rude never deliver on time and when you call cause they are late LIKE ALWAYS they say we're are not making a delivery to your house cause of the way you talked to us well I'm going to be pissed cause you all should be fired and the whole corporation should be shut down

I was recently contacted by a RAC employee concerning property i recently rented which was stolen from the home i was illegally evicted from by the landlord and her husband which also happen to be the same people who stole the merchandise they were taken to the house i was evicted from and of course it was empty now they're threatening to persue with a law suit which i find to be crazy becausei have a police report

because they gave us bed bugs and they keep calling us for payment and I told them that I cant make a payment cause we are struggling right know with other bills like rent got have a place to live first will never buy from them again once the mattress is paid for

Every time I go to the Springhill Louisiana store the workers and the store manager is always playing a football game on the tv and I have to wait on them to stop playing be for they come an asset me.

we will never go back to rent a center they are trying make us pay for damage we did not cause

I went to get a a/c unit from bay st staten island waited along time they dont explain they make you pay first.then i decided to go somewhere else because of the runaround i go to get a refund they dont have money not my problem they make it yours what a poorly run company chain go out of business you dont even have a hundred in the bank by 4:00 it cost more to put the lights on

A woman was behind the counter her name is sarah helping me with making a payment and she was apparently new cause she ask the manager for help and he said out loud "are you retarded" and then he mumbled something I just could not believe what I had just heard ,she was so upset and went the bathroom and i stood their waiting..The manager did nothing but sat in the office.Nobody and no employee should be treated like that.,eaton,ohio

I will never rent from Rent a Center. I walked in to the store on Wednesday January 29th around 1 pm and walked around the store for over 20 min and NO ONE CAME TO HELP I could have taken anything and walked out and no one would have known. This is so unprofessional. I would rather go somewhere where they at least have someone on the floor to help. Had to rate but I would rate it as a negative number.

I wish I had read the reviews before contacting Canoga Park office in CA. I knew I would spending $1800.00 total contract price from RAC for a new pc. What did I get ? a 7 month old DESKTOP pc that needed 200 updates, a new keyboard and mouse and it was given to me with a power supply for a laptop. The manager hasn't done anything and I will never go back !.
