I can't rate it because I won't eat there because the commercials are sooo elementary. They are not appealing in any form & the people marketing your products might be sabotaging you. You should fire them & hire people with knowledge. The commercials are not only embarrassing but they are totally annoying and ridiculous.
first thing your thin cut meat was what people first started going to the big Q for and you changed it. I liked the way the juice made it taste and that is no longer. any way i had a coupon and it says free small soft drink & chips- with the purchase of any sub of equal or greater value at regular price. Well I HAD 2 COUPONS I GAVE ONE TO MY WIFE AND I HAD ONE WE WERE GOING TO PAY SEPERATE.BUT THE CHASHIER SAYS YOU CAN ONLY USE THE ONE COUPON AND THAT YOU HAVE TO BUY TWO SUBS TO GET THE FREE SOFT DRINK & CHIPS I TOLD HIM THAT WAS RETARTED, WHAT WOULD I BUY TWO SUBS JUST TO GET A FREE COKE & CHIPS. HE SAID THAT HIS MANGER TOLD HIM TO DO IT THAT WAY. I BOUGHT THIS COUPON BOOK FROM A KID FOR HIS SCHOOL AND IT SAYS ON THE BACK CASHBOOK SAVINGS 2011. THIS PERSON WAS AT OUTERLOOP LOCATION IN LOUISVILLE KY.40214. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO STAY IN BUISNESS I WOULD TELL YOU TO GO BACK TO THE WAY YOU FIRST STARTED WITH THIN SLICED MEAT THATS MOIST, AND TO KEEP EDOITS OUT FROM BEHIDE THE CASHIER. QUIZNOS IS A GOOD PLACE BUT NEEDS SOME CHANGES IF THEY WANT TO STAY IN BUISNESS. YOUR TRULY FRED
Umm...is it possible to give NO STARS?! I'm finding it very hard to give this establishment any sort of praise or "star". I am disgusted by the "Quiznos" brand. It now represents violent feelings of nausea for the food & the horrible service. One might ponder that Quiznos is undergoing a crisis-type situation--their restaurants are closing all over the place & are quickly (and most deservingly, I might add) disappearing from existence. So THE "duh" solution would be to get back on track with hiring properly trained staff & attempting to get their customers back into their stores. NO SUCH LUCK. Upon complaining to the corporate office via email & by phone...still no response after a week. A good company responds to complaints promptly & attempts to fix the situation. Why offer a customer service number for comments then?! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT QUIZNOS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! BEWARE QUIZNOS AT ALL COSTS!! HORRIBLE COMPANY! I firmly believe in karma...I will be celebrating when I receive word that ALL Quiznos stores will be closing due to bankruptcy. At the rate they're going, it WILL be soon.
My complaint,has to do with Quiznos. My son work at Quiznos in Auburn,Ca on HWY49. and he was layed off because the could not affored him. i have worked their for about 2 years and i am not liking it their because the boss is vary rood, he always puts me down. when something gose wrong he tells me it is my falt it is my problem. he is a rood person. i have been thier for 2 years and i have only gotten only 2 rases i mak $8.50 an hour and i do some of the manging things and i dont think that $8.50 an hour i think i should get a lot more then that if i am doing the mangers stuff. and he also called me a BICH in front of a custmer and i do not think that i should be treated like their i am fully cimited to my job and i do all my dutteys to make shure the store is in ship shape for the day i try to get it all done all by my self but it is hard to do it all by my self i do the best i can to help make the store and community a little bit more better for my self and the peaple around me. you can reach me at bencm1489_profile@yahoo.com thank you for taking the time to read my conplant.
Traveling on 95 store number 11360. Terrible customer service. I emailed and left a message at corporate two weeks ago. Still no response. Obviously do not care about customers.I will never eat at Quiznos again.
i work at quiznos and i do have to say the place is not that great. my so called supervisor verbally abuses me, note i am five months pregnant. he constantly tells me to get an abortion, and i dont get the treatment that pregnant women should be getting at a work place...all in all no one does anything about it so i now have to take matters in my own hands.
On Labor day(September 6,2010)in Mesquite, Texas at the Quiznos at 1425 Gross Road,Ste 100 I went in to order 2 traditional sandwiches. A lady(mgr.) and a younger man was there to wait on me. I told them that I wanted 2 traidtionals with pepper jack cheese;I have been going to this location steadily for many years and was surprised when she said that she would let it go this time but next time there would be a charge since it only came with cheddar cheeese. Also, I had a coupon for this location and she said it only applied to some sandwiches and not the traditional(even though the coupon read buy one get one free on any sandwich). Preceding this visit I had not been visiting as a customer because of lack of courtesy and professionalism. I thought that you would like to know the aforementioned information in an attempt to improve this particular store. Also, even though I had been a loyal customer for many years; I will NEVER visit this store again.

Well...it looks like I've come to the right web site...many disgruntled patrons! Unreal! Well...to top that off...I was very disturbed that my child was hired by a Quiznos restaurant in our local town, orientated, trained...etc...only to find out that Quiznos was letting go of a number of their recently hired employees with no real good reason other than the fact that they 'over hired'...now how smart do you have to be to not realize that you have hired way too many people? I just shake my head! This was very disturbing news to my child as well as the friends that were also hired...I feel this is a blatant error on behalf of the store manager/owner. This is just another display of incompetence by a food chain manager. This, literally, has left a very bad taste in my mouth as well as others! Yes, the world is going to he** in a hand basket!
Why I will never eat at Quiznos: 1) Your new 5-4-3 jingle is so ridiculous I don't even know what it is selling, because I turn it off the second it comes on the radio. 2) You use rodents to advertise your product. I would never eat a a restaurant that had rodents (yes, I know Ratatouille was a very popular movie, but I never saw it - yuck rodents in a food place!). EEEWWWWWWW.
This is what I am facebooking and tweeting about. All of your business are awful!!! I just bought a Honey bacon club sandwich from the Quiznos on 12th and Broadway in Kansas City. I took my first bite and a fly crawled out. I was thinking "that's disgusting." Then I was like it's just a fly, so I opened it up and investigated and there was another fly that was dead in the sandwich. This place is gross and disgusting and should be shut down. Please pass this on to everyone, I will never eat a Quiznos again, specially that one.
A Quiznos restaurant recently opened in my town and we decided to get dinner from there one day,That particular visit everything was great,we became big fans of Quiznos at that point.There have been 3 more trips to the same Quiznos and everytime the order was wrong!First of all they have a menu with all types of sandwiches they make and the ingredients in each..Why then do you have to tell them the ingredients?They left something off first visit,second visit they added boiled eggs to my salad which by the way wasnt supposed to be on.What if I was allergic to eggs? Third trip they left out important ingredient in 2 salads!I called the restaurant to complain and... really??Where do they get these people?Where do I submit a formal complaint to corporate?There website wont let you leave a comment,Go figure...their service sucks and I will never eat there again!
Your commercial is the worst my husband and I have ever seenand because of it we won't go to a Quizno. It is so annoying and juvenile only a 3 year old might appreciate it. I can't believe that is the best that your Marketing dept. can do. Your home page doesn't even let me go get into the link to add Comments about your Marketing and Advertising. Very poor.
When shopping this afternoon in Elk Grove, California, my wife, her girlfriend and myself pulled in to the parking lot at Laguna Blvd and Bruceville Rd as we saw a Quiznos sign from the road. We parked and when we walked up to the door we noticed this Quiznos was closed. There was a sign on the door directing us to Quiznos store # 4900. The note gave directions to Store #4900 and said the note said if we mentioned we came from this closed store we would receive a special offer. We drove to Store #4900 and inquired about the special order. We were told by the manager, a female by the name of Manpreet that the offer had expired. I asked how come the note on the closed store was still up. Ms. Manhpreet said she didn't have a key for the close store to remove the note. I asked for her managers phone number and she pointed to the phone number of the store. What good will that do. That is why I am writing this after finding you on the internet. I don't know why Quiznos Managers are not empowered to make a customer happy. After all, how much would it have cost her to go ahead and offer the PUBLISHED Special Offer. Obviously she doesn't know the power of word of mouth advertising and how long it takes to get a customer and how fast someone like her can lose one. I feel I was duped into going to another Quiznos as a result of this and will sure not be patronizing Quiznos in the future. Quiznos use to be one of our favorite lunch spots as we travel and Quiznos is everywhere. Please provide me with an email address where I can send in a copy of the scanned in receipt. One of your resturants located on Akers Mill Rd in Atl phone number,678-2133101. I went into the store and the floor was not clean , there was an unclean smell about. okay, it's just a cold sandwich. I purchased an turkey club bullet. After 2 bites, my stomach begin to turn. The lettuce and tomato had darkened, it was not fresh. I called to ask them to remove the lettuce and tomato mix off of the fixing table and got nothing but smart remarks, until I told the manager that I was going to report them to the board of health. First the employees said she was not there then they changed it to helping a customer. I will never go back to that store ever again.I know you don't care either. The manager said that she sells fify thousand sandwiches, that my very well be, the question is ,establishment clean condiments vegetables and meats fresh. Thats what counts. Do you know how many people purchase your sandwichs and end up not eating them? Many don't complain or go back.
This is not about your restaurants--it's about your advertising. The truth is, I've never eaten at a Quiznos because of your advertising! A few years ago, you had an ad that showed a well-dressed 'metro' couple walking down a sidewalk, and suddenly, the woman DIVES into a garbage can and pulls out a half-eaten Quiznos sandwich, AND EATS IT!!! The caption that followed was "Quiznos--Yeah, it's THAT good". You showed me someone pulling YOUR food product out of a garbage can and eating it--Uuuggghhh!!!! Not a smart way to make a good impression. Secondly, if it WAS that good, why was it in the garbage can in the first place? And now, there is that STUPID ad with the kittens. I LOVE cats and kittens--I have four of EACH (all rescues)--but that ad looks like it was created by a 2nd-grader. I'm unemployed, and it's eating me alive to know that your company is actually PAYING someone to come up with this crap, and that someone in YOUR company is actually approving this terrible advertising. PLEASE GET RID OF THE PERSON AND/OR COMPANY THAT DOES YOUR ADVERTISING so I can at least bring myself to taste one of your sandwiches...
I like the food hate the advertising. What is Quizzno's thinking, cats are just as bad as the rat things from before. Please get rid of your ad agency!!!!
I had a bad experience at the Quizno's in Bastrop Texas and have sent in the standard form on Quizno's website in order to complain. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I'm assuming they don't care about their customers.
My wife and I went to the Quiznos in Jefferson City, MO. Store # 3844 to eat and we had Coupons from your Quiznos web site. We went in, ordered our sandwiches, chips and drinks (X2) and when we went to pay they refused to honor the coupons for the amount they showed for the sandwiches, chips & drinks? Instead of $2.99 for sandwich, chips and drink (X2) they said they do not honor Quiznos Corporate coupons and charged $4.79 per sandwich, chips & drink X2! To us this is false advertisement! I may be stupid I guess but I thought when you buy into a franchise you have to honor that franchise's corporate coupons at any Quiznos store...for the amount they show? If this is not made right we will NO longer be eating at ANY Quiznos store ever again! I hope to hear from you with some kind of coupon that can be used here to make this right. I am a regular patron of Quiznoz Main St E.Htfd CT, i bought lunch along with an orange juice and when i was eating a classmate told me the colour of the OJ didn't seem normal. Upon tasting i realised it was spoilt and took it back w/i 30 mins. I couldn't believe the manager was adamant that she can't do anything about it and refuse to honour my request for another O.J., for 2.99 she lost one of her most faithful customer. Shame on you woman at Quiznoz East Hartford, Main St, across from Goodwin College. I felt humiliated trying to exchange a spoilt oj...unbelievable! Shame on you!
