I walked in the store with my daughter to order subs. While looking at menu I was confronted by owner asking about my shirt which was a logo of our school. We placed our order. Waiting for them to be prepared, she stated she hated our school, and alot of rude comments. This upset me and my daughter she loves school.I felt discrimminated against. My daughter was almost in tears. I stated I would like her to stop speaking to me about this. She walked behind counter and contiued her lude remarks. I told she could put the subs and her comments in the trash. I left. She followed me out of the store and continued to speak lude remarks to me, only when I treatened to call 911,she reframmed and walked back to store. I have witnesses to this I may still press charges on the store. VERY POOR BUSINESS!!!!!

I've just got to mention that all the complainers must keep in mind that human behavior is exactly that: human, meaning it is not perfect or robot-like. Quizno's has set high standards for the best quality ingredients, food safety and excellence in customer service. If you receive anything less then it is probably due to human error. Judging an entire chain of restaurants from one bad experience with one employee or location is like judging an entire race of people from your one bad experiences with the few from that race. Nevertheless, it is good to speak up and bring it to the attention of management so they can make positive changes, but if they don't then those are probably the restaurants that eventually are rightfully forced to close. Hospitality businesses normally love to hear feedback from their customers and employees, regardless of whether good or bad. I love all the Utah Quizno's for their creative menu and the friendly employees.

Love the Harvest Chicken salad! Either as salad or wrap. The ACAI dressing should be sold in bottles. That is majic dressing. I can make the salad at home with similar ingredients, but without that salad dressing, it's no equal. PLEASE PLEASE sell your salad dressings!

The Quiznos in Casper, WY (the only one in Casper) is deplorable. It should be shut down by the health department and the worthless employees should all be fired. I have never seen a more worthless piece of crap restaurant. Who is running this dump?

I went to a Quiznos in Inglewood, Ca. ( 425 E. Manchester 90301) on June 18, 2012 and again today July 12, 2012. Each time there is a sign by the regestier that say "Gift card machine is out of order", when I asked the employee when it will be fixed (so I can use my Quiznos gift card), they say that they do not have a machine for the gift cards. I can pay with cash or CC/Debit card. My question to Quiznos Corporate Office is, Why advertise the gift card and not all your sandwich shops accepts or has the abilty to accept the gift card. The next location is 3 miles away. Quiznos, school is starting up again, and happens to that child with a gift card and no cash walks in that sandwich shop to get something to eat ( keep in mind that you order 1st b4 paying) and he/she has a valid gift card and they do not accept it because of a out of service or no machine to accept the gift card. The Quiznos located in Chantilly, Virginia located on Rt 50 and Lee Road is awful. I asked for a Chicken Carbonara. Take 1: They put turkey and cheddar on it and put it through the oven. No problem, I tell them I got Chicken Carbonara. Take 2: They just take the turkey on it and throw chicken on there with mushrooms and bacon and none of the sauce that makes it a Chicken Carbonara. Take 3: I check my order and maybe this is where I went wrong bc I should of taken a bite off it but I turned to them and said "This is Chicken Carbonara, right?" "Yes". Wrong. Maybe it's a language barrier, maybe they're lazy. I don't know, but this isn't the first time it's happened, but it'll definitely be the last.

A FRIEND AND I WENT TO THE 61st ST LOCATION IN GALVESTON, TX ON FATHER'S DAY FOR LUNCH AS A RESULT OF GETTING COUPONS FROM OUR KIDS FOR FATHER'S DAY. UPON ENTERING THE STORE WE WERE CHEERFULLYGREETED WITH "HELLO, WELCOME TO QUIZNOS. WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU?" FROM ONE OF THEEMPLOYEES. I SAID HELLO AND STATED THAT I HAD A COUPON AND WANTED WHAT WAS ADVERTISED IN THE COUPON. THE EMPLOYEE LOOKED AS IF THAT WAS THE LAST THING THAT SHE WANTED TO HEAR. SHE REGRETFULLY INFORMED US THAT THE MANAGEMENT HAD DECIDED THAT THEY WERE NOT ACCEPTING ANY COUPONS... EVEN GOING AS FAR AS TO A FIX A SIGN TO THE COUNTER TO THAT EFFECT. APPALLED BUT HUNGRY, WE PLACED AN ORDER AND ATE OUR MEAL (WHICH WAS QUITE GOOD, MUCH BETTER THAN SUBWAY). NOW,IF YOU RUN A NATIONAL WEB CAMPAIGN OFFERING COUPONS, YOU BETTER HONOUR THEM! ESPECIALLY IF IT HAS A LOCATION FINDER THAT SPECIFICALLY SAYS "GET COUPONS FOR THIS LOCATION"!!! THE LAST TIME I CONSULTED MY LSAT/TEXAS BAR STUDY GUIDE FAILURE TO HONOUR AN ADVERTISED DEAL OR SALE CONSTITUTES FALSE ADVERTISING. FALSE ADVERTISING IS ANY TYPE OF ADVERTISING THAT DECEIVES CONSUMERS. EVEN ADVERTISING THAT ONLY HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE MISUNDERSTOOD BY CONSUMERS MAY BE CONSTRUED AS FALSE ADVERTISING. IN MOST CASES, FALSE ADVERTISING LEADS THE CONSUMER TO BELIEVE THAT HE IS SOMEHOW PROFITING FROM A PURCHASE. HE MAY THINK HE IS GETTING A GOOD DEAL, SAVING MONEY, OR BUYING SOMETHING THAT WILL PERFORM IN A SPECIFIC MANNER. ACTUALLY, THE ADVANTAGE IS ALL ON THE SIDE OF THE ADVERTISER AND COMPANIES WHO PRACTICE FALSE ADVERTISING. ANY POTENTIAL BENEFIT TO THE CONSUMER IS USUALLY NON-EXISTENT. I AM NOT ABOVE LITIGATION AGAINST THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF NECESSARY, TO MAKE MY POINT... I AM TIRED OF BUSINESSES THINKING THAT THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT TO THE VERY SOURCE OF THEIR EXISTENCE- THE CONSUMER. ALSO I TIRE OF THE AMERICAN PUBLIC THAT GETS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND THEN DOES NOTHING... YET COMPLAINS IN THE VENUES OF NO RECOURSE. I AM NOT ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE. I PUT MY "MONEY WHERE MY MOUTH IS AND MY MOUTH IN THE EAR AND FACE OF WHERE MY MONEY GOES". AN EXAMPLE NEEDS TO BE MADE THAT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! THIS IS EXACTLY THE KIND OF ISSUE THAT NEWS OUTLETS LATCH ONTO AND MAKE INTO A NATIONAL CAUSE CELEBRE. I HAVE SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN REGARD TO THIS INCIDENT AND I AM AWAITING A RESPONSE FROM THEM. IRRITATED

I went in to a Quiznos to carry out food. When I was at the Register to pay I presented a coupon Quiznos had given me that States buy one get one free of equal or lessor value. I ordered two large sandwiches. The cashier said you are not suppose to use this on Large sandwiches but I will. Food was ok but not Spectacular. I read the coupon and it does not say anywhere On the coupon that you cannot use it with Large Subs. He was rude When he said it and did not say thank you have a nice day or anything Except make me feel like I was trying to get something for nothing. I can get food anywhere including subs which are better than Quizno's. They gave me the coupons and then want to give you a hard time when you use them.

I used to go to quiznos about once a week for the steakhouse beef dip because the french onion sauce made it the most amazing sandwich ever...but they discontinued the sauce and now the beef dip is blah. Bring back the french onion sauce!!!

Today is Sunday, June 3 2012 and it is now 6:40pm. I just arrived home after leaving your Hess store located at 19600 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL. About ten minutes ago I was at your store wanting to order two large pizzas from the Godfather's pizza inside your store. I saw the ovens were still on however I was told they were closed. Why do you post hours of business if you do not intend keep them? If you close at 7pm but stop serving at 6:30 - then say you close at 6:30. I left without buying a large soda, two pizzas and gas for my Suburban (about 24 gallons). On Friday, June 1 2012 I also visited your store in around lunch time. I asked for a small pepperoni pizza to be made and the gentleman referred me to the pizzas pre-made under the hot lamps on the front counter and remarked "unless I wanted a fresh pizza....", I felt like saying, "no I prefer the old stale one under the heat lamps..."- needless to say I walked out without purchasing gas nor pizza and yes the pizzas looked old under the lamps. You guys are consistent about one thing - not being consistent. I will be amazed if the Quiznos you are installing doesn't fail too. Unbelievable!!

I rencently went to the Quiznos in Chantilly, VA, and was EXTREMELY disappointed that they put only three slices of turkey on a regular size 8" sub. It tasted mostly like bread, and this is the same reason that I stopped going to Subway. I hope that the corporate office can correct this. If not I will just stop going to Quiznos as there are other nearby sub shops that load up the meat for the same price.

I order 3 large Sub Trays for a meeting for my company online to be delivery. I call the next day to change the time and the gentleman was okay with that. (from 12 noon to 11:30AM) At 11:38AM a girl call me and don't know how to get to the company. So I give her directions. At 11:51AM I call her (caller I.D.) and she was at a dead end street. My boss got on the phone and give her direction from street to street. He was on the phone from 11:51 to 12:07 giving her directions. And she still got loss. I call the store and complain but the gentleman say he would talk to her, but that all he could do. BAD SERVICE ALL WAY AROUND. I told the guy I never order from Quiznos again. He say okay. What kind of a answer is that. By the way it's only take about 10 min from the store to my company in my car.

I went to the Quiznos in Orlando, Fl twice this week- my first visits to Quiznos in years. The first visit, the only working employeewas standing outside smoking. She came inside to make my order- the Lobster sandwich. The lobster salad was frozen. I was informed this was due to it having been " just made." I asked for my sandwich to be heated up or redone, which it was. It returned to me partially soggy and still frozen. On the second occasion , March 2 another employee was also outside smoking. She was looking into her car and blockingthe parking space next to it which was the only available. Once inside, she didn't wash her hands after said cigarette and proceeded to make sandwiches. She did not ask size and was unpleasant. When I attempted o use coupons for combo she said i wasn't able to because I didn't get a amsall sandwich, although I was never asked the size. I used the restroom on this occasion and it was disgusting- no toilet paper, unkempt and soap all over the floor. Thank you East Colonial Quiznos for reminding me why I haven't been in so long!

I went to the Quiznos restaurant on Penn St. in Reading today, 2/3/12, at 1:15 p.m. to get a large turkey, bacon, guacamole sandwich & stated to the man preparing the sandwiches, Josh, that I only wanted tomato, black olives, mozzarella cheese & onions on my sandwich. After it came out of the oven, the Hispanic lady working there asked me if I wanted guacamole & I said "yes", then she proceeded to put lettuce on it. I quickly told her that I didn't want lettuce on my sandwich, at which point she developed an attitude & became defensive. I told her that she should ask the customer before she decides to start putting things on the sandwiches since she had also done the same thing to me on a prior occasion. She continued to talk back to me in an argumentative tone, at which point I stated that I would not be returning to that restaurant ever again. She replied, "Good"! I asked the cashier for the name & telephone # of the store manager. He told me it was Josh, the man that I had initially told what I wanted to, & Josh came out from behind the counter to speak with me. Josh immediately became defensive also, agreed with the Hispanic lady & stated that unless I specifically state what I want on the sandwich, they automatically put everything on it & are not required to ask first. I reminded him that I told him initially that I only wanted tomato, black olives, mozzarella cheese & onions on my sandwich. He continued to argue that I didn't specify that I did not want lettuce. I told him that I did not want to argue with him, to forget about it & stated that I would not be returning, after which he also replied, "Good". I am appalled that your company allows employees to treat paying customers with such disrespect, rudeness & blatant disregard. I work in the customer service field and have never become argumentative, rude & disrespectful with any customer. On the contrary, if the customer expresses dissatisfaction, I offer my apologies even if I was not directly involved in his/her negative experience. Your employees need a crash course in customer service, after all, the customers are the reason that they have a job in the first place & they represent the company since they are in direct contact with the customer. How employees handle customers' negative experiences has a very significant impact on the future success of a company & negative experiences travel quickly by word of mouth. I don’t know if this restaurant is an independently owned franchise, but since it bears the company name, care should be taken by corporate headquarters to assure that the franchises meet or exceed standards and expectations.

I want to shed a little light on the restaurant known as Quiznos. I use to work at the only corporate owned Quiznos in the country and I was a manager there. For the people who complained about the sandwich maker not asking them what they wanted on their sandwich there is a reason for that. Quiznos is not Subway…not saying that you can’t have a sandwich made the way you want it, but Quiznos subs are all made a certain way and come with certain ingredients. If you ever go into a Quiznos and look at their menu you will see that not only do they have their sandwiches listed on the menu, but they also have listed under each sandwich what comes on it. There is a reason the ingredients are listed on the menu…that is so people can say…”oh…can I not have lettuce on that please?” Or something like “I see that ranch does not come on that sandwich…can I please get ranch instead of the mayo that comes on it.” People always come into Quiznos expecting Subway which it is not. Quiznos has way better quality products than Subway and any other sandwich shop I know of. I know this because when I use to work at Quiznos I remember slicing meat, cheese and veggies daily. I remember shredding chicken breast and slicing steak. I know for a fact that most other sandwich shops get their product pre-sliced. I have also seen the way Subway holds their product compared to Quiznos…and by hold I mean the way they keep things at temperature. Now please understand that the Quiznos I worked at was the corporate store so we had standards and expectations to meet…so I am not speaking for the franchise, but the store that I actually worked at. And I am not saying any of this just because I use to work at Quiznos…I am just saying what I know from both sides of the counter. Just because you have one bad experience with a restaurant chain doesn’t mean that you should judge that chain as whole.%

I have travelled extensively across Western Canada along the Transcanada highway and I always stop at the Quizno's in Moose Jaw, Sask and have gotten to know this family run business. What a pleasure to deal with people that greet you at the door with a smile and give you small town friendliness with exceptional service and always quality food!! I have stopped at many Quizno's in my travels, and Julie knows her business and her customers and I have to say that she is the best in Western Canada, from my experience. Love my Black Angus Sub!!!

They mistreat there employees!!!! My mother has worked at quiznos for 10 years. Her 10th year was on december 7th. She has been working at quiznos since the first day that they opened and has always gone in and started early every morning and has never missed work. Her boss never even said a word to her about being there for so long, never acknowledged her or anything!!!! No thanks for being there or anything!!!!!! For all the money these franchises make for there lack of quality in food, one would think that they would be able to treat there employees a little better than they do!!!! Most places of employment have awards and recognition Programs in place. Instead of being rewarde and recognized for her contributions and dedication to her employer she and all the staff at quiznos were given a pay cut!!!!!!! Do not support a business where the people who put in hard work are treated like SHIT!!!!!!!

My rating would be a 4 if you would bring back French Onion Sauce... that was the best part of Quiznos!

My Husband and I went to Quizno's in Solon, OH for lunch today. I used to work at a quizno's in college and remember them as being clean, friendly, and well stocked. Upon walking in to this store, the only person working was on her cell phone and couldn't have cared less to serve us. When ordering our food, she didn't ask the familiar questions about what we wanted on our sandwhiches, the kind of bread, etc.. As it turned out, they only had white and wheat bread which we found out when my husband asked for the chipotle jack. There were also no pickles or peppers, dressing/sauces where they should have been. Nor was there any soup on the stove. It looked as if whoever opened the store did so half way and then stopped. As we were paying for our $20 worth of sandwhiches, chips and drinks, we were told that half of the fountain drinks did not work. There was also no tea or lemonade. We are thoroughly disappointed and will not go back, which is a shame because we like to shop locally.

i am very very upset that you do not sell the roasted red pepper sauce anymore. i got the sauce on a sub just about every day and i loved it. one day they told me that they were going to discontinue the sauce and i wasn't sure why. i thought it was just that quiznos but i guess its all of them. i understand you can't keep selling items that don't make profit but because you no longer sell the sauce me, and a couple of people i know don't go to quiznos at all anymore. I've been online trying to look for a recipe and it looks like a lot of other people are upset too. just very disappointing.
