Quiznos 11014. 15270 Summit Ave., Fontana, CA I tried to order an advertised sandwich and was told there is a $.50 up charge for my choice of bread. When I pointed out the menu very clearly stated otherwise, I was told, "I'm only doing what the boss says.". When I asked to speak to this boss, I was told he is available mornings from 9:00 to 9:30. I left and gladly walked 300 feet to Panera, where they were glad to make a sandwich exactly as advertised. I spoke with the manager this morning. At first he told me he heard my conversation with the employee. When I asked why didn't he step up and take care of the problem, he decided that that must have been a different customer, as he wasn't in the restaurant that late in the day. He then tried to defend his practice of upcharging, but when I pointed out to him the menu stuck on the glass directly in front of the customer clearly states " your choice of bread"', he then went with telling we they were in a state of transition. This manager/ owner clearly needs a lesson in honesty, best business practices and customer service. I can't believe you spend the money you do on advertising and then fail so resoundly when you actually get a new customer in the door.
First off, all of you people are retarded. Do ya'll really think that Quiznos corporate headquarters gives a crap about ya'll complaints. More than likely the Quiznos ya'll went to was personaly owned. That means as long as Quizons is making money off that sight, then they don't care about what is going on at that particular location. If you want results than you need to get ahold to the owner of the business and explain what the problem is. Also, everyone who replied on this site needs to learn how to spell. Do you think anyone will take you serious if you can't even spell.
Hi, my name is Katie Rivera. My boyfriend and I had ate at the Quiznos on 75Th. Street in Pleasant Prairie, WI on Saturday March 5, 2012. The supervisor/ or managager, Umesh Patel that was on shift was acting intoxicated, and being rude and unprofessional. There was a girl and a guy working at the time and the manager was being very loud, almost yelling at them. I couldn't quite understand what he was saying but it was very interruptive. Eventually the girl that was working, and said to him, "Could you please tell us what we need to do for the night so we can go home." She wasn't trying to be rude but she seemed very aggitated. All the sudden the manager starts saying that the resturant is closed (My boyfriend and I were still eating at the time) and kind of made us feel obligated to leave, but the guy just walked up and left his employees before the store was even closed!!! I talked to the girl to see if she was okay and I had checked and stayed for about 10 minutes to see if her supervisor/manager would return but he did not. I think this is very unprofessional and the workers seemed scared about loosing thier jobs because of this guy! I would highly suggest that someone should look into this matter and do something about this! For any more information about this situation you can definitly contact me. Thank you. Well, I am very upset over the sudden change of my favorite raspberry chipotle dressing. I went in and ordered my salad and got back to work to find it had been changed. When I returned the next day she told me that the original was being discontinued. I don't know for sure how many people I turned on to this salad but that was the only reason we went to Quiznos. We have too many sandwich choices around us to stick to Quiznos. Sorry but I will be looking for a new salad joint. So sad.
My fiance worked there the guy who owned the location went bankrupt and hasn't contacted her nor has she received a w-2 now during taxes and we cannot locate the guy. she didn't even get her last check from him. He has disappeared. we are continuing to try and locate a w-2 but of course HR is always close or never answers their phones.
Sorry to say I had great hopes for a newly run Quinzo's in Shepherdsville, Ky. Always happy to help a new businees by showing up and hopefully to become a regular customer. With the opening day we began going as a family also encouraging our marrried children and grandchildren and friends to go as well. From the get go there were some "problems" with new staff learning on the job yet that is to be expected so we patiently went right along knowing all new employess need time to learn and grown accustomed to the new expectations of the job. As time goes on we, along with many other curtomers found out very quickly that the new Mgt.does not take well to Quizno's coupons...any Quizno's coupons....ever.....and at times we witnessed 4 customers met as they had just stepped inside the door about, coupons that would not be honored, which at that time the customers asked why....then again others came in with the same "greeting". So, we continue to go thinking all this will straighten itself out in time. About 3 weeks ago our married daughter, her husband, 2 kids and out of town guest go...not a good night for them as well. Met nearly at the door with the old familiar, we won't take those coupons. A wide mailing all over Shepherdsville got these coupons and I suppose all were denied. Some mgt. really know how to hang themselves very quickly it seems. However, being the dying optimist, my husband and I go back today with a e-mail coupon for 1.00 of a sub. Had always used these e-mail coupons before with previous mgt. Once again we get denied. That was the last straw. Had a very clear conversation with the Mgt. and could tell she must have had this conversation before. Obviously, we were not able to communicate well. I made a strong confrontation of her lack of PR and lack of how the customers will not do her business well with such poor treatment of not honoring Quizno's coupons. We ended our loud discussion. I wished her well. Gave her a compliment of a former day when she had gone out of her way to be friendly. Don't like to leave anyone of a bad note. Nevertheless, days are financially difficult and coupons mean alot when you are a family eating out. Quizno's corp. office has lost a ton of money printing any Quizno's coupns for the Sherpherdsville, Ky. Quizno's. A ton of money mailing them out and another ton of money equipping a staff for the distribution of e-mail directed coupons for the Shepherdsville, Ky area. Sorry to say that is all for my family of 4 married children, their spouses and the 10 grandkids between them all. Hoping for better Mgt. for what could be a very good resturant.
What was Quiznos Corporate thinking when they got rid of their Rasberry Chipolte Salad Dressing!!!!!!!!!!! Quiznos needs to become more customer friendly and stop hiding behind it's closed Denver Corporate Office Doors!!!It's all lost revenue I might add! Start listening to your customers!
Have you ever gone to your local clerk of courts website and looked up online records on Quiznos? I don't know about your area, but in mine all of the locations have liens from not paying their bills, from state sales tax to insurance. We're a small business and they owe us over $500. Shame on Quizno's. They are yet another example of a corporate giant screwing the little guys. I have no idea how they are still around. I guarantee with feedback like you see here they won't be for long.
I love Quiznos food but the store location at Store #6289 7169 Philips Hwy Jacksonville, FL 32256 (904) 470-0134 Waters down there soups. The first and second time I thought maybe it was just an employees mistake but I just went again today and the Broc & Cheese soup is so watered down like the last two times. This is not a very smart way to save money, in fact this location that I work very close to will not get anymore of my business and I plan on spreading the word. Being cheap can sometimes be costly.

Nothing else was mentioned. So I said ok, picked my youngest daughter that is 5 years old from her friend’s house, and headed to Quiznos to pick my oldest daughter that works there, so I pulled up right in front of the store looking at the manager, Waiting for my daughter to come out, as the manager looked at me multiple times as she was helping customers, after 4 minutes I finally walked in and she pointed to the back room on the floor, then Hale preceded to continue to help the customers up front, of the store, not a word came from here mouth. Let it be stated there was only hale and my daughter working! So I looked at my daughter lying on the floor gasping for air mumbling my legs are tingling and so are my lips, her face was bluish red there was nothing I could have done, she wasn’t breathing very well.. So I called 911 so they can call the paramedics. When they arrived she received two breathing treatments one at Quiznos and one on the way to gateway hospital. I think leaving her lie on the floor gasping for air not calling for an ambulance or letting me know her serious condition seeing me sit out in my car, not coming out to let me know how series it was, just a shocking! Unbelievable! Blow to my heart! That Quiznos cares more about forty dollars then my daughter’s life. Sincerely A hurt Father.
Poor service is an under statement. I went to a Quizinos that is very close to my office for lunch several days ago. Walked in to a store that had two tables of customers eating and no one. NO ONE, behind the counter. I picked up my chips and waited, and waited, and waited for someone to come out and take my order. Some five minutes later, I know it took five minutes because I kept looking at the clock on the wall, mindful that I have only thirty minutes for lunch. Finally a gal came from the back room area, looked at me giggled and turned around and ran back to where she had came from. Well the secound gal came out of the back room and did the same thing. FINALLY another girl did the same and this gal was on the business phone to her ear, she looked at me and with out saying a word turned around and went back into the back area. After about 30 secounds she came back out still on the phone and decided to take my order. And acted like I was bothering her. I will never, ever give my business to this company again. Subway has better food anyways.....
Here in Chillicothe Mo. there have been several employees at Quiznos that have experienced unprofessional and harassing advances from our boss. His wife makes our schedules and any time any of us mention anything about our feelings on his conduct we get our hours cut, and we are generally treated like crap. Many employees have quit in the past because of this. WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANY MORE!!!! The next time the conduct there gets gross or disrespectful or is anything but professional, we have agreed to call the police and as a TEAM, we will make formal complaints against him, and those of us that can will press charges. Sorry to contact you in this way but we like our jobs and need them, and as it is a small town and some of us have our dignity. We don't want to embarrass our community. FIRST LET ME SAY I LOVE QUIZNOS MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO YOUR 1281 STORE ON MAGNOLIA ,IN CALIF. MY SUB WAS SO BURNED IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN GRILLED THE WHEAT BREAD WAS SO HARD, AND IT WAS LIKE A PIECE OF BURNED TOAST THAT YOU HAVE TO SCRAPE OF IF YOU STILL WANT TO EAT IT. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND HE WAS THE ONE HELPING ME, HE TOLD ME THEY WERE ALL LIKE THAT WHEN THEY GET TOASTED AND MAYBE I SHOULD NOT GET IT TOASTED. MY HUSBAND ALSO ORDERED A SUB BUT HIS WAS NOTBURNED. I TOLD HIM I ALWAYS GET IT TOASTED AND ITS NEVER BEEN BURNT BEFORE. I TOLD HIM I WANTED MY SUB, BUT DID NOT WANT IT BURNED. HE MADE IT AGAIN BUT TOLD ME HE RUSHED IT THROUGH THE TOASTER SO IT WOULDNT BURN. I LIVE IN DICKSON TN AND HAVE OREDERD SERVERAL TIMES FROM LOCAL QUIZNOS. FIRST COUPLE TIMES EXCELLENT. DOWNHILL FROM THERE. THEY OFFER DELIVERY. BUT THEY ALMOST NEVER HAVE SOMEONE TO DO SO. ORDERS ARE OFTEN LACKING WHAT WAS ORDERED. THE FIRST TIME I ORDERED FROM THEM IT TOOK A MONTH TO HAVE MY DEBIT CARD CHARGED. I HAD TO CALL THEM AND BEG THEM TO GO AHEAD AND CHARGE MY CARD BECAUSE I WAS CLOSING THIS BANK ACCOUNT. THIS LAST TIME I ORDERED ONLINE LIKE ALWAYS. I WAS GIVEN A DELIVERY TIME ABOUT AN HOUR FROM THE TIME I ORDERED. COUPLE HOURS NO DELIVERY. CALLED STORE AFTER MANY RINGS A MACHINE SAID THAT THE STORE WAS CLOSED FOR MEMORIAL DAY. IT WAS THIS NOVEMBER THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. I CALLED COUPLE MORE TIMES. SAME THING. CALLED ANOTHER STORE IN SAME STRIP MALL, AND WAS TOLD BY THE CLERK THAT QUIZNOS HAD LEFT EARLY. WHY WAS I ALOWED TO ORDER ONLINE THEN. I HAD ALREADY PAID WITH DEBIT CARD AND EVEN INCLUDED TIP. I TRIED TO CALL CORPORATE OFFICE BUT WAS TOLD BY MACHINE TO US THEIR WEB PAGE TO CONTACT THEM. I DID ASKED TO BE CONTACTED. WAS NOT. CALLED THE LOCAL STORE ON FRIDAY AND WAS REFERED TO SOMEONE WHO WAS POLITE, BUT UNABLE TO HELP ME AT THAT TIME. SAID HE HAD TO CONTACT SOMEONE TO FIGUARE OUT HOW TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I ASKED HIM TO CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW WHEN HE DID THIS. HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE. DON'T KNOW IF I WILL GET A REFUND. ALMOST 30 DOLLARS. IM NOT SO MUCH UPSET ABOUT THE MISTAKES AS I AM ABOUT THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THIS IS A LOUSY WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER ORDER OR VISIT QUIZNOS AGAIN. I recently went for lunch at your store #1285 5731B east santa ana canyon rd Anaheim CA. My wife and my 10yr old daughter and I we ordered 3 lrg subs which we got to eat there at the store. While we were eating i noticed signs all over the store that said! Kids Eat Free! After further reading the details,It stated with the purchase of an entree. Well i just purchased 3 subs less then 5 mins ago.I was in the store still half done with my sub. I approched the girl working there and asked her for my free kids meal. She told me that i would have to make another purchase to get that free kids meal. Here im still in the store eating with my child present and she refused to honer what they advertise. I asked for the manager and she gave me a card. I called the number twice left two messages and no response.I tried the other number on the card and a woman anwsered claimed she was not the manager didnt know where she was nor when she would return. Then she told me she didnt know her cell number. Well i guess that free kids meal was worth loosing a steady customer with a very big mouth. i was an employee at quiznos store in guilderland ny and dan santz is the so called owner only if the quiznos knew how dan is a delivery store and when he does deliveries how he steals the money. he allows his children to come in and take food and drinks with out paying for them he also makes his own buff chicken he does not follow quiznos standards he had us lie too the quiznos inspector and tell her what he wanted to hear so he could pass inspection. dan also plays favortism if you cover for him to go be with his family my transmission went on my car dan fired me for being late after he promised me to get me from central ave at the kmart instead he told me to hurry up and walk 6 miles to my job.
I was an employee just recently here in Torrington,CT.The traveling GM,who is working there at the moment decided to let me go,ssssince she felt that i was a threat to her,since i was doing the same job as store manager for quiznos franchise fo 5 years prior.Now i already had my hearing with unemployment and was awarded to recive unemployment compensation.Labor department needs their emplyer ID in order to release my checks.They are not responding.I made numerous phonecalls to quiznos human resources and nobody is returning my calls.And i found out that i was still under active in their computer system. I see foul play.
I had to call the police to get a refund from store #2004 at 2306 Almaden rd. #110 san jose california 95125.(408)979-1218. This occurred at 4:38 pm on 11/30/2010.
