To whom it may concern; I am a long time user of Procter & Gamble products and have been pretty satisfied until now. Over the past months my new Crate & Barrel glasses are ruined by a white film on them, and my new French Press coffee pot looks like it has been sandbkasted thnaks to recent changes in your Cascade dish dtergent. I, like many consumers, rely on our dishwashers, especially during the holidays. The prospect of facing entertaining with the upcoming holidays and not being able to put my good dishes and silverware in the dishwasher as I have done for many years is enough to upset any consumer. PLEASE FIX THIS PRODUCT!!!
BOYCOTT Proctor and Gamble products because they are now printing their products' labels in English AND Spanish. Last time I checked, the primary language in THIS country is ENGLISH. If you want to live here, young Latino families to whom this is directed, then learn the primary language. If your primary language is Spanish, then go to a Spanish-speaking country. If I went to Russia and bought something, I would learn the language and NOT EXPECT TO BE catered to. Again, the mindset of "YOU OWE ME" a label in more than one language is embarassing -- where are the German, French, Italian labels????? They are being discrimated against, I guess.
i brought a can of pringles chips and it had a big piece of black plastic molded into it and the proctor and gamble company don't care that something was in one of their food products. i have tried to contact them for two years even online and still nothing.when a distrebuter was called with their 1-800 number he said they will send me a coupon in the mail. lol! like i would buy any more!
You have apparently discontinued the Puffs to Go soft packs. I am with the rest of the consumers with the extreme disappointment in this. The replacement packs are exactly like Kleenex. I did not buy them, I bought Puffs to Go. So I have no more reason to buy Puffs, I can buy generic tissues that are the same as the new ones. What would possess you to discontinue a product that is unique and highly thought of by your consumers!
Please bring back the old PUFFS TO GO! I am having a hard time understanding why you would REMOVE a product that was worlds BETTER than your competition's and then REPLACE it with something almost the same! We all bought Puffs-to-Go because we liked it MUCH MORE than the alternative! Now we don't have any choice but to purchase your competition's product since theirs is almost always cheaper and/or on sale. No need to spend extra on yours, as we used to, because there is no benefit to us. BRING BACK PUFFS-TO-GO with the original packaging PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE!
What have you dont with the puffs to go? The new package is AWEFUL. It doesn't even deserve a one star rating!!! THe marketing person who decided to go to the Kleenex look-a-like packaging needs to be terminated. The old flat style package was soooo much easier to carry, not only in man's back pocket, but in a woman's purse as well. You went from a 10 star package to a negative star package. PLEASE bring the old Puffs to Go package back.
i love the gain original detergent 50 fl oz. but when i opened the jug today it seemed as though it was for from being a full bottle. i dont mind paying the price for it but would like to get a full amount for my money. corsicana texas
I LOVED the Pantene Pro-V Style Pomade...there is nothing out there that is equal to the finished results it provided. It could hold your hair in place with just the right messy, piece-ie ness and shiny all day long - even could be re-fluffed for a dinner date. Please bring it back!!
Do you really expect anyone to take your racist and ridiculous opinions seriously when you can't even spell? You are deluded as to your talents in marketing and understanding how products are marketed.
I no longer buy Era, Dawn, Charmin, Bounty or any other P&G product. Spanish coupons and labels are a disgrace in the USA.
A grocery chain store is only giving up to .51 on your $1.00 coupons which are printed by the media or other on-line coupons. I had a disagreement with Kroger and called their customer service line in Cincinnati, OH and they informed me that they had the right to change how much they give on a coupon. I asked is it because of the super coupon shoppers (after few minutes of going around the bush - the answer was yes) Their computer cash registers will only accept up to .51 on a coupon no matter what the manufacturer has listed and is constantly changing. In other words if I give them a coupon for a Procter and Gamble item that is a $1.00 off who gets the other .49 (Kroger or Procter and Gamble)?
The discontinauation of the CONTINUOUS COVERAGE LIPSTICKS and the replacement of them with any of your new lipsticks has, in my opinion been a huge judgement error. The old lipsticks truly lived upto their name, All of the new lipsticks SLIDE and SLIP and DO NOT have anthing other than a WIFF OF PIGMNENT. I am a professional print and fashion/runway model and have used and touted your lipstick over any and all other lipsticks from YSL, Chanel to Maybelline, Physicians Formula. I am searching for a replacement to your former line which I used for over 20+ years with no success.Bring back the old formula and colors.
Why am I receiving all P&G's promotional gadgets and notices in Spanish???? I don't even speak Spanish! Could it be that P&G has racially profiled me due to my last name??? I live in America where the language is English, no matter where my name descends from. If I move to Spain, feel free to contact me in Spanish. However, while I am living here in the US, English only!!!!!!!!!!
It is a shame that a company with this much power and money does not want to help non profit groups. You cant find phone numbers on the website and know one can help you over the phone. They are such a joke.
Getting in touch with someone in the CEO area is totally impossible? Why??? I have tried to obtain an email address to follow-up on a complaint that I have. Yep, P&G sent me a $1.00 off coupon which I have used but I am through with P&G products. How about those new 19 oz. boxes of Ultra Ivory Snow? It is concentrated and we are to use less -the new little box does not include a plastic measuring utensil--too bad I didn't measure the amount I used before the company changed the ounce content and then instructed the user to use 1/3 less. My future washing machine will not be cleaning with Ivory Snow. It's a marriage gone bad. There are only two stores in this area of Maine and I intend to contact them to persuade a change - like get away from Proctor and Gamble.
I used Olay cleansing cloths which is a P&G product for the first time last night and some of the "soap" got in my eyes and created a terrible burning, redness, and itching immediately. My eyes were hurting so badly that around 2 in the morning my husband almost took me to the ER. I called my doctor and the next day I had to buy some very expensive drops as one of my eyes was severely compromised. This product should be taken off the market and I am just lucky that it did not affect my eyesight.
PROCTER AND GAMBLE 1,4-DIOXANE IS IN BABY PRODUCTS TOO/BRENDA KIDD 1,4-Dioxane is not only in Tide Detergent, it is also in other products too. It is a man made flammable colorless liquid with an odor. It is a dangerous fire and explosion hazard when it is exposed to heat and flame. Dry 1,4-dioxane is stable, but it becomes unstable when temperatures and pressures are elevated. 1,4-dioxane is found in everyday use of household products such as detergents, soap, shampoos, deodorant, body lotions, dishwashing soap, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Exposure to 1,4-dioxane could lead to severe health effects. It has been indicated, by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health that 1,4-dioxane can cause symptoms including dizziness, vomiting, unconsciousness, abdominal pain, and eye irritation. 1,4-dioxane can also trigger skin rashes in some children and adults. It had been once said that 1,4-dioxane is banned throughout the European Union and has been listed since 1988 as a chemical known to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity under the State of California’s Proposition 65. If exposed to carcinogenic compounds it is believed to have the strongest effect during the growth and development stages of children. Therefore, the greatest concern about 1,4-dioxane in personal care products is the potential exposure to children. Since the effects of many carcinogens are cumulative, low-level of exposure to children beginning at a young age may result in considerable cancer risk over time. Also The NIOSH International Chemical Safety Card on 1,4-dioxane indicated that 1,4-dioxane can be absorbed through the skin, which is of considerable concern, considering it is in many personal care products. Many children's bath products contain 1,4-dioxane, which may cause cancer and skin allergies. 1,4-dioxane has been founded in Baby products…Baby Wash, Bubble Bath, Baby Tubs, Baby Shampoo and many other personal care products for Babies, Toddlers, Young Adults and Adults. Should parents be given complete and accurate information about products for kids and themselves, as well? How can consumers better protect themselves? 1,4-dioxane, however, is unlisted in the ingredients of most products, as it is generally considered an accidental by-product of the production process. It has been founded in Household products… Tide had 55 parts per million of 1,4-dioxane in it. Ivory Snow Gentle had 31 parts per million of 1,4-dioxane in it. Tide Free had 29 parts per million of 1,4-dioxane in it. Gain 2X Ultra had 21 part per million of 1,4-dioxane in it. Cheer Bright Clean Detergent had 20 parts per million of 1,4-dioxane in it. Era 2X Ultra had 14 parts per million of 1,4-dioxane in it. 1,4-dioxane is also in 18 of Clairol Herbal Essences shampoo products, which consistently tested higher than many other brands of shampoos. Instead of offering consumers a completed, totally organic experience, as its marketing claims, Herbal Essences products actually expose consumers to levels of 1,4-dioxane, over the established maximum levels allowed. Since Herbal Essences products are marketed as being natural, organic and herbal, it is totally unacceptable that they have consistently tested among the highest for 1,4-dioxane. Therefore, Procter and Gamble violated California's Proposition 65 and exposed consumers to unacceptably dangerous levels of 1,4-dioxane. 1,4-dioxane is also founded in many cosmetics. The CPSC has stated that the presence of 1,4-dioxane, even as a trace contaminant, is a cause for concern. However, Procter and Gamble insisted that the small amount of 1,4-dioxane in their products will not harm the consumers. But animals had been tested using small amounts of 1,4-dioxane and over their lifetime they developed cancer. Procter and Gamble have manufactured, distributed, marketed, knowingly tested and sold, over the level of 1,4-dioxane in their personal care products to children and adults. The cancer causing chemical 1,4-dioxane is considered contaminant and is not included on the products ingredient labels. The Food and Drug Administration does not require 1,4-dioxane to be listed on labels of personal care products, defining it as a contaminant rather than an ingredient because it is produced during manufacturing. Nationwide lawsuits have been filed against Procter and Gamble, after a study revealed that many of their companies baby products contains 1,4-dioxane… chemicals. How could you harm babies let along children and adults, too? 1,4-Dioxane is man-made. Please share this
I object to the fact that P&G is not owning up to manufacturing in India and China and that you only label products as a distributor of those products. I also am really upset with the fact that a package of razor blades by Gillette is retailing at $42.00 here in in the US and less than half of that in other countries. Lastly, I have very serious objections to Shannon 1 star Diane up above who obviously loves "GRANDE GOVERNMENT" and their intruding in our lives. Some liberals need a bullseye on them. Not real smart folks in her camp. Al
I am also bothered by the decision not to sell Max Factor in the US. I have faithfully purchased the 2000 calorie mascara for years. All of a sudden I can't replace the product. I have tried several other brands and cannot find one that compares. I find it disheartening that I need to purchase - what I consider a "staple" - online and not during my regular shopping excursions. Please return Max Factor products to our shelves. Thank you, Deb
I am extremely disappointed in your use of a second language on your coupons - how on earth are the illegals supposed to acclimate (since it's apparently our government doesn't feel the need to send them back to their respective countries) when you are telling them - we'll definitely accomodate you by not forcing you to learn the language of the country you live it. THIS IS THE ONLY COUNTRY THAT BOWS DOWN TO EVERYONE BUT THE AMERICANS WHO ARE LEGITIMATELY HERE - AND YOU ARE DEFINITELY PART OF THE PROBLEM. DO THE COUPONS IN ENGLISH AMD MAKE PEOPLE LEARN THE LANGUAGE. But then, it's all about money for big business - right???? I, for one am abstaining when it comes to P&G - for one thing, you are WAY too expensive and your coupons are a joke...I'm sending them back to you - I figure you need them more than I do...
