I am not sure whose decision it was to discontinue the selling of Max Factor products in the US, but it is a shame! I know it has been sometime since this decision was made, but for awhile I was able to buy the Natural 101 Pan Stik from drugstore.com. They no longer have inventory of this item. Only True Beige that will not work for me. Oh yes, I can purchase some Natural 101 from EBay or Amazon but as an example I would have to pay 35.00 to 62.00 for one! If we are unable to buy in the United States, then can you please give the address of where we can purchase this from a European country? A shame we cannot buy a US product in the US. As far as your thinking a Covergirl product can compare to Max Factor, you are wrong. I am sure there are many that will agree with me. Hoping you are not too big to reply and offer help to a consumer! Thanking you for your time, B
nice n' easy ruined my hair that required me to seek professu ional help AFTER speaking to your consumer affairs at 1800CLAIROL. they told me to go to a salon and send the bill to clairol. that is what i did . now i am being asked to fill out a form and the colorist to fill out the form. this is an outrage. i will not go to that trouble.that was not the deal.i want a check for $117.00 mailed to me immmediately
I had BOUGHT SEVERAL TUBES OF physique contouring conditioner, which I think is a great product but I can not find it and several places do not know abouti. Did you discontinue the product? I would like for you to recommend somethin similar if you did. I hope not. please email me at cguerrero@satx.rr.com Thank you so much, I have grown up on P&G products, my mother loved them.
Why did P&G discontinue the Sure Max line of deodorants? This was the only deodorant that would work for me. I work all day at my job and then come home and work on my farm. I haven't found anything yet that worked as good. Regular Sure does not get it done.Other brands break my skin out and irritate my underarms. Please help!!
I have been using Downy for ever and may now have to change. With the new style washing machine that sits on the platform with a drawer, the bottle no longer fits, it is too tall. Had to pour the newest bottle into the old bottle. Some changes are not for the best. Bring back the old shorter bottle.
Im very upset with the Tide pod stain release boost it didnt work for me from the start I throw my detergent in when my washer is filling up and my hand got wet stuck my hand in to grab a Tide pod and they all stuck then when you pull to throw one in the wash they all busted and now cant use them period? Like somewhat a waste of my money.
VERY disappointed in Tide's advert about the son of a Mexican national couple who "Came here over thirty years ago" according to the person in the advert. Is it just a coincidence that he neglects to mention whether or not they came here legally, or illegally? I think NOT. It is companies like this that ignore law0breakers who will be the downfall of our nation yet.
I have collection of Old Spice Mugs & Bottles, up to June 1990 when The Shulton Company sold rights to Old Spice to Procter & Gamble. My question is, "When did Procter and Gamble begin putting 'APRES-RASAGE' on the Old Spice Bottles?" I have read P&G quit with the Clipper Ocean Ships and went to a Yacht as their Old Spice Logo in February 1992, but I have not been able to learn when Spanish Language was added to the bottles.
I miss Spra-n-Wash. Resolve, its "replacement", does not work. Stains I used to be able to just spray away before I put the clothing in the wash machine, now, with Resolve, are still apparent when I take the clothing out of the wash machine. I also hate Resolve's gooiness and the fact that I have to rub it into fabric. I've begun to mix my own spray cleaner using OxiClean diluted in a spray bottle. It's almost as good as Spra-n-Wash was and I can spray it on fabric with much less effort. I will never again buy Resolve and I will never recommend it. Fort Thomas, Ky.
I have always purchased Puff's Plus with Lotion. I just bought a 3-pack Puff's Plus with Lotion package from Target. Clearly, these are not with lotion. The box says it is, but I compared my last box to the current package and where there is a small logo on the side of the old box (old meaning about 3 weeks old), that says "Puff's Plus", the new box I just opened says "Puff's." Not sure if this is a mistake in the factory or what. I'm mad that I paid for Puff's Plus with Lotion and this product is definitely just Puff's. The quality is like sandpaper- it's awful.
What is up with the new Pantene formula Color Preserve Shine. Number one it does not lather up well, and I have soft water so I do not have a problem with anything not lathering up, until now. Number two, and the reason I will never buy this product again, it causes my hair to have static electricity!!!!! I live in South Florida, we do not have that problem here so it has to be the shampoo!!!!! I agree about the Gain also, have noticed my whites are dingy, yuk yuk yuk!!!!!!!!!
Boy o Boy was I ever glad to find this sight. I thought is it my mind or are they fooling with us. then I read the first post on this site ~ what I thought was funny was posting to Corporate Heads ... they will never ... ever ... read this. They only care about the bottom line on the end of year return. But be that as it may ... to whomever wrote the following ... you are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT .... Corporate Head >>>>I"ve been using Gain Laundry Detergent Original Scent for more than 30yrs. In the past couple yrs since they made it Ultra Concentrated I've not been too happy with this product. First it does not smell as fresh nor does it seem to make soap suds. I use to put a scoop in a bucket and it would have a very nice long lasting scent and plently of suds. Now it does not smell good and won't make soap suds. What have you done to this product. Instead of improving it you actually made it worst. When a product works you should never try to change especially if it makes it worst. I feel that if you continue to put this Ultra concentrated product out you will lose many consumers. Please return to the original formula imediately. I'm so disappointed with this detergent I want to switch products. I use to wash my cars, tub, sink, just about everything with Gain. Now After reading some of the warnings on Proctor & Gamble products I'm afraid to use any of your other products as well. <<<< I have the new washer and dryers and have found that with the Gain products my clothes are not as clean/they look yellow/and the stains NEVER EVER come out. I have to use (HE) products, and I surely would think with a newer washer/dryer would come a better detergent. But not in the case of the Gain products anymore - the clothes just look horrible ........ and the smell use to be wonderful ... that is gone too! So I would say Procter and Gamble if you want to keep us consumers ...you better get your shit together as us southerners say .............. off to try out the new Tide I have spent $1000 of dollars on your products and I am afraid the day has come that loyalty just won't hold up because you don't keep your end of the bargain ... your soap doesn't clean clothes. I have always chosen Puffs tissues over any other brand but that is no longer the case due to the fact that the have shrunk in size so drastically and are so extremely thin now that they're useless! In addition, the new size of Puffs to Go is awful-bad idea to change them. What is happening to quality? Are you listening to your consumers? You're losing a 40+ year customer.
I have been buying P&G products, and using their coupons for years, but now that P&G is adding Spanish to its coupons, I will never buy a P&G product again. The coupons, with English and Spanish in the same type size, are hard to read and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. Maybe the extra business that P&G gains (if any) will make up for the lost sales they experience due to their pandering to the Hispanic market.
I bought Febreze Vacuum bags for my hoover upright vacuum cleaner at work, well the Y bags which I bought, and is for my vacuum, the bags will not stay on the whole, I have gone threw all three bags and am not very happy, I live in Big Bear Lake, California and have to go off the mountain to get to any big stores, like wal-mart where I got them, and I feel this is bad. My phone # 909-547-0143, and my address is Debra Setterberg PMB# 276, PO BOX 6848, Big Bear Lake, California 92315 PMB stands for personnal mail box we do not have mail people to deliver up here,.
I have been looking for Puffs to Go for so long now, that I finally realized you must have discontinued it. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. After reading these other emails, and Puffs to Go have not come back, I am finding that my only recourse is to make my own. I plan to make the "pachage" out of cloth and refill it with whatever cheaper tissue. I much prefer the convinence of purchasing your product, since it was the only one on the market. I do not like the travel pks. that contain smaller tissues. They are difficult to get out of the pks. PLEASE BRING BACK PUFFS TO GO.
Why on earth would you change your package of Puffs To Go. I can see I am not the only disappointed consumer. In May I was in Fl. on vacation and needed more puff so I went to Walgreens and noticed a change and did not purchase them. I came home looking everywhere and no one had the old package. My thoughts to you would be to bring it back, it now looks like all the other brands. My husband carries them and I used to give the six pack to friends because they were so great and a unique pouch.
I have noticed, recently, that Puffs tissues have gotten so thin that they are no longer usable when you have a cold -- which, of course, is when you need them the most. Actually, they are useless PERIOD! I always was a huge advocate of Puffs over Kleenex because they were a superior product in their performance. I was even willing to pay more to get the high quality. Now, I think Puffs may be below Kleenex standards. I will probably go back and try Kleenex brand again as I feel, at the very least, that they match Puffs performance (or lack thereof)if not an even lower quality than that. I am truly disappointed in this lowering of a high quality tissue. The "Puffs" name and P&G always meant high quality products to me, products you could trust -- NO MORE. I might as well blow my nose into the air for all the good Puffs does! Quality doesn't seem to mean much anymore -- just the almighty dollar!
Febreeze is a terrific product, and I especially like New Zealand Springs air freshener. Apparently P&G has decided to discontinue it. I'm very disappointed. I have found a couple of Dollar General stores with New Zealand Springs on their shelves, and have bought out their suppies. The rest of the Febreeze air freshener scents are a bit too "perfumy" for my tastes. New Zealand Springs is a fresh and invigorating scent. I urge P&G to continue making this great product.
