this restaurant needs to go out of buisness. As a previous employee i have witness some of the most unsanitary acts. they do not wash there silverware or dishes properly. if you eat there you know this. they recycle there food and they dont cook it properly. The management team are very unprofessional individuals and they are rude. I will be the first one in line to complain. i have received better service from mcdonalds from people that dont even speak english

Tried too get lunch at the restaurant in Clermont, FL. There was no 1/4 chicken dinner's ready, but we could have waited 15/20 minutes for the chicken to be done. Who has time at lunchtime to wait. Who ever is running this restaurant doesn't know how to handle customers - offered us a boneless chicken dinner but wouldn't take any money off. It will be a long time before I return to this location.

while dinning at pollo located on east colonial on alafaya my experiance was very pleasant . The casher her name elizabeth is always so pleasant and very very polite .I am always well greeted by her when she is working and the other employes as well the food is great. i always feel very important when me and my fammily visted pollo tropical

While dining in the Sawgrass location on West Sunrise Blvd, a young child vomited all over the table , high chair and floor. The employee charged with cleaning the mess attempted to do so using only dry napkins from the dispenser. I could not believe what I was seeing, as he simply wiped everything down and pushed the high chair back against the wall next to the other one, to be used again! I attempted to speak to the manager, and while waiting, diverted numerous people from sitting at that table. While speaking to the manager it appeared that she was not really bothered by her employee's cleaning methods. WARNING!... YOU MAY NOT WANT TO PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AS THEIR CLEANING METODS ARE NOT FIT FOR THE NASTIEST LOCATION YOU CAN IMAGINE!!!

Pollo Tropical has been our favorite place to eat, since they started their business in Florida; unfortunately we moved to NC in 1996 and there is no Pollo tropical in NC. :( Every chance we have when we to go to Florida, this is our first stop: Pollo Tropical! It's not only the food, is also the people that runs the restaurant, from the floor sweeper, to the management, what amazing environment! That's the reason they grew their business to where is it now. Congratulations and keep up the good work! Love you and always missing guys!

I visited the pollo tropical in North Miami Beach FL 33160; In the last pass month they have mess up my order every time it never fail it's like these people are in comportance these employee are dumb as F---!The manager Anna have no customer skills at all she hang up the phone in my face. I will never visit this pollo tropical or my friend.

I have been to Pollo Tropical twice in the last week and was disappointed both times. I ordered a Tropichop and when I got home and opened the three bags it was wrapped it I saw that with my Tropichop came a mountain of rice and beans and four finely chopped pieces of chicken. I was very disappointed and will never dine there again.
