Store located on 137th avenue near Kendall drive Miserable service. Cashier with arrogant attitude. Dirty place beyond description. Long black hair wrapped around chicken leg. Chicken meat was petrified. Experienced disgust and anger at the same time. You need to look into this. It is a shame to call this Hispanic food.

I went to the pollo on military off of 10th street in deerfield beach,I ordered a large chopi chop bowl and tres leches,first they handed me a frozen desert in my hand Seriously no bag or anything,then they gave me a small tropical chop I told them I ordered a large one so they dumped the small order into a large bowl reallllly?
West Palm Beach store on 45 St
Funny thing is I live in Jupiter FL and the store on Indiatown rd is run and operated like clock work The store on 45 st in WPB has decent food, however the customer service is 100% terrible. It's almost like they went through training on how to be rude. They should thank God they have a job.I give up, I will never give them another dime of my money. That's all, simple enough.

1 piece of Chicken is
...considered a quarter chicken at the pollo tropical on West Sunrise blvd near the sawgrass. I tried to explain to the manager that one piece of chick does not constitute a quarter chicken but she continued to make a fool of herself in front of the other customers. According to this manager a chicken only has a breast, thigh, wing & drumstick which is a whole chicken.
Unprofessional shifts managers
The food at the new Pollo Tropical at Forest Hill and jog in West Palm Beach. The chicken was a bit dry, the yuca cheese bites, when I bit into it felt like I bit into a ball of grease. The shift manger all she did was talk down to her coworkers, and flirt with the grill guy. All this while I was waiting for my food. The place seems like no one knew what they were doing. It a nice place but they really need to get experience people in there.

I went to pollo tropical in naples fl. on the east trail for lunch like i do often...food came to 5.08 gave manager 50 dollar bill and was told that this is no bank and he's not getting change out of another draw. So basically he tells me "no" u cant eat and was waiting on me to drive off..until he seen me looking at his name badge "Ceasar" then out of no where he comes up with change.. but did let me know that he had to get this change out of another drawer.. A major cooperation dont have change for a 50 dollar bill at lunch time..really smdh

no good
So went to eat but their was no chicken it was 10:40 pm so we had to go and other guest did also I don't know what happen but this is not the first time and the food lately has been dry like its been sitting theirfor hour I love the chicken,yellow rice ,black bean but I think I'm going to stop eating their.and find elsewhere to go.thank you but I will take my business elsewhere.
Give me a No Fly Zone!
I frequently travel to different Pollo Tropical restaurants to enjoy the good food. However, this particular restaurant was swarming with flies. The dining room and sauce bar were dirty. This restaurant is located at 4331 Lake Worth Rd. in Lake Worth Florida. Don't go without a flyswatter (which you can get at the nearby Home Depot).h
Terrible work conditions
Just went through drive thru at the Weston Road Pollo Tropical in Weston, Florida. Will never return to that restaurant again. The floor where the food is prepared is flooded and the work condition is disgusting. I talked to manager regarding the conditions of the store and he told me that he has complained to upper management and that nothing has been done and that they are forced to work under those conditions. Obviously the Health Inspectors have not been called but I will call in the morning and file a complaint. It's pathetic that the employees are forced to work under those conditions and even more disturbing is the fact that the food we are eating is being cooked in an environment such as that one. The store needs to be shut down once and for all.
Worst Pollo Tropical To Go To
The pollo tropical on 601 w hallandale is the worst one to go to. They will almost always screw up your order and when you try to call them no one picks up the phone. Plus there always out of any sauce you ask for. Some one from corporate needs to make some changes there asap
Food always great the problem is not enough fricking silverware, have to try to use the one penny fork? it will bend when you use it on the chicken, please go to dollar store and buy more silverware, it's embarrassing when you go on a date and eat with your finger or bring your own silverware
Pure Excellance
5720 Wiles road in Coral Springs, FL - I moved from the State of Maine to Coconut Creek, FL. Ever since moving to this area I have had Dinner at this location 6-7 days a week. The Manager and staff are so polite and make you feel right to home in there always clean dining room. The food is always hot and totally delicious and definitely worth the money. I have visited a couple of other "Pollo Tropicals" in the area, None are like my usual hot spot on Wiles Road. Your staff should be proud of this location. Keep Up the great work! Salad?
I ask for a chicken ceasar salad but in return what i received was a half plate of the hard stem parts that is in middle of the leaf.I don't know who was making the salads, but they need retraining if they were trained at all in salad preparation.Shame on you! As i am thinking my visit before this happened last week and that visit my tropichop white rice was hard and crunchy so that can't mean anything good.Overcooked,Undercooked or old leftovers sad,sad,sads .This kind of thing put restaurants in the grave.152 SW 117 AVE

Twice now, I have not gotten the plantains I ordered. Once I got fries with the employee saying the manager has the right to substitute. The Oviedo, Fl store is the worst run restaurant I've ever seen.
