On May 14th after getting a misdiagnosed A/C issue from one of Midas's competitors I brought my car into Midas on Baldhill Rd. Warwick, RI to have the problem looked at. My initial experience was pretty good. They did a complete diagnosis and couldnt find any issue. So they recharged with refrigerant and put a dye in so if there was a leak it would be visible. A few days later the problem was back. I brought the car in where they found the problem by where the dye was leaking from the evaporator core. At this point I felt good because they found the problem. My warranty company sent an inspector to verify the diagnosis. From there we scheduled the work and the part was ordered. On June 6th I finally brought the car in for what was supposed to be a 6hr job. The job ended up taking 13hrs and when i picked up my car that night I was shocked!! The interior of my car was badly damaged. All of the vents and face plates were damaged from using a screw driver. There were chips of plastic missing from each one. Let me explain that the dash board needs to be removed to get to the evaporator core. The top surface of my dash had scratches all over it. The A-pillars had grease and grime all over them. The drivers side power seat control compartment was hanging off because the tech had obviously sat on it while doing the work. My steering wheel was loose and was put back on crooked. The cover above the brake and gas pedal which has an interior light was hanging down. And I had 3 emergency messages on the info screen. Finally the evaporator core they put in was defective. Because it was night time I only noticed the steering wheel and the info panel messages which stated air bag malfunction, stability comtrol malfunction, electrical malfunction. I was told to come back the next morning to have the steering wheel and lights reset. They forgot to mention the part was bad. The next day I noticed al the other damage. The manager took the damage report and stated they would replace all the parts of my dash that were damaged and order a new evap core and a-pillars. The steering wheel.was adjusted and the info displays I was told would be better off waiting until they redid the job. I waited 2 weeks and never heard from anyone. When I called and spoke to the manager Al he stated "I totally forgot about it. Let me check on the parts and get back to you tomorrow". I never heard back and ended up calling 2 days later on June 14th. At that time the manager stated all of the dash parts were in and the evaporator core had been shipped and he would call me in the next 2 days when the part arrived. On the 18th after not hearing from Midas I called and nobody answered the phone. This went on 2 days in a row. After finally getting somone on the phone I was told the managef wasnt available and he would get back to me. I never recieved a call back. Last tuesday my frustration brought me to call the corporate customer complaint line. After giving the operator all the information I was told someone would be in touch within 24-48 hrs. On Friday after not hearing from anyone I called back again. At this time I again was told sorry and they would put my report through marked urgent. Today Tuesday July 3rd I caled them back and once again was told sorry and someone would be in touch. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they only take and document complaints. I then called the corporate office who told me that I could only call the customer complaint number. So 30 days since the Midas shop did the job and damaged my car and put a defective part into my car. All of which has been paid for. Over $1,200.00 of work I have nothing to show except damage to my car. And the manager who told me that he let a tech who had never replaced an evap core do the work on my car and who stated on June.14th that the last part had shipped already has yet to call me. And the corporate office seems to do business the same way the shop does. As of today I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. I will never do business with Midas again and took the time to write this in the hopes that it will save someone else from going through the same thing. I would have paid twice as much to avoid this horrible experience. I wasnt that upset that they damaged my car and puf a defective part in my car. I also wasnt overly mad that a tech who had never done a simular job was allowed to work on my car. I am upset by the way I have been treated since. One shouldnt have to wait a month to have a simple problem fixed. Beware!!

I decided to go to the shop on Baldhill Ave, Warwick, RI today to confront the manager and find out what was going on. When I arrived I waited 10 minutes in the waiting area where I could see clearly into the shop desk where 3 techs were on You Tube watching videos and laughing. Twice two different techs looked at me and then went back to watching the video. Finally the tech who did the original work (massacre) on my car came to the waiting area. I asked him to speak to the manager Al Lewis and was told he was on vacation. I asked if my parts where in and he told me that only Al knew what was going on with my car. I asked him why he couldnt check on my parts and he stated "Ithe manager was working on your car, but I havent seen your parts". I asked him if he could che k/look and he siad "I can try". He made we wait 30 minutes and then came back and stated "I taled to the manager and he said your parts were on back order". At point I had just caught them in a lie and asked to speak with whomever is in charge while Al Lewis is on vacation. I waited another 15 minutes and finally the supervisor came out. I explained everything to him. I told him that Al Lewis had told me on the 14th that all my parts had arrived except for the evap core. I explained that Al Lewis stated "the evap core had been on back order and it shipped on the 13th and should be in today or tomorrow and shoukd be in today or.tomorrow and will call me in the next.two.days when.it.arrived". We.established right there that the manager had lied to me and in fact after patiently waiting one month nothing had been done. I was shocked!!! Kind of. This supervisor assured me that he would taketake care of it personally. He also informed me that the dealership told him that the evap core was on back order until Sept 1st. So we would now have to try another after market core which we had already installed only to find that it was defective and leaked. He also said he would order all of the parts to my dash and seat that the original tech damaged. Midas has a service comittment posted on the wall that as valued customers they promise to do right by the customer. I dont feel lime a.valued customer. They may as well have taken a baseball bat to my car. The level of disrespect is mind bogeling!!! I am going to attempt to report the incident to the local news consumer complaimt line and see if they are interested. I am also going to report to the BBB and attorney general. Interestingly enough I reieved a call from Midas corporate in the process of writing this post. They are going to contact the franchise owner about the issue. They act as a mediator in the process. Again we will see what transpires on Thursday. At this point it doesnt matter they have lost a customer and many more through word of mouth advertising. Corporate at least responded to the complaint. PLEASE DONT RISK PUTTING YOURSELF IN THIS POSITION! THERE ARE SO MANY REPAIR FACILITIES THAT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AND THEIR BRAND. AVOID MIDAS IF YOU CAN BECAUSE THEY DONT!! NOT TO MENTION THE TECHS ARENT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGE. THEY PROBABLY HAVE SOME GOOD ONES OUT THERE. I JUST DIDNT MEET ONE.

I rarely take the time and effort to write something like this but I was so pissed off It was impossible for me not to. About a week ago I had the Midas in Plainfield Indiana to do an alignment on my car. I drove it home about 6 miles and thought that was it . 3 days later on a trip out of town I noticed the car had a slight pull to the left and the steering wheel was not quite centered. I called the Plainfield Midas and asked if they would be able to get the car in to check the alignment . It was short notice so when the man said that he couldn't get to it that day I understood and said I would try again in a day or so. After a little thought I decided against taking it back to the Plainfield Midas. They didn't get it right the first time so I wanted to have another Midas Look at it . On Tuesday July 3 2012 I decided to call the Midas in Brownsburg Indiana to see if they could get it in to check the alignment . I asked " is there any chance I can get a car in today for an alignment check "? The man asked a few questions , make , what's the car doing , my name . He looked over his schedule and said he could get me in at 4:00pm. That was great for me since I had just got home and it was close to 2:00pm. I arrived at the Brownsburg Midas at 3:53pm . Went to the counter where I was greeted by the counter guy . I showed him my receipt from the Plainfield Midas and explained that they had done the alignment and that I would like for his store to check it . I told him the car pulled to the left and the steering wheel was not centered. Amazingly he explained to me that he probably couldn't get to it that day , he had several brake jobs ahead of me and they had to be done by 6:00 before close. He was happy to reschedule me for July 5th. Now someone less cynical than myself might accept his story and just be happy with the rescheduled appointment . I on the other hand recognized his bullshit story . The Brownsburg Midas was not interested in doing my warranty work that day but apparently they would have been happy to do some new work . As someone that works in the service/trades I understand things happen or go wrong from time to time . Its how they're handled later that makes the difference. Midas has failed in that respect. No need for a call, an email , a letter .I wouldn't even accept a full refund at this point . Since the age of 20 I have had at least 2 or more vehicles . Currently I have 4 . I will NEVER bring another vehicle of mine to any MIDAS STORE. Midas does not honor or stand behind their work . Unfortunately I will be forced to complain about this situation and Midas to the automotive blogs , BBB, Angies List and anyone else that might want to listen . Piss poor way to run a business .

Had very terrible service at their Central Ave location in Albany, NY. I found their business to be INCOMPETENT, PUSHY, EXPENSIVE and SHADY. INCOMPETENT - They told me my RIGHT hub assembly needed to be replaced to make the car safe to drive, so I believed them. Upon leaving the car made terrible vibrations and three other garages told (immediately after this) that my LEFT hub assembly and left tie rod were destroyed and needed to be replaced. They either completely missed that the car needed another $1700 of work (at which point I would have written off the car as a loss and not done any more work on it), misdiagnosed the problem and replaced the wrong side, or damaged my vehicle during the repair. PUSHY - They bullied me into getting the repairs although I didn't feel comfortable spending that much money on the car. There was a tall intimidating guy who insisted that I get the work done, and always interrupted me mid-speech when I tried to protest. Later, after the manager agreed to a price match from another Midas, he was visibly upset when I tried to hold him to the original terms of the price match (no labor charge on the rotors) and ultimately refused to honor either that agreement or the $30 coupon I had brought in. The guys there use intimidation and anger as persuasion techniques. It's effective. EXPENSIVE - They originally quoted me $895 for rotors and hub assembly - work that resulted in my car run worse. Another Midas down the road offered $550 for the same work. SHADY - They didn't show me what was wrong with my car, just insisted that I was in grave danger if I didn't get the right hub replaced. Immediately afterward there was terrible vibration in the steering, and loud popping when I made left turns - issues that weren't there when I brought the car in. When they agreed to the price match, I believed that we agreed that there wouldn't be a labor charge for the rotors. Instead, they decided that one of my rotors didn't need to be changed after all (the one they replaced last year) and charged me for half the labor, instead of no charge for labor. Terrible experience, wasted $700 for a car that's (ONLY NOW) running poorly.

Dear Midas, You run a terrible company. I worked at the medina, ohio location for approximately 3 months before I couldn't take the terrible experience anymore. The manager, Larry Baldwin, is by far the crookedest person I have met in my entire life. For your information, he sells tire to enterprise rent a car, doesn't even put the tires on the car, and turns around and sells them for cash to other customers. Another time I was pricing tires for my vehicle and he said he would get me a really good deal... He tried to charge me 364$ for all 4 tires and mounting and balancing, when I was installing them at the shop MYSELF on MY OWN time. Seeing as I'm not and idiot when it comes to tires(I work with them everyday), I called North Gateway Tire and asked for a price from them. 200$ for all four with a road hazard warranty and for actual brand name tires, not the off brand cheap ones that Midas puts on EVERYTHING. When i told the manager that I would just buy my tires from them he told me, "If you buy tires from them, I will fire you." There was nothing to do with work involved, but because of the fact that they once called him out for being the cheating liar he is, he would supposedly end my employment because of it. Another thing is that he would tell people, "If you don't fix so-and-so on your car you will die if it breaks. Or the fact that when someone wanted a free brake inspection, he would do so, but if they didn't get brakes he would belt them with an inspection fee that was supposedly free. Or the fact that every time someone called to complain about something, instead of handling the situation calmly, he would scream at the customers and tell them to call the district manager if they even made it that far before he hung up on them. How about pressuring someone to put 3000$ into a 1998 mercury cougar that isnt even worth 3000$ to begin with. Or when you come into work in the morning and the background on the computer in the shop is a picture of a mentally challenged person with a makeshift name tag that said Nick on it and using vulgar language beneath it making fun of slower people. I think the most work he ever did there was blow a lot of hot air and play on paint all day making degrading backgrounds towards the other employees. When I called the district manager, Paul Chasko, to complain of harassment, he told me,"I don't know what you want me to do about it," then proceeded to say he had a more important call and hung up on me. Isn't the point of someone higher up to keep the lower people in check? Not to simply do nothing? I am thoroughly disgusted in this company and will talk bad about them until the day I die unless something is done to fix this problem.

I had to get my brakes done by somebody besides myself because i did not have a place to work on them, so I went to Midas in Vista, Ca. They are so incompetent and lazy they did'nt pump the brakes for pedal adjustment. When i went back to make them do the job right the pencil neck pasty faced geek behind the desk said he would do the job right for more money. His reason for not doing it was because I would not buy into his B.S. about replacing my brake fluid and saying I had copper in it. 1150 South Santa Fe Ave. Vista, Ca, Midas, when you do a job finish it! Grant, I cant wait when you lose your job

MY TIRE FELL OFF NEXT DAY AFTER AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. I AM SORRY BUT I CAN NOT TRUST THE MIDAS TOUCH.

One of the most HORRIBLE experiences of my life, re: rudeness, apathy, mean-spiritedness, etc., etc., Midas at NW 23rd and Penn, OKC, OK. by Mr. Roma Loudermilk, II. Did NOT care that I have a handicap placquard!!!

I have had the worst experience with this rip off company. They said I needed a new thermostat for may car to pass inspection in PA that was $396.00 drove the car home the light came back on they said oh no it is now the oxygen sensor $396.00 for 1 sensor. And $88.00 an hour there isn't one person at Midas in Washington worth it. Charging please. I took my care to Monroe and got 2 oxygen sensors "Basch" for $396.00 how does this work. I called corporate to complain about this place and the manager. However have not heard from them. It's pretty bad when they wanted to charge a poor woman sitting next to me $88.00 for some brakes keep in mind that did not include their $88.00 for labor. There isn't one person there worth $88.00 an hour for labor. Also make sure you get them to show you your reading before you have something done and the bad part. They did not do this with my husband or myself. So who knows they are the biggest waste. Don't expect to hear from them either. Hey Midas hope you are reading these complaints.

First and foremost, some of you have very valid complaints while others are just blowing smoke. I have worked in the auto field for some time now, and unless you have you wouldn't understand that unfortunately, some things just do happen! It always starts with, "that wasn't there before you serviced it". People, it's called a coincidence. Why did your light bulb turn on this morning, but didn't when you returned home? Did you break it? No. Just a 'COINCIDENCE'. For those of you with valid complaints, I fully understand the frustration. I wouldn't bash the company when it could just be one employee. HOW are they going to fix the problem without the consumer making them aware first? I would call the corporate offices first and foremost before even going to the store first. Unfortunately people, cars, regardless of what the manufactures say, ARE and ALWAYS will be designed to fail. If they didn't, you would never have to buy another and they would be out of business. I have seen one part going bad and causing another to fail just after. Just do your research before complaining. Besides, if everyone complaining knows so much about cars, WHY would you pay to have your car fixed? Leave it to the mechanics. Ask the mechanic next time, not the manager and see if this helps your issue. And before anyone goes bashing me, I'm just trying to give you an inside perspective, not taking sides!

I had service performed on my 2003 Ford Taurus at Midas located @1802 N. Larkin AV; Crest Hill, IL. on Saturday, May 26, 2012. I dropped off my car @ 12:45 P.M.; my appointment was for 12 noon I ran late. I left my car with Jim Hillman the owner. I arrive at 2:55 P.M. to pick up my car the work had been performed; I was told that a problem could not be resolved per Brian. My car was put back on the rack and two techs were unable to find out the problem. I was told when they road over bumps the problem occurred. I was told to take my car and see if I noticed the problem over the weekend. I had an appointment after leaving Midas. I didn't notice problem until 6 P.M. that evening, my car should not have been returned to me regardless it was the weekend; I have access to another car at home. This is what happened the sway bar was not screwed back on. My car was in for a different service all together. I felt that my car was given back to me a tragedy could have occurred. I had to go to another repair shop on Monday to resolve this issue. I can be reached at 224-628-0354. I want to be paid financially because of the dangerous situation my car was given to me in.

I took my car to the Barrington, Illinois location. The problem my car was having was it was stalling so I took it to the local Midas. They recommended I change the plugs and have a ''terra clean fuel'' also done. I agreed to have those repairs done. Later in the day I received a call from '' Steve '' stating I had a serious problem with my car. Steve said I needed a catalytic converter and qouted me 800.00 dollars. I told Steve with that type of money I was going to get a second opinion. At that point he became rude and said ''FINE''. I took my car to a local repair shop by work and they took it for a test drive and said the car is fine and that I DID NOT NEED A CATALYTIC CONVERTER! This all happened on April 11, 2012 and my car is still running fine. Do yourself a favor and never go to Midas. They are a bunch of crooks!! Also, when I picked up my car I had a 30.00 coupon and Steve would not honor it. What a joke!

I just made a visit to a location in Indy for a brake job, I was thinking rear brakes but after seeing the front I would have purchased front and rear brakes today, the manager came and got me and took me to my truck and informed me that they measured th and they were 95 percent gone, and said I needed to replace all my brakes and rotors, my base dodge truck with six cyl has special rotors that they are ceramic and they have no cutting tool for them? First off IF they were ceramic why would they NOT have a cutting tool to turn the rotors? I'm no dumb azz to working on vehicles and after he showed me a bill for 970 bucks I about had heart failure. I told the manager that my brother in law was a MASTER tech for a big automanufacture and I wanted to call him, the shock from him and the guy that was going to change the brakes was priceless. I work very hard for my money and so should Midas!! You k iw the ole saying you will tell 10 people of a bad experience and 1 to 2 of a good one, you get the idea. I don't want a coupon I don't want a I'm sorry, youve lost me and my monies. Good luck in this economy!! I will have a master tech do it and I know it will be done right, so people out there beware, it's better to pay alittle more at a dealer that cost more later!! Regards, A past customer of Midas! I asked the guy that WAS going to replace my brakes what the measurement was and he said I didn't measure them, hmmm manager said they measured? Hmm

About a month ago i took my 2002 dodge durango to midas for warranty work. They were to check everything over which they insisted they did and everything checked out except my rack. Replaced the rack. Here i am a month later and my power steering compartment is bone dry. Which with a brand new rack shouldnt have happened. Take it back to midas due to warranty and they call to tell me its going to cost me over 400.00 for the repair of hoses that were supposed to be already checke with the original warranty work. They broke my original lug nuts, my manufature hub caps and then have the nerve to tell me i need to pay this amount for work they were alreadysupposed to do! Umm no. They fixed it no charge. Got my vehicle out of the lot and home and parked. There is a HUGE scratch on my paint on my driver side door that was not there before. I would know a i keep my vehicle clean and in top condition inside and out. Call to ask for the district phone number, i get hung up on 3 times. So here i am and will be speaking with my attorney in the morning.

A little over a year ago I spent $800 for new tires, they broke a valve stem while changing the tires and charged me $80 for the stem and then told me that if I take the car somewhere else to have the oil changed not to let them touch the tires because of these valve stems, not knowing any better I took it to Walmart for oil changes and each time told them to leave the tires alone, they asked me why and given the answer they were pretty much dumb founded and told me that if they break anything they fix it. Recently I spent another $350 on an alignment and a tie-rod. Within 2 month's my front tires went bad, mainly the one on the passenger side where they had changed the tie-rod. My husband called them to find out why, if they had realigned the right way why my tires would all of a sudden go bad. The guy at Midas said the machine had been broken! Well what the heck did I pay for? Now I had to have it done right plus buy 2 more tires. Honesty in this case would have gone a long way but now I have no trust in them. We are done with Midas which is sad because they seemed like really nice people and had a very clean place.

i took my car,to midas in miami,fl in miami gardens,to get a diagnostic test, cuz my check engine light came on,and some other minor things, the mangager, come bring me a bill quote of over 2,000 dollars,is she serious, saying she go cut me a deal.i told her no,i dont have that type of money,so i just got the brakes, and oil change,i wasnt pleased, cuz i waited there to long, and on top of that,i go home, and when i get back in my car,the car dont start,my car was driving excellent before i took my car,to them,so now,im pissed,i called them, and left a message, they didnt respond,i get a jump from my neighbor, driving to the grocery store, when i come out the grocery store, same problem.i dont know what midas did to my car,now i have to pay some one to see what the problem,is,my first and last bad experience there, they really made my day, hell, now im going to tell all my friends not to go to them, yours truly, unsatisfyed!!!

I visited the Midas in Derwood, MD on Sunday, 4/29/2012, because they were the only shop open on Sunday. I was quoted a catalytic converter repair for my 1997 Jeep Wrangler at $475. When the repair was completed, the service manager, Aret, tried to charge me $575. When I brought it to his attention, he made the adjustment. Shortly after picking up my vehicle and driving approximately 5 miles, it sounded as if the entire exhaust system had fallen off. I called immediately and Aret directed me to come back to the shop. When I arrived, angry and frustrated, I gave Aret an earful. I never used profanity, however expressed my dissatisfaction in a more civil manner. His response to me, and I quote, "ahit happens with automotive repairs". You can imagine my fury at this insensitive inept service manager not once attempting to apologize and smugly making such an offensive statement. He ignored me for most of the remainder of my attempt to talk to him and went back into the office, where I insisted he. Tell me what I should expect. He reluctantly answered, " one hour, is that okay"? To which I answered the obvious, "no, it's not okay" . Here I am 90 minutes into my hour wait ad not a word from anyone. I have contacted consume affairs and a host of local consumer groups to bring attention to this matter. I have NEVER been treated so rudely and with such disrespect. Give today's economy, I can't believe ANY organization would tolerate such imbifference from even te least of its staff. Perhaps I should have read into the fact that this shop needs to operate on Sundays when all others are closed. Lesson learned. Needless to say, I would rather pay dealership prices than to ever be treated like this again.

After bringing my vehicle to Midas for a rattle noise, I was told by Midas my Catalytic Converter needed to be replaced, which I authorized to be done. After work performed, I picked up my vehicle and drove home, I barely made it home because my vehichle kept stalling at every stop light. I immediately called Midas back and spoke to the manager, who asked me to bring it back in and to be assured they would fix the problem. I brought it back to them. Midas called me to say I needed a new head gasket and advised me to replace the thermostat and water-pump, which I authorized to be done. Midas kept our vehicle in their shop for approx. 2 months! I finally received a call from them saying the work was completed. Approx. 2 weeks after driving my vehicle to work, I noticed a leakage from the water-pump and also noticed my oil tube/dip-stick was improperly installed. I contacted Midas who asked me to bring it back in, which I did. They told me the new head gasket on the water-pump had to be replaced. This was the start of many issues and on-going trips back and forth to Midas. Needless to say, I had to take Midas to small-claims court and won a judgement.

I have a complaint about the Midas located at 1481 Route 1 South, Edison, New Jersey. They must be getting really rich, the way they bilk their customers. I have been bringing my vehicles to this Midas for over twenty years. BUT NO MORE! Up till about seven years or so ago, they provided quality service. The price they quoted was the price you paid! Then a new person took over as manager. The quality of service and work took a drastic turn for the worse! Now, everytime this manager tells me how much the work is going to cost, it ends up costing me more than $500 to $700 above what I was told it would cost. This time when I signed the work authorization, I checked off the box that said I wanted all the old parts. When I did that, the manager gave me an exasperated look. To make things worse, when the work was finished and I asked about the pld parts, I was told they had been thrown out. The only old parts that I was given were the ones that I actually saw them replace. The parts that I didn't see them replace I DID NOT GET!!! So as far as I'm concerned, the work was never done! To add insult to injury, when I went to use the coupons that would have taken almost $100 off my bill, the manager took the coupons and tossed them saying, that he had already given me a big discount on the bill! If so, why was my bill $500 dollars more then I was told it would be!!! I am looking into legal action against the Midas location. Maybe we should get together and start a class action suit against Midas! Maybe if they have to pay out hundreds of thousands of dollars to those ripped-off by their shops, they would monitor their people more closely!

I went to the Midas in Saint Louis Mo. I've been getting service since 2002. I have relocated to the Creve Couer area which I desided to start going to the one on Olive because, it is more convenient. Now, I had originally called in to get a free quote. The store manager tells me that it will be 750.00 plus tax. I then told him that I would have to call back later. I begin calling around looking for a more reasonable price. I believed that the price was to high for just a fuel pump job. SO, I called the Midas downtown Saint Louis and on Hampton. And they both quoted the same price which was almost 200.00 less than what I was originally quoted. I then called Jim back the store manager and ask him why was he going to charge me such a steep price. He said he doen't know why they croated that price but, he would do me a favor and charge me the same. But, he did have an attitude. So, he did the work and I got my truck back and it smelled like gasoline. And I had this service done before by Midas. And that has nevered happened. The truck was on empty. When it was brought in I informed them that it was on full. I ask was that going to be a problem. And Jim stated no. I let him then to make sure my gas was back the same as when it came in. Also my left driver mirror had been smash, and my vipor alarm was broken. I was not informed of anything that had happen. Until I got in my truck and then went back inside to address all the damages. I had to call the Police and the only thing that got rectified was my mirror on my truck. I had to fix everything else myself. It was a nightmare. Then even stole my gasoline. I even came in with the reciept for the purchase for the gas. It took them two weeks to fix my mirror. They even order the wrong one. They had the nerve to tell me never to come to that Midas any more. The Police adviced me to file a claim against that Midas. They suppose to gave me free coupons for two free oil change. And I never recieved the coupons in the mail. Now, about a month in a half later my fuel pump is hanging and my truck is smoking. Also now my engine light is on, and my antifreeze has been leaking. I have never had any problems with my truck. We have always recieved service by Midas and we have never been treated like this ever. Please contact me Corporate in reference to this.
