Bring Back the Concealing Creme

Merle Norman cosmetics were the first I ever used, starting at age 15. I stuck with the company for 40 years. The oil-free concealing creme was the only thing that ever worked on my hideous undereye dark circles. Then they discontinued it. I have literally tried almost every other concealing cream out there, and nothing comes close. Please, Merle Norman, bring it back!! You are alienating your whole Fanbase.

New compact cases

I love the MN products but I see that I am not the only one who has a total finish compact case with broken hinges. I also bought a blush that comes in a case that is identical to the total finish foundation case and guess what! It's hinges fell apart right away too. So in addition to the cheap cases, why would MN make identical cases for two different products? I can't just grab one. I have to read the little print to see which one I have. Hmmmm.... The store I bought them at referred me to the website rather than replace them for me. I live 90 minutes from the closest store but they will be hearing from me again as they are the ones who should be fighting with MN to make it right, not me!

unhappy with the black compacts that break

I have used Merle Norman cosmetics for many years. your line of products with the black plastic compacts that break make me irritated. You have a very good product but the cases are horrible. I do not want to buy any products until you have made a better container for the costmetics from the eye make up, blushes, etc.

aqua base

I have been using Merle Norman for years and my mother also I am so disappointed need my aqua base sandy beige and Maple cream the store said no longer available that is the only base we have ever loved please bring it back

Disappointed

The new packaging for the Total Finish Compact is very poor quality. My compact has broken within the first few weeks of use. I do like the makeup, but disappointed in the smaller size. I am looking for a new brand. Merle Norman, you have messed up.

Downhill

I have been a loyal MN customer for around 31 years now. Recently the products have been of substandard quality. I noticed the new packaging and smaller amounts and thought maybe the quality reduction was "all in my mind". But, I bought another total finish and it definitely is not all in my mind. Substandard and less product. I am terribly disappointed in MN. Am currently looking for a product that is similar to the OLD MN product.

Dissatisfied Customer

I have used MN products for almost 20 years. I shopped at the Annapolis store and spent close to $600. The store Manager was extremely rude and abrupt with me when I tried to return a couple of unopened, new MN products that she pushed on me. I will never shop there again. I asked that my personal information be removed from her store computer and I'm still receiving promotional emails from her store.They love it when you spend your money, but if you need to return something, watch out. This store manager gets nasty.

i ALONG WITH EVERYONE ELSE HAVE USED THE PRODUCT FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND LOVE THE TOTAL FINISH HOWEVER THE NEW IMPROVED COMPACT SUCKS IT BROKE 2ND TIME OF USE THE PRODUCT IS LESS THE $$ ARE MORE. Faithfully I have bought MN for the last 25 years. I have tried to stay with you as far as the continued closing stores and discontinued eye shadows and now I am forced to somehow find a replacement for their discontinued liquid foundation. Seriously? Change in labeling...discontinued this and that. I am really disappointed MN...I mean really...and nothing compares as a replacement that you currently have. The total liquid line is runny and almost cheap. What a shame from such a once strong company.

horrible plastic compacts on blush, purchased two of them that broke after minimal use...this is enough to have me change to another company,..penny wise and pound foolish is not a good marketing decision for your product.

Use to be ten stars,but now that aqua base foundation and trans powder are gone, so am I, along with the rest of my family. Loyal customer for over 30 years, so sad. No sense going there for the other things that I need. Those were the two products that kept me going back and a satisfied customer.

I have been a faithful customer for 25 yrs. I am very disappointed the new reduced amount of product in the "total finish" line. I am also very dissatisfied with the amount of closings of Merle Norman studio's in central Florida.......and I can't order product from corporate online????? I think it is time to get with the 2000's and get an online order website so we do not have to go looking all over the state for a MN studio to still be in business! Sincerly, A frustrated consumer

I worked for a Merle Norman studio for many years and enjoyed their products. They are very old fashioned and not the greatest products on the market. Their plan and ideas were great at one time, but with all the wonderful new cosmetic companies out there, you should try Mac for example and I love Yves Rocher too! Lw

For 32 years I have been a merle norman customer. I now have to find a company I can trust. Because the products keep on going down hill. I am sadly sadly disappointed in the new Ultra powder foundation. As well as the trans, powder. To keep loyal customers I would think would listen to them. Lets see Merle Norman. One loyal customer down. I have Five family members trying other things already. How long will you go before you lose 1,000?

I am a huge Merle Norman fan and love their products-my mother and I both use the products religiously. However, I am highly disappointed in the new packaging. I understand the black packaging is to make it look sleek (MAC, and other brands have the dedicated black look too), but the cheapness of the packaging is the major issue- Both my mother and I have had issue with compacts breaking after minimal use... PLEASE fix this problem!

I have been a loyal Merle Norman customer since 1973. I have loved the products and how it has made my complexion amazing. I HATE the new Black compact for your products .... its always a mess and not easy to use. I dislike the new "look" so much that I find myself looking at other products to replace yours. The packaging was perfect...IT WASN'T BROKEN... IT DIDN'T NEED TO BE FIXED!!!! Fire the design team and go back to what worked perfectly!

Merle Norman is the only make up my mother and I have ever ueed. Slowly, I am rotating all of my MN products out because everything is discontinued. I still have not found a replacement for my aqua base. The new lipstick is too waxy. I learned today that my powder blush is discontinued. I'm reading that my translucent powder is no longer available. Merle Norman won't be in business long by losing all of it long term, loyal customers. They need to listen to their customers and what the sales reps report from their customers.

I have been using Merle Norman for 20 years. I know all the sales gals and always have fun trying their new products. I dont like the new packaging at all. Looks cheap, feels cheap, looks boring, does not work as well, and the product seems a lower quality. I have to drive a distance because we only have one store in our area but it was always worth it. For the first time in years I am going to try a new line of make up. It is really unfortunate change was made... but not for the better. In my opinion your product suffered.

I hate you changed the total finish packaging and the product is not as good ! Why change something that has worked just fine all these years !!! If its not broke don't fix it !,Go back to the original ! You would make a lot of people happy if you did !!!!

Is merle Norman going to go back to the old packaging and old product or continue to loose your life long customers! Who do you care about ?
