I AM CURRENTLY AN EMPLOYEE AND 4 of my pay checks have been messed up and now a 5th one lowes messes people money up wen their systems are down and it is highly upseting to keep saying something about it if this is such a great company why ripp people off and try to get away with that i will soon resign from this job because im tired of repeating myself

Saw the story about the employee being fired for trying to retrieve stolen material from a shoplifter and giving the police the culprit's license number and getting fired for it. No doubt, Lowes saw an opportunity to rid themselves of someone two years away from being eligible to draw a pension, based upon a technicality. I won't be going back there again.

Lowe's isn't a small time gas station, be lucky you have employees who will stand up for your company and stores! YOU fired a clerk of 18 years (OMFG!!!) because she chased a shop lifter out of the store resulting in him being apprehended by police! now be ready for us to boycott you and so very nasty press

Took my elderly father to Lowes store #1008, while visiting him this summer, to purchase a microwave oven and a stoves. Both quit working when I arrived. A young salesman, Brandon B, came to our aid and helped us make the best decisionsonour purchase. He showed us all options and we chosse the items with confidence. We got fast delivery, and I used the new microwave and stove/oven while visiting constantly. I was very happy with our choices and now that I am home, my father is happy with the choices that Brandon pointed out to us. All in all, the experience was a great one considering my dad had not purchased these items in over 20 years. A purchase like this is sometimes overwhelming to an elderly person, but Brandon B made it a pleasant experience for us both. Wonderful young man!!

After reading that an employee of yours was fired for catching a shoplifter, I will never be patronizing your stores anymore. Walmart has let EBT customers come and steal from them and now Lowes seems to have the same politically correct mentality. You are losing the good customers of this country to appease the crazies of this nation. What has happened to common sense?

Visited Lowes in Asheboro last night and had a wonderful associate, Max went to every department with us to assist in items for the home we are remodeling. We ended up spending around $3500 and we will return to for more items and to look for Max

We bought a Samsung washing machine a year ago. It broke a month ago and we've had two repair companies, multiple calls to Lowe's customer service and one to corporate office. It's been a month and the washer is still not repaired or replaced! We've been making trips to laundry mat, rescheduling our work schedules to be home for repair companies and they've had 2 no shows! Will never recommend or buy anything from Lowe's again! It should have been replaced just on principle at this point...whatever happened to just doing the right thing!

Firing that woman in Kentucky for trying to catch that shoplifter? You should be giving her a raise!! We need more people in the world like Her! I am taking my business else where.

I recently bought a couple thousand $ of products from the Milledgeville, GA Lowe's store. In general, C.S. was very poor. Attitudes were apathetic at best for most employees I encountered there with a few exceptions. The carpeting/flooring dept. was esp. bad. I pushed the service button, announcements were made several times and still no one showed up. I had to hunt down another employee to get him to get someone over there. The cashiers knew nothing, the store manager was absent when i asked for him/her, there was clearly NO organization of assignments or people in the store. You've got a problem there. Good luck. JL

I shop in the Lowes in Mount Vernon ,Oh I use my DD214 for my discounts. They have always honored it so they get my business.

I have "VETERAN" on my Texas driver's license, your Lowe's team refuses to recognize it and want's some sort of veterans ID. Strange because Home Depot, numerous other reputable retailers and the VFW recognize and accept it.

I previously wrote a complaint on behalf of my neighbor 3 days ago, regarding the handling of their riding lawn mower with the Fayetteville, Ga location. To update the situation, I happily write that once again Lowe's customer service is what I always expected them to be. My neighbor is more then satisfied with a new lawn mower that was delivered to their home. I would like to think the young lady who took the initial call and also the Marketing Director that handle the situation.

I am a employee at a Lowe's they make their employees play some stupid racing game. So all the employees are in the back playing on a computer instead of helping customers. They need to get rid of the dumb games and make the employees do what they came there for that is too work. When I go to work I don't want to play some stupid game I came to work. If I wanted to play games I would just stay home.

I have always perferred to shop at Lowe's... Well things are changing, I was at Lowe's 2 weeks ago with my sons finance which is a veteran, she had her DD214 papers with her, they would not except those papers, they said they needed a veterans card.. If anyone knows anything the DD214 papers have everything they need to know about this veteran.. The assistant manager Tim said " people can forge these papers " really you are going to say that to a veteran.. Very bad thing to say... been told 6 different things about new ice maker-told would come at certain time and would call[all lies] it is paid for and I know this is against me. very unhappy-o k if just tell the truth about calling or coming. how do I get a refund.

Purchased a refrigerator on 7-26-13 wasn't real happy with the delivery time but with all that aside was VERY IMPRESSED with Salesperson for giving me discount on it for our inconvenience. With that said I WILL GO BACK and purchase again. He reeled me back so THANK YOU LUFFMAN you have just sold that freezer I seen and said I would be back for. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE after a bad 2 days of waiting for delivery.

the lowe's store near the dayton mall, in West Carrollton OH is the most unorganized store iv'e EVER been to. the associates were nowhere to be found, the lack of help upset me and i met some of the most disrespectful people there. and when i finally found someone to help me, they stated that the lack of sales associates was due to management being concerned about getting their bonuses. Whoever is running that store does not deserve to be where he is making these decisions. i always went to lowe's for all my needs but i can no longer respect the values they show. SHAME
