How many Lowe's managers and how much time does it take those managers to provide one receipt for one previous purchase when I provide the item information, a copy of my check and a copy of date it was extracted from my account and posted by my bank? Question Part 2: How long does it take two professional employees to provide the information correctly with the same information. Answer: It takes more than 1.5 hours two consecutive days (more than 3 hours) for 3 managers to completely fail to give me any information other than stating that they cannot help me. Part 2 answer: Two professional men in the doors and windows department provided the receipt within 10 minutes or less, accurate information and professional service. They get high evaluation; managers lowest possible score. 5 stars for two men in doors and windows department, -0 stars for managers

this store has some rude folks in it. i walked around in that stores serval times and seen the same ones that i have reported before being @$$ toward me and my family and friends and you keep them there. how crazy? the managers there is @$$ too.

I bought a Whilpool refrigerator from your Columbia Tn store needless to say what when on after was not good! First delivery they were here for 5 hours trying to get the doors on right. While they were doing that the dented and scratched the doors, 5 hours later they decided these were not the right handles and someone would have to come back with the right handles. The next day two other men came with handles they could not get them on either. They said they would go back and tell them we need a new refrigerator. Three days later 2 different men came out with new doors it was later in the day and lighting was not real good. The next morning I looked at doors and they had dents and scratches all over them! This was the last straw I called told them to pick it up and I would go to Home Depot! They came and got it and I just got call from a lady named Gail asking me why we returned this refrigerator! I told her she needed to read the paper work on it, she said she had no paper work. Told her to look at the damm thing and she could figure it out! She hung up on me! I called store and talk to a assistant mgr and she told me they don't get the paper work. Give me a break with all the computer tech there is no record why this was returned! I will not ever buy another thing in any Lowes store I will drive 30 miles to Home Depot!

I recently purchased a top of the line refrigerator. I went to Lowes first and was told I could buy through a catalogue and they could not show me what the inside looked like and if I ordered it I had to buy it. I went to H H Greg, they had the product and delivered it the next day. Now I'm interested in window covering will Lowes also refuse to show me samples? The last loss to your store was over three thousand dollars

I went to the Lowes Store on Lenox Ave in Jacksonville, Fl on 2/3/12 to buy some paint (off the shelf variety, no mixing required). I had purchased this color/brand before at a Lowes on the other side of town so i knew exactly what I was looking for. When I found the pick spot, it was loaded with the wrong finish (it has gloss, I was looking for satin). I couldn't tell for sure, but I thought they might have some in the over-stock area above the pick spot, but the hinged panel blocked my view so I sought store assistance. I found a paint dept associate that was helping another customer in the paint aisle and patiently waited until he finished. I told him what I needed, that the pick spot was loaded wrong and that I thought there might be some in the overstock area. He looked at the pick spot and handed me a quart of what was there, I told him that was gloss finish, I wanted satin finish and asked him to check the overstock becuase his shelf was loaded wrong. He finally went to go get a ladder. Once he got back with the ladder and discovered that there was what I wanted in the overstock, another paint employee (probably the supervisor) came by and told him that there were customers at the paint desk and he needed to help them NOW!. I was so pissed. I told the supervisor that I, too, was a customer and had been waiting for about 20 minutes to get the paint I wanted because HIS shelves were improperly stocked. I did not get so much as an apology, "I mis-spoke", "We messed that up" or anything. What a bunch of morons working there. Customer service skills are a pre-requisite for running a business, but Lowe's doesn't even have anyone with ANY trade knowledge. I get so angry when an associate says, "It should be on aisle 3"....That's insane!!....They should walk the customer over to where the product is and take the opportunity to upsell, sell accessories, and the like. I HATE going to LOWES and HOME DEPOT.....I pay a touch more, but the service I get at places like ACE HARDWARE or SHERWIN WILLIAMS are worth the expertise and customer service I get at places like that.

Lowes has forgot customers 1st! employees who work with those customers should be second!! The employees who they walk on is their foundation!! all things fail because of the neglect of the foundation. Its amazing how green paper makes people stupid GREEN PAPER!!

there was a time at this store we where a team, we enjoyed working there, but this store has a cancer in it, she is a certain dapt manger who has turned the hr policy to her advantage, she dresses any way she wants because certain words are not mention in policy, she does not one of her reports or job duties she passes it off to her co-workers, Tuesday meetings while all other mangers are in the meeting she leaves continually all of this is done while the store mang is there or not. if she is do in at 130, she is seen over and over walking in 145, she is forever 10 to 15 minutes late, she claims ppl are harassing her yet she comes to their departments, when this is brought to a ASM the reply is " I cant tell her she isn't aloud to talk to such and such... the workers of store 1608 have had it.. upper management has tied the arms and hands of our HR mang.and forever stand to defend this dept mang. please understand we are not targeting her but one store one set of rules not one book for this person and one book for this one..enough is enough... soon what will happen is simple, you will have a complete rebellion on your hands, as it is store 1608 has now has the worst reputation in the dist 1243... we are asking for someone anyone beside our ASM's to investigate, you will lose your good workers because of this person manipulation of HR policy ... it is very important that you understand we do not hate her nor are we so called picking on her or harassing her ONE SET OF RULES FOR ONE STORE!!!!...PLEASE CURE THE CANCER OR REMOVE IT BEFORE ITS TO LATE

I went to LOWES here in Elizabethton, TN to get a kitchen for my daughter. I waited for over 30 minutes and ask TWO salesmen to find someone to help me. After 40 minutes I went to a cashier and ask for the manager. I was told he would check on it. I returned to the kitchen desigh area and waited one hour. Still no one. As I started out of the store a man named Johnathen said" I was getting ready to send someone back to talk to you. I informed him I was on my way to HOME DEPO. I will not shop in LOWES again.

I have been trying to get work done from Lowes in my town for months. I called and spoke to installation manager and store manager, one of which was so rude. I have had one mistake after another from their installation. I have cancer and hope to see my repaires( bought and paid for) before I die. Wow I still am in shock from the treatment I recieved from the store when I called to try and get help. My Dad was a contractor and plumber for 50 years and would roll over in his grave if he knew the way these people treat their customers. The worst customer service I have ever seen in my 60 years.

We are still having issues: Stove was delivered this morning, but drivers said they did not want to install because it was a 'glass' top???? This is a simple plug in...slide in...level operation!!!! WHY ARE THERE SO MANY PROBLEMS????? I'm fairly sure senior management is aware of the fiascos surrounding this multi thousand dollar purchase, but are quite INCAPABLE of making any type of decisions to alleviate the problems. We still don't have a date for the delivery of the refrigerator, and were refused a deal to just switch it out for the next model up - store manager (Monica Abbott) just said NO, with no further explanation. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIND SOMEONE TO HELP WHO DOESN'T SAY 'IT'S NOT THEIR JOB'??????????? PLEASE!!!!!! WE HAVE TALKED UNTIL WE'RE TOTALLY FRUSTRATED TO: SALESPERSON - Regina Baker; STORE MGR - Monica Abbott; SALES MGR - Donna Wilson; and DELIVERY MGR - Dane Hass. PLEASE GIVE ME A REAL MANAGER'S NAME THAT CAN HELP US!!!!!! Ric Smith

Lowes Store # 1191 Noblesville, IN I am a customer at Lowe's and have been for years. This is the best store and I will never shop at any other home improvement store. This store is what customer service is all about. The staff is friendly, helpful and actually they are like family to us. The store Manager John Lahman is one hell of a man. He is a great manager, a good person. A few other people who deserve mention are Rhonda Lecount, Stephen Mirante, Nathan Scherer, Byron Todd and Jamie Kennedy. I have never had such exceptional service, help and professionalism at any store. It is no wonder their store does so well. This store deserves your business aand should be acknowledge from Corporate for being such a great representation of what Lowe's should be, quality, professional and service oriented! Job well done!!!

Dear sir, Lowe's stock, is a principle stock in my investment portfolio, held by my investment firm. It distresses me to see lost sales due to employee ignorance. Today's social media can, and does, have direct, immediate, influence on a company's bottom line. This is the third in recent months, in the Memphis,TN. area that has shed negative light on "Lowe's." excerpt from Face-Book social media site: Prince Mongo: Spirits went to Lowes and bought a washer/dryer for a friend, on way out to get my truck 3 employees standing in aisle look at me and laugh and wont move, I asked if they would prefer I walk around to another aisle, they just laughed, I walked around to another aisle alright, THE RETURN DESK= NO SALE!!! --for those unfamiliar with "Prince Mongo" AKA Robert Hodges. He is an eccentric Local Memphis native, middle-age, white man, who's wealthy parents left him a moderate annuity. He circumvented the "Annuity" by "acting insane" to gain access to more money. He is a frequent Memphis Mayoral candidate, and frequently in the news. This guy appears as a hippy, long hair, and is known to wear a ammo belt slung over one shoulder, loaded with small rubber chickens. But trust me, he is anything but crazy. Crazy like a fox! He is no trouble maker either, but is quick to point out injustices where-ever found. He is very open, and has a very loving personality. He never meets a stranger. Practices local philanthropy,Very easy to talk to,he is well loved by most of the people of Memphis. I suggest your employees stop critiquing the dress/appearance of your clientele, offer a genuine smile, ask to help them with their purchases, and add: "Thank You, Please Come Back To See Us."

i live in clemmons nc and i have and still are remodeling my condo for the past 3 months. i have used the store on hanes mall blv. and i have spent almost 20,000.00 and i gutede the whole condo and replaced with all new through out. to start off with i had to get a coustom shower and it had to be ordered so i gave them a drawing of it right off thr rip and they messed it up 3 different time witch means they bought it 3 time at 1800.00 a pop so 2.5 months later i get my shower and i get home and start to install it and they did not cut and allow for the thickness of theoir material at 5/8 on all 3 panels and it is marbel so i had to cut it myself i am so sick of that store and now i am having trouble with my counter tops that are granite and they are screwing me around after i paid 1800.00 for them also i also have had problems with them on not ordering the right things like a frig just to let the public know THIS STORE SUCKS AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN DUE TO LACK OF KNOWING WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON

I have owned a business for over thirty-five years. I shop at Lowes for personal and business use. I see products that were sold at Lowes made in the USA like from Cambell ( Apex Tool Group ) they have been replaced by Blue Hawk which is distibuted by Leigh, product made in China. It's just a pack of " S " hooks. I would pay more for the USA product over the China product. I will support America. I feel Lowes is also helping to sell America down the river, they are not helping this country. Is this what corporate greed is all about ?

I'll make this short I live in pocatello idaho went to lowes to purchase carpet was told by the carpet sales person would b 99 dollars to install this was a flat out lie I know I can't spell this carpet was going to cost me 500 dollars to install I think this is lowes policy to sell more carpet I have work for the city of pocatello idaho 4 26 years I know every contractor in this town I'm sure you don't care about this but this was wrong I will not go to lowes again and every contractor I see I will tell them this you will lose more than 500 dollars thank you for your time

I went to our local Lowe's to purchas spot lightbulbs. All the bulbs in your store are made in China. I don't knowingly purchase goods made in China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other countries who hate America. Will you please start stocking American-made goods? Your store is close to my home and we always try to buy locally, but I will purchase online or elsewhere in order to find MADE IN THE USA products. I own a large home and plan to replace a washer and dryer as well as doing several large projects inside and out in the next year. Please make us proud by making American made goods available. It would be great to see a sign outside Lowe's stores that say, "CREATE AMERICAN JOBS.....BUY AMERICAN GOODS HERE". Come on management.......help America NOW!
