Little Caesars Corporate Office & Headquarters

I went into the Ozark, MO location a few nights ago around 5:15pm and ordered 1 " Hot and Ready" cheese pizza. Waited for exactly 16 minutes and 47 seconds I know this because I set my timer on my phone. Finally got my pizza walked out to my car opened the box and realized it was pepperoni, took the pizza back in and told them it was the wrong kind. After arguing with the little girl working for another minute or so got my pizza. Instead of throwing out the pizza I had originally left with they gave it to another customer, this is a huge health code violation, how do they know I didn't drop it or spit on it? The lady they gave it to was very upset as I would have been as well. Once the customer touches something it is no longer useable to anyone else you can't recycle the pizza just because you messed up! Between the poor customer service, the stupidity from the employees, and the lack of customer relations I will no longer go there. Domino's will forever have my business its worth the extra money!

Little Caesars Corporate apparently condones discrimination by not requiring its franchise stores to be ADA (American's with Disabilities Act) compliant. The local store on E. 8th Street in Chico CA does not have a usable designated accessible path of travel and for two weeks now an employee of the market next door has been parking his motorcycle in the designated no parking area next to the van accessible parking space intended for the Little Caesars store. Calls for the franchise manager have gone unreturned. Complaints to the Little Caesars Corporate go unanswered and today both the operator for the corporate phone and corporate customer service told me that ADA compliance is entirely on the franchise owner. Little Caesars Corporate either condones discrimination at its franchises or it does not!

my daughter and I we're in Little Caesars in Lawrenceburg Tennessee on January 6 2013 ordering a pizza to go while standing there waiting for pizza there was a lady in the back making a pizza with pepperoni in her hands with no gloves on as I kept looking all employees in back handling food had no gloves oN.

I went to Little Ceassars on 377 w 125th street in NYC. Your advertisement says $5 for large Hot N Ready Pizza. The charged me $6. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told the manager was too busy to speak to me. This is false advertising.

We purchased a pizza that was tons of the bubbles we asked for 1 without so our kids would eat it they are little and don't want a bubble pizza the acting manager refused to replace or refund and yelled at my husband told him he was a liar when he said another manager replaced for us before all in front of a store full of customers. $5 pizza is our new pizza place due to such poor customer service

Bought A pizza from Little Caesars in EL. Monte CA. 91732 on Peck Rd. my wife was eating a slice of pizza when she found cardboard and plastic in it, she was chewing it "YUK"!!!! I Called the manager she didnt want to help me out and I told her was going too call the corporate office she told me she didnt care!!!!

Just wanted to mention that as a tv viewer, your commercial where some people in a woodsy setting hold up various objects, the last being a box of pizza, and loudly exclaim" "woo" , is extremely ANNOYING to the point that I either mute the sound or change the channel. This turkey has outlived its life expectancy doncha think?

I just came from a long wait at the local Little Caesars. After only ordering the "Hot & Ready" items and having to wait 20 minutes I was very disappointed. I think you should change the name to "Hot & Should Be Ready but we didn't realize that Friday nights could be busy so we didn't prepare enough food. I no that's not very catchy but at least it's accurate. The topper was when my daughter and I and the other 10 people waiting were being stared at by 6 employees. Shouldn't they have been preparing food for someone? Well the good thing is this will be my last Caesars disappointment. Good Luck.

I think you should pull your commercial that advertise bullying . Bullying should not be a form of comedy or to sell pizzas.

Our Little Caesars in Houghton Michigan not only serves up a great pizza their customer service is outstanding! I am always made to feel as if they were waiting just for me. Great job Jeff and crew!!!

Your new commercial with 2 little kids waiting for their pizza and 2 bigger kids come running up and steal the pizza from the 1 little kid and the other kid gets a garbage can stuffed over his head is DISTURBING. IT PROMOTES BULLIES. IDIOTS!

Your franchise stores are running your company logo into the ground! My I politely suggest setting standards of proper conduct of such store owners so as not to tarnish the name of this pizza company. Most people affiliate inappropriate behavior on the owners part with the company name as a whole, not an individual.

I actually have problems with BOTH the product AND the service. This location is less than a mile from my home; we have been clients since they opened. Today, our pizza was almost cold. We heated it in mic. When we called the store, the woman refused to believe it was only warm; said it just came out of the oven, which it did NOT. She took it from the warming oven. We received NO satisfaction when calling; the woman kept the line open for a good 4 minutes, talking in the background about customer (my husband)on line. I finally called there on my cell phone, which she answered after 8-9 rings, came back on the OTHER phone and asked my husband to take his order. To say we are angry is putting it mildly. Very poor customer relations!! We are very disappointed. Help!

Little Caesars im Marquette Michigan needs some real help.Pizzas are not being made right way to much sauce,when you pick up a slice of pizza the sause just drips off of it!!!! This store is in need of new training badley!!!!!! Please Help!!!

My husband works at the Little Caesars in Lombard, IL and he has been work his butt off since he started and they keep telling him hes not going fast enough. Yet they just sit there on their phones or sit there and talk to each other in spanish while hes doing everything. And when he first started they never gave him or told him the dress code and when he came in they sent him home for not going by the dress code after 4 weeks of working there. They originally told him as long as the pants are clean and nice he could were them. And hes the only one they yell at. Everyone else can do what they want and wear what they want.
