I had contacted your office, back in june..I think it was the 23rd. we had ordered 40 pizza's from lc..in cum park plaza, north church st, burlington nc. we ordered theses pizzas for our kids at vacation Bible school..well we had several children from the projects, and you know how hungry these kids can get..well most of these kids threw the pizza away, either because it was burned, cold, hardly no sauce, pepperoni, very little cheese, you could tell they were just thrown together, they were a mess, but we had to serve them because there was nothing else to feed the...well we spent 4200 for them, had 11 left over and because of the way they were made couldnt even give them away..I was so embarrased to have had to serve this to 100 children, and staff, we had lots of complaints. I received a letter from your office stating that LC would get hold of me and make this right well here it is more than a month later..no results.. I will never do business with a company that does not care about their customers..Iam very disappointed... sincerely Victoria tressler 331 west Holt st. Burlington Nc 2721336-227-3053 i would appreciate, your input on this situation Thanks July26,2012

I stopped in Walhalla S>C to get a small Caesers pizza. The girl took my order and then washed her hands, pull down towels dried her hands and then blew her nose in the towel and reached in the ref and got the dough without washing her hands andwithout gloves. I left and told her I would not eat there with her blowing her nose ovr food.

I worked at little crease for over a year I put my two weeks in too handle personal issue I got a letter saying I was fired for not showing up for work! And now I'm not able too be rehired and I loved my store 6158 Arcadia FL thanks Mike!!!!

My wife and I visited your location at 64 N. Harrison Rd. ste 110 Tucson Az., on July 6,2012. It took 15 minutes to get our pizza's that we ordered but while we were waiting we witnessed one employee who was making bread answer his cell phone three times while he was kneading the dough for the bread and no he did not have gloves on and he did not wash his hands. My wife and I also witnessed the young lady that was helping him answer the phone to take call in orders then proceed to further knead the dough without washing her hands and no she did not have gloves on either. While we were waiting a young man came in to get his check and was told by the manager that he had to wait and she informed him that he should have come in at 3:00 pm which was the time that told him to come. The young man sat down beside me, we could hear the manager complaining to a subordinate that the young man who came to pick his check up should have been in when she told him to come and that since he came in at the busiest time of the day (5:30pm) that he would have to wait until she had time to get it for him. She also had some other unpleasant remarks but somehow as a customer I shouldn't have to hear that. The young man and all of the customers could hear everything that the manager was saying, she was a chunky little mexican lady. Their lack of cleanliness should not be common practice but it probably is there. When we finally did get our pizzas we noticed a brown hair on one of them when opened it after we got home. I figured that there was no use contacting them because I was sure they wouldn't do anything about it so I thought that I did the next best thing, I emailed Little Caesars and complained and I've yet to receive a response from them.

I worked at the Little Caesars in Twin Falls, Idaho I've heard many rumors about how you guys at corporate already have many MANY problems with the owner. Well, heres some more: Cockroaches Mice Mites Broken Equiptment Several Untreated Injuries An Owner that LIES about important facts just so he can stay afloat Owner blames everything, even his own misfortune, on the employees Several months of it being 87+ degrees inside the building and the owner refusing to fix the air conditioner because there would be "no point" Filthy work conditions Employees trying to talk to him about the issues and him ignoring or changing the subject on them The grease trap that hadn't been changed in the YEARS I had worked there. (Fire Hazard?) Look, I understand that your business is huge with many branches. But something needs to be done. Its extremely aggravating to see so many fine employees discriminated against and fired because they don't agree with everything he says. Especially his beliefs. Countless times said owner had failed inspection after inspection, yet he is still allowed to be opened. Im not sure what kind of image you enjoy having, but thus far its a dirty, rude, unhealthy one.

Explain to me EXACTLY why at the Little Caesars in Twin Falls, Id. Isn't allowed to give their employees discounts, or lunch breaks. I worked there for a long time and even after working 7-9 hour shifts we weren't allowed any breaks. In fact, we were told that if we were caught eating at all we would be fired. I actually saw one kid eating out of the TRASH!! How bad to conditions at this place have to get before any freaking action is taken!>!?!?

The Little Caesars in Rio Rancho, NM has not sent me a letter or left me a message about my last pay check due to me not being able to not receive it nor tell me who I can speak to to receive it.

My son has worked Little Cesear for almost a year now and has always like everyone but the new district manager is not a very nice man. My son is a sign dancer and has been since he's starter with no compalint even though by now he should been doing some work inside and have had a raise but not so. Steven has been working him outside in the dead heat with no shade at all and only a 5 minute break every hour. We are going to corporate about this he did quit because it was just too hot and we do not wabt anyone else to have to do this. Steven needs a good talking to. Store in Decatur, Ga on North Decatur Rd.

I am in california and I seen your ad on tv about 5 dollar pizza well when I went into 1 of your franchise they told me the pizza is 599 and I told him well I seen that add tv and he told me that the ad don't apply to them so I don't understand why would you put the ad on tv if it don't apply to your franchise that's like fake advertisement will this little caesars is in pittsburg california in atlantic plaza I really like you guys pizza but to be misled like that is not good business

I would like to let you all know how bad the corporate people are that were in charge of running the Brunswick Ohio Little Ceasars. They came in and closed down the store we NO notice to anyone. These people, mostly a very rude unprofessional guy name Christian, repeatedly was told of all the problems going on in this store, like broken freezer, broken air conditioner...Never once was fixed. Money was always taken from the safe, in which two managers were fired for. A new manager was promoted and the store was doing better than it ever has. A former employee, which was let go a few wks ago, took money from the safe. Approximately $100... So, in turn, Christian came in and let everyone go. Closed the store down.. Oops, I am sorry, did hire two of the girl employees for another store. Guess the Head manager at this store got the raw end of the deal. Guess Christian or the owner of the store must be in financial trouble or something because this store was doing good and two years of hard work from this Manager just got him nothing, he lose his job. This Christian guy is a joke. No class, no professionalism, just not a people person who should be in the position he is in. I wish the Manager that got fired from Little Ceasars and the other employees the best of luck and feel sorry for them..Higher management should be trained to respect their employees and have some class. I will no longer go to any little ceasers. Very disappointed customer.

I was going to ask if you had a Corporate handbook for your employees. After witnessing severe sexual harassment, drugs being offered to employees, and every Labor Law known to the state to have been violated, I thought I would check your Company policy. Apparently, you're only into selling the franchises. There is no chain of command available to persue issues related to violating human rights and Labor Laws. It's really a shame. You should be more discriminating towards whom you allow to represent your company. I most certainly will never step foot into another store.

The store I work for in Utah is awful. Since day one of working there not only have I been sexually harassed by the manager, but so have many of the girls there as well. We can't even bend down to grab an item without hearing some comment from his mouth. It's very uncomfortable, and even more uncomfortable when he tells you to tuck in your shirt, and stares at you with arms folded, and watches you do it. The manager doesn't work as hard as the rest of the employees there. He said, "corporate said this is my job duty, to not do anything but paper work." Honestly, if that's the case, something needs to be fixed. Our team gets taken down a numerous amount of times when it gets busy. And being in the food industry for a 11+years now, I know this is NOT how a company should be ran. If corporate wants us to do better business in our store, get a better manager! What bothers me the most is he's had so many sexual harassment complaints filed against him, and yet nothing has been done about it. I also don't appreciate him talking about whatever sexual life he has with other people. It's disgusting, and inappropriate. And checking out every woman customer that walks into the building, and rating them on if he would do them or not is beyond disgusting. If I were you, and you want to make your business better, double check what managers you are ACTUALLY putting into your stores.

I put in a report about how I was overcharged $200 and how it over drafted my acount. I have talked to the district manager Dallen, and he is going to fix everything. I am very happy with the way he plans on fixing things. We have to wait until Monday when the bank opens.

WORST customer service EVER!!!!! If you give me the wrong pizza and then I return it and want a refund, thats what I should get!!! Not an answer saying, "there is nothing we can do" really.... nothing??? What kind of business are you running??? This was at the Holland, MI river location. Worst management and service I have ever encountered.

I work at a little ceasers in nc and I can tell you that the hours are long, the work is unappreciated and the employees are under paid. The whole point is for the company to make money. Our boss is demanding, sexist, and rude. He yells at the workers as well as the customers if they are taking to long. He has unrealistic expectations and no morals. The ovens run 475 degrees and there are 3 of them, our air conditioning has been broken for 3 weeks and we are still waiting for that to be fixed. We get no breaks and some of us work 10 or 12 hours while our GM takes personal cell ohone calls and smoke breaks. Not the best place to work!!

I recently went to a Little caesars in Bristol, TN and some elderly woman walked in and politely asked the manger if she had gone over her application and she said she doesn't really do that on Monday's.. She waits until the poor woman walked outside and said I don't know what it is about Ignorant people but they can't seem to wait for a call, I wasn't gonna giver her a job anyways and started laughing about it.. I have been going to this place for years and have never seen such horrible management.... Then I was politely waiting for my pizzas and crazy bread and these two girls walk in and order their food and get it right then and there and here I was having to stand in line and wait, This place makes me sick and I will never ever go back! I'll pay 30 dollars for pizza before i'll buy it from there.

I was charge extra 20+ dollars w/out my approval, whent back and wI as told by the manager it was the debit kiosk that charge 20% tip Whaaaattt? thar I look stupid.? Murrieta ca 92562

Im curious how all reviews are 1 star and then 5 stars all the way out its repeated just like this..... So BAAAAAM 3 stars curve ball anyone!

yeah its true they do store the dough premade every night in the cooler. i see this at every store i deliver to. its usually at least 3 racks full. made fresh everyday....maybe after they sell the old stuff first. as for the the sanitation of most of these stores they leave their trash piled up by their back doors at night and arnt very good at sweeping the floor either. sometimes their coolers have opened containers of sauce in them beign covered by nothing but a pizza pan. alot of these stores do have a bug and mouse problem when u turn the lights on for the delivery they scatter pretty quick. so the next pizza you eat there, enjoy every bite as you remember this post

Little ceasers on Hoover 11 needs a new manager. I was supposed to get my check yesterday, but it wasn't in? I call back today several times to just get an answer of "it won't be in til Monday" no. I need my fucking check TODAY! I should of had it YESTERDAY! get your shit together. And displinary action should be taken on the manger Jason seleki for not having my check on time. Have fun at the gran prix in bell isle you arrogant asshole.
