I would not even give the little caesars store in Cheyenne wyoming on south greeley hwy onMy family and i have been going there for years but will not be any longer. They rarely have pizza that is HOT OR READY! The buisness is a joke, and so are the employees that work there Iwith their foul language, and horrible rap music that you can hear in the front. I will never bring my children in there again. The crazy bread is almost always old and stale. The managers there are no help at all, in fact are down right rude! The pizza tastes like cardboard. i am go a d to say that my family will never eat at this place again nor will i or husband, refer anyone here. e star .
The current advertisement of the no rule commercial. Why would anyone pay any advertiser to design that Commercial is beyond me! It is stupid!!! Makes no Sense whatsoever, Along with the horse costume Party. Choose a different advertising agency quick!! I will not be going to any little caeser any time soon. The commercial is so annoying I will spend my money In a establishment that appreciates their customers, Not one the makes them look stupid... Your commercials SUCK!!!

My experience at the Hulen st. location in Fort worth, Texas; upon my visit on 09/15/2012 at approximately 10:35pm It was late we (myself, husband, and children were hungry) busy day and on our way home. We stopped to pick up a pizza for what is advertised $5.00. Well, ended up paying $6.01 for the $5.00 pizza, I was tired did not want to address the issue we all wanted to just go home. Actually, did not eat the pizza, the pizza was cold. We ended up eating sandwiches at home instead. Call the location and I asked to speak with the manager who Identified himself as (Quinton) I explained the situation regarding the cost and the quality. Quinton stated the pizza cost that price because "we are a franchise?" as for the quality he simply apologized for the inconvenience??? Really, is this customer service? Not sure what type of values the company has but if they allow the franchise site to do whatever the choose to then that is a sad situation.
I Love Working At My Store Tampa,Fl 6156 , I'd Love More Hours Due To The Fact That I Have Bills And Car Payments , But Honestly We Clean As We Go Our Manager Theresa Is Very Strict On Sanitation. Amanda Makes Sure We Are Using The Right Amount Of Products Not Too Much And Never Too Little . Rudy Stays True To Our Promise Make Sure You Serve Every Customer W/ A Smile And A Perfect Pizza In Less Then 30 seconds Every Time . Peace:)
We were notified by our bank today that Little Cesars in Petaluma, CA had not charged our debit card between 1/12 and 9/10/12 and that on 9/11/12 you put through ALL charges for ANY products we purchased between 1/1/12 and 9/10/12. How did it take 8 months for you to realize the charges had not gone through? Apparently you did this to ALL your customers who used credit/debit cards. This is HORRIBLE customer service. I imagine that you left many people overdrawn on their accounts. You have certainly lost our business. I strongly urge any Little Cesar customer who used a credit card at Little Cesars to check their bank account balance today!
My family and I are on an extremely tight budget and when there is a special occasion we like to celebrate with pizza. We often take our business to your establishment in Rohnert Park. It's fairly good quality for a price that is obtainable for a family of six on a single income (My husband is a preschool teacher, so it's a small income). I am outraged to have to say that we will no longer be going to Little Caesars for our special family celebrations. This is because I found out today that my bank account information was stolen when I used my ATM to buy pizza MONTHS AGO and that someone has been using that information to make charges to my account. These charges have caused my bank account to be overdrawn, bills to be sent back to the companies, and I was stuck on the side of the road out of gas with my four young children because my card was declined. Additionally, I was horribly embarrassed when my card was declined at a store that my family frequently shops at. This is not a random or solitary act, nor is the Rohnert Park store the only one stealing customers information. My friend who shopped at the Petaluma branch is also in a very similar situation brought on by your poor security measures and inadequate hiring methods. Sadly, I cannot say that this was the only way that I was abused by your company and employees. This evening when I called in to obtain the number for your corporate office I was confused for another customer who was displeased with the service she received. Apparently, the order of chicken wings she ordered were not included and she had called to complain. The store manager offered her to get her money back, but she could not come back to the location. When I called in a gentleman who said his name was Antonio answered. When I asked for the corporate contact information, he asked me to hold, but did not in fact place me on hold so I could hear the conversation that continued in the store. A woman (who Antonio said was Andrea) complained about the "stupid bitch" who needed to stop calling back. This happened at around 7:50pm on 9/13/12 so you may wish to check your employee records. It is possible that I was lied to about the names, but I am sure I heard a man and a woman speaking about this poor customer who also just wanted pizza. This is appalling and not expected from a corporation such as yours. I fully intend to make sure that all of my friends and family are aware of the poor service that can be expected from your stores.
I am disappointed in the Florence Kentucky store! My daughter was employed there. She has OCD and did her job to the best of her ability. Your manager let her waist her gas by driving in then fired her when she has no money and was disparate for a job. She did her job well. You have a bunch of foul mouthed people that work in that store and she went to work there all the time anyway because she needed a job. We bought food there all the time and we saw how well she did. We will never eat there again and the rest of my extended aren't going to either. They could have called her or put her at the cash register where she has great experience but they are a bunch of jerks that run that store. We know we were in there quite often!! Thanks for your non support with someone with a disability!!
I love little caesars I just wish there was a little caesars in my area I live in Lothian, MD.There are a couple empty building's on Southern Blvd. in Upper Marlboro,Md it's a little shopping center they have a Duncan donuts,barber shop, party store, subway and there's like 3 or 4 spaces left little caesar corporate headquarters should check out those empty spaces.

Went into Little Ceasers in Fort Worth on 8/24, located at 3869 Maurice Avenue #121, Fort Worth, TX off of Beach St. in the same shopping center as Subway by Walmart and purchased 1 pepperoni pizza which totaled $6.01. I checked my bank account the next day and it showed that I was charged $12.02, I checked my receipts and the register receipt shows $6.01, the credit card machine receipt showed $12.02. I called them to let them know what happened..firstly there was no manager on duty, he asked for my name and number and told me he would take care of it when I got there. I drove there to get my refund and he pulls out another pizza! Not to give me a refund and compensate me with a free pizza but to "take care" of me the easy way to avoid a refund! I told him I do not want another pizza I would like my money back on my card! He stated that he did not know how to do a refund, I went back out to my car to contact my bank to see if they could dispute this charge. He came outside talking on his cell phone back and forth 3 times, finally comes to my car door knocks and says I finally made a call to figure out how to do the refund. I went back in the store to get my refund and I laid both receipts on the counter, he asked for my card swiped it and asked me to sign the receipt. He gave me a copy and I left, I get home to my surprise he calls me to say that he needed both of my original receipts, so he wanted me to drive back and drop off my receipts that were on the counter for him to take in the first place. I was already inconvenienced once by having to drive back for my refund and wasn't offered anything I only received an apology! Now he wants me to drive back to drop off receipts because he did not do his job correctly in the first place and still has not offered a free pizza or anything for the mistake they made! He went on to say that he needed the receipts by Monday and threatend me saying: "well I have your name and number". I will never purchase a pizza from there again!
I went to Little Caesars in Columbus.Ohio on Harrisburg Pike to get home and find a bed bug on the inside of the pizza box! How dirty and nasty then I call and they offer me a NEW PIZZA REALLY....I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN
i worked for the store on grays ferry/philadelphia and i was fired for not having any food left at closing time by the general manager.. at the time i was fired there was just me and another team member on and labor was at 7% i was manager cashier and pizza prep all at the same time and the team member was doin the sheet outs i closed the store at 10:05 on a wednesday and still had customers waiting in the lobby for food. at this time i asked the general manager for a letter of termination so i can get asstance to help me feed my children. And he told me no! im not sure till this day why i was fired..i simply did my job and im guessing he was trying to find a reason to fire me!! This person is not capable of running this store he has told me on a number of occasions that he dont give a f*** about the team members its the managers he is worried about.. there where times i didnt even get payed all the hours i worked and i was waiting for 2 months to get my raise from $7.50-$8.00. I cant believe this is turning into such a problem...to be honest all i want is that letter. i have been in the food business for over 16 years now and i know this is not how you are supposed to treat a good employee. He is the worst thing to happen to your company..i waisted my time and energy on this dirty fly and gnat infested store..ALL I WANT IS MY LETTER!!! I deseve it!!!! i busted my behind for this place to keep it clean and make money and this is how i get treated!! i messed up a few times in there yes but i still did my job and was worth more then my minor mistakes!! i alwasy treated people with respect and was always on time and i NEVER called out i was there every single day!! this man needs to be fired he is uneducated and does not have any idea how to treat people nor run a store if i dont get the letter im going to be forced to take legal action!
Hello, I wish to not give my name but I am an employee at Little Caesars Pizza in Mount Vernon , NY. Our town is very happy that we have this franchise, we have brought a lot of business since opening and the place is always busy and the customers are always satisfied. My reason for writing you is to tell you about the problems I’ve been experiencing while here. We opened up in mid-July, the first week I was working 6 days a week. I knew nothing about making pizza but I’m a very quick learner so I picked up on things fast. The week after we all went from working 6 days a weeks to 3 which I understand because we have 40 employees and the place isn’t really that big. On August.19, 2012 while I was closing my manager said that she would email us our schedules. The next day I received nothing so I texted her and I still did not receive anything. I had to call in my job and finally she told me that I’m only working one day. The reason why I am complaining is because I’m a very good employee I learned to do everything from making doe, prepping the doe, and adding toppings and etc. I am not the only person she has done this too. She has a lot of her family working in the store plus her husband also runs the store. Instead of giving us hours she gives them our hours which I find very unfair. She allows them to come in everyday and stay till open-close while the rest of us have to work 4 hours a day. When I first applied I was told that we would get paid 9.50 an hour and as I was on the register I seen my name stating I was getting paid 7.25 an hour. All the other employees are getting paid 7.25 as well but her family members that work there are getting paid way more than us. One week I was there she sent so many people home because she claims “She does not have enough money to pay people”, which is a lie because business has been very good and she doesn’t have enough money to pay us because the people related to her are getting it all. She sends people home for no reason just telling them that they can go when the store is packed with customers and we need help with making the pizza and prepping the doe. I’m a cashier it was about 15 people in there and I was the only person on the register because she sent the other cashiers home. There were no pizzas hot and ready because she sent 2 people home so it was just her and her nephew rushing and taking long to get the orders. It was nobody in the other station making the doe so we were short of staff and the customers became very angry. It was one person taking the pizza out his oven and I had to keep washing my hands to go back there and help and work the register. I serious think you need to hire another manager at the store or have someone else take over because they do not know what they are doing and they are very cheap. They rather give hours and pay their relatives than to give us hours. I was supposed to get paid more than what I received on my check and I honestly think she’s doing that to everyone. She is much unorganized, she stands in front of the computer all day doing nothing but cutting people’s hours claiming to be working on next weeks schedule, and she’s always on her phone talking to no one important. She always yelling at employees who have never done something it could be their first time and she yells at them and threatens to fire them. She or her husband have no idea on how to properly run a business and I highly suggest you have someone come in and take a look at things.
jacksonville ,arkansas employees ,need to get better and start worry about the customers , stop playing around in the store. your there to make the customers happy . if you want to work for there company at little caesars ,you need to stop talking to your buddy and stop visiting and work. you wanted to work , then that what you need to do is work . well i went today , august 12 ,2012 ,sunday ,little after 5pm , to get a cheese pizza , i went through the drive through window , ask for a cheese pizza and cheese bread sticks. when i got home ,my son said this not cheese ,this is pepperoni pizza .. my son start school tommorrow and he did'nt eat good . i promise him a cheese pizza , this is what i got a pepperoni pizza . the guy name is darius harris , he seem nice and i sure thought he knew what i wanted .. i learn long time ago , never go to little caesars again ..i won't ever come there again . can't even get my order right.
My granddaughter worked at the Little Caesars in Columbus, OH. Her little puppy got parvo and she had to take it to the vet who put it to sleep. when she called into to work to tell them what was happening she was fired. This from a company that is suppose to be family oriented. If they care that little about what one of their team members is going through than I will never spend another dime at one of their stores again. My granddaughter just had a baby and really needed the job. Thanks Little Ceasars of Columbus Ohio. Thanks for showing your true colors. I hope you know that there is this thing out there called Facebook and what you did to that little girl is getting around.
I went to little Caesars and waited for 35 minutes for 2 pizzas. I watched 2 people get their orders before me who drove up and parkedd next to, and another person who walked in. When I asked what was going on, and said I'd been there before those people, the girl tried to tell me they were there first. I told her that I watched her drive up and park next to me and they walked out with 4 pizzas, and about the other one who walked in. The girl was rude, arrogant, and had no public skills, but that is besides the point. The point was that I was there first and I should have been served first. The store in Los Angeles on 108th and Western is the pits. Next time I'll go to the pizza hut. It maybe a little more expensive, but the service is better.
Don't eat at the store at 10496 colfax street in aurora,colorado The service is very very bad and the food really sucks,the workers listen to loud music and dance around the store and talk and text on their phones when working. They yell very loud and talk very nasty in front of customers, they don't wear hair nets and no gloves when fixing pizzas or other foods. They sell old pizzas that sit there for along time and. The store is very dirty, the manager is never there so he doesn't see or know what's going on or he just doesn't care at all. Workers go out to smoke and when they come back in they didn't even wash their hands(NASTY) need better people to work there and a more stricter manager, they don't have their crap together at all. My family and I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN
Very poor customer service!!!! My sister called the Palmdale location at 38709 Tierra Subida Avenue, and placed an order. First off the Female associate who answered the phone was having a conversation with another associate and had my sister repeat her order a minimum of 3 times. I went to pick up the order and was greeted by a young Hispanic lady who was wiping down the front counter. She then, suddenly, SHOUTED to the back "ANTHONY! YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER!" I was surprised to hear that. Then another girl in the back yelled "ANTHONY! YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER!" I then heard a male voice shout from the back "I'M DOING THE DISHES!" And again the girls yelled "ANTHONY, YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER!" The whole time I was standing there I mentioned to the Hispanic lady the it is unprofessional. She replied "WHAT?" I repeated myself, "ALL THIS YELLING IS UNPROFESSIONAL." Needless to say, if looks could kill, I'd be dead from the glare she gave me. Anthony, a tall, TATOOED man, finally came out with his hands dripping wet, and stated that he was doing the dishes. Meanwhile, keep in mind the Hispanic girl who greeted me was standing at the counter this whole time. I recieved and paid for my pizza and a soda. But I will think twice before going there again. I'll drive across town for better service at another location. I've worked in restaurants before, and this was all unacceptable. Anthony would have stayed washing the dishes and the Hispanic girl should have completed my order. If I was the manager, all of them would be reprimanded or better, terminated for their unprofessional conduct.
