Little Caesars Corporate Office & Headquarters

Why does the store in one neighborhood has pizza for 5.00 and the one less than 5 miles but in a more urban area have the save pizza for 5.99. All the item are .99 cent higher. Why is that?

Sitting in a little Caesars right now in Marshall Texas. People backed up (about 8 waiting) however all u hear are the employees playing in the back. As I was ordering I watched 3 playing with the dough laughing, talking not working. It's now 6 pm on Thursday may 16th. One customer out every ten minutes or so.

There was a line of people almost out the door and there was a new girl who was doing everything cooking the pizzas cutting them and raking orders while the others girls were leaned up against the wall chit chatting if i was the new girl i would for sure quit. Props to the new girl she needs a raise.

Very bad service. Register person did no t even greet me continued to talk to another employee who was using inappropriate language as he drank his drink behind the counter. Then the cashier rang me up and did wash her hands and handled my pizza. I will never buy from little ceasars again !

The best employees, Brian the mgr knows me on a first name badis and he goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy. Please put Deep deep on the menu, that is the best pizza ever! I like itwith the butter and seasonings that id on icb.

Before I used to go to little Caesars in Salem with all of those rude,slow working kids, but it had my orders ready in 30 minute or less. Thank God it closed and forced me to take my money to the little Caesar in Lynn. Best service ever. Nice cashiers who offered Combos and seemed like they care. Pizzas ready in less than 8 minute when I order specials like garlic and supreme. All little Caesar should follow example.

I placed a complaint on 2/18/2013 about my service and order and have had NO RESPONSE from them at all ! I called the contact # and was told she saw the complaint and would put it on HIS desk immediately ! Well,still no response ! Another lost customer due to poor customer service and management ! DONE with LITTLE CAESAR'S !!!

This past week I went to the Little Caesars by my home in Tacoma, WA, off of 72nd Street. I ask for a peperoni pizza when he brought it to me I looked at it and it was a little dried out as if it had been sitting for quite a while and when I asked for a fresh one he told me I had to pay a dollar fee to have a fresh pizza made he stated a $5.00 was one that was already made and waiting no matter how long it had sat. I left and will not go back, the $1.00 fee for a fresh pizza was not posted anywhere and I do not believe a store should be able to change prices depending on how they feel, I have no problem with a pre made pizza, but I believe if they have been sitting to long they should be tossed in the garbage not sold to a customer. Never go there again.

I live in Trenton, Ga and i went to the little caesars here to get some dinner for my family. I waited in the drive thru for five to ten minutes and no one even came to the window. They knew i was there because i could see them look right at me, but no one would come to the window. So for now on I will take my businesss somewhere else. I will say this, you need to fire the children that work there and hire some grown folks that want to work.

The little ceasars in East Gadsden, Al is terrible! I have proof on a video. I ordered a pepperoni deep dish. And a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. Brought it home to my kids that were Hungry. they ate part of it and said it wasn't done and after eating a piece of the deep dish I realized it wasn't cooked either. It was very doughy !! Yes , we did get sick from it . I brought it back to the pizza place I got it from and they told me they couldn't give me a refund! They said they can only remake the pizza for me but make it right this time well I just now picked up the pizza and the deep dish that they gave me is burnt but at least it is not doughy. Im posting the video on my Facebook and it will go viral.

This Store is off of 67th ave and Bethany Home Rd S.E. Corner They never have hot an ready pizza Its alwalys a 30 min. to 2 hr wait time sumthing needs to b done so due to that i think they will b losing a loyal customer for life if they dont fix this problem cuz this is the closest to me an im disabled

The one on Starr Ave. and Wheeling in Toledo Oh. was horrible me and my sister bought a few pizzas for our kids today and there were little black hairs that looked like pubic hair all over our pizza I mean all over and inside of it. We also called the health department!! That is very disgusting and I will never ever buy from there again!!!! Is that a there way of a sick joke?! My children were eating that!!!

I was disappointed when Little Caesars store# 55 never made our pizza after we waited for 30 minutes after we ordered. We were told that the pizza would be ready in ten minutes, but it was not and when we inquired about it- they just started making our pizza. Our son was waiting with us and our ice creme was melting in the car. Several people came in after us and were severed before us.

I was at the athens, Ohio store on East state street on sunday afternoon around 8:00 pm and their was this man who I think was a manager cause he had a different color shirt on and he was in the back smoking weed their was a strong smell and I saw him. Hes kinda tall about 5'11 had his hair pulled up and it was to his shoulders like a brown color and his shirt was tucked in and he didn't have a hat on. I think he should be fired cause I dont want to go to a place where someone is smoking weed and you can see them from the counter, this is not the first time I have saw it. Its been more than once. I would really like if something was done about it!!!

i love little caesars pizza and crazy bread however the store by me never and I mean never have crazy bread, my family and I eat there a lot and there always out of crazy bread, its frustrating. I feel like just going to dominos instead . they need to do better

The steger Illinois location never has the pizza and crazy bread hot and ready. On slow days you have to wait yesterday had to wait 12 minutes to get service, when reached the counter they were out of crazy bread. I could wait minutes 10 minutes. I feel that little Caesar false advertises because the food is never hot and ready.

little caesars is my fav. pizza restaurant, your business has thrived thank you for being there when there were celebrations. little caesars is a fantastic restaurant. thanks for having great food at low prices and a very nice enviroment your company is great.

Went to get the pizza. We were in a hurry so we stopped to get the hot and ready pizza at 5 pm (dinner time) No pizzas were ready.So we asked how long it would take, she said 5 min. 20 min. later the pizza was ready.. When we get home the pizzas are Snow White and doughy. Yuck!!!! This is the second time this has happened. Needless to say we will not be back!!! Should have gone to Dominoes to begin with.
