On the Little Caesars Website it says you want happy happy customers. I am reporting lack of true customer service in a frienly manner at the West Stadium location in Ann Arbor, MI 48103 by a manager named Zack, at least he said he was the manager. I have purchased pizzas at this location for over 30years, and never have I had such a strange encounter. I ordered a pizza with garlic parm crust from an employee at the register and asked for what ever they put over it to keep it warm, seeing I had to walk 25 minutes home, and he forget to put it on. In the mean time I noticed the pizza looked alittle doughy, so I asked if it could be cooked more which the employee took it upon himself to bend a piece with his hand which kind of grossed me out seeing that his fingernail was dirty and he was the register person who handles money which is also very dirty. So they made a new one which then the manager handed to me. I did not know he was the manager until I asked who he was, after the following happened ... I looked this pizza over and now it wasn't drenched in the garlic butter but virtually had known on it with a dried out crust. So I basically wanted them to put the stuff on that was left off and Zac wanted me to put it on myself and I found that really strange plus the fact that I thought it was cooked with it on it. So for some reason he took my pizza and put it back behind the counter and was saying he wasn't going to make another one and he was giving my money back which I never asked for either. I said, "I want the pizza." Thinking to myself, I walked 25minutes and I wasn't about to leave empty handed and hungry. I just found Zack's customer service to be extremely poor especially for being a manager. He also didn't seem to care which I found really disconserting. If this is how they train management then I think there needs to be an evaluation. I am just hoping this reaches someone of importance that might address this person to show more empathy for their customers. Thank you, your customer

went to little ceasers in bay city tx 7 cars in line and no one waiting on customers i got out of my car and walked up to the drive thru window and said too the guy about hot and ready pizza said it would take 20 minutes because they would have to make them.what the heck wheres the hot and readys they offer.no more little ceasers for me will go to pizza hut.managers in that store are terrible. Not the first time i had bad experience there.

Never go to the store in winston salem, nc. They have the worst employees who are always rude, never smile, and most of them are drug addicts. The management does nothing to prevent this. They say they'll handle it but really do nothing. The store is disguisting and they had a farm of roaches living in the wall!! Some of the workers don't wash their hands and will touch your food. And there is countless times during summer their sweat will drip on your pizza and they still serve it! Do not ever try to work there(its mainly black lazy people) or eat there. And if you do, be careful going to your car because people and places in the shopping center have been robbed.

I currently visited the Little Caesar's at Cedar Bluff, Knoxville, TN. It was about 2:00 in the afternoon. I had left my daughter in the car to run inside and get pizza on a Friday night. I have a very nice vehicle so I parked farthest away from the store. When I came back to my car my daughter had asked, "Mommy, what is that smell?" When I smelled the air, it had smelt like marijuana. Beside us in a Black Dodge Charger was a gentlemen sitting in it hitting what looked like a pipe for tobacco products. When he stepped out of the vehicle he had just lit a cigarette. Never in my life would I have thought that employees were allowed to do drugs, let alone, in their own companies parking lot. Come to find out. The gentle man I saw is a co manager for that store. Never will my daughter, family, or I will come back to that store. We are regular customers and its a shame to have witness that. I will contact the Corporate Office and report this to them. Very Disappointed.

My daughter and I stopped at your store at 5010 West Main Suite B. League City Texas tonight at 21:50 hrs.The sign on your door indicates closing time at 22:00 (10:00 p.m.). The doors were locked and there was a customer inside. Your "employees" stood inside store, behind the counter looking at me.We could clearly see several pizzas in the pizza warmers.I knocked on the door and stated that it was not 10:00 p.m. and they just stared at us. If you post that your hours of operation end at 10:00 p.m. then it should be open until 10:00 p.m. We won't buy your product anymore! Sadly, your employees have forgotten Customer service!! Hello Pizza Hut !!

What's the point of calling it hot n ready when its never ready!!!

there is an employee by the name of brad in the fort myers store who calls himself an assistant manager who is rude and errogant. i walked into the store located on gladiolus dr. and recieved a pizza shaped like a football, kinda cool being it was superbowl sunday, but i want the size pizza i pay for, not a small "football" that slides in the box! him and his father, cecil, looked high out of their minds and brad did nothing durring my visit. thank god for nametags! otherwise i wouldnt know who to not look for and complain about! hopefully corporate will do something about this problem!! VERY UNSATTISFIED!!!

The store on Lagrange Street in Toledo,Ohio has the best service and food is always satisfactory especially when the two African American gentlemen are working together. If you want great pizza and service try that one.

I recently went into the little ceasears in west seattle, wa by Roxbury. Purchased two pizzaa for my son while driving home bit into a slice and it smelled like someones behind the people in this store DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS!!! When we went back the worker started yelling saying he wasn't going to give us our money back and started cursing, finally my son chimed in and told the guy to watch his mouth..VERY RUDE AND UNSANITARY. The old woman in the back preparing the pies said nothing but laughed

I am appalled at the behavior of 2 employees at the Little Caesars store on Union Street in Lafayette Indiana. One is a Manager Angel Naranjo, he lets his employees harrass customers while on the clock and use their cellular devices. The CAUCASION employees get FIRED if they do such things. He spends most his time doing his employees jobs because they do NOTHING. He is not adequate manager material but IS a hard worker. Christopher Lopez is an employee who has harrassed me just about everytime I come in for a pizza (which is not often) he acts like he runs the store and he is always on his phone while I walk out with the wrong pizza! He always gives me a sausage when I have ordered pepperoni. I feel disrespected and put down everytime I am served by them. James Harvey and Luis Tapia NEVER get my order wrong and Ive resorted to only ordering pizza on their shifts. I grew up and Little Caesars was the pizza of choice growing up and Im not liking this much. I want to continue it being my pizza of choice but not with the aweful issues I have had.

I was terminated due to unfair treatment. A white male at the store in Lafayette, IN on south 9th St. can't get a fair shake because your not hispanic or a female the manager is extremly racicst. I was told by her that she will not hire African Americans because they are lazy. The white employees are expected to do all the work while the hispanics get to stand around. The hispanics get raises first and more often. They do not try to find both sides of a story when there is a problem only who they want to lisen to. Saw the owner physically shove a fellow employee into the walk-in and bounce off the back wall! Most of the employees there still say I was the hardest worker there, came in on days off and never missed work. This store has serious issues!!!

i would give zero stars but there ar none. I have doumented proof via franchise owner that they "dont hire gringos" - only hispanics. Sounds like a labor law issue to me. will most certainly give them a heads up.

My daughter just ordered several orders of wings and a pizza for her three kids...her husband picked the order up on his way home..my six year old granddaughter bit into the wing and spit it out quickly..she said the chicken was uncooked and cold..my daugter placed her finger into the wing and called the store located at 6860 Dykes Rd, Davie, Fl. No one there spoke English but one older rude women who told her she could not give her back her money because she had left out of the store and the bag had been opened..(I have no idea how they were going to eat the wings without opening the bag). The pizza was also uncooked where it had to be placed in the oven. Needless to say my daughter got into her car and brought the wings bake after one of the male workers hung the phone up on her..my daughter had to argue in front of other customer for over 40 minutes for them to give her back $16.00!!!!! This doesn't make any sense..she would have just let it go had she not been hung up on so rudely..the employees kept telling her they could not give her back her money because the manage was not in until 8:00 am..I was on the other line with another store in the are and they were telling me all my daughter had to do was simply bring the items back with the receipt and a refund would have taken place...NOT WITH THESE WORKERS!!!THEY WERE ALL RUDE AND MISERABLE....

My daughter just fired from a store here in Muskogee oklahoma. The manager didnt give her a chance to get to know the job.. she let my daughter go after only 2 weeks.. I think this is unfair.. this was her first job and it devastaed her. Im reporting this manager.. she ( the manager had a shift manager let her go instead of doing it herself) i find this rather chicken of the store manager.. She wouldnt even explain to my daughter why she was letting her go..

Only 1 Star for Corporate Management for not "Walking the Talk". One of the fundamental Management Stategies is to have a High Performance Culture. However, computers are old models and run extremely slowly, the IT dept. is seriously understaffed so problems are left unattended, a single copier may be used by a dozen employees making it difficult to even print documents, there are no training programs for Corporate employess to develop their individual skills, the elevators in the office and parking deck don't work, the parking garage is falling down, and the list goes on and on. The bottom line is the almighty dollar and precious little actually goes back into developing the Corporate employees. Look guys, if you are unable to provide the enviroment necessary to be High Performance, then don't expect your employees to output High Performance. Let's just leave it mediocre and call it a day. Because, honestly, that's what it is.

Someone from corporate needs to look into the franchisee owners from Carthage, Webb City, and Joplin Missouri. They are systematically going through the Webb City store at the moment firing all the young male employees for unknown or made up reasons. Most of the good management has walked out leaving a crew of younger workers who do try their hardest. The owners have allowed their daughter Julie to come in and "run" the store but has run off or fired most of the employees. The shift leaders are kids under the age of 16 who don't know how to run a crew. The latest casulties are 2 high school boys. One came in on his day off which he regularly did and has worked there for over a year. The 16 year old shift leader got into trouble for not enough sauce being made and instead of taking responsibility for it not being done she accused the boy of refusing to make it when she told him to which was not true. He was never asked. The other boy doesn't even know why he was fired. Someone please help these kids!!

why would you fire a man who did nothing but good for your company. you hire and fire based on emotions and that woman sherry is a horible Dm she should have never got the job. she sexualy harasses people and is very inapropriate around the coustomers.for instance cursing out employees in front of the costomers and throwing things at them. i am a customer myself and i am very disapointed in this company and will nerver buy another pizza froma any little ceazars and will tell my friends and family the same.

I love the store on 115. best manager ever i never have to wait.

I was recently at one of your stores in Mountlake Terrace, WA and I came into order a few pizzas and the girl on register was extremely rude to me! Her tone and adittude was uncalled for! In addition, while my pizzas were in the oven she was publicly yelling at the works in back and using vulgar language. I did not get her name, but she had piercings on her face and had brown hair.

I must say you guy let anyone run your store. The store on Cedar Road in Chesapeake, Va the management is aweful. He name is Kelly and he and her management team are childish, curse in front of customers, and have no idea what they are doing. My boyfriend works at this store, he is sick and can barely walk and if he doesn't show up he is fired. Isn't that against health laws. He will cough all over the food. And make tons of other people sick. Also if someone would go to that store, it should be shut down for it not being clean. I think you run a business that needs help. I will not eat your food or go to your store. My boyfriend is going to leave this job soon because he can not be put in these situations anymore.
