Contact for assistance with your company is about like all current US companies, one cannot get to you by email or telephone. I can assume that if I could get help on line it would be from "Peggy" some place in Romamia and she would wobble "her" head and say things that I couldn't understand except "let me pull this up for you " I've been using Kodak Easy Share Software to store and to send my photos for about 4 years. This week none of my email photos have been transmitted through the email software that your company has provided. What's up ??? I have also noted that this review pad does not ask for my email ( DERSH1@AOL.COM )WHICH WOULD INDICATE THAT A REPRESENTATIVE MIGHT NOT EVEN READ IT MUCH LESS RESPOND.

I'VE ENJOYED KODAK CAMERAS FOR THE LAST 70 YRS, UP UNTIL TODAY. I'M 84 YRS YOUNG AND ON MY 5TH COMPUTER SINCE 1992. WHAT'S HAPPENED TO KODAK TODAY? I HAVE A DX3600 AND "NO ONE" WILL HELP ME WITH A TINY PROBLEM. GETTING MY PICTURES TRANSFERRED TO COMPUTER FROM CAMERA. JOHN...(FROM MEXICO) COULDN'T HELP, SUPVSR RALPH JAMES WOULDN'T GIVE ME CORPORATE TEL# AND SAID IN A VERY FIRM VOICE THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE BECAUSE THE CAMERA IS OBSOLETE. I RESEARCHED AND FOUND CORPORATE # AND GUESS WHAT? IT'S CONSTANTLY BUSY SIGNAL. THANKS A LOT KODAK!!!

I agree with all the above entries- they have no integrity anymore. I bought my ESP5250 all in one printer off an infomercial advertising cheaper ink. It is not cheaper and just like everyone else has stated you can't replace just one. I am going to Canon.

I have a Kodak printer that is just over 1 year old. Whenever I put in a color cartridge it stops printing in color once it gets to about 30% usage. EVERY TIME!!! I'm reliant on my printer for my job. I've sent a letter to all of the top CEO, CFO, ETc... about purchase this printer back from me so I can purchase a working printer. NO RESPONSE!!! I'm sure this sounds familiar to many of you. I stated that if they were any kind of "stand up company" they would pay me for this printer that doesn't work. I can't afford to keep sending it to them (they say nothing is wrong with the printer) and I can't afford to go purchase a new color cartridge every week. This is now 6 cartridges in a row that stopped working. WOW, this company needs to be out of business completely.

i am very upset i bought a kodak esp c315 had it for a couple of months before it broke then come to find out the replacement you sent eas refurbished. i just want a box sent to me to return this and a refund. i have sent several emails with no response

I hear you all. I have an ESP 3250, all sorts of problems, and of course after the warranty expired. I tried their customer support, direct to you from Mumbai, and of course, the guy collected all this information that wasn't even relevant to the problem I was experiencing. I then sent an email to support - no response. So I found a name and address for their President. I'm going to send an letter directly to him, see where that gets me. I've tried this tactic with varying levels of success at different companies. I'll let you know if I hear back.

Just got done dealing with Kodak customer service. What a joke. My wife bought me a espc315 printer as a gift. What a piece of trash this thing is. First they dont supply you with a usb cable. Save 50 cents to wring another 10 dollars out of every customer. Then I install ink cartridges to have unit tell me color cartridge is out of ink. How can that be just installed out of printer box. Customer service said I should buy new ink cartridges to make sure cartridge is problem. I was told I have to change both cartridges at same time, HA HA HA Guess whats being returned to store this afternoon. Gonna buy a Cannon ink costs more but easier to find and needs changing lees often. My old Cannon printer I can change one or both cartridges when they are empty, not always both. Why isnt customer service based out of the USA arent they an American company? Will never purchase anything from Kodak again. No wonder they are going under the way of Polaroid. KODAK SUCKS

We have bought 2 kodak disposable cameras, the one with the zoom feature. Both times when we got them developed they were like they were over exposed and none of the pictures turned out. Buying 2 cameras and getting them developed has cost us $48.00. Both times we had special occasions, this last one was my Mother's 90th Birthday Open House. The 1st one I had pictures of a relative I had never met before. My Father was killed in a car accident in 1954 and we had no contact with any extended family, and just by chance I found this cousin. How very disappointing not getting any pictures that turned out. I have bought these cameras over the years and never had any trouble with them, in fact we thought they took verey good pictures...... I have the kodak c310 printer i only got to print 6 colored pages then had to go get up and go to the store and spend $30 more dollars for a piecw of crap its suppose to print alot of pages but i guess KODAK was lying.I WILL NEVER BUY A KODAK PRODUCT EVER AGAIN . I WILL TELL EVERY ONE I KNOW TO NOT BUY A KODAK PRODUCT AGAIN.I JUST WANT A DECENT PRINTER NOW ITS TO LATE TO GET MY MONEY BACK .

I have bought 2 kodak cameras from walmart in douglas ga. in the last 3 years and both stopped working in just one year and now I'm told that the 3 year warrenty that I bought just means that I have to send it back to Kodak and pay postage to see what they will do with this three year warrenty. I am very disappointed they have know problem taking my hundreds of dollars but let someone have a problem it no ones problem but yours.

I agree with the frustration of their support people but I have to say that the bulk of my experiences with Kodak have been good. Their tech support helped set up my wireless printer so it actually prints from all computers in the house. It took a while but it worked. I have had 2 Kodak printers and like them all (so far). Ink is cheaper at Sam's club or even Walmart (a little bit) and if you recycle the cartridges through Staples you end up getting ink for free when you build up enough rewards. I did have trouble with support today but printed out my conversation with them and sent that and some samples to corporate and hope they will rectify the situation. I am keeping my fingers crossed. I've never had a problem with any of their cameras (except when my dog swiped mine and was swinging it around the back yard like it was a shot put). Maybe I am the exception to the rule but ... so far so good. All of the stuff being made today is "disposable" and plastic. That is why there is so much of it in our landfills. Even HP's printers don't last long and their ink is so expensive. I've had both printers and for what I use it for, Kodak's is fine.

I have owned this Kodak ESP5250that was supposed to be "cheaper ink" $9.99 per cartridge. It turned out that you have to also buy the "color cartridge for $18 @) and now I have a full black cartridge, but the printer refuses to print unless I get the expensive color one in it. This is missleading acording to your advertising. Also I have bought the "Kodak photo paper" and printed pictures and the color is horrible. Cant make the people come out in the normal color, they always come our "purple". I just talked to one of your so=called "technical specialist" from India and could hardly understand her to finally find out that unless you have the darn color cartridge in it (which is the most expensive, so much for the "saving in ink as you advertised) your printer isnt worth the material is made of. I'll never buy a kodak printer ever again.

We're late comers to the ratings but feel the need to add our input. First, our feed tray broke off within the first 2 weeks of arrival. Then, we noticed we had to replace the ink cartridges more than usual (...even tho they were supposed to be cheaper and last longer...). Then, after several weeks, when we'd turn on the printer, it would sound like an 18 wheeler driving down the highway. We dealt with these issues, complaining all the way. Just recently, we had to replace our color ink cartridge (again). After doing so, we proceeded to receive continual error messages to remove and re-install the printer head and cartridges and disconnect and reconnect the printer. After doing all of that, we now are getting an error message that we are out of color ink. We bought the ink on 1/9/2012 and have yet to print a picture. And, what is it with the ink situation, anyway? You can have a full black cartridge but if the color is low, you are unable to print. That's stupid. Aside from the above comments, we are now having issues with our Norton Virus. It will not install properly and believe it's due to the printer. I, Roberta, have been out of work for over 2 years and rely on the printer for my resumes, etc. We are dead in the water now. We were just remarking that at the time we bought our printer, we were going to buy 3 additional printers as Christmas gifts. Soooooooooooooo glad we didn't. We'd still be hearing about it. Frustration doesn't even cover what this printer has caused us. Now Kodak is filing bankruptcy. I guess they had to cover their asses some how. HOW MANY 'KODAK MOMENTS' HAVE YOU HAD LATELY??????

We just submitted our comment but we have to wait for 'approval' from the WEB MASTER before it can be posted. So much for freedom of speech. ...another Kodak Moment....

Have been in contact with Kodak since mid-December due to an ESP 3250 all in one printer that was still under warranty until Jan 15th. I started malfunctioning printing only 1/2 of the actual product. After several weeks of them guessing and telling me to try these links, etc. They finally said they'd send me a print head. I waited 10 buisness days, before contacting them again saying I never received the printhead. Apparently they never sent it and had to overnight it to me. Guess what? The printhead did not correct the problem. Now it doesn't print anything and when I tried to reinstall the printhead it told me my black ink was low! It is approx 1/2 full and I know that from the status bar prior to installation of print head! I tried calling Kodak and was transferred over seas and told they could not hear me or was disconnected and this happened no matter what number I tried to call from. Now that it is the 30th and my warranty is out of date, they do not want to do anything. They want me to buy another print head (for what!!! the last one they sent didnt work! why would I waste my money?). They should make good on replacement as I contacted them mid December and have been without a printer since then. Kodak your customer service really stinks and I will never buy anything from Kodak again! Very disappointed in your company!

What has happened to truth in advertising? What has happened to Kodak's integrity? Purchased a Kodak all in one (WSP office 2170) the first of November, 2011. Have already gone through the black and color cartridges provided with the purchase and also an additional Kodak 30 black cartridge. I haven't even printed 100 pages and they advertise 375 on the standard 30 cartridge/ Nine out of ten times I try to print, I get an error message. Many times it goes ahead and prints my document anyway. Try finding someone to communicate with regarding these problems, its a joke. I am going to email everyone in my address book (and my wifes) and request they do the same while forwarding the following message: WARNING..........DO NOT BUY KODAK PRODUCTS, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE LEGITIMATE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR CONSUMERS. IF YOU READ THIS, PLEASE TRY THE SAME APPROACH. WE COULD PROBABLY CONTACT 5 OR 6 MILLION POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BY THE END OF THE WEEK.

Not one scratch, dent, water log or any other damage done to my camera other than the lcd crystal exploded from inside and Kodak refuses to fix it. I even paid for extended warranty on it. It's a new camera. So, now I'm boycotting all Kodak items.

New HD Kodak disposable cameras are coming out with lots of solid black areas in the pictures. I've wasted money on at least 4 of these & the film developer, Wal-Greens, swear it's not their fault. I'm gonna try another brand from now on. Tired of my memories being wasted & lost forever.

Still trying to submit an e-mail to Kodak Customer Service via their website for a Kodak V990 Max digital camera. I've been watching the "hourglass" saying that my e-mail is "submitting" for almost 10 minutes. I bought this camera to replace a ten year old DX6490. I use the camera primarily to take shots of live entertainment, trying to get action shots for a 40 minute set, then shutting it off for 30 minutes and repeating the process twice each night. I use 3-4 sets of batteries to accomplish that so I am always using fresh strong batteries. I use Kodak batteries and a Kodak High Speed 8gb card and have installed all available firmware updates. Taking 2 - 3 shots in a row isn't possible due to the ridiculously long time it takes to process & re-focus. The longer I use the camera each night, the worse it gets. By the end of the night I' getting blurs and streaks of light, missing pixels, shots where half of the picture is awesome but the other half has blurs, streaks and areas where nothing was captured at all. Can't tell you how many times I've ended up with pictures of the floor because I've given up, started to walk away and then the camera decides to finally focus & shoot. I usually get 25-50 good shots for every 200-300 I take, then give up and bring out the DX6490. Extremely disappointing.. Even when taking still shots, the focus time is so long I often get shots of people walking away in disgust rather than the smiles they were showing while they waited for me to focus. The HD features have never worked, even when using a tripod. The camera freezes up every time I try to use the multi-shot feature - I have to remove the battery to shut it off when that happens. I've sent the camera back once. They installed new firmware but said there was nothing wrong with the camera. I guess they must have tested it only for a minute or two. I got it back with exactly the same issues it had when I sent it in. I know my issues aren't isolated due to the number of complaints I've seen from others having the same problem. Your c ompany's eminent bankruptcy scares me. This camera does not perform as advertised. What options do I have to get a camera that functions properly?

My Kodak Printer keeps shutting down my Norton 360... And as soon as I uninstalled my printer, My Norton 360 worked.. But If I install my KODAK ALL IN ONE PRINTER.. My Norton freezes up and dosent keep my computer safe causing many viruses.. A Christmas present of this Kodak Printer that vows to be the cheapest INK saving you lots of money in the long run.. BUT Not when your 1,000.00 computer gets a virus.. DONT BUY KODAK
