I am another one who thinks the Joe Boxer ad is tasteless. It shows poor judgment and is frankly disturbing. I will not spend one dime in Kmart unless this ad is taken off. Shameful!

I saw your latest Joe Boxer ad on TV with all the men lined up with the bells ringing from their groins - I was repulsed and embarrassed that my children saw it too. It is completely inappropriate on so many levels, I thought Kmart was a family oriented store - your commercial was not family friendly at all, I was completely turned off by your ad. Maybe you thought you were being edgy and current but I would call that ad campaign and epic fail!

That ad is revolting on so many levels! I will not spend one dime in Kmart unless that ad is taken off.

Take that vulgar ad about boxer's off of television. I thought kmart was more family oriented. It looks like a bunch of mail strippers.

I ordered to items online to be picked up at the store, but only 1 item came thru the 2nd item Kmart decided to send out via UPS when that is not the option that I chose because 1 no one was going to be home to get the package 2 it is christmas time who in their right mind would have something shipped to their house when no one is there?

I know your new ad must come off I had my grandchildren watching a show on ABCF channel and your ad came on and my 9 yr grandaughter said to me that is not right it is to NAUGHTY for anyone to watch and I agree with her Take it down

I am another one who did NOT appreciate your Christmas advertisement for Joe Boxers! I will join in with many others and boycott KMart from this point forward. I think you should not only remove the commercial but should issue a public apology for airing it in the first place. The advertising agency should be fired and required to give you a FULL refund!

I was extremely offended at your new commercial with the men in tuxedo jackets and boxer shorts. Absolutely inappropriate with sexual overtones. I this is the kind of advertising I have to look forward to in your stores as well, then I will shop elsewhere. I do not want my children exposed to this kind of vulgarity.

Your new commercial is hilarious!!! As are your others (big gas, ship your pants) The head of advertising is a genius! Ppl get so offended about everything these days! Get a sense of humor!!! Good job :-)

I placed a layaway order on 09/30/13 for christmas gifts, went to make my final payment on 11/11/13 and my order had been cancelled. no explenation why. they said my money was refunded to the account i started the lay away with. I DONT EVEN HAVE THAT ACCOUNT ANY MORE i am out over 500.00. I asked them to send a check, a gift card, a money order and to cancel the refund since it had not been posted on there end. they told me there was nothing they could help me with and hung up!

I recently had a laway canceled by Kmart due to the item not being in stock. Although I only put down the $15.00 deposit they only issued a refund for $5.00. I have been trying it get my additional $10.00 deposit and have been going back & forth with them for almost 3 months. This has got to be the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I will never shop at Kmart /Sears again. Too bad you lost a customer over $10.00

What were you thinking when you air a commercial with men in their underwear motioning their crotches to a Christmas carol. Have we not enough trash on TV.

I think your ad of the men in underwear with suit jackets is disgusting. If you are a Christian organization get rid of it.

Regarding the commercial with the gentlemen wearing tux jackets and boxer shorts.....it is just wrong!! Too phallic! Christmas bells...I mean balls....I mean Christmas bells....really?!?!? How horrible. This commercial is akin to the "ship your pants" commercial. Juvenile humor? Maybe. Inappropriate? Most definitely! These types of commercials are enough to make me stay away from KMart!

I have always had great experiences shopping at Kmart since I began in my teens in the 1960's. You have a very positive image in my mind. I just saw the Boxers Christmas ad on t.v. and would encourage you strongly to do something else. I don't think it matches the association with Christmas that you would want. The concept of bells ringing could be done in many other formats very successfully. Thanks for your consideration. I rate you as a 5 star for your performance, which is why I encourage changing the ad.

I just called in today to ask a few simple questions about the PS4 consoles that are being released tomorrow. I talked to a store manager, Judy, and she was so rude to me! I didn't ask anything out of the ordinary- will there be numbers passed in line before the store opens? Are there consoles available that aren't pre-orders? These 2 questions I discussed with Best Buy, Target, and Game Stop where my 2 simple questions were answered succinctly and kindly. Judy, on the other hand, was short and nasty with me from the start.

SHAME SHAME SHAME ON K-Mart & Sears For Opening On Our 1 DAy For Families & Friends That Doesn't Gifts/buying Candy. I Am Utterly Disappointed In You. You Have Went From Halloween And Skipped Right To Christmas. This Is A Really Sad Sad Day For America.
