The pay is unfair. Pay your employees more and you wouldnt have such a high turn over rate!

I went and put Christmas in layaway and found the same item at walmart for 20 dollars cheaper and kmart will not price match it. That is ok I will never shop in this store again. Pretty bad to lose a customer for 20 dollars.

I saw some managers having conversations with their friends and relatives but when it came to employees they weren't aloud to exchange a generous greeting while maintaining their work flow. They were told that they would be written up. In my opinion employees are being treated unfairly and there's a lot of favoritism in these stores .

K marts return policy is a joke. Recently My husband and I needed to return wedding gifts that we simply could not use. The mentioned items totaled less than $30 but since we were unable to provide the receipt we turned away in a very rude fashion. This "policy" is a perfect display of why the Kmart corporation is dying. Even Wal-Mart will give you store credit without a receipt. **I would have given them 0 out of 5 stars but I was forced to click one. Nothing positive to say about this company.

Worst company to work for. They have management that treats you like dirt. They expect you to know everything even if it is your first time in retail. If you want help to learn better or more. Good luck, cause that wont happen.

I placed a layaway with a $50.00 payment which should have given me a 30 cent off per gallon of gas. I diddn't receive it so I went to customer service. I was told to cancel my layaway which would cost me $10 then re-start layaway to get the 30 cent off gas. I told them that it was their error and that I shouldn't have to pay $10 for their mistake. I was told nothing could be done. I will be calling the corporate offices today. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Be sure that they use your reward card before beinning your layawayto save yourself my hassle.

Catalina marketing and your current ad doesn't work, I failed to get a receipt with the printed coupons, and your store employee told me to call this. umber, this is so wrong, I went to the store and bought the advertised items required and other things in hopes of saving on my gas, But got nothing. This has made me upset, and Catalina marketing never answers their phone. what's up with that.

I use to work at the Super K Mart and the food was not rotated and it was old. they run the super stores and have their own dining areas do not eat the food that is cooked at these dining areas because its old and the food is not rotated and its old their is no safe serve practices at threse stores nor are they trained in the food industry.

im a employee at kmart and i feel like im not being treated fairly at my job. my boss does nothing about it... and it makes me a other people not wanna come to the store anymore because the environment is terrible to be in. you need to work on this before a lot of people start to quit.

Here's my review: I love my local Kmart. Beginning with the wonderful rewards points which is an excellent program. Next, the clean, organized aisles. Thirdly, the helpful and friendly staff at my Kmart store. I won't set foot in another Walmart after shopping at this Kmart. Walmart employees are rude at this store, they are not helpful. The Walmart store is a mess, the bathrooms are filthy and I could never find an employee when I needed to find an item. Kmart has fantastic sales and I've saved a lot of money over shopping at Walmart. I especially like the free layaway at Kmart which Walmart only offers during the holidays. I am now a regular Kmart shopper. You got the thumbs up from me Kmart!!! Love my local store!!!

These stores don't do a thing to protect their employees!! I've had clothes and handbags thrown at me, and threats made to me and when I told management they just laughed and said "that's customer service". Excuse me? No. That is assault. I do not feel safe working for such a company and I would advice that nobody else work for a company that allows customers to treat them in such ways without any consequence.

I have called so many times about the commercials making the children sound like thugs! What is Kmart trying to say with this kind of ad? It's insulting!!!!

i had used a clothing voucher at your kmart store in mount vernon ohio i went in today and had the manager look at the receipt and explain it and he would not listen to what we had to say. i'm a rewards member and aint happy with the service that i had got.

back to school ads

Listened very carefully 5 times to your new hip-hop style ad. I can make out about 5 words total. I already don't care much for KMart as it seems items I need are usually 'out of stock;' but this new ad campaign REALLY turns me off. Even though the KMart store is 1 mile from my house in Nashville, TN, I will be driving 8 miles to WalMart instead from now on. Not sure who in corporate approved of this advertisement, but if they worked for me I'd tell them to break dance right out the frigin door!! IDIOTS!

I don't like the commercials and all the jive talk for kids being so young and the Yo dawg phrase For that I would not shop your stores or buy or merchandise

Your recent ads but actually show what is going on with young black people just because of what happened 60 years ago, now young black people are reverting backwards there are so many older black people that are disgusted with the way young blacks act nowadays.

WHy is the back to school commercials predjudice against white people? All black kids rapping, Boys dressed like rappers. There is one white girl, always in the back ground. Doesn't have a singing part. It's very embarassing. What if it had been reversed ? It would be considered racism. This is what leads to racism

How can any corporation in good conscience air such racist commercials. The idea of minority children doing the dozens, and jumping around raping unintelligibly is extremely offensive. The marketing company that came up with this ad campaign should be fired as well as the executive who ok'd those despicable commercials. Please stop them at once!
