Extremely rude service from a counter person. Called CS line to complain and asked for a call back from district manager. Was assured someone would contact me. They did not. So I called back 3 days later. They said "sorry they didn't call back but we sent you a coupon." I DIDN'T WANT A COUPON! I wanted to speak with someone in charge! If the "higher ups" treat their customers this way no wonder the counter personnel does, as well. Handled terribly all the way around.

I have been eating your chicken since the Colonel was on TV, but the product I tried to eat yesterday was not good... Thought you should know store G983011 chicken was very dark and dried out....not tasty still have leftovers in my frig, no one wants to eat it.
No Chicken - Again
I Love KFC, but I have only been able to make a purchase once in the last six visits because they had no chicken. Usually, I get the "it will be 20 minutes...." if I would like to wait, but yesterday was the final straw. I thought I would give them one last try, and there on the drive up sign, was a hand-written note on plain paper stating..."We're sorry, but we're out of chicken. We do have sides..." Unbelievable. I have been by six times in the past three months and was able to purchase chicken once. A company that makes a living on selling chicken...has not chicken.
DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I just want to say that the KFC at 227 128th Street SW, Everett, WA is the worst KFC I have eaten at. The food is disgusting and Customer Service does not exist at this store. Their English is very poor, they speak Spanish in front of you amongst themselves especially when you have a question. This store is an embarrassment for KFC

Oct. 20, 2013, I told the manager that I wished we had seen the seating area before ordering food. A large puddle of drying sticky pop had a "wet floor" sign placed near it. Filthy doors and windows dining floor, tables and both restrooms had urine all over the floors, no toilet paper. The buffet had crusty food, though an employee stood looking over it. I told other potential customers about to enter about the place about our experience.

We all know that the biscuits from KFC are the best!! So why don't you guys provide the best biscuits and gravy for breakfast!!! ITS TIME TO INCREASE CAPITAL ON BREAKFAST!

my service was poor and the food was wrong as well as nasty and the corporate office don't even respond to complaints so that's why the restaurants don't care because cooperate office don't care will never go back it is that disappointing
Impossible to register a complaint
Attempting to register valid complaint. Went to www.talkkfc.com. Unable to give my own reasons as to why my last visit to a KFC so poor. Only able to select their list of complaints. This corporation, like many other big businesses in America, does not care to receive or listen to complaints from consumers. Their marketing brainwashes customers into believing their products are superior, that they "care" about the customer and as long as they realize their respective profit margins they really can't give a tinker's damn what the public thinks. The American consumer is being fed low quality and extremely ridiculous prices from these corrupt entities. Put that in the "Drawing for $1000 For Taking Our Survey" file!
great hospitality
Just wanted to let someone know how great the service and smiles are at your miller town location in Knoxville Tennessee . On Sunday October 13, my church decided to go visit this establishment about 20 of us. We hadn't been here in awhile and I must say it started at the front door with everyone welcoming us to there KFC very warming and touching. Through the meal employee's took trash refilled our drinks it was like a full serve restaurant then we were almost done and the manager came out and asked if our meals were delicious and thanked us for coming and come back soon, this was just unbelievable service I've never had an experience like this one anywhere. Thank you and keep up the great hospitality. We will be back soon!!
Customer Service
I want to give a big Thank you to be people working at the North Belt Kentucky Fried Chicken in St. Joseph, MO. One of the persons in our office mother died and I went to pick up a bucket of chicken and sides for her family. When I told them what the occasion was they even put plates, napkins and forks so no one would have to do dishes. They were great to work with, that is why we always go there.

Stockton Ca Hammer Lane West has the worst service I've ever encountered and I've frequented many. The black manager sucks also. Guaranteed to screw up your order and that doesn't seem to bother none of the staff. I did call them up tonight after getting home and having order not complete as usual and told manager I'd be filing a complaint again. This is partly my own fault because I know this particular store is almost guaranteed to mess up your order
pathetic excuse for a restaurant
My fiance' and I had the worst service and food ever from any of . We waited 25 minutes for our food...chicken was "re fried" and too hard to eat, meat was so dry it crumbled. Veggies were all dried out and biscuits hard as a rock. Filled out the survey online and called. Both times requested to speak to upper mgmt....guess what, I'm still waiting. I will never visit this store again. Obviously mgmt only responds to positive feedback.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
FKC store L125149, 11th and Parade St. Erie, PA. DRIVE THRU PROBLEM. I placed my order with no problem, but I had two other household that I was giving a ride home. The second household placed their order but when the third household placed her order, we were informed that their was a two order limit. There are no signs to indicate this. Since we spend a lot of money at KFC wouldn't a good customer service person take the order and explain the policy so that we would know in the future? Such a policy should be visible on or near the ordering station.

Worst KFC in Champaign, IL
I had the worst experience I've had in quite some time at the KFC on S Neil St in Champaign, IL. The store manager contacted me, but I wanted to talk to the owner of the store. The restaurant was dirty, the customer service was quite lacking and the food was less than appetizing. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
Blech!
This is about the new 6 for 9.99 commercial. It shows a beautiful bucket of chicken, then the guy breaking open a bun has dirt under his thumb nails! UGH!!!

I have not been to a KFC franchise in quite some time and after visiting the one near my home today, I know remember why. The service was surly, the place dirty and the food was awful.
BAD SERVICE
I had bad service at the Oxnard Blvd and Gonzales location. Manager ignored my presence after helping a customer before me by walking away from the register, leaving me standing for at least 6 minutes before another person came along and took my order not only that, it took at least 28 minutes to get my order, and the customer who was in front of me asked for a refund because it took too long. Employes also ignored customers and talked to each other a lot instead of helping the customers.....THAT IS BAD SERVICE and bad for the company.
2 times didn't get what we ordered in drive through
We went to the store in Oceola Iowa and ordered 2 meals, both were horribly wrong. The manager was nice and gave us a coupon for replacement meals, We then, took that coupon to the Red Oak Iowa Store Where once again, through the drive though, we only got half the order. 2 times, 2 stores, we can't seem to get the meals we paid for. Never go through the drive though and if you do.. check your order before leaving.. it has not been right EVER for us.
