I suggested a god place for an outlet here in B.C. In two attempts nobody bothered to answer my letter and phone call. That's poor P.R.

I love KFC, but when I went to their website, you have a link to Adult SWIM. This is not a family oriented website, just watch some of their videos. I believe in free speech however, A time and place for ADULT swim should include a warning for people 18 and over..... to have that link on your KFC home page is terrible.

Went to Vernon TX, about 35 miles one way, just to get KFC, 16 pc bucked with fixins. First they did not have enough origanl recipe to fill the order, had to take some extra crispy. When we got home, found much of the chicken had been "refried". I am a certified chef, I know what I am talking about. It is a longdistance phone call and too far to take it back, So we sucked it up and ate it. that was last night, all four of us were sick as dogs last night and have diarria this morning. If this is the quality KFC has fallen to, I will never eat at another KFC again. Nor will my friends I had for company last night, or their friends.

Employees were reluctant to fry more original recipe. Wanted a 12 piece bucket with 3 large sides but they wanted to sell sandwiches or pot pies. Told them I'd wait for the original recipe. Placed order at drive-in window at 7:20. At 8:08 my order was brought to me with apologies for the delay.

We ate at the KFC in Marshall Texas today. We ordered the chicken pot pies, what a mistake. The pot pies were dry like they were left in the warmer too long. The female who took our order was unpleasant and we couldn't understand what she was saying. No wonder the Taco Bell next door was so busy. Good bye KFC hello Taco Bell

I witnessed blatant discrimination in kfc today between one employee to another. The manager was standing right there letting it happen. The victim: A Hispanic gal. The abuser was black and I bet you can guess the race of the manager??? Anybody???

three times i have filled out a survey u emailed me to get a gift card then after all the questions asked and i click to get gift card and stop no longer there you are false with this i wonder what else you are not honerst about. i am reporting this

Yesterday we stopped in at the KFC establishment in Kingston, PA, at 11:30 a.m. and were among the first to be served. We tried the boneless chicken.......ugh! It was cold, dry and too salty. The french fries were extremely salty and just a little warm. No more KFC chicken for us.

I am a former law enforcement officer and military, and I am also a civil rights advocate . I was refused service in both of my towns KFC locations when I refused to show my ID when using my Visa card. In fact it is KFC who is in violation of their merchants agreement with VISA and breaking the law. This is a violation of my privacy. I don't even have to show my ID to the Police in this state why should I have to show it to get charged 6 bucks for 50 cents worth of chicken.

The KFC in my neighborhood frequently sells, outdated food. Hard dry and cold. Every time I go there it's a sad disappointment. My kids love KFC but to get fresh food you have to actually ask for fresh food and wait for it. Today I bought little bites and they were hard and dry.. I asked for fresh ones and the manager actually cut a piece of of a chicken breast, put it in the fryer and gave it to me... That's so sad! I told my children they can no longer how our business, someone is going to sick!

We are boycotting KFC until they stop treating their employees like a commodity instead of human beings. We do not support slave labor. We will continue the boycott until KFC starts paying their employees a living wage with benefits.

While eating at KFc/AW we were surprised at how we could not find a clean table to set at, there were lots of emptys but the place was dirty from the tablels, floors to the bath rooms we both used with the same opinion -it scared me. This was in Wauseon Ohio, don't stop there.

It doesn't make sence to advertise something you can't deliver. I have gone to KC twice for your advertised special for Chicken Pot Pie at your restaurant in Taos NM and been told that they were sold out by 6PM. I had to wait in line for 10 min to find this out.Very disapointed and will not be back.

KFC since I have known for years have had barbeque beans. Visited the KFC on Windmill/Eastern Las Vegas, NV and was told they don't serve it anymore. Why did you take it out of the menu? Barbeque beans go with chicken! You made a bad management decision to cut it out. Bring back the beans!

I am very disappointed with the KFC in Thomasville. GA I went to the drive thru and ordered a kids meal, they forgot my daughters mac n cheese, the main reason we went there, there was NO gravy on my famous bowl and the extra chicken I ordered was supposed to be dark meat and was white and ALL the chicken had so much pepper on it no one could eat it!! IT WAS A COMPLETE FAIL! I will not go back and will tell everyone to not eat there! ;(

Not the first time.... New Manager needed at KFC/3rd St..Los Angeles, CA Without purchasing, I had to walk out! I did not eat that day because he had upset me so. Now, I was standing at the counter, first in line, your manager tells me this guy in back of me was first. I asked him how could that be, the guys in back says NO, it was my turn. I'm a lady and one of color! I walked out and will not go back. MY MONEY SPENDS WHERE I'M APPRECIATED!
