I recently went to our local KFC in Kings Mountain NC this was one of the WORST experiences I have had!!! This is the second time I visited this store and the last time. There was no products available that we wanted and told we would have to wait for 20 minutes to get chicken. It wasn't that they were short of staff, they were having too much fun to prepare food. Awful experience!!!

Me and my wife went to the K F C in poteau oklahoma this last Saturday it was nasty floors and tables it looked unfit to eat there and then there was a young man came out to clean the tables and sprayed his cleaner right towards our food. I'm really tempted to call the heath office and have it closed down before someone gets food poisoning. I have went to KFC all over but never seen anything like this at YOUR STORES before .

I went to store number G974011 located at 2218 East Bloomingdale Avenue in Valrico. We ordered a number 2 and after my boyfriend finished his sandwich he looked down and there were black hairs in his box! It looked like a girl had fixed her hair and let all the breakage fall into the box and didn't care!! I called and spoke to a manager and she said she couldn't replace it not could she refund it because he ate it and that she was sorry. But while I was on hold, they didn't put the phone on hold, the girls in the back were yelling "I don't wanna talk to her! She's lying!" It's so gross to find hair in your food!!!

I recently bought an eight piece meal (grilled chicken). I should say I PAID for an eight piece meal. What I received was a five piece meal. When I called to ask KFC to give me the rest of my (overpriced) chicken, they said they would send me a gift certificate. Surprisingly(insert sarcasm) I never received the gift certificate! This was the 2nd time in my life that I've gone to KFC. The 1st time was over 30 yrs ago and we got food poisoning then. So hey, I guess they've improved but I will NEVER go back again.

A KFC store is closing in our area and my family is so disappointed,. Although they sometimes don't get the order right and we find out when we get home. They have been around a long time and it is just the employees who are making KFC get bad reviews.

I have gone to store# k032020 in Ladson,SC twice and both times they got my order wrong. I am not sure what the problem is but it is very inconvenient to have to drive back 3 miles each way. Don't think I will go back again.

Absolutely horrible service...Wise restaurant is awful!!!!

Honestly I really do think KFC is over priced for their food considering I can take my family to a real restaurant n pay the same amount of money but my daughter did fall in lovge with their chicken pot pies .. She has had them twice .. Every time I go there they are always out of them n I promise it has been about 8 times during dinner hours...how r u gonna run out when u should be prepared for lunches n dinners ... Really ??? Get it together Warren RI KFC !! Sick of the excuses already !!

On December 7, 2013, at 8:30pm, we stopped at the KFC at 7500 Big Bend Blvd, St Louis, MO 63119 to purchase some GO cups and a couple of 3-piece dinners. They were totally out of white chicken, and said that we would need to order at least 16 pieces in order for him (the manager) to "drop" some more chicken. When we asked why they never had any chicken cooked, he replied that "they are not going to waste chicken by cooking a bunch of extra". What kind of business is this? KFC used to be such a reputable chain. Now we have nasty management and bad attitudes. We went down the street to Porter's Chicken & Fish, where we encountered two more dissatisfied customers. This location NEVER has very much chicken cooked, and are not personable at all.

You took away the only Kentucky Fried Chicken establisment in the center of Old Pearland , TX. Have to travel 3 miles N S E W to the closest one. :( Lots of empty land to built another. Please consider.

On Nov. 30, 2013 my husband and I entered the KFC store in Gray, La. at 11:00. They opened at 10. We wanted to order the Festive Feast for 19.99. They had no cole slaw and no cookies made. Instead I got tacos and my husband got the two piece dinner. We spent 10.00 instead of 20.00. The customer behind us chose to leave rather than wait for them to cook whatever they wanted. Very Disappointing Experience

Once again a KFC forget my Mac and cheese this was in the Auburndale, FL store and now at Lakeland, FL store Lakeland store number G135049. Oh and went threw the North 98 store and tried to order a 6 piece chicken tender meal they told me sir it don't come in a meal, instead of just saying you can order the side items for a little extra. How hard is it to put a order in a box I guess you need to go to collage to figure out how to work fast food properly!

Recently stop in KFC in Russellville Kentucky. And was very shock to see their front line workers was allowed to wear body piecing and tacky tatoos all over their face and to hear their manager use profanity the way she did. It's a shame because in general their food was good.

How small do the chicken pot pies have to be before you call them chicken pot CUPCAKES???

hey , i solved your chicken and gravy recipe, i even solved the col. "chicken bits", which haven't been around since the 50's,its a salad topping...kentucky fried chicken said " its to hard for the average person to make...actually today's kfc employees are smarter than 50's, , 60, and 70 employees.

This is the third and probably final trip to this location. The ventilation system inside leaves you wishing you were outside. Three times the wings were dried out with a crust that was difficult to even break away to find the dried chicken. This time I ordered from the drive through. No improvement in the dried wings. I ordered some boneless chicken from your store and when i bit into it there was a big bone in the middle of it. I cant beleve that your cooks have been slacking off lately and i am not to happy of it. blech!!!! >:(

I ordered the 10 piece bucket, with original recipe today at the KFC on Judge Ely, in Abilene, Texas. I live out of town about 20 miles. Once arriving home to feed the company, we discovered that 4 wings comprised the 10 pieces. No way that is fair. That is all. Andy.

NO napkins, NO eating utensils. Paid for a full container of potatoes, got a half filled small container. Plenty of cole slaw - that container was stuffed full! The location at 613 E Broadway in North Little Rock serves food you can eat if you had any utensils. Very disappointing and not the place to stop for a lunch on the go.
