Your latest ad is disgusting. A slap in the face is not funny - it's not smart to advertise what amounts to an assault. There is a KFC very near me, but I will certainly not be patronizing it anymore due to this awful ad.

I visited your Kentucky Fried Chicken Memphis, Tn location at 4790 Riverdale Rd. The cashier was very rude to the customer that was waiting in line before me. Employee's where using profanity in front of customer, and managers where present. Also, the cashier told the young man before me that he needs to hurry and make his mind up on what he wanted because she has an long line. I couldn't believe what I heard and seen so I left without purchasing anything. Something needs to be done with that store. That is Unacceptable, and is not a good look for Kentucky Fried Chicken.

your online to receive coupons is not people friendly. prices are high and always the same. popeys just opened 4 new places in our area. there menu is better and cheaper.

I love KFC. The original recipe can't be beat! I am your loyal customer. I have a suggestion for my closest KFC restaurant (Golden, CO store E720362). I would like them to have highchairs for babies/toddlers. Chicken is eaten with both hands and is messy. Trying to manage a baby or toddler while eating is next to impossible especially since the seats and booths are made from slippery plastic (fiberglass?). I have gone twice with young children and had a frustrating time. Because they do not have highchairs, families with young children may choose another restaurant. Thanks

Store # G135144 on Newtown Rd. in Virginia Beach, Va. The chicken was not cooked thoroughly. People can get very sick eating raw chicken. Called 4 times before someone answered the phone. And the store was not busy. Called info. to make sure I had the right number. When they finally answered we were still on hold for 5 mins. Before the manager came on. Explained to him that chicken needs to cook longer. He told me company policy only allows the auto fryers to cook 16 mins. That is definitely not enough time to cook chicken especially big pieces. You have to cook chicken at least 20-22 mins. Our else you will be faced with a lot of lawsuits from making people sick. Time consuming, inconvenience, a health issue and poor customer service and we have to still waste our hard earned money on poor product. Free food is not the resolution. We took a bowl and some biscuits but still very unhappy!

Went to the KFC in Milford de. The service was not bad but the food was absolutely disgusting. Sent it back twice and got the same nasty results. Was so upset that I use a couple of not nice words towards the employees. Was not their fault but the food really sucked the place was dirty the tables were dirty the soda was out there was no ice the place was smoky when we walked in and hot like the AC had broken. So when they returned to me the same food that I returned back to them and told me that it was fresh I told them that their food was really fucked up and they need to deal with it. Of course they all stood there like they never heard a curse word before in their life and said oh please please please you don't have to use that type of language. I tried to explain to them that it wasn't their service it's just that their food was fucked up and it sucked and they need to do something about. I didn't even want my money refunded I just wanted them to understand how disgusting it was in there.

My friends and I decided we would try the bucket of chicken that is grilled and crispy mixed with 10 pieces. Well, surprise , it was not a chicken it looked more like Baby Chicks , as my friend announced. We had ordered from drive through and so we had no idea what was in it until we got home. That meal cost me a total of $21.99. It was like eating a bird. We prayed over our meal and thanked God for it. But then we had to laugh about such a meal. Never have we ever had such a meal that we could not find any chicken meat on it. I wish I had been able to take a photo of it just to show you. I have been to that KFC before and had a wonderful meal. But never again will I pay that much at the Pell City one. If your ever in town don't get this bucket. it is not worth 21cents, let alone 21.99!!! my rat is o/100! Jimmy is owner and Mang. he need a little help on attitude, no a lot on it.

Don't eat at KFC in New Smyrna Beach Florida unless you don't mind paying $40.00 for 6 pieces of nasty pepper riddled chicken if you don't mind that by all means go here just got back from here had to put it all in the trash, Will never again in my lifetime go to KFC They advertise boneless meal for $4.99 what you get is a song and dance for something completely different.

we went into the KFC in Germantown, Wi and the service has been really bad. today was there and no food made and the wait line was horrible. after we got our food there was a wait line of nine people and others still waiting for their food. WHAT the heck happened after corporate left there??

Plainfield, Indiana.. It's not the first time I have gotten bad chicken. They are either out of what you want, or you have to wait for them to cook it. I noticed that the batter kept getting thicker & thicker. You have to peel have the batter off to get to the chicken. It has NO flavor. I'm 52 yrs old & have been eating KFC for many, many years, & since the old man died.... it's getting worse by the visit. I hate to keep trying to give them a chance because it's a waste of $$$ that we don't have. WHAT HAPENED TO THE GOOD CHICKEN THE REAL KFC ???

Plant City fl kfc chicken doesn't taste like kfc,it tastes like any old tasting store bought chicken. THE TASTE IS GONE,NO SEASONING OF ORIGINAL KFC.

I like. The chicken however on Sunday our chicken was fried in old oil or grease.. This made for a very unhappy day after visiting our sister in the nursing home. I know the Col. Can do better but can his followers......??????fn. please try. I love in Arlington Texas. We did no have a KFC. until recently . So please change The oil so it will sell. There is another chicken near by so make yours the best ad the Col. Would.

Omg....I live in Rocky Mount N.C and i have always enjoyed kfc but now every time i go to a certain one they never have anyrhing done there customer service is the worst its ever been....So Thankful there is a Boganels close by...

Been to K.F.C. tonight July 3rd.,and as usual, the service was horrible. The K.F.C. Was in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti on Washtenaw Ave. I have been there about 3 times in the last 5 months and have had terrible service. The girl tonight was more concerned about getting out on time... she would rather clean tables than wait on customers. We eventually walked out. Thanks K.F.C. for nothing...

Just became a part of the KFC text club when I saw you can get a FREE Chicken Little sandwich. I visited them and showed them my text, and the cashier said, "we don't accept that". I was confused because I got the KFC coupons sent to my address in Saint Cloud with the text club advertised. I asked her why and she said "It's the rules". I feel like you guys don't even care, and will just skip over my comment, but I' mv very displeased and will my business elsewhere.

My husband and I went in to eat 6/30/13.It took forever to get waited on the first place.There was another couple in front of us waiting to get waited on too.Once we got waited on there was no chicken on buffet.Had to wait 35 minutes to get chicken.Then their was no biscuits so had to wait on them.I had to go ask for butter which I had to wait on someone to notice me because they were to busy in there own little discussion.We watched a man wait for his food in drive up for 40 minutes.There were vechicles behind him getting there"s and leaving.What kind of business is this that customers aren"t important enough to be waited on and have food out for customers.I don"t believe I will be going back any more.We go every Sunday to eat our chicken dinner but this is not the first time.

I went to KFC located at 1133 North Loop 340 in Waco, TX last night around 7:00 p.m. I order a bucket of grill chicken. I was told that KFC did not have grilled breast. I said that thighs would be fine. I still expected to get grill chicken. I tried to order okra and was told they were out of that as well. I ordered two slaws for sides. When I arrived home, I found out that I was given fried chicken and a couple pieces of grilled chicken. The slaws were semi-full. I was charge $23.00 for a dinner that was not the correct order and the availability and service was very bad. That was my first and last time for a KFC adventure.

The setting: one table with young couple. KFC Employee sitting at next table feeding an infant a bottle. Baby carrier on top of the table where she is sitting. One couple of head of me for ordering. They wait & wait. To go order finally is ready. I get waited on. Give order, ask for the 8 pc special of 14.99, with one large mashed potato to go. He: there is no special like that. Employee with baby: Yes, it's on the outside window. He says 22.90 - I say no, the bucket plus pot is not that much. Finally get it to the 19.88. Comes back to me & said no dark meat orig. to fill order. (asked for dark meat only) (says 14 1/2 mins out for chicken) Finally, says he will give my boneless, and extra crispy to fill order. Get home: Boneless. Boneless & skinless. White meat. Breasts - all pieces spicy. (have ulcer - no spice, please) It was terrible, threw away 6/7 pcs. Tried to eat other. This is not the first time we have gotten a poor meal and/or had no chicken available at this KFC. I could go on, but you get the idea. This was 6/22/13. KFC, High Street, Middlefield, OH. Time: 20:12:39. Have to drive farther to another KFC to get decent chick.

This is my concern My name is Carlos of a customer that went to a KFC restaurant at Bronx ny 1959 whiteplain Rd Thursday evening of 6/27/13 a worker from register was over charging of $28.00 for 5 pieces boneless & large coleslaw . Your need to check on this restaurantplace many customers are getting rob of their money many they don't know it....

I waited 35 minutes to receive my order, and it was not correct, and items were missing. I returned to the restaurant to express my grievance, and was told mistakes happen - no apology from the manager -and was given the wrong food again. This was dinner for my family - of which I had to go to a competing restaurant in the end to provide them a dinner that we actually ordered. We will never go there again, and we will share this experience with all we know, so they do not waste their time or money on your establishment.
