I sent out for dinner here at our local KFC in Quincy,Florida around 8:30pm 05/18/2013 and I was so upset when I opened up my box. I was expecting to have a 3pc. boneless chicken dinner but I ended up with a box of refried old chicken. I took pictures of the meal to show to the manager, but I could not get in contact with her. I am so not pleased with this along with 4 other co-workers. We deserve something better.

Using chicken thigh instead of breast meat in your double down, Boneless chicken sandwiches. We were told "This is what we are using now instead of chicken breast fillets." ... Not to mention the chicken we recieved after waiting 15 minutes was cold. I didn't plan on spending $15 on sandwiches/meals that claimed to use breast fillets.

Worst fast food restaurant & customer service. Leave items off order & totally ignore you & hang up when you call to tell them. THANK GOODNESS FOR POPEYE'S!! Now that's mighty fine chicken & great customer service

Sent a number of e-mails to corporate office regarding terribly dry boneless followed by poor response from store manager. Never recieved any kind of answer back. Im assuming there are som many issues for them to deal with just dont have time. KFC by Milwaukee airport on Layton ave. Scale of 1 to 10 neg 2. Dirty restroom, dried out food, rude service, never a mgr on site. never again will i go to any KFC's anywhere!

We went to Three Rivers KFC rude Manager told her we seen some bugs by the bathroom and she said so.And the place was a mess so we ask for some one to come to clean it and everyone keep saying it's not my job. Really you do need KFC to send their CEO on an "Undercover Boss" mission.

Thought we were getting boneless chicken as portrayed on your ad. We got small, dry nuggets. Store no. 2196. Not be going back there. Or any of them.

I was horrified with the service I got at the Tucson, Kolb and Golf Links store, I tried to file a complaint when I was gobbed-smacked when you tried to charge $25.00 to process it. I hope your company goes under for me taking the time to better your business.

We went to use a promo coupon for the new boneless chicken and it was the last day. Would you believe the Clarksburg WV KFC is not making boneless chicken today. Really? We have a lot of trouble with this KFC. We got a bucket of 10 pieces only to get home and find 8!!! The employees cant count to 10? And the management staff will not compensate for their mistakes. Maybe Corporate Headquarters will do something.

Liberty, MO. We decided to give this store another try, after there being no chicken ready last time. They ran out of chicken again! One of the :cooks: kept wiping the tongs on his apron. No gloves on anyone. We finally got up and asked for our food. It was sitting on a counter in the serving area, incomplete! After reading all these reviews, I think KFC needs to send their CEO on an "Undercover Boss" mission.

Purchased a 14.99 meal two side of coleslaw extremely dry and chicken looked like it was cooked two days ago. Brought home to family and it wasn't within a hour before my daughter starting getting sick. We spoke with the manager and she replied that the chicken is only good for two hours. I wonder what the colonel think if he was still alive today.

I used a coupon at KFC 7098 Auburn Blvd. Citrus Hghts CA they didn't give me four pieces of chikn - they gv me two wings & 2 clumps of fried batter - I went back & got the same Anastasiya server - ended up walking out! Forget this place - it's been 10+ years since I went to a KFC & this proves it hasn't changed any - rotten service & rip-off of food -cold old old corn & fried clumps of batter? Really people? Gross

I went to KFC on 4507 Lake Worth Rd, Greenacres, FL. I ordered white meat boneless chicken. I got dark meat, uncooked chicken. i will never go to KFC again.

I am not a regular customer of KFC but was drawn in by their "I ate the bones" advertisement. I went to the store on Columbia Pike in Arlington, VA and found that I had to order a meal to get a 2-piece boneless dinner. There was no option to get the dinner without a pedi product. This was $4.99 which seemed like a rip for 2 pieces, 1 side, & a biscuit. The next option was 10 pieces with some things but it was around $11. They should have an in-between option and they shouldn't price everything with a drink. Anyway, I left and went to Popeyes and got a delicious meal without a drink. I won't return to KFC.

730pm may 4th The kfc on market street in saddle brook has brain dead rude people working there and tonight for the last 30 mins of being here one of the employees child is throwing a ball against the wall throwing it to the employees behind the counter. Then they are touching customersfood with nasty hands

There is WAY to much pepper in it. We have eaten a lot of KFC and never had any of it burn our lips like this one did. I pulled the crust off and it was almost black all over.

I have been a customer at KFC for many years, but here lately when I go the service is so bad I have decided to NOT go back. I used to patron the KFC in Princeton wv about 2 to 3 times a week feeding a family of 4, but every time I go the employees are very rude they have been closing as much as 45 min early the prices are sky high and the food keeps getting smaller. The last 10 times I bought food my order was messed up at least 3 to 4 things left out of my bag. When I went to the store manager with my complaint I was told well that's to bad this is fast food not a 5 Star food chain. The last time and I do mean last time I ordered I ordered 4 bone less chicken combos it looked more like chicken strips this was not what I paid for and the KFC corp should be ashamed charging that much for such a tiny piece of chicken! When you charge such high prices your standards should also be high ! I won't go back!

I like to eat KFC chicken. However, the service in Greenbelt, Maryland sucks. The employees puts the side orders under the actual chicken and when its time to take the side orders out the are full of grease. Its horrible, I am now thinking about twice about going back to them. They have poor customer service. Also, they always screw up the orders.

this new idea will get u to the 5 star again. wee will call it the jambo roll. based on lebanes bread garlic pastery, chips, tomato and chiken rolled and quike tosted.

Wow the KFC IN Tuscaloosa AL, Is awful..... Everytime you go there they never have the chicken you ask for... You wait in line for 20 minutes , They take your order and after 20 Minutes they tell on we don't have what you ask for..... Not only that they have 84 rating ,, Uhmm not a wonder the place it nasty , They workers are dressed sloppy , They eat in front of the customer ..... KFC use to be the best place to eat , Now Not so much.....
