I am very upset that a branch in Southlake Texas was told to remove a Christmas tree that was donated to the branch. This is so unamerican, especially after taking US bailout dollars. I AM OFFENDED! You should be ashamed. I am going to cancel my credit card with Chase.
Are they really going to start charging $12.50 a month if the balance in your checking goes under $1500? They must be drunk ! WIll never pay them a stinking penny when so many other banks are offering the same for free. I wish them failure for their greed!
How dare you chase, you sad recipient of corporate welfare. How do you account for charging someone a fee if they do not keep a minimum balance in your greedy establishment. chase you have know respect, concern or morals when it comes to the customer service. To put it in Plain English your bank is flirting with corporate suicide sooner than later! "WE THE PEOPLE" ARE NOT AS DOCILE AS YOU BANKERS THINK WE ARE! You better wake up smell the downfall.
Paid off my home equity loan early...had a refund coming back.....bank said it would take 21 days to send me my money....check sent out not here called..said it would take 7 to 10 days to get to me......maybe I could charge them a late fee Ha Ha.....Took all my money out of savings and stopped my checking account..SEE YA CHASE......MAYBE THEY CAN GET ANOTHER BAILOUT
I have been banking with Chase for 20 years now. The other night I called customer service to ask a question regarding online banking. The contact person was someone from the Phillipines. I could not believe that. Chase claims to be looking out for the best interest of the economy of America and it outsources its jobs to another country. That is a slap in the face to all Americans. I am pulling my money out of Chase. They have gotten to big and too greedy for its own good. Its bad enough the badger you to take out one credit card after another everytime you set foot in the bank. Now they are using our money to support others in another country when we have so many in need of jobs here.. Shame on you Chase!
CHASE IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF BANK i HAVE EVER SEEN AND IF YOU EVER WANT TO SECURE YOUR MONEY DO NOT DO IT WITH THIS BANK PROVED OVER AND OVER THEY ARE THIEVES..... BEWARE
This is the most outrageous slap in the face that any person can take. Especially an AMERICAN CITIZEN. I have several clients that work for Chase in Sugarland Texas who have quit their jobs because of discrimination from their regional manager. Several of these people were denied promotions because thier regional manager wants to " put Indians in key positions." This is a downright OUTRAGE!!!This is still AMERICA and no foreigner is going to intentionally undermine our citizens to satisfy her agenda to overtake our banking system. She was heard by many of her employees and customers that she will have only Indians in all the top positions in her region.I personally closed all my personal and business accounts and am calling for a nationwide boycott of JP Morgan Chase. We are fed up with these filthy decietful American hating people. I will never trust a financial institution that lets foreigners call the shots. REMEMBER 9 11? Well if we are not on our guard, our financial world will cease to exist. This Indian woman in charge bof th Sugarland Texas branches should be FIRED IMMEDIATLY. If not, JP Morgan Chase will have alot of closures in Texas. We will not stand for this, and I will personally see to it that this situation gets published in the mainstream media. I hope that someone in the corporate office will take action before it's too late. Just for FYI, I had personal accounts in excess of 15mil. ,and business accounts in excess of 180mil. that now are with Wells Fargo. Wake up Chase!!! Time is running out.
I'll try to summarize our recent experience with JPM Chase. >My wife and I both have 800+ credit scores. >Our balance for our personal accounts at JPM runs between $125k and $200k. >We have documented income of over $200k annually. >Our TOTAL debt is $10k. Our home (worth ~$800k) is fully paid for. >We have been customers for over 35 years (Great Western, WAMU, and now JPM). >We have an EXISTING Home Equity LOC of $250k of which the balance is the above $10k. We have never had a late payment on this and in fact we over-pay it every month. So we are doing some minor remodeling and needed a tax deduction. We went to write a $25k check for the work and were told that the Home Equity LOC was frozen and that we would have to reapply .... what?????????? OK so we start filling out paperwork and after FIVE sessions of sitting at the branch and having them fill out the tax return request, we keep being told by the Underwriting Dept that it is the wrong form (...talk about a dysfunctional department!). This goes on for a full six weeks with absolutely nothing happening. The Branch Manager was also not responsive. Why we even had to go through this is a mystery when we already had the loan and a 10 year history of spotless payments. Long story short ... we started the LOC process at another bank and we were approved in one week. We are now in the process of transferring everything (Direct Deposits, Savings, and Checking) to that bank (USAA Federal Bank). We are deeply disappointed in JPM Chase and the way they handled this. If this is the way they treat two of their better customers, then there is trouble on the horizon. Question ... if your bank is not there for you when you want it, why stay there??
I have been with chase. Just this week they closed out one of my accounts without my knowledge or permission. They told me that i have had a zero balance for the last two months. NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did have another account with them. Also keep in mind the account they closed is where my work pay direct deposit goes, and also money i receive from the GI Bill. So anyway, I transefered my money almost 3 grand into my open account. They went into that open account took my 3 grand and sent it back to the US Treasury without my knowledge or permission. If my account was zero balance how come they didnt give me a warning it would be closed. Their answer they dont have to tell me.
