I have been with chase bank since 1995, I have an excelent credit never missed a payment. They sent one of my bills to my old address when I called and complain that I missed a payment because the sent the bill to my old address they refuse to remove the interest and late payment fee I shut the account and I will close my personal and all my accounts with chase bank. I have a friend they charge his account 12.00 a month because he does not have a minimum of $5000 on the account each month thats how chase treats people in difficult times or they have little money I thought our government gave them all that money to help the people and economy what a shame . chase going DOWN THE DRAIN. ATTENTION CEO I get this letter 'Important Information About Your Account' from Erika Pulido, Compliance Officer, informing me of CTR, which i am well aware of for over 30 years. I am a worthy Chase account holder since 1978. It is an outrageous letter, form or no form letter! First of all, at no time, in no single day my cash transactions exceeded 10K. Then it goes on:" . . If your pattern of cash activity does not change promptly, your account, along with any related accounts, may be at risk for closure". DO YOU HAVE ANY EXPLANATION FOR SUCH PRACTICE?! It is people like me that feed you people, right or wrong . . .I still give you 2 Stars and that because of The Chase rep that handled my inquiry so capably and professionally. Now for your corporate MBA trained cats - I was once a prof at the Fordham Business School and was appalled at the lack of imagination and degree of cerebral numbness of most of my students - to you I have this: Can you effectively handle policy and business practice and instruct your staff, e.g. Ms. Pulido to refrain from sending a letter like I just received out to valued customers as myself? Perhaps you guys can redirect her effort to a more productive use. Thank you.

I have contacted Chase on several occassion and no one can explain to me and my family, why our home is in foreclosure? Their attorney can't even believe why Chase is misrepresenting themselves and misleading their customers with false information. Chase has defaulted on our agreement per our loan documents and has voilated my civil rights. I was denined a chance to safe our home from foreclosure instead Chase held the necessary documents to be FEDEX to my home, they can not provide proof that documents were FEDEX out by their company. When ask to speak to a manager I was told that the supervisor was unavailable, then hung up on. They have collected money from us and I am still waiting for the funds to be posted, but they have no record of receiving them. Chase Home Finanace is stealing money and property from their customers and knowing this they still continue. Seek legal and file charges if you ever get a chance, Chase should be held accountable.

Chase is terrible I recently recieved a check from the US Govt. for being stop lossed during operation Iraqi freedom to go fight and when I deposited my check they said it was fraudulent and refused to release the money. As soon as everything is cleared up I will be closing all accounts and going with someon like MidFirst bank whos customer service is far beyond any one elses.

As a 10 year WAMU customer and a Fidelity Premier account Holder, I am not used to dealing with explaining myself to Bank Staff. Long story short, I now use Northrup Grummond Credit Union for my travel account. The only time Chase ever gave me the time of day was when I mentioned my other holdings and directed me to their business clerk. Too bad I was there to close my account. I really feel for the average customer who has no choice.

They suck I been trying for 19 months for a mod, I was a WAMU customer and got a modification with no problum. I am now in my 6 mod app as of 2/1/2011 on 2/20/2011 they said I was denied because of not enought income BS, on the oringal app they did not use all the income that was on the income form. We appealed and show proof of the income they did not use. As of today we where denied again for the 6 time, we been told that we did not have enought income again, THEY USED THE WRONG INCOME AGAIN, so we are waiting for our denial letter for 6 weeks calling everday and the executive office tells us the mod is still in underwritting and open. No one can give us a stright answer, so we stop makeing our morgage payments and are now two month behind and have a attorney on stand by. So we may lose our home after 16 years or we may not but I will save all of monthly payments for max of 24 months or a min of 12 months. They give us no choice but to do this THEY JUST DO NOT WANT TO GIVE US HELP! We want to kept our home and have a payment we can both live with.

I am very very irratated at how Chase bank runs their business. I have banked with Chase for over a year now and let me tell you I have not been impressed. Everyone seems to have a different story as to how things work or how this guidline works and then I get charged for something I was told I could do. I closed my account two weeks ago and its still open. I called my local branch and he told me he was sorry and gave me a different number. I then called that number and was stuck at the menu for 10 minutes because it was asking for my account number or debit card number, well guess what, my card had been shredded two weeks ago when I first closed out my account so how am I supposed to give that to you to call to close out the account you were supposed to have closed two weeks ago? Then when I do get someone on the other line they barely speak english. Where the hell is the customer service when someone over in India is answering the phones asking for my social and god knows who else has it now. I cant understand the people you hire for the phones and I am very frustrated right now. I DONT HAVE MY DEBIT CARD OR ACCOUNT CARD OR AN ATM CARD, THERE’S NO PENDING TRANSACTIONS CANCEL THE DAMN ACCOUNT NOW. I have been with 5 other banks and for Chase being one of the biggest in the U.S it makes me wonder how you are still in business. So delete my account stop texting me every morning at 7am saying your account balance is $0.00 and emailing me. I would never recommend anyone to Chase if my life depended on it. Your website is poorly designed and I can never get ahold of anyone who speaks english. So I am sending this the only other way your website will allow without freezing and saying page not found. Wake up J.P Morgan co. The way your heading and the reviews others like me have giving you online good luck staying in business much longer.

Just noticed that we had a few hundred dollars in extra charges for having overdraft protection on our checking account which is linked to our savings account. We called a rep to start, who was not really understanding our questions - we were asking why we were all of a sudden getting charged these fees when we had not be charged before - he finally explained the fees, and we ended the conversation. I called back up because I was really not happy - I had no idea we were getting charged these fees as it said on the website that it was free. Could not find the fine print!? I called back and told them flat out that I was really unhappy, confused and I was ready to close my accounts and find another bank - within minutes I had all the fees credited back to my account - my rep was more than helpful and very friendly. You don't get customer service at banks like this very often - I'm very glad to be staying with Chase!

Raised my Escrow to over 1200 dollars per year in surplus and can't speak to one person that knows what the hell they are talking about when it comes to escrow accounts. I had to teach the rep on the phone how to do basic math! I have been sending emails to them everyday for a month now with not a single response. I have had 5 interest rate increases in 2 years and never missed a single payment. Just a quick note all this has happened since I closed my bank accounts with them and moved to a credit union. This bank has the most gimmicks, tricks, and fees of any other bank by far.

Chase is a pathetic bank. No policy nothing. if this bank dosen't mends its policies soon Bank of America will take it over.

Unless you are in default forget about any modification. The people that started this whole mess are being rewarded while the responsible Americans get the shaft.

Chase is a bunch of corrupt pirates. I trIed to use my money, in my account on vacation. I was denied charges thanks to Chase's fraud deptartment, who decided that my debit card was stolen, because I used it while on vacation. They kept denying charges, I spoke to several incompetent people in India, who said the accounT was clear, only to have more charges denied. I tried to book airline tickets, Chase managed to deny the charge twice and then magically it went through. Only problem is that the airline doesn't have any record of the transaction or charges for the ticket. I have spent several hours on the phone trying to get Chase to give me my $$ from their cyberspace, only to have each cust service rep worse than the last. The airline faxed the info (per Chase's request)and now Chase tells me there is no way to trace the fax as it is sent to a backup office. WTF?? I have now spoken to two more idiiots aqnd I still don't have the money back in my account. Still on hold on the phone. CHASE SUCKS - should have gone bankrupt, no mor bailouts.

No service? It is time for me to divorce Chase! Cannot access my account for the past 3 weeks. Nobody seems to have a good answere. "out of my control" as they say each time I call!

i was treated so badly today at my local branch in quail hill irvine. i am not sure who to call, but they lied to me more than once and then went back on their words. I asked for a manager and instead they just brought another banker then at the end of my conversation and raising my blood pressure i found out that was not the manager- i am disgusted with them!!!!!!!

I just wanted to say before you jump the bank ship, you better see what the other banks are charging, I only got out of the monthly fee over at Bank of America because they have my mortgage, they wanted to charge me 14.99 a month. Better yet how would you like to be an employee of Chase or any other bank and get screwed. Two employees cars were damaged in an accident by a stranger in a rental car who was trying to commit fraud in the driver thru. Ok things happen but here is the butt kisser, the only thing so far the bank manager had to say to the employees was sorry about your car. No One has come forthwith information on compensation for cars that are not worth much now but to say they are using to much time dealing with the accident and insurance companies and could they please get back to work. Standard FREE Bank services are no longer free, us americans demanding more wages to keep up with inflation and the companies that don't want to give up their profit, Cancun Vacations, and Company Seminars in the freekin Bahamas have all gone overseas to India and the like, you can't get service because you can't even understand the person is saying. I don't know - how much of America is still America? Even the iconic BUDWEISER BEER is owned by a German Company. Guess it is just time to update the passport.

I called Chase tonight and cut up another credit card. Did the same the other night. Will do the same tomorrow, in protest of the largest FRAUD ever committed in human history. Americans should wake up to the fact that wall streeters, big banks, goldman sachs and self serving politicians are our worst enemies. They caused the economic mess and some should be in prison. Keep protesting !!!!
