Holiday Inn Corporate Office & Headquarters

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Kingman AZ last night and the room was fine, however this morning at then continental break fast the young lady told me that they have to keep the TV on CNN or they get in troubled with thier boss if they turn it to FOX I am very disappointed and will not be back to Holiday Inn I refuse to support left wing communism. This boss who ever it is should be fired immediately!!!!

We have a hotshot service and stay at a lot of different hotel/ motels. We stayed at Holiday Inn in Cincinnati Ohio ,3855 Hauck rd On 12/8/13 and 12-10/13. Now at ( lesser hotel/ motel) they serve A complimentary breakfast. We were charged 10$ per adult Because we were told out rate did not include the breakfast . We paid $92.99 per nite. The valet parking is a nightmare plan on waiting along time if you are there on the weekend.AM Morning Sales Manager is nothing more than a common thug.The elevators sound like your taking your life in your hand to ride them. Saw the kitchen staff yell at a women to clear her plate off the table after breakfast telling her its not my job to clean up your plate. Hospitality they don't know the meaning.

My husband and I stayed at the DFW holiday inn Grapevine for a night and parked our vehicle for a week while we went out of town. They have a self parking lot and has signs posted about being under surveillance 24/7. When we returned from our trip our passenger side window had been busted out and we had things missing. Not to mention our door is dented. They couldn't help us because they're were no cameras that were watching the parking lot. Service was great but we will never park our vehicle here again.

Me and my newlywed wife went to San Antonio for our honeymoon and we stayed at the holiday inn close to the market square I was not pleased at all with this hotel the tv kept cutting off the remote for the tv didn't work half the time we went down and talked to the front desk about all the problems we was having with the room and they just said okay and didn't do anything about it we ended up staying at a rodeway inn the last two nights we was there and have way better service there then at that holiday inn

I went to sunspree holliday inn in jamaica with my family. Everything was terrible I paid 6000 dollars for this trip and couldn't eat at the italian restaurant because they had a dress code. Me my wife got into a huge fight cause of this in front of the kids. Plus wifi sucks. Pools close at 6pm and all the bars close at 12. Worst experiance ever I would not recomend to my worst enemy to there. If there was a negitive star rating I would give it! Next time explain to your customers what needs to be done prior us showing up and not knowing there is a dress code.

My daughter and new husband went to your location in Romulus mi and were denied a room on their wedding night, not because they had no rooms but because they had cash. US currency! Since when is it the practice to not accept US currency?? Their one and only wedding night has been ruined.

Tried calling to cancel a reservation A MONTH in advance, and was told I would still be getting charged. Asked to speak with a manager got transferred multiple times, hung up on and laughed at!! Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

I recently checked in to the Holiday Inn Alexandria, LA. My short stay at this hotel was horrible. The staff was not friendly or accommodating. They promised access to internet in my room, and this was not the case. The internet in my room did not work and had no adapter for my computer. When I asked the front desk for assistance, there was a rude response with no willingness to help. This is unacceptable & if I were running this hotel I would be embarrassed. Please check in to this situation so you will not continue to use valued customers like myself.

Hotel appears to allow the staff to have family and friend's use the pool. They come in regularly with children and relatives and spend the afternoon yelling, bringing in food and drinks and making a mess of the pool area. I was not able to use the pool during my stay. I would stay on the highway and find another hotel if I were you. This hotel does not meet the standards of any Holiday Inn I have stayed in.

After being charged more than $140 for a room in the middle of nowhere USA I had a general manager who would not let the front desk clerk let me check out 1 hour late even though the clerk ok'd it, what lousy customer service, they lost a good loyal customer over a request for a 1 hr late check out as i had my 2 kids and needed a little extra time.not a good way to get someone to come back to your hotel, and spend money.

My stay was good until a month later and someone has used my credit card for a shopping spree. The last time I used it was when I stayed at your hotel...So you must have a undesirable employee who uses quest credit cards...Now it is canceled. I usually always stay at holiday express when traveling..But I will have to think about it now...

Holiday Inn Chowchilla made reservations for at least four families for six days 7/25 to 7/31. None of us asked for those many days, it serves no purpose. I would of not stayed in chowchilla if madera had rooms. I will not recommend that hotel to anyone , in fact everyone will know how they did not make the correct reservations for multiple families.

once again no airconditioning in the eating. casino, or rooms. Temperatures very very hot and no relief. I have complained before and get the same answer. "corporate has been told". It is a shame i have to go to another hotel. Holiday Inn Billings

Holiday Inn sucks. Their phone system sucks. FL Orlando is the worst and I will never use them again.

We are visiting Boca Raton for a mandatory orientation and due to an emergency the reservation would have to be cancelled or just simply moved until the next week. The Holiday Inn policy is not sufficient and does not keep up with good consumer service in which thriving businesses in this economy, especially hotels need. We will not advise anybody we know to Holiday Inn because of such rude treatment on the phone and lack of flexibility. Along side this, the reviews for this specific Holiday Inn are simply disgusting. Holiday Inn may need to check with their hotels to make sure their standards are set. If there are people complaining about safety and are worried about their health just by walking into a hotel room then there is a problem. Please clean up your act because this is sickening to any businessman.
