I am not beleving that you would allow guys to come into your resturantn with theirn pants down undern their butts. Wow, you can post no shoes no shirt no service, then it shoud be posted no service if your pants are not pulledn up. We do not want to eat at a place wheren people aren walking around with their clothes down, Your Jonesboro GA localtion is not thinking about the sanatation or health of others. Please do something aboutn this problem or we will not go there again, Who wants to eat where you have to look at someones underware?

Been sitting here reading all the reviews about the GC and must say I am quite shocked about the experiences I have been reading about. I have only eatin at the Boise ID store one time a few years back while visiting my son and daughter-in-law. Our experience was for the most part pleasant, good service, serving containers full of fresh food, food hot, servers prompt on removing dirty plates and getting us fresh plates. If I had a complait it would be the tables are to crowded together. Since then I have looked forward to getting an opportunity to visit another GC. After all the horror stories i've read from the filth, managers with bad attitudes, abuse of personel and customers I doubt I will ever visit one of your stores anywhere again. I would be horrified to pay my good money to be treated to such disgusting conditions by a company who may or may not care. I have to think not to much if there are so many similar issues in different stores in different parts of the country.

We have our family Christmas Party every year at the Golden Carral in Orem. This year I left my camera on the table, have pictures of it. Unfortunatly I did not realize I didn't have it until Christmas morning when I went to get it out to take pictures. I tracked the last time I used it and remembered taking it to the Golden Corral with me. I pulled up pictures my relatives had taken their it was right on the table by the wall. When I called they didn't seem concerned to look around for it or ask the servers who served our area. Just told me to call back and talk to someone else later a different manager. Not let me look around and ask around, just haven't seen anything call back later and ask a different manager. I realize it was my fault for leaving it on the table but when something is important to you and the lack of concern is disturbing. It was more than just the camera it was recharable batteries just purchased, sim cards and all of the pictures on them, all the plug in cords and the bag. Hopefully an employee didn't think it was theirs for the taking that is a sad situation when employees just take what is not theirs

Depends. If its just casual, bufefts work well for breakfast since there will be such a great variety.Generally, I'd prefer a menu to order from and just sit and enjoy the conversation. PS Golden Coral and CiCi's are horrid. SO busy and full and hectic. Not the atmosphere I want when dining out. I'd rather spend a few extra bucks for better quality food and less chaos.

I went to the golden corral for lunch at 12:45pm and the most of the food was cold i got mashed taters chix grean bean casroll it was so cold i could not eat it i payed $11.21 for a drink i drink and food i could not eat with my birthday money im so disaponted i told the manger about it all he could say is im sorry all golden corrals have the same prolblem

When my family an I went the restaurant to it very unorganized tables where dirty an nasty.When going up to get food it look it has been there sometime dried up food all over the floor an the silverware was dirty evertime u pick one up.Bathrooms total a mess floor toilet an an everything u can think of.Ill never go back again.Health inspector should shut them down an get new managers in there that knows what there doing an know how to a reaturant.

My husband , myself and two friends went the other day to your resturant. It was the worse experience we have ever had. It was 3:15 p.m. and the lunch has always been over at 4, but they said they had just changed lunch over at 3. We paid full price and the food was cold..what they had..mostly out of everything. I asked for turkey and they said 25 minutes. The plates and silverware was dirty..and what waitresses we saw was talking solcially to other people. We were soooo disappointed as Golden Corrall has always been our fav. place buffet to eat. We will not be back and will tell others about our bad experience.

For the past six years, I have taken my tennis team to Beaumont Texas location. Coaches have always been given free dinner until tonight. Came here twice in one month. Will never bring teams back. Very rude to me and made me feel like a mooch. Next season we will be going to Cheddars or Lubys.

I usually go sometimes to get a carry out meal. I went to the one on Taylorsville Road and my bill was suspose to be $7.20. I charged this and when I went in to check my account they charged me $11.20. I called and asked to speak to a manager and he said without my receipt he could not do anything about it. I told him I could print my bill from the visa, but he said no. This person did not talk like a manager and said it would not happen the next time I came in. He did not even know who I woud be. I am wondering if there is some dishonest person doing this. I called another location to talk to a manager because of the uncertainity I felt and she said the manager was too busy too talk. I have always enjoyed going to this place to eat but now I am hesitate. Managers should be concerned about their customers. They would not have a job if it was not for people like me who eat at their place of business. I know this is not much money but it is the principal of the situation. Hopefully, managers will read this and take note to how important their customers are.

I could write a long comment to express my feelings but I will make this short and sweet. This restaurant chain should be shut down. They are filthy, unsanitary, unorganized, nonfriendly restaurant. The board of health needs to visit each and everyone of these restaurants.

This place sux. I have been to 3 different Golden Corrals and they all suck. Their silverware is far from dirty, plates are nasty, food is okay but not that great. Today my boyfriend had a piece of hair, from a workers head on two of his dishes. HELLO HAIR NETS. I saw a worker on her cell phone while pouring salad dressing in the bowl. There is no COURTESY what so ever. So I guess I will NEVER be a customer at this HELL OF A PLACE. CICI pizza is better and I hate their pizza to.

Last night was my very first visit to Golden Corral. And, it will be my last. That place was disgusting. First, we were not welcomed into your restaurant. We were sat at a dirty table, and underneath the table was, chicken bones, napkins, silverware... It was disgusting and gross... While the food was just okay, there were so many empty pans on the food line, the salad bar was not kept up, and the whole dinning room floor was littered with napkins and food.... Again, disgusting... No manager in site... The employees working the floor were totally clueless.... I we were a party of 4 and the dishes at our table were piling up, and no one removed 1 dish while we were sat in your restaurant. I have been in the Restaurant Business for 30 years as a Restaurant Manager and I am so sickened by the condition and the inept employees that I just had to say something. I wanted you to know exactly why I will not be returning and neither will my out of town friends, who I am sure will share their experience with their families & friends as will I. If this does not give you a clue as to how horrible your, Watt Ave. Golden Corral in Sacramento is, then I guess you are as clueless as your employees. You had better get control of your restaurant... Hometown Buffet will get all of our business from now on. We thought we would try something new, and was extremely sorry that we did. Never, ever again, will we step foot in a Golden Corral.

I always treatted my family to Golden coral locatted at 5300 Forest Drive Columbia, SC 29206 whenever I got guess or family reunion. To my disappointment in the last few visits I became totally enbarrazed of the poor conditions of the dinner plates. They look all scrached because they are plastic and the overuse make them look dirty. It was gross and unappealing to have to eat in such a filth. The floors were all full of discarded food from previous clients and the trays were all full of spills in a disarray. For example: the lettuce salad had spills of some white substance from the other trays. Im so disappointed on the way this restaurant has been runned lastely but will mention this to the health department because we deserve a clean and healthy atmosphere to dine with our loves one.

I use to come eat at the golden corral in temple terrace,fl on a weekly basis with friends and family alike. It was always a great place to eat until I met one of your managers there. Her name is Linda. Older white lady with blonde-gray hair. She is the rudest meanest piece of crap manager i have ever seen. Her and another manager named mark or mike have some of the worst attitudes i have ever had the discomfort of seeing. I work in the food industry myself and the most important thing a manager should have is good customer friendly service. They had none and the food on the buffet was cold dry and old. My experience there was so bad i will never again go there with any friend or family member. I will not invite people out to eat there. I will never recommend golden corral to anyone and if someone asks me why i hate golden corral so much i will say, because of Linda and mark the managers at golden corral in temple terrace,fl. I highly recommend firing these two for they have no business working where there are customers around.

The Golden Coral in Louisvile Ky on Dixie Hwy. have three soup containers. One was empty, one had 2 inches of dried up, burnt around the sides chile. The last container I'm not sure what it was. The ladle was the only thing that had soup in it. It was so dried up it had cracks in it. It was a Monday night around 6:00 pm. The place wasn't busy so there was no call for the nasty empty containers. I had to wait 3 mins. For someone to cut me some ribs. There was two poeple at the grill working. But putting tomato topping on the meatloaf was more important than waiting on me. I say 4 people go up and ask about the soup. They were all told "it's coming up" I said something to the waitress and when that went no where. I went to the heavy set blonde manager (while she was filling up her to go box) She told me the same thing about the soup (it's comming) She missed the fact that the containers were nasty and should be removed. I think someone needs to fire a few people. We were there about an hour and people were still asking about the soup.

On Monday Sep.17 at 6:50pm wwe ate at the Golden Corral #0566 in Houston. All of the tables were dirty with dishes etc. We looked at 8 different tables and finally cleaned one off ourselves. There were on 3 waitstaff in the entire building. No varity and terrible service. Golden Corral has been going downhill the past couple of years, and the food is the reason. I have never seen dropped food put back on the line as pissed off former employee states, but the quality of food is not the best. Of course, any restaurant is only as good as it's management. We used to eat with you a couple of times a week. Now, it's a couple of times a month if that often. The price is out of line with the quality of food. Our seniors at night is over $20.00 with tax. We can eat at Bleck Eyed Pea for $15 plus and get great service, hot food and courteous and dedicated waitstaff. My tips go with good service and I don't feel guilty for a small tip with bad service. Take a hint waitstaff.

Very disappointed in Golden Corral in Clinton Twp., Mi. went there, four of us adult seniors, it was 1:30 on our watches and the restaurants, the cashier made us step aside to wait till his "computer said he can ring us in" for the early bird special, which starts at 1:30..our receipt said 1:38, he made us wait longer. He was rude, never smiled and very curt. Why offer these specials if the computer time doesn't read the right time as the restaurant and even our cell phone time or watches?? The lady in line in front of us had three people, who didn't even know there was an "early bird special", she said why wasn't she told, the unfriendly cashier said "he doesn't have to say the specials" and if you don't notice them, you get charged regular price,, How rude,,and the food was fair, nothing to exclaim about. BEen in before and the food was good..whats happening to Golden Corral????

Me and my wife ate at the golden corral in Brunswick Ga the food was great the service was bad i mean really bad we had a waitress name tamisa she had a bad attitude did not refill our drinks i had to get up and go to another waitress to get our drinks refilled we ask for extra napkins we never got them.she was the worse waitress we have ever had there and we try to eat there about once a weak.we left our receipt my wife went back in to get it so we could do and online survey the waitress said she had already threw it away,really bad service.Thank you the Cason family.

No one should ever eat at a golden corral....if food is dropped on the floor they don't throw it away...they actually still use it!!!! This is what our bosses tell us to do. The managers treat employees with vast disrespect and care about nothing but their own paycheck and bonuses!!!! They will never give someone a raise and in my personal instance got fired. For taking two days off wjen my daughter was born

After a long day of shopping my daughter and I decided to eat at the Golden Corral in Lafayette, La. because we wanted salad and fruit. Well we arrived at 5;40 in the afternoon and the buffet looked like it was closing time!!! the buffet was empty and the food that was on there was so damn cold!! the baked fish was dried out, the mac and cheese was rubbery and dry, the bacon was ice cold, no salad and the extra's for the salad like eggs, bacon bits...etc were all empty or just crumbs!!! I did ask the waitress if they where shorthanded and she stated no that they had a small crew cause it was Monday. But after all that I got to get dessert and what do I see? the guy tending to the fried chicken was eating out of the chicken!!!! OMG how nasty is that? licking his fingers and smacking away!!!! I am requesting a refund!!!!
