Golden Corral Corporate Office & Headquarters

This is one of the most undesirable Golden Coral locations. The management needs to be Fired. There is no food ready and they are out of everything. Management is not running this place in Tinley Park Il.. 159th Oak Park.. I can say so very much but I will save it for Corporate Office.

I don't like commerical for Golden Corral . Golden Corral out of business tell bbb.

the management at findlay oh golden corral are poor excuses of managers (if thats what you want to call them) and do not know how to be managers and are very disrespectful to their employees.

I fill that the qaulity of the resturant in fayetteville ARK. has become poor me an my family have been dinig there for ten yrs an have watched the service become wose over the yrs.Also the selection has never been updated they nolonger are diabetic freindly as they once were as one of the reasons we continued our dining with them.I spoke with a manager about the new dessert buffet an questioned him about sugar free items.His response was well sir no sugar added is the same as sugar free.Well it inst too totally different animals but he did argue this with me.So I fill I will be spending my hard earned money at the other buffet which has a sugar free section.

We went my daughter 5th birthday on last sunday 01/05/2014, store #798, Richardson, Tx75081 location. After lunch we find out they over charged us on bill, we went 13 people, but they billed for 15 people, notify Manager about this issue , he denied that and refused to credit overcharged amount. This store over charge on bill $45. This is totally unacceptable. careful from this store. do not go this store.Manager Jose is to be fired from this store. Please if read this avoid this location.

I visited GOLDEN CORRAL in south AL the food and service was standard I did notice the management degrading several different staff members to the point of bringing tears to our server who was very sweet and working as fast as her little legs would go this was so uncomfortable for us and also noticed near by tables upset by this also so much for southern hospitality were an hour away from Panama city hopefully the GOLDEN CORRAL Bthere will have management that is kind and proffesional

Glendale Arizona... Eat at this location a few times a month. That ends now! Can't get a clean dish anywhere it's disgusting. When managers are told about it nothing is done about it. Food is cold and bland. Selection is few and no where near what is advertised. Won't be back for this mess anymore...

we usually eat at your bradenton store several times a week however, the "new pie source" is not up to par! Twice i actually spit it out as they had a strong chemical taste. Also the plates have come out at least 3 times last week dirty.

I think you can eat healthy at GC; but, you have to be careful what you pick up. if all you eat is broiled fish or chicken, they have it, and pretty good for the price. you have several vegetable and rice choices, as well. and a huge salad bar. I don't think it's hard to get a balanced meal there at all. it's up to you.

The food at the Kinston NC one last night was awful waitress was good manger sucked never again

I visited the Monroeville Pa location the line was long but fast moving. The food was good but not great. However my server named Melissa was excellent! She was fast, efficient and very friendly. My wife and I had our 3 kids with us and she was very in tune with all their needs. She was very kind to them and made our experience a memorable one. She was awesome and next time I go back in I will ask for her.

I have been trying to call the Golden Corral on east Washington St in Indianapolis for 2 days. In the past they've offered a free meal on your birthday and I wanted to know if that was still in effect. NO ONE answers their phone, no matter what time of day or evening. I find that very offensive! They have a telephone for a REASON!

the service provided by management was poor. I observed the manager speaking to a waitress in a demeaning manner, when i asked her about it i was told that was the way they spoke to them. i felt embarrassed for her. i have tried to speak to someone in coorporate about the issue but was transfered over to a male who wouldnt identify himself but was as rude as the management was. apperently they all seem to get the same training on how to be classless with customers. i requested a refund for my party of 10 and will not be returning to this establishment. since i cannot post without rating them and theres no option for a negative rating i had to rate them a 1

We went to the Independence Mo. location... We sat right from where the french fries and pot roast (among other things) .... I watched, (after asking) for over 25 min waiting for these... Will NEVER return.....

Totally disgusting and unsanitary action. The waitress took the tops from at least a dozen steak sauce bottles, put them all in a glass of water, stirred it with a spoon and replaced the tops back on the bottles. However, prior to replacing the tops, she took a moist cloth (used to clean the tables) and washed around the rim of each bottle. All I can say is what a way to spread salmonella! Now, what other condiments are they doing the same...ketchup, etc. Yes, I took a picture and the assistant manager stated that this is the way they were trained. This is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. Please do not eat at the Golden Corral in Lake Placid, FL

Love the ones in the Caroline's but the one in Henrietta NY was disusting the fried chicken was very dry, mater of fact my husband did not like any of the chicken dishes the steak was so chared you could barley cut it I was very disappointed I guess we can only eat at the ones down south once a year we were so looking forward to the one coming to Henrietta but it sucks won't go back

I visited the Golden Corral in Sumter South Carolina and I was very impressed with the integrity of two servers working that evening. Abby and Carol stopped what they were doing to service the ladies restroom because it was messy. When I walked in they were working as a team to clean the restroom I thought they were restroom attendants and when I inquired they said they were servers. I thanked them for cleaning the restroom and making it nice for the customers. I told them I was gong to contact the corporate office because people can always give negative comments but rarely are good compliments given. Thanks ladies for working as a team. Your integrity has proven to be an asset to the organization.

What can I say that has not already been said? It looks like no one cares! So why write a review? What is really sad is that people still keep coming through the doors. Evidently many people accept mediocraty and a serving line full of either empty or dried out food! It trulely is a mystery how they stay in business! Enough said.
