I have been on a product for 14 years. You discontinued it. I have visited stores called customer service and NO ONE can help me. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and want this product. If you don't make it any longer there has to be one in comparison or at least something you can suggest. No one can do that. No body answers me on facebook either. Poor Customer Service

Pissed off EMPLOYEE
I recently requested for a transfer from my gnc store, not only did i feel disrepected by my regional manager not having the manly hood to directly talk to me but he told my manager to tell me that basically i am fired if i want to transfer and better my life. I believe this is breaking the GNC policies, for an RSD to say i dont transfer part time associates and to terminate me is just pitiful, disgusting, and disrespectful. I didnt know it was proper to have high school drop outs run ur company and disrespect younger more talented employees who would definitely put them in there place.
Former employee
i was a former employee if gnc for about a year and must say worst job ever. pay u min wage and commission but gnc makes you sell there products (p3) instead of 3rd party items which would make u money. all gnc cares about is money why they raise there prices every week on everything. half stuff store sells you can find online for half the price else where. i refuse to go inside a gnc again .
Commercial Advisor
You need my Dad for your commercials. He could be quite an asset. You will be amazed. I saw your latest commercial for GNC with the 91 year old woman. My Dad has been using GNC products for a very long time. He is 94. A sharp, healthy 94. He holds the title as the oldest man on Facebook! He's Really cute, as confirmed by the ladies, and sharp as a tack. He goes to the YMCA three times a week an socializes every morning at a local fast food joint. He shovels snow! He's got a great sense of humor. I can send you pictures and videos and you will see his charisma. He can drive over to your HQ.. He lives in Warren,Ohio 50 minutes from Pittsburgh. Yes, he still drives, quite well. Thanks for your consideration.

GNC sucks. They don't care about their customers. All they are concerned with is making money and pushing their "P3" products. 99% of the products in their store they are specifically told not to sell because they don't enhance the numbers. So you are told to push everyone towards the expensive key performance indicator stuff, which most of the time is no better than the third party product that costs a quarter of the P3 one. They don't really train their employees either. They have you do this online read through that is pointless and everyone just jumps to the end and answers the questions. I got the hell out of there as soon as I could. I just couldn't take being a slimey sales person anymore.
terrible company
In 30 years in the retail industry I have never seen a company more concerned with profit than customer service than GNC. It may claim to be concerned for customers "health" but all it is interested in is making numbers and profit. I made my store extremely profitable exceeding my sales plan by over 50K and was told by a new DM (the third in less than a year) that I had nothing to do with it. I would advise customers who purchase any items to ask why they need a "Stack" of goods from employees, and tell them to review there own nutritional needs via books or the internet before heading into a GNC. I was a longer time customer (since high school) before I became a manager - now I order off the web and advise all my friends to do the same. I don't think GNC has a very profitable future - and it's a well deserved end.

I was with this company for 1 year, worked more hpurs then i should have been even during my school year were i was suppose to part time but i worked 30 hours a week. I loved my job, granted having a high focus on numbers made helping people difficult. I treated everyone respectfully greeting them with sir or mam, recently i had an angry man enter my store and leave angry. This man sent a letter to the vp of the company stating his made up story of events that did not happen, this got me me fired no questions asked. Been trying to contact the president or vp for over a week and cant seem to..yet somehow thia customer was able to within a day.
Bergtrum
I went to a GNC in Chester, NY two nights ago and was unsure of what specific product I needed. The girl who was working was busy text messaging on her phone and did not offer to help me. When I asked her to help me differentiate between a few products, she told me she was not sure of the products and that I had to hurry up and make a decision because she had to close the store. I will NEVER shop at a GNC again!
Pittsburgh Art Degradation
The GNC Corporation Corporate Headquarters degraded a marvelous Pittsburgh art piece titled "The Puddler", an historic stained glass mural created in 1939 by an unknown artist, when they installed their large red Corporate GNC initials over the bottom part of the art piece on the Wood Street entrance to the building. Could some consideration for this piece of Pittsburgh steel history be made and place this red GNC sign in a better location?
The models on your commercial are the most ugly that all you look at are how downright morbid they look.
The GNC located in Orchard Park Shopping Center in Sandy Springs, GA is never open at the hours it states on their door. It states it opens at 10 AM Mon-Fri but I have not EVER been in the store at 10. I go in the morning and at times have waited 40 minutes with out getting into the store. This a pathetic, how can they put the hours of operation on the door and not abide by them. I have seen 2 to 3 people waiting patiently for the store owner to show up. Its become a freaking joke when we are waiting outside the door and here comes the owner pulling up at 10:30. Get this, and then they complain about how poor sales are in this area...ARE YOU KIDDING ME....HOW ABOUT OPENING ON TIME AND PROVIDING SERVICE AT A HIGHER LEVEL.....WHAT A JOKE!
dear sir or madam i am a believer in your product how can i be able to open my Owen gnc store in south Sudan there is a potential big market and i want to know the process asap if you can thank you very much Alex
To whom it may concern: Your "Deals/Hot Buys" are generally a joke. Now, you sell your discounted products, (ones that are close to expiration), for MORE money than products that are not expiring. ie. 2.47 lb Muscle milk was $28.49 minus 20% Gold card Discount, versus your $27.99 Hot Buy price. I was recently given thirty dollars in coupons by one of your Representatives, as a gesture of good faith. The only problem was that I could not use the twenty five dollar coupon simultaneously with the five dollar coupon. In other words, I had to go to GNC twice to use the coupons. I now, cannot find the second coupon. Great Marketing Ploy on your part. Your "Good faith" shady tactic worked. You rarely, if ever give discounts on products your customers want. Instead, you target people with little or no knowledge about nutrition or health; If Dr. Oz says Raspberry Ketones are good for the public, GNC is sure to run a decent discount on this product. Your store prices are generally the highest in the industry. I spent three hundred sixty five dollars in one of your stores last week, and came home thinking I was completely cheated. I bought a number of expiring products at twenty percent Gold Card discount or less. I have decided to no longer give GNC the satisfaction of buying expiring products with your newer "Rip off" exclusion policies. I expect that this email will be quickly deleted/ignored. Congratulations. Your greedy Corporate policies are quickly insuring that you will lose a valued customer. Sincerely, Lee
I went in my local GNC store this morning to return a $20.00 item, which I paid cash for. I was told I would have to come back because she didn't have any cash in her drawer. I asked for a credit card refund. Nope! Can't do that either.GNC's policy. Then I was offered a ho-hum apology. Then I remembered back to a time when this same thing had happened a few years ago. GNC's return policy promises a 30 day refund right on their receipt. A credit would be a nice compromise. But they won';t compromise to make it easier on the customer. So GNC, you are on my blacklist for good. I will never, ever buy one thing from you. If you ask me, your policies & your rude employees SUCK !!
SO I WAS READING THESE REVIEWS AND I NEED TO SAY THAT NOT ALL STORES ARE LIKE THAT. I HAVE BEEN WITH GNC FOR ALMOST 7YRS AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER TO HELP YOU OUT. I WOULD HAVE HELPED WITH THE REFUND ISSUE, THE RIGHT PRODUCT ISSUES AND ANYTHING ELSE TO PROVE TO MY CUSTOMER THAT I AM ACTUAL HERE TO HELP. IT IS ASHAME THAT MANAGERS CAN TREAT A CUSTOMER BADLY. I WOULD NOT TOLERATE THAT AND IT'S NICE TO KNOW YOU ARE ALL VOICING YOUR OPINIONS. IT WOULD ALSO BE NICE TO VOICE A GOOD OPINION. WE ARE ALL SO QUICK TO WRITE BAD REVIEWS, YET WE DON'T THINK TWICE ABOUT WRITING A GOOD REVIEW. IF ALL MY CUSTOMERS WROTE ABOUT MY STORE, WELL I'D PROBABLY GET AN AWARD. AND IN DEFENSE FOR GNC AS A COMPANY, THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SOME OF THE BEST, THEY TREAT THE HONEST EMPLOYEES GREAT AND I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER COMPANY TO WORK FOR.
By getting a card you will be mainkg your rating worse.1. New credit lowers scores for the first 6 months.2. You may carry balances which destroy credit. The only way to use credit cards to get good credit is to pay in full each month.Remember that employers check, so do landlords, and car insurance companies.Do your very best to do without if you plan to carry balances. If you really can't, bankrate. com has a list of credit cards.Go to the site, click on credit cards, and find one for low credit. You'll pay high interest and high annual fees of course./
You can get a secured cridet card. This means that you will need to make a deposit $500 $2000 to a bank and that bank will give you a cridet card at the amount of your deposit.Afte a while, the bank will either raise your cridet without a deposit or return your deposit altogether. This takes about a year or two.
Store sign said they closed at 8 on Saturday ...at 7:45 lights off and door locked ...poor business
